Khadija researches Spanish Fly drink for an article. Overton pranks the girls by switching their drinks with it, causing harmless, affectionate antics. In retaliation, Khadija pranks Overton & Kyle with the drink, leading to them hilariously expressing love & affection for each other.

1. Chapter 1

Title: The Fly in the Drink Setting: 'Flavor' Magazine Office, New York City

[Scene 1 - Flavor Magazine Office] Khadijah (typing on computer): "The Mysterious Potion of Love, Spanish Fly - The Drink That..."

Synclaire (bursting into office): Khadijah! Guess what? Overton has a friend who makes the actual Spanish Fly drink!

Khadijah: Seriously? I gotta interview him for my article.

[Scene 2 - Living Room in the evening]

(All characters are in the living room. Overton's friend has left a bottle of Spanish Fly drink on the table.)

Kyle: Ladies, Overton's friend has warned us not to consume this drink carelessly. It's extremely potent!

Max: Oh come on, it's just a drink.

(A random character, Jim, passes by the window, he's watering the plants)

[Scene 3 - Living Room, a few minutes later]

Khadijah, Synclaire, Max, and Regine are all drinking mocktails. They don't know that Kyle has sneakily poured the Spanish Fly into their drinks as a prank.

[Scene 4 - Living Room, a few minutes after]

(All the women start to act strangely affectionate)

Regine: Synclaire, have I ever told you how your eyes twinkle?

Synclaire: No, but your hair looks like cascading waves of silk.

(Max and Khadijah share a hilarious, awkward kiss)

Khadijah: Whoa! What was that?!

Synclaire (giggling): Oh my!

[Scene 5 - Kitchen]

(Overton and Kyle watching from kitchen)

Overton: Kyle, did you pour the drink into their mocktails?

Kyle: Uh, yeah but I thought it was a joke drink, not the real thing!

[Scene 6 - Living Room]

(The women are all laughing and having fun, still under the effect)

[Scene 7 - Later that night]

(Effects have worn off, the women are back to normal)

Khadijah: That was insane, what happened?!

Kyle and Overton (entering): We are so sorry. It was supposed to be a harmless prank.

Khadijah: Harmless?! I kissed Max!

Max: And I'm going to have to live with that memory forever!

[Scene 8 - The next day, Flavor Magazine Office]

Khadijah (typing): "The True Experience of Spanish Fly - A Prank Turned Revelation. When consumed responsibly, the drink doesn't force attractions but rather opens us up to seeing the beauty in everyone around us..."

(Zoom out, as everyone including Synclaire, Max, and Regine are reading the article and smiling)

[Scene 9 - Living Room, later]

(Everyone's laughing and talking about the night before)

Regine: So we're good?

Khadijah: Yeah, we're good. But no more pranks!

Kyle: Deal.

(The camera zooms out with everyone laughing)

[Cut to credits]
