Years later Princess Leia was on the Tantive IV waiting for the death star planes to be delivered. Padme appeared as Leia was heading to the bridge. "I thought you were going after Obi Wan not taking part in a battle. "Padme said. "We had to make a stop here when a rebel unit broke into the imperial library on Scarif. Then we go after Obi Wan. "Leia explained. The Profundity prepared to jump into hyperspace when a star destroyer jumped out of hyperspace in front it.
"Vader you road hog! "Padme shouted. She flew into space and pushed the Devastator out of the way. On the bridge Darth Vader was mad as he fell. "Out of the way you road hog. Even Anakin wouldn't park in the middle of the space lanes. "How dare you interfere in our operations! "Vader shouted at Padme. "Why haven't we jumped into hyperspace? "Leia asked into the comm. "Stand by we are jumping to lightspeed. "Admiral Raddus replied. They jumped into hyperspace and headed for Tatooine.
Soon the Profundity left hyperspace and was attacked by an interdictor class star destroyer. A rebel solider brough the death star plans to the Tantive IV. "We are heavily damaged princess. You will have to go from here. "Admiral Raddus explained . The Tantive separated and jumped into hyperspace heading to Tatooine. They reached Tatooine and started to descend when the Devastator appeared behind the ship. "Vader again! "Padme growled. "Leia get in an escape pod. I will hold off Vader. "Padme ordered. Blaster fire erupts outside the ship and alarms sound inside. Leia heads into a dark corridor and puts the data card with the plans into R2D2. Padme reminds invisible and silent as she programs R2D2. C3P0 finds Artoo in the corridor yet doesn't see Leia and the droids head for an escape pod. Leia hid in an alcove and removed her hood. Padme was nearby. Stromtroopers boarded the ship and fought against rebel soldiers. Many rebels were killed or captured. Darth Vader came on board as the fighting moved away from the hatch. He moved towards the cockpit as the escape pod carrying the droids was launched. Vader held Captain Antilles in his hands by his neck. "The death star plans are not in the main computer. "A stormtrooper reported. "Where are those plans. What have you done with those transmissions. "Vader asked. Padme appeared beside Vader. "We intercepted no transmissions. We are on a diplomatic mission aaaa. "Captain Antilles said as Vader choked him to death. "Commander prepare to tear this ship apart until you find those plans and bring me the passengers I want them alive! "Vader shouted. He looked at Padme floating beside him. "Why do you care about this ship? "Vader growled. "They have diplomatic immunity you can't board them. Besides the transmissions were beamed to the ship they were docked on. "Padme replied. "I saw a soldier carry the data card and hand it to someone on this ship. "Vader answered. Padme stopped and suddenly froze. "Oh No. I am too late. "Padme cried as she disappeared. Padme appeared in the corridor where Leia had been hiding. Leia was lying on the floor as the stormtroopers approached. "She will be okay. Inform Lord Vader we have a prisoner. "A stormtrooper said. "AAAGH too late. "Padme groaned to herself. She followed Leia being led to Darth Vader.
"Darth Vader only you would be so bold. The Imperial Senate won't sit still when they have learned you attacked a diplomatic immune." Leia was cut off by Vader. Padme floated next to Leia and was visible to both. "You weren't on any mercy mission this time. I want to know what happened to the plans they set you?" Vader asked Leia. "I don't know what you are talking about. We are on a diplomatic mission to Alderaan. 'Leia replied. Vader pointed at her repeatedly "You are part of the rebel alliance and a trader. Take her away. "Vader ordered. Padme followed Vader. "Holding her is dangerous. It could generate support for the rebellion in the senate. "An officer told Vader. "Leave that to me. Send a distress signal and inform the senate that all aboard were killed. "Vader ordered. "Lord Vader battlestation plans were not aboard this ship and no transmissions were made. An escape pod was jettisoned during the fighting. "Another officer told Vader. "She must have hidden the plans in the escape pod. Set a detachment down to retrieve it and see to it personally. There will be no one to stop us this time. "Vader ordered. He turned to Padme floating beside him. "Are you related to her? I see a resemblance. "Vader asked. "Maybe. Is there no low you won't stoop to? "Padme asked. "She stole the plans to the death star. We have to recover them. 'Vader explained. "Right and that means attacking princess's. What's next killing queens? "Padme asked. "Not at all. "Vader answered. "If you knew the prophecy of the angel you would know you are doomed to fail. I won't tell you it. Figure that out yourself. "Padme snickered and disappeared. Vader wondered what this prophecy was Padme was talking about.
