Chapter 8: Rise against the androids
Gohan and Trunks had just exited the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and they were both ready to face the powerful androids that had been a dominant force in the world. Trunks was filled with an energy, a thrill. He couldn't wait to show off his enhanced strength and mastery of the new techniques he'd learnt in the time chamber.
Meanwhile, Gohan was more composed and determined to take down the androids and restore peace to the world. He was more focused on the mission ahead and kept his feelings in check.
The two quickly descended back down to Capsule Corp, all the while sensing the destruction that the androids had been causing. As they finally reached the shopping area, Trunks and Gohan were appalled at the sight of the androids. They were senselessly destroying property, joking around about it, and rummaging through clothes stores trying on and stealing clothes.
Gohan had enough and fired a Kamehameha wave at the android 17. The blast caused a huge explosion, sending the androids scattering.
"You androids have done enough!" Gohan shouted, "Your rampage ends now!"
Android 17 stood up from the rubble and snarled.
"So, you are the ones who keep pestering us?" Android 17 said. His sister android 18 just laughed.
"Ha! Do you really think you can stop us?" Android 18 said.
Gohan and Trunks just looked at each other, exchanging a glance of confidence. "Let's go!" Gohan yelled, as he and Trunks both powered up to their Super Saiyan forms and barreled towards the androids.
The fight began with a flurry of punches and kicks thrown by both Trunks and Gohan, but the androids were too powerful for them. The androids proved to be too agile and too strong for the duo.
The androids began to fight back, using their combined blasts and ki beams to send Gohan and Trunks flying. Gohan and Trunks tried their best to hold on, deflecting and dodging many of the attacks, but it proved futile as they were soon beaten down,but they weren't done fighting yet.
