Caillou is at his house getting ready for his playdate with Bessie.

"Are you excited about yer playdate with yer new fiend, Caillou?" asks Doris.

"I sure am, Mommy!" says Caillou.

The door bell rings.

"Shes here!" says Caillou.

Doris answers the door. Bessie and her mom are there.

"Hello. You must be Hilary Higgenbottom. Im Doris," says Doris.

"Nice to meet you, Doris," says Hilary.

"Hi, Bessie," says Caillou.

"Hey, Caillou," says Bessie.

"Im glad we get to play together today," says Caillou.

"Me too," says Bessie.

"You be good today and play nice with Caillou, Bessie," says Hilary.

"OK Mom," says Bessie.

"Lets go play!" says Caillou.
