Present Day

"Ugh! I'm so bored." This was the complaint of 16 year old Izuku Midoriya who recently finished his work shift and is now bemoaning about what to do. "What can I do in my free time? I could practice with my powers and... Pause Nah, that's basically exercising, I'm going have to do that later."

Sigh 'Think Izuku, you've survived for so long without asking others for advice, and mum she…' The boy stopped, and realized his mistake. He then gained a mournful look on his face, attempting to not cry. "Don't think about it. Please, don't think about it." Midoriya repeated to himself, trying not to bawl his eyes out.

"There was nothing you could've done. Even if your intentions were good, that does not excuse the fact you stole money from others." The boy berated, and continued "To try and save your loved one in exchange for a wrongdoing. Mum didn't want that, but we still did it."

Midoriya clenched his fists, and once again tried not to let out tears. Sniffles Too late. He's now bawling his eyes out, and starts yelling "Is this what I am!? I did something wrong to try and save my one family that was left! And I get punished for it!? Are you having a laugh GOD!? HUH!? Is this entertaining for you!? ANSWER ME!"

The green haired boy was hysterical, not aware of his surroundings, just lost in his mental breakdown. He then sees trashcans in his peripheral vision, and starts kicking and punching them.

Midoriya does this for a while, until he feels his hands and feet hurting from punching and kicking. The boy grimaced and said "What is wrong with me?" He looks at his hands which are bruised and bloodied. He then glanced at his feet, and points out "Not much injuries, just the hands."

Midoriya looks around, he's in a dark alleyway located in the least populated part of town. "Glad that I went here after work, otherwise people would question my sanity." Said the green haired teenager. He feels his hands hurting even more "I should go home and bandaged myself up. Don't want to…"

Waaaaahhhh waaaahhhhhh waaaahhhhhh

'Wait, sirens? I should go look' thought Midoriya. The boy teleports on top of a rooftop building, and tries to pinpoint where the sirens are coming from. "Where are you? Come on. Eyes widen Aha! There it is." The teen points at a car chase near the coastline, with police cars pursuing the villains in their armoured car. There was also another group of cars chasing the villains, gasp "Heroes are there as well!" He then berates himself, "Of course, what else do you expect Midoriya? There are no heroes without villains. Man, I've really forgotten about heroes."

The green haired boy gains a determined look, and thought 'I have to help them or in this case participate in a dangerous operation in which a civilian is prohibited from taking action' Midoriya shrugs "Oh well, it's not like I have anything better to do." He said absentmindedly.

He teleports building to building, and gets closer to the chase. His plan is to see the interior of the armoured car and visualize himself being there. And that's where he strikes first.

"Hey guys, room for one more?" Izuku asks cheerfully, shocking the villains in the interior. "Hey! How did you-" The villain didn't get to finish as the green haired teen punched him square in the face, knocking some tooths out. Soon, all the other villains start to panic and cause a ruckus to the driver. "Hey, what's going on back there!?" The driver yelled to his fellow villains. "A kid just-" another villain gets punched by Midoriya, and shortly, the others end on the same fate. It's the driver that's still conscious. He saw how one scrawny kid was able to beat his comrades, he's not going to take any chances. So he pulls out his gun and says "End of the line kid or actually end of your life!" The villain laughs, and Midoriya just stares at him, waiting for the right moment to take the driver out.

Until… A YELLOW ELECTRIC SHOCKWAVE shook the armoured car, electrifying the interior, and in the process knocking out the driver and causing the car to crash in a large warehouse. For the green haired teen, well, let's just say that he is not having a great time. He's having a spasm due to being electrocuted. "Got to huff get out of here." He says while twitching, and attempts to teleport. It doesn't work. This caused the boy to gasp as this hasn't happened before "Why can't I teleport? Why doesn't it work now!? Wait… is this because of the electricity? Yes… that's right, I've never been electrocuted until now… My brain's electrical rhythms became imbalanced, resulting in me having a seizure."

Sigh 'So I do have a weakness. It just took longer to find out because I didn't bother to see if I had limits to my powers. And now I know… god, what a day.' Thought Midoriya as he leans back against the interior wall of the armoured car.

"Hey, I got this one, let me handle it." Said a young voice outside the car. "Sure kid, you have to experience it, so you know what to do in this situation." A friendly but quiet voice replied to the young voice. "All right, ah, there's the door" It started to get closer. "I'll open it slowly, so we can make sure not one villain is awake." The door started to open and what Midoriya sees first is a face. Not just any face, a face of a teenager boy, a person his age. The green haired teen can see that the other teen has blond hair with a lightning-bolt shaped streak of black. His eyes are yellow, just like his hair. His outfit consists of: a plain white shirt, an open black jacket with a white lightning pattern across his back, and matching pants with two lines running down his legs. His support item is a single, square-shaped earphone over his right ear, resembling a radio antenna sticking out of the top. He looked to be 5'6, about Midoriya's height.

"Whoa… Hey, uh Edgeshot you might want take a look at this." The blond boy finally spotted the green boy and called out to his right. The man presumed to be Edgeshot came in view and looked at Midoriya. "Hello there." The green teen weakly joked. "My god… A kid is in here with the villains." Edgeshot was dumbfounded. "I'm a teenager like him." Midoriya said defensively, pointing at the blond boy. "You're still just a kid." The hero retorted. "Whatever…" the green boy sighs tiredly. Edgeshot looks at the blond boy and says "Come on. Let's get him out of there and have those tend to." He points at Midoriya's bruised and bloodied hands.

A few minutes later

The green haired teen had his hands tended to and bandaged up, while at the same time, he's being asked by the blond haired teen. "So what were you doing inside the car?" "Well… I uh…" the blond teen continues to ask him questions, not bothering to let him finish. "Are you connected to villains?" "What!?" The blond continued again. "Who are you working for?" Midoriya raises his hand and says "I'm going to have to stop you right there Electro" "My name is Charge-" the green boy interrupted him. "Tell me your hero name when I actually do care, all right?" said Midoriya sarcastically. The blond boy is now getting irritated by the green boy. "It's my turn to talk now. You can only nod and shake your head. Got it? Okay, first up, was making the shockwave the only choice you had?" The blond boy nodded. "Can it kill a person if more force were applied to it?" the blond boy shakes his head. "Hmm, okay, last question. Were you the student that fried his brains in the sports festival last month?" That question seemed to make the blond boy cringed, he paused and then nods. "Okay, all done!" Midoriya smiled cheerfully. "That was fun man! You're fun dude." The blond boy just stared at him. "Oh right. This is probably embarrassing for you huh?" the green boy smiled innocently.

The blond teen angrily stood up and glared at him and yelled "Shut up!" The green teen stood up as well, with his hands raised and backing up "Hey, whoa whoa whoa. What's with the aggression? I thought after the questions, we were boys." Midoriya admitted genuinely. "You gonna hit me?" he asks the blond boy to which he responds with "Maybe…" The green boy suddenly teleports behind him "Just like that?" The blond teen whips around to punch him but is met with open air. Cough he turns to see the green teen is back in front of him. "Hmm, tough guy. I like that. I like it a lot." Midoriya spoke in a cool tone. "Who are you?" the blond boy finally asks. "Who am I? You sure want to know? The story of my life is not for the faint of heart." "Stop quoting Spider-Man and tell me." The blond teen stopped the green teen before he could go further. "The name's Izuku Midoriya" he teleports to offer a handshake to the blond boy. They stare at each other for a second. "Come on. Give me a… kill shake… kill shake. I'm not going to kill you if that's what you're wondering." The green boy jokingly said. As for the blond teen, he stares at him for a while and then… accepts his handshake. "Denki Kaminari, it's nice to meet you Midoriya." "And you as well Kaminari. I thought I was gonna have to call you blond boy or blond teen, because that's what was happening in my head." Midoriya admitted. "Yeah, I had the same thought as well." Whistles "Wow, it's like we share the same mind, who would've thought." Kaminari shrugs. "I think I overstayed my welcome here, tell Edgeshot I said bye." "Hey! Wait!" Kaminari tries to stop Midoriya but he's already gone. Sigh "Damn it."
