It was raining at night as thirty-one figures ran through the forest, heading to a certain place along with fifteen little pixies. Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana has their hands tied, sitting up. Danjo came in and sat before them as they kept their heads down.
"Do I address the fifteen princess half-demons?" Danjo asked as Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana raised their heads and look at him. "I am deputy Shogun of Kanto, my name is Ogigayatsu Hiiragi Danjo."
"The name's Towa Zostoria and this is my half-aunt, Gina, cousin, Aiya and my friends, Chiharu, Ena, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana." Towa introduced themselves.
"Sorry to burst your bubble, but we're no princess half-demons. And I have very little patience of being a hostage and when you have someone close to me being a hostage." Aiya said, glaring at him.
"Including me as well." Gina said, glaring at him too.
"Soukyu, so they say." Danjo said.
"General, let me handle this. You Yashahime, this is the book you had." Soukyu said.
"Sheesh, damn ass." Towa muttered.
"What's written here… Is this true? What is it like the country used to be in, Reiwa?" Soukyu asked them as they remained quiet.
"(We can't tell anything… Then history would change.)" Mayu thought.
"Answer me, Yashahimes!" Danjo demanded. Gina glared at him while Jin looked at Towa in worry.
"You should take our advice and just let us go." Michiko said as she glared at them.
"Or else you're really not going to like it when our friends get here. 'Cause I can assure you that their anger are far worse than mine." Saku threatened him as Soukyu laughed mockly.
"Such nonsense." Soukyu said as one of the guards brought something in the room. Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana looked when the guard put it down.
"Is that a bicycle seat!?" Raku questioned in shock as Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana looked shock as well.
"Oh, you recognize this object." Danjo said.
"So, it would seem. She at least knows something about it." Soukyu said.
"What's a thing like that doing here!?" Tatsu demanded.
"You see, this was discovered one day when a local clam fisher was raking the river. It was presented to us soon afterwards." Soukyu said before he laughed. "There used to be rumors in the Musashi province. You see, the story goes that a priestess arrived through the Bone Eater's well, from a faraway land called Tokyo. But include some fairies appeared out of nowhere"
'Tokyo!? Well!? Priestess!? Fairies!?' Namika thought with a disbelief look.
"The item before you is the saddle she used to ride the mysterious iron wagon from place to place." Soukyu explained as Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana looked at the item. "She, the fairy and a half-demon by the name of Inuyasha were known to traverse the land slaying demons of all sorts along with fourteen more fairies by the name of Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina. Their leader is the same fairy named Grace. They along with two full-dog-demons, a wolf demon and other full demons by the name of Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra and protected them from any demons that wants them and their powers their own. Listen well, from what I'm about to share with you fifteen is a tale that I heard over a decade ago."

The forty-five Rainbow Pearls appeared as each of them appeared in a split screen with a surprised look on their faces.

All forty-six of them began running in the direction before stopping on a cliffside, looking and smiling at the sun on the horizon of a mountain.
Sango was washing clothes while Kin'u and Gyokuto playing in the grass. Grace came by, walking towards them with Cherel flying by her head.
"Hey, Sango!" Grace greeted her.
"Hello there, Sango!" Cherel smiled as she turned to them.
"Oh! Hi there, Grace, Cherel!" Sango greeted back, carry her baby son, Hisui, in her sling on her back.
"It's Grace and Cherel!" Kin'u smiled.
"Hi, Grace and Cherel!" Gyokuto greeted as they ran towards them, giggling.
"Hey, lookie-lookie!" They said as they brought up their hands.
"What have we here?" Grace questioned as she bent down to their level.
"We dug these up." Kin'u said.
"Yeah. We found lots and lots of them." Gyokuto said.
"These are Kudzu roots. If we dried these out, they'll make a really good medicine." Cherel said, smiling.
"Wow, really?" They said in awe.
"That reminds me…" Grace started as she digs in the basket. "…Here. You can have this." She took out a root in her hand.
"What is that thing?" They asked.
"This is called a kikyo root." Grace smiled.
"A kikyo root?" They asked as Sango stood up and looked at them.
"Kikyo's very benevolent. It helps people with coughs and even breaks a fever fast." Cherel smiled, explaining to them.
"That's all?" Kin'u complained.
"I thought it was a snack." Gyokuto said as Sango walked towards them.
"We want snacks! We want snacks!" They chanted as Grace and Cherel looked at them.
"Snack time, huh?" Grace chuckled as Cherel giggled.
"Alright, you two. Stop giving Grace and Cherel a hard time." Sango scolded gently.
"Kay!" They said as Grace and Cherel chuckled.
"Don't worry. Here's a snack for you two." Grace smiled as she snapped her finger and made snacks appeared in their hands.
"Yay! Thank you, Grace!" They cheered as they hugged her and Grace giggled, hugging them back.
"You're welcome." Grace smiled as Cloud, her bonded Pixie, Kelenet, Dandelia and her bonded Pixie, Jesa came by with Rin at their side, carrying herbs in their basket and saw them.
"Ah, Grace, Sango! Hello there!" Cloud smiled.
"Hey, you two!" Dandelia smiled too.
"Hey there, Cherel!" Kelenet and Jesa greeted Cherel as they smiled and greeted them back. They all began to walk back to the village.
"So, where's Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine, Katrina and their bonded Pixies?" Grace asked.
"Well, Rosa and Solara are helping the villagers to hunt for food with their bonded Pixies, Talin and Glala, Miranda is helping around with her ice powers with her bonded Pixie, Martino, Lantana and Rainbow are using their powers to scare away any demons that will come to the village for intent to harm with the help of their bonded Pixies, Pam and Chesa, Treva is using her powers to check the weather today with her Bonded Pixie, Camelia, Berline is helping Jinenji plant more herbs with her Bonded Pixie, Jolly, Heidi is sewing more clothes for us with Jasmine and maybe for our future kids with their Bonded Pixies, Glim and Mola, and Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina are growing flowers for cures with their Bonded Pixies, Glam, Fixit and Wuesin." Dandelia explained.
"I see." Sango said when Hisui started crying. "Oh there, there now. No need to cry, Hisui." She soothed him.
"Aw, there, there Hisui." Kin'u and Gyokuto repeated.
"Aw, did we wake you?" Cloud asked in a baby voice.
"Babies are really cute, huh mother?" Rin smiled.
"Hai, they are, Rin." Cloud smiled at her.
"Kin'u, Gyokuto, and Hisui…they all have very unique names." Grace said chuckling.
"They really are." Dandelia said smiling.
"I agree." Cloud chuckled.
"They were Miroku's idea." Sango chuckled.
"He sure is an original thinker." Grace said.
"But when are you, Lady Grace, Lady Dandelia, Lady Rosa, Lady Solara, Lady Miranda, Lady Lantana, Lady Rainbow, Lady Treva, Lady Berline, Lady Heidi, Lady Jasmine, Lady Emerald, Lady Yasmine and Lady Katrina going to have babies, mother?" Rin asked as Grace, Cloud and Dandelia blushed at thought.
"I don't know, Rin. When the times comes, that is." Cloud smiled while still blushing.
"We haven't even thought that far yet." Grace said blushing.
"One thing I know for sure is that Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra will be good fathers to yours, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina's children. You guys are very important to them." Sango explained, smiling.
"I thinks so, too." Rin smiled.
"Me too." Cherel chimed.
"Me three." Kelenet added.
"Me four." Jesa nodded.
"Yeah." Dandelia nodded, smiling at the thought.
"Not going to deny that." Cloud smiled.
"Speaking of…Inuyasha and Miroku aren't back yet, are they?" Grace asked.
"Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra are busy, too. All of them are doing their own patrols." Cloud added.
"No. From what I hear, the demon they were dealing with is giving them trouble." Sango said.
"Huh?" Grace questioned.
"A landslide collapsed a nearby tomb, there was a demon seal inside. It ended up getting out." Sango explained.
"I hope they're okay." Dandelia said.
"Yeah." Cloud nodded.
"Me three, Cloud and Dandelia...me three." Grace agreed.
"Is this it?" Inuyasha asked as he and Miroku stared at the two corpses on the ground.
"There's only bones left." Miroku said.
"So many of our people have been attacked since the tomb collapsed." Village man 1 said.
"And every time the heads are the things that gets taken." Village man 2 added when one of Inuyasha's ear twitched.
"Huh? Hey, Miroku!" Inuyasha said.
"Yeah. It's pursuing us from close by." Miroku said as he threw his talisman that made the demon come out from the ground. This demon is called Root-Head that was sealed by Kikyo.
"Those are their heads!" Village man 2 confirmed in horror as they saw three heads dangling from it.
"No way!" Village man 1 shouted in fear as Inuyasha takes out his Tetsusaiga.
"Tetsusaiga!" Inuyasha shouted as he slashed the demon.
"Yeah!" Village man 1 said in relief.
"Hah! That's what you get!" Inuyasha scoffed when one of the roots goes underground.
"Good monk, we can't thank you enough." Village man 1 said as they bow in thanks.
"Excuse you! I'm the one that got rid of it!" Inuyasha yelled.
"It would seem to have run away for now." Miroku said. "Inuyasha, our work isn't quite finished yet."
"Hmm." Inuyasha said.
"We need to see the collapse too. Could you lead us to it?" Miroku asked.
Kohaku and Kirara were flying around when they noticed some bones on the ground.
"Kirara!" Kohaku shouted as Kirara lands in front of the bones. He ran towards them. "This is horrible! What could have caused all of this carnage?"
"I see." Tōga said as he and Sesshomaru appeared behind him with Jaken.
"Father, is it...?" Sesshomaru trailed off in thought.
"Yes…Root-Head." Tōga answered.
"Lord Sesshomaru. Master Tōga." Kohaku said.
"Ah yes, I see. The demon energy from earlier must have come from Root-Head." Jaken said.
"Master Jaken." Kohaku said. "Please tell me. What exactly is this Root-Head?"
"From what I've heard, Root-Head was a minor root demon that was once sealed by a priestess named Kikyō at a time before she met Inuyasha over fifty years ago." Tōga explained before flying off.
"A useless demon. No better than vermin. Except…" Sesshomaru answered.
"Except what?" Kohaku asked.
"Except it's…" Jaken trailed off.
"A nuisance." Sesshomaru interrupted as he started to fly off with Jaken hanging onto his boa after his father.
"My lord, wait! Do you mean…me?" Jaken asked nervously.
~At Kaede's Village~
"There's no doubt." Kaede said as she looked at the arrow. "This is my elder sister Kikyo's arrow of sealing."
"It did belong to Kikyo then." Inuyasha said.
"Before my sister met you, there were once a demon called Root-Head terrorizing the village and she managed to seal it away in a tomb." Kaede explained.
"Why did she seal it away? When instead she could have purged it with a sacred arrow?" Miroku asked.
"It's a mystery." Kaede answered. "At the time, my sister had been dealing with so many demons of all sorts. I think she was growing tired of killing them. That was also around the time when she helped a bandit Onigumo who eventually became Naraku. As for Root-Head, it was after my sister's Shikon Jewel. It was much the same as you once were yourself, Inuyasha. As you were also after the Jewel when you were yourself."
"Who cares? I'm not the one we're talking about." Inuyasha said.
In another house, there was giggling noise inside. Kin'u and Gyokuto was playing with Shippo, Cherel, Kelenet, Jesa, Talin, Glala, Martino, Pam, Chesa, Camelia, Jolly, Glim, Mola, Glam, Fixit and Wuesin.
"I wonder what they're talking about. They went straight over to Lady Kaede's. But why?" Sango questioned as she feeds Hisui and Grace, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina hummed as they don't know as well.
"I wondered if something is troubling them." Grace said.
"If it is, they should be telling us about it." Cloud said.
"Who knows." Rosa said.
"It's obvious, isn't it? They're talking about stuff they don't want overheard." Shippo said.
"Yeah, and they told me and mother that we had to stay here at Lady Sango's house with you." Rin said.
"Oh, they did, did they?" Grace asked in suspicion when they heard something banging on the door.
"Maybe they're back." Rin guessed when Grace, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina sensed something wrong.
"No wait!" Dandelia exclaimed.
"Rin! Come back! Stay away from the door!" Cloud said as she brings Rin back from the entrance.
"That's not them!" Solara growled.
"What do you mean?" Sango asked when the root monster burst through the door from the roof. They gasped.
"A demon!?" Miranda shouted.
"Give them to me!" Root-Head demanded.
"Oh, no!" Lantana shouted.
"What is that thing!?" Shippo shouted as he spreads arms out in front of Sango's kids and the Pixies. "Hey, watch out!"
"Kikyo, give me the Shikon Jewel!" Root-Head demanded.
"Grace, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina, get down!" Sango shouted as she threw her big boomerang at the demon, destroying it. "Shippo, take care of Kin'u, Gyokuto and Hisui!" She ran outside with Grace, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina.
"Sure." Shippo said shakily.
"Sango! / Grace!" Miroku and Inuyasha shouted as they came running towards them. Inuyasha noticed a root going underground.
"You won't get away this time!" Inuyasha said as he took out Tetsusaiga and slashed the ground. "Damn it!"
"So, it made it this far huh?" Miroku muttered.
"Yes." Sango said.
"Grace, are you okay?" Inuyasha asked.
"Yeah." Grace said. "But that demon…when it got here, it called me Kikyo."
"What?" Inuyasha asked.
"Inuyasha, come clean! What are you hiding?" Grace demanded as she looked at him in the eye.
"Now, let's be reasonable. I wasn't trying to…" Inuyasha trailed off.
"Shippo, how many times must I tell you to stop transforming into me?" The Real Grace sighed from behind as Inuyasha looked at her then he looked to see Shippo's tail and smacked him on the head, making him transformed back to himself.
"Shippo, you bastard!" Inuyasha growled as Shippo groaned in pain.
"That's enough. Lady Grace and her friends are being targeted, it's best if you tell them everything." Miroku said.
"Tell us what?" Rainbow asked.
"That demon was demanding for us to give Shikon Jewel." Sango said.
"Yeah, but the jewel's already been destroyed." Shippo said.
"Since it had been sealed away by Lady Kikyo's arrow long ago, it didn't know that the Shikon Jewel no longer exist." Miroku said. "That demon is called Root-Head. It burrows underground and absorbs nutrients from humans."
"But we're not the only one at risk!" Treva said in alarm.
"Yes! At this rate, the local villagers will be targeted, too!" Berline said in realization.
"They're right!" Heidi agreed.
"That's exactly right. Six villagers near the Sacred Tree, they're all in danger." Miroku said.
"We have to get rid of this thing." Jasmine said as Grace turned towards Inuyasha.
"Let's go, Inuyasha." Grace said.
"Oh, yeah." Inuyasha said, stunned.
"Cloud, you wait here with Rin and Sango in case if your, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina's husbands show up and tell them everything that happened. Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina, go to the other villages and get rid of the other Root-Heads!" Grace instructed them as they nodded in determination.
"Right!" They said in unison.
"Transform! Magic Winx!" Grace shouted as she, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina crossed their wrists together and activated their Magic Winx transformation. Grace transformed first, then Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and lastly Katrina, ending their transformation. Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina flew off into different directions to protect the villagers from Root-Head.
Inuyasha was seen jumping away from the village with Grace flying next to him. He had sweat coming down his face as he looked at her. 'Why isn't she mad at me?' He thought to himself.
'He didn't need to hide it. We already past the Kikyo stuff years ago.' Grace thought. Suddenly, Root-Head appeared again from the ground and glared at them.
"Ah! So, there you are, ugly!" Inuyasha said with a smirk. "It's pretty big, Grace!" Grace places an arrow on her bow.
"I see that. Leave it to me." Grace said as she shot an arrow directly at Root-Head who broke apart as purple smog appeared again.
"Wind Scar!" Inuyasha shouted as he slashed the blade upon the ground which sent powerful wind of demonic energy back at the demon.
Another Root-Head demon appeared which frightened the villagers as it went at the couple, though Miroku was quick enough to hit it as it turns into purple smog once more. However, he let out a gasp as he saw another Root-Head demon who ended up getting hit by Kohaku's weapon.
"Brother!" Kohaku calls out to his brother-in-law as he pulls his weapon back and flew down to where he was.
"Kohaku!" Miroku said as he hit another demon with his staff.
"Where's sister?" Kohaku asked.
"Right now, she's guarding the children." Miroku said.
"Are all of them back at the village?" Kohaku asked as Miroku continued fighting off Root-Head.
"Got it. I'll go help her out, while you get these people here to safety!" Kohaku said.
"All right." Miroku said as he saw Kohaku and Kirara fly off in the direction of where his and Sango's house was. He down at his hand before clenching it into a fist. "It's moment like these, I realize just how powerless I am without the Wind Tunnel."
Kohaku and Kirara had managed to get to the house on time and the young demon slayer rushed towards the house while carrying his weapon over his right shoulder as he held on to the side of where the doors use to be.
"Sister, are you all okay?" Kohaku asked.
"Kohaku!" Sango said in shock.
"It is Kohaku." Cloud said.
"Oh, Lady Cloud!" Kohaku said.
"Kohaku!" The twins, the Pixies and Rin said in sync.
"Thank goodness." Kohaku said in relief.
"Yes, it left us alone for some reason." Sango said.
Shippo floated towards Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra, Kyōra and Jaken as they were standing around while Sesshomaru, Jaken and Tōga were standing on top of the roof of Sango's home.
"Umm…?" Shippo said.
"Is there something you need, Shippo?" Jaken questioned him, irritated.
"If you're just gonna stand there, why don't you help us, huh?" Shippo asked them.
"You utter buffoon!" Jaken scolded him. "Why in the world would Lord Sesshomaru, Master Tōga, and the rest care what happens to a human village!?" Cloud and Rin came out of the house and saw him along with Sango.
"Lord Sesshomaru!" Cloud smiled in relief.
"Hi, Lord Sesshomaru!" Rin said cheerfully as she waved at him.
'Oh, he kept us safe.' Sango thought as she handed her son to her brother. "Kohaku, look after Hisui!" She ordered him gently.
"Wait, you want me to what!?" Kohaku asked in shock.
"Time to go, Kirara!" Sango said as she got on her with her boomerang on her shoulder.
"Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra, Kyōra, if you're all looking for Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina then they went to different villages to protect them from Root-Head. You should be able to find them on your own." Cloud informed them as Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra nodded and went to find their wives.
Solara was dealing with more Root-Heads on her side as she fires energy blasts at them, disintegrating them into nothingness when one of the Root-Head snuck up behind her and was about to attack her until...
"Eternal Breath!" A voice shouted as a beam of fire fired at Root-Head, destroying it.
"Master Tōga!" Solara shouted as Tōga lands beside her.
"Are you okay, Solara!?" Tōga asked in concern.
"Yes, I am. Thanks to you." Solara said when more Root-Heads began to surface. "There's more of them!"
"Looks like we need to find the source of these demons! Let's deal with this demon first then go find Inuyasha and his mate. They may have found the source." Tōga said as Solara nodded, and they began to destroy more Root-Heads.
Miroku was having trouble taking down more Root-Heads when one of them managed to grab him! "Let go!" He shouted and demanded as he was being pulled in.
"Hiraikotsu!" Sango shouted as she threw her boomerang at Root-Head, destroying him and releasing Miroku.
"Sango!" Miroku said.
"Hey! Looks like you're having some trouble there." Sango said as Miroku destroy another Root-Head.
"Yeah." Miroku said when another Root-Head appeared out of the ground. "The demon's multiplying itself underground!"
Grace shoots another one of her arrows, destroying the roots while firing an energy blast at another root. But more roots came at them.
"Damn it! There's no end!" Inuyasha said frustrated. Just then, a lightning and multiple slashes were heading towards the roots, destroying them. "Huh!?" He and Kagome looked to see Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra with Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina at their side, flying towards them. "Sesshomaru!? Naraku!? Koga!? Father!? Shishinki!? Hiten!? Manten!? Bankotsu!? Jūra!? Jūrōmaru!? Kagerōmaru!? Menōmaru!? Ryūra!? Kyōra!?"
"Having trouble, Mutt Face!?" Koga smirked.
"What was that, you mangy wolf!?" Inuyasha snarled.
"There they go again." Hiten said.
"Yes, indeed, brother." Manten agreed.
"Mou, stop arguing, Inuyasha and Koga. We have more important things to worry about." Grace said.
"That's right." Rosa agreed as Inuyasha and Koga stop arguing and just huffed and looked away from each other.
"Hornet Blaster!" Tōga shouted as he charges up electricity in his sword and fires the blast at full power. Sesshomaru fires explosive blasts of green-colored yōki at the roots, destroying them with ease with the rest of them unleashing their own attacks at the demons.
"Hey, Inuyasha! Was there ever been a battle here before?" Grace asked as they landed on the ground.
"Yeah. Neighboring provinces have skirmish here. Which means this ugly thing has plenty to feast on." Inuyasha said.
'The roots burrow underground…but from where?' Grace thought then gasped.
"What's wrong, Grace?" Inuyasha asked.
"No, nothing." Grace said.
"Let's get going!" Inuyasha said as he destroyed another Root-Head.
"Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine, Katrina! Let's land down there!" Grace said.
"What do you have in mind, Grace?" Dandelia asked.
"Huh?" Inuyasha questioned. "Don't be ridiculous! That thing is after you, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina, remember!?" He protested.
"Yeah, I know! All these roots that keeps popping up have to be connected to Root-Head's main body. Then, we should use me, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina as bait." Grace said.
"That sounds like a good idea." Cloud said.
"No! You think Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra, Kyōra and I gonna let you, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina throw yourselves into danger like that!?" Inuyasha retorted as he, Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra slashed/burned more Root-Heads.
"I bet you would trust this plan if it were Kikyo instead of me, right?" Grace said, staring him down as Inuyasha looked at her in shock. "See? Knew it. You just gotta trust in me." Just then, an arrow became visible in the sky. "What?" She asked in shock.
"No way!" Inuyasha said in disbelief. "Is that…Kikyo's arrow?"
Kaede was standing on top of the roof on Sango and Miroku's house with a bow in her hand with Shippo right beside her.
"Whoa! That was a nice shot, granny Kaede!" Shippo said.
'The arrow I just shot was the same one that my sister used to seal Root-Head in its tomb. That should draw it to the surface.' Kaede thought as the arrow landed on the ground. 'Root-Head will definitely respond to it.'
"Look there!" Grace said, pointing to the ground.
"Yeah!" Inuyasha said as they all went after it. But it starting to get away from them.
"It's getting away!" Solara gasped.
"Oh, no it won't!" Miranda growled.
"Yeah! Not on our watch!" Lantana agreed.
"Quick after it!" Rainbow shouted as she, Grace, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina flew after it.
"Huh? Hey, wait!" Inuyasha shouted.
'We won't let you escape!' Grace thought determinedly as she, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina looked at each other and nodded. They land on the ground and ran after it. Suddenly, the ground beneath them became unstable, making them gasped as the main body of Root-Head appeared beneath them.
"Grace! / Cloud! / Dandelia! / Rosa! / Solara! / Miranda! / Lantana! / Rainbow! / Treva! / Berline! / Heidi! / Jasmine! / Emerald! / Yasmine! / Katrina!" Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra shouted as they caught and carried them bridal style while Jūrōmaru carries Heidi and Jasmine.
"Are you alright, Grace?" Inuyasha asked.
"Yeah." Grace said.
"Solara?" Tōga asked her.
"I'm alright, Master Tōga." Solara smiled.
"Rosa? What about you?" Koga asked her.
"I'm not hurt anywhere, Koga." Rosa said, smiling at him in reassurance.
"Never do that again, Cloud" Sesshomaru said, glaring at her.
"Sorry, Lord Sesshomaru." Cloud apologized as Sesshomaru ease his glare a little and sighed. Naraku, Koga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra ask the others and they said that they're alright as well.
"What is that?" Sango asked as she and Miroku arrived on Kirara.
"If I were to guess…It's Root-Head's main body." Miroku said seriously.
"Finally, came out of hiding, huh?" Inuyasha scoffed.
"Kikyo! I'll eat you whole! Shikon Jewel and all!" Root-Head roared as they appeared before it.
"Just so you know, my name is Grace!" Grace shouted as she readied her arrow.
"And I'll fill you in on something else! The Shikon Jewel doesn't exist anymore, you idiot!" Inuyasha added as he unsheathed his Tetsusaiga and unleashed his Wind Scar along at Root-Head, tearing it apart. Kagome then shot her at Root-Head's eye, purifying it. "We got you now! Take this!" His blade turned into Meido Zangetsuha. "Meido Zangetsuha!" He swung his blade forward and the vortex appeared behind Root-Head! The demon was sucked into the vortex. "Grace!"
"On it!" Grace said. She unleashed another arrow to purify the area around what's left of Root-Head's main body. Eventually, everything became calm and Inuyasha sighed.
"The hell were you and the others thinking!?" Inuyasha yelled as Grace looked at him in confusion.
"Is something bothering you?" Grace asked.
"You, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina almost got yourselves eaten back there, damn it!" Inuyasha yelled.
"That's true. But I knew that I could rely on you to keep that from happening just like Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina rely on Sesshomaru, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra." Grace smiled.
"Well, yeah of course. You can always rely on me." Inuyasha said, looking away in embarrassment.
"Well done, my son. You have gotten stronger." Tōga smiled as he, Solara, Cloud, Sesshomaru, Naraku, Dandelia, Koga, Rosa, Shishinki, Miranda, Hiten, Lantana, Manten, Rainbow, Bankotsu, Treva, Jūra, Berline, Jūrōmaru, Heidi, Kagerōmaru, Jasmine, Menōmaru, Emerald, Ryūra, Yasmine, Kyōra and Katrina came up to them.
"Thanks, father." Inuyasha said.
"Besides, I have faith in you. So, it's alright. You didn't have to hide the whole Kikyo thing from me." Grace reassured him. Inuyasha began to walk away a little. "Hmm? Inuyasha?" She called out to him.
"Does that mean you're upset after all?" Inuyasha mumbled.
"Idiot." Grace smiled warmly at him as she walked up to him and hugged him. "I'm not upset. Like I said before, we've already move past the whole Kikyo stuff years ago. That's all in the past. However...sit boy!" The sealing necklace around Inuyasha's neck activated and he yelped as he landed on the ground, face planted. Tōga and Solara sweat-dropped at them, Koga laughed while Rosa sheepishly, Cloud, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina chuckled nervously, Sesshomaru looked at the scene uninterested, Naraku, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra looked at them in amusement. "Next time, have a little faith and trust in me too." She looked down at him as Inuyasha twitched on the ground.
"Okay." Inuyasha groaned as Grace smiled at him.
"You know this makes me feel a bit nostalgic somehow." Miroku said.
"Let's go home. Our children are waiting for us." Sango smiled as Miroku smiled back at her.
'Fate brought us together so we could trust and care for each other. And doing so, allowed us to overcome our destinies.' Cloud thought smiling as she lay her head on Sesshōmaru's right shoulder that has a boa as they sat together on a branch of the tree. 'All that's left for me is to spend these beautiful days side-by-side with Sesshomaru. The same goes for Grace, Dandelia, Rosa, Solara, Miranda, Lantana, Rainbow, Treva, Berline, Heidi, Jasmine, Emerald, Yasmine and Katrina to spend with Inuyasha, Naraku, Koga, Tōga, Shishinki, Hiten, Manten, Bankotsu, Jūra, Jūrōmaru, Kagerōmaru, Menōmaru, Ryūra and Kyōra at their side.' She smiled as she saw Grace and Inuyasha sitting together on the grassy field, Naraku and Dandelia looking at the distance, Koga and Rosa standing next to each other, Tōga and Solara stand next and close to each other, looking at the distance with a smile, Shishinki standing behind Miranda, Hiten hugging Lantana close to him, Manten laying his head in Rainbow's lap, Bankotsu and Treva laying right next to each other on the grassy field, Jūra showing off in front of Berline as she smiled, Jūrōmaru, Heidi, Kagerōmaru and Jasmine sitting together with Kagerōmaru on Jasmine's shoulder, Menōmaru with Emerald in his lap, Ryūra and Yasmine were in each other's embraces and Kyōra and Katrina were sitting against the tree where Cloud and Sesshomaru were sitting on. Unknown to them, what's left of Root-Head began to grow underneath the Tree of Ages.
"The Bone Eater's well resided in the forest of the Tree of Ages. It used to be a dumping ground for demons that had been done away with. Any bones that had been thrown down; it was known to disappear after some time had passed. That is how it came to be known as the Bone Eater's well. But last I heard of it, the well had been sealed up. So, it can eat no more bones, nor can anyone pass through it any longer." Soukyu explained as Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana looked at him. "And yet…here you fifteen are. Though you fifteen hails from Raywa village. I'm sure the tale of how you fifteen came to these lands is interesting."
"Now, princess half-demons, let's waste no more time. You must tell us how you came here. I'm sure you must know. Tell us, what will happen to the Shogunate? What is the fate of our clan?" Danjo questioned them.
"Excellency." Towa said respectfully.
"Hmm? What is it?" Danjo asked.
"Run away." Gina said coldly.
"What?" Danjo asked when suddenly there's a commotion outside of the room.
"You'll get hurt if you stay. Time's running out." Tatsu said as one of the guards was thrown into the room, smashing the doors.
"Oh, what's happening?" Soukyu asked as he and Danjo stands up.
"Stop!" A guard shouted, running towards something.
"Shut up!" A female voice said, kicking him against the sliding door. The fourteen females and sixteen males walked into the room and shortly found them. They are Setsuna, Yukiharu, Chika, Jun, Akimitsu, Emica, Hana, Yuta, Jona, Soma, Kaida, Touya, Noriaki, Makaira, Ren, Ken, Yasu, Ohta, Katsu, Yukiya, Jun'ichi, Masae, Ingrid, Hayate, Noa, Sora, Yuma, Moroha, Chizue and Fuyutake along with Aspen and the Pixies.
"Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta, Wakana, let's get going already! We don't have time to waste in a place like this." Moroha smirked.
"Thank goodness that you're all alright." Cherel smiled at them in relief.
"You fifteen really are a handful." Setsuna said with a sigh before she, Emica, Hana, Yuta, Noriaki, Ren, Yasu, Katsu, Yukiya, Jun'ichi, Masae, Ingrid, Hayate, Noa and Yuma used their weapons to free Aiya, Towa, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana from their bindings.
"But we're glad that all of you are alright." Chika smiled.
"Yeah. What a relief." Chizue smiled.
"You fifteen are really a knack for trouble." Aspen sighed, smiling at them.
"Thanks, Setsuna, Yukiharu, Chika, Jun, Akimitsu, Emica, Hana, step-aunts, step-uncles, Noriaki, Makaira, Ren, Ken, Yasu, Ohta, Katsu, Yukiya, Jun'ichi, Masae, Ingrid, Hayate, Noa, Sora. And you too, Yuma, Moroha, Chizue and Fuyutake." Towa said smiling appreciatively at them as she, Aiya, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana stood up and rub their hands.
"Took you guys long enough." Uta said.
"I demand answers. Who are you!?" Soukyu demanded.
"Well, it's kind of a long story…huh?" Moroha said when she, Chizue, Fuyutake and Yuma sniffed something then smirked.
"Wait, that smell..." Chizue trailed off.
"Yeah." Fuyutake nodded.
"Moroha, do you smell that familiar scent?" Yuma smirked.
"Aha! Yep! I knew that something smelled funny around here. So, it's you, Yotsume?" Moroha smirked as Soukyu (Yotsume) grunted. "Well, since you're here, I might as well take you out!" She took out her sword and charged at him.
"Moroha, don't!" Hana said.
"Come back!" Talin shouted.
"Moroha, don't rush in!" Noa warned her.
"She's right!" Wuesin agreed, but Moroha doesn't seemed to hear her as she sliced Yotsume's hat, revealing his other two eyes at the top and Yotsume grunted angrily.
"You're an apparition!?" Danjo questioned in shock.
"Oh, shit!" Moroha exclaimed.
"Moroha!" Chika shouted.
"You brat!" Yotsume yelled furiously, but before he could attack her, Setsuna and Yuma used their blades to destroy his human disguise. The owl demon reverted back to his owl form, took off, and made his get-away.
"Heh! That bird's a sore loser, isn't he?" Moroha smirked as she was about to use her sword's power when Yuma hold her hand, stopping her.
"Moroha, wait! That guy seems like he might know something. It's better if we capture him and make him talk." Yukiya said.
"He's right." Katsu agreed.
"Aww, come on!" Moroha whined.
"Moroha, don't argue. We need him alive for questioning." Saku said.
"But we still have to chase him down first!" Yasu muttered as Yuma, Moroha, Chizue and Fuyutake left first.
"Let's go!" Setsuna said as she, Yukiharu, Chika, Jun, Akimitsu, Emica, Hana, Yuta, Jona, Soma, Kaida, Touya, Noriaki, Makaira, Ren, Ken, Yasu, Ohta, Katsu, Yukiya, Jun'ichi, Masae, Ingrid, Hayate, Noa, Sora and Aspen went to catch up with Yuma, Moroha, Chizue and Fuyutake along with the pixies, Cherel, Kelenet, Jesa, Talin, Glala, Martino, Pam, Chesa, Camelia, Jolly, Glim, Mola, Glam, Fixit and Wuesin. Towa grabbed the old worn-out bike seat and map before briefly talked with Danjo and left with Aiya, Chiharu, Ena, Gina, Hanami, Jin, Michiko, Mayu, Namika, Raku, Saku, Tatsu, Uta and Wakana to catch up with them.
