Chapter 4: "LIAR."

A/N: I think this won't be the last chapter since I couldn't finish the main idea. But next one will probably be the last one.

*Somewhere outside Rosewood- Lost Woods Resort- November 20th, 2022*

*General POV*

After one more hour, all the girls left, leaving Alison and Spencer, who volunteered to clean the mess after the party alone. You could feel the tension in that room since neither of them was talking to each other.

"So, did you have fun?" Alison said, trying to break the Ice.

"Where did you get that necklace?" Spencer quickly asked, ignoring Alison's question.

Alison could tell by Spencer's glare that she was VERY mad at her. Her glare was frightening and piercing to the point she could see your soul. Scared of her reaction and not wanting to tell her the truth, Alison responded:

"This one?" Alison said, raising her necklace.

"Do you have any other on your neck?" Spencer said, glaring at Alison like it was a stupid question.

For a moment, Alison froze at Spencer's cold response. Scared of her reaction and not wanting to tell her the truth, Alison lied.

"Emily gave It to me," Alison quickly lied.

"Don't lie to me, Alison," Spencer said with a disappointed look.

"I'm not lying! Emily gave it to me for our anniversary," Alison said with such a convinced face that even she might believe her lie.

"DON'T LIE TO ME, ALISON!" Spencer warned now with an angry face and raised her voice, but not still not yelling.

"Why would you think I'm lying?" Alison asked, trying to sound offended by the lack of trust in Spencer.

"One: Because Emily doesn't have the same necklace." Spencer started, "Two: Because you didn't have it this morning, and your anniversary was months ago." Spencer said as she continued tearing apart Alison's lie, "Three: You always take that "powerful stand crossing your arms over your chest when you're lying." "And because I've only seen that necklace in one person in my whole life... My psychotic twin sister Alex Drake.

"So, tell me, Alison... Who... Gave It... To you..." Spencer said angrily.

"I-I can't tell you," Alison said, defeated and caught in her lies.

"Alison, we promised not to lie to each other ever again." Spencer reclaimed, reminding Alison of the promise they made some time ago.

*Flashback- Spencer's House-3 weeks ago*

Spencer and Alison were sitting, on the sofa, silently drinking a cup of coffee to end the day.

"Spencer, what's wrong with you?" Alison said, worried about Spencer's recent behavior.

"Nothing, I'm just tired," Spencer said, trying not to worry Alison.

"Spencer, don't lie to me, please. What's going on" Alison pleaded to Spencer for answers raising her voice a little.

"Mind your own business!" Spencer yelled. Alison froze in shock before quickly looking down in shame. Spencer Instantly sighed, regretting seeing Alison like that, "Sorry, I... I just don't want to talk about it." Spencer said with her voice breaking and tears forming in her eyes. She quickly hid her face in her hands and started sobbing. Seeing this, Alison put her hand on Spencer's back, dragging it up and down, attempting to comfort her friend.

"What happened?" Alison asked sadly.

"I'm pregnant," Spencer said between sobs and cries.

Alison quickly raised Spencer's head from her chin to meet her eyes. "Hey, hey, don't cry. That's not wrong at all. Those are great news." Alison said, smirking slightly but sadly.

"Toby didn't want me to get pregnant yet. He said he had too much work and not enough money yet," Spencer said, her voice still breaking. "He'll never forgive me." Spencer cried.

Alison quickly pulled Spencer into a hug, putting Spencer's head on her shoulder and stroking her hair gently. "Of course, he will forgive you. He loves you. And he will love the child growing in you." Alison said, embracing harder her cousin.

"But please, don't lie to me again. You know I'm here for you... Always." Alison said, pleading with Spencer to stop lying to her.

"Let's promise not to lie to each other again," Spencer said, trying to dry the tears from her face. "I promise not to lie to you ever again," Spencer said. "Do you promise?" Spencer asked, expecting Alison's answer.

"I promise," Alison said before embracing Spencer again, this time Spencer returning the hug.

Alison quickly broke the hug to look Spencer in her eyes. "Let's also promise not to hide anything from anyone ever again." Alison started, "So you go and tell Toby about this." Alison commanded Spencer.

"I promise," Spencer said.

*End Flashback*

"Alex Drake gave It to me," Alison said, defeated and caught in her lies.

Spencer's eyes went wide in shock at what Alison had just said. "WHAT?!, wh-when?!, h-how?!, WHY?!" Spencer tried to say, still in shock.

"I've been seeing her for one week now," Alison started, "and It's not what you think it is," Alison responded, knowing what Spencer was about to say.

"I don't even know what to think," Spencer said with a disbelief expression. "You're cheating on Emily with our former tormentor, who is also my evil twin sister," Spencer said

"I'm not cheating on Emily." Alison started. "She's just a friend... Although, there was a kiss." Alison said, almost whispering the last part.

"Th-There was a... There was a WHAT?!" Spencer said, not believing what she was hearing.

"A kiss, Okay?" Alison started. "I kissed her."

"She's your freaking cousin Alison!" Spencer claimed, yelling.

"I know, and I'm sorry for that. I didn't know what I was doing," Alison said. "I was drunk, and it just happened."

"Why would you keep this from me!?" Spencer exclaimed, still raising her voice but not yelling anymore.

"Because I knew you would react like this," Alison said

"That's no excuse, Alison. We made a promise." Spencer said but was abruptly interrupted by Alison.

"Oh, and you kept your promise very well by not telling Toby you let his baby die, right?" Alison said, stabbing Spencer in the point that hurt the most. "You murdered his baby and didn't even have the guts to tell him," Alison said, twisting the knife, making it hurt even more.

Spencer quickly moved forward to Alison as close as she could and slapped her across the face. So hard that she broke her lip. "You were wrong, Alison. You're still the rotten manipulative liar bitch you've always been," Spencer said with tears flowing down her face.

Alison quickly raised her face to see Spencer in her eyes. She closed her right fist and punched Spencer so hard in her face that it broke her nose.

"Agh, you freaking bitch" Spencer said, covering with her hand her nose, trying to stop the bleeding, and taking some steps back to get away from Alison. She quickly pointed at Alison with her other hand's index finger. "That's it! You are no longer family to me anymore," Spencer said.

"Oh Yeah? You're dead to me, Spencer Hastings." Alison said, responding to her now ex-cousin threat. She quickly grabbed a whisky glass from the table and threw it to Spencer.

Spencer managed to dodge it, but instead of leaving, she only stood firm, glaring at Alison with a deadly glare, a glare Alison would never forget because it looked like Spencer could kill her there whenever she desired it.

"I should've let Ian kill you in that bell tower," Alison affirmed. But Spencer ignored her, turning on her heel and leaving the Lost Woods Resort, pounding the door as hard as she could.

After Spencer left. Alison looked down at her clothes and saw that her clothes were soaked with Spencer's blood. "Shit!... this was a new one. I'll have to get rid of it," Alison said.

*Pov Shift- Lost Woods Resort Parking Lot- November 20th, 2022*

*Spencer's POV*

"SHIT," I say, hitting my car steering wheel multiple times. "Why is she so freaking stubborn!?" After saying that, my phone instantly rings. I take my phone from my pocket and look at the text on my phone's screen.

'Poor Spencer, not even her cousin is on her side. Be careful. You say I kill -A.'

'I can't take this anymore! Alison hates me, I've been Lying to Toby, and 'A' Is controlling my life again. I need to end this, and I need to end this tonight.' I quickly turn on my car and drive back to Rosewood to end this once and for all.

*Somewhere on Rosewood's highway- November 20th, 2022- 12:15 A.M.*

*Spencer's POV*

While searching for information, I found out in the past 'A's' liars that their new lair must be in Rosewood's principal highway in the abandoned storage, since when I received the first 'A' message, my first instinct was to search in the now closed Room Nº1 in the Lost Woods Resort, Mona's Liar. I found that the room was being used by 'A' again. After that, I went to the dollhouse hidden in Tyler State Park, where I found the identity of this 'A'. So now I'm here, standing in front of the storage unit.

After a while, I entered the storage by force since the extensive 10 feet old doors were too hard to move. While walking, I found a room with an ample window showing a dollhouse, just like the one CeCe Drake created years ago. Although, this one was smaller, composed of only two rooms. I quickly checked the computer that was on the desktop. I couldn't get past the password that encrypted every file, but I managed to watch the security cameras recording. They were recordings from two weeks ago. They show Alex & Mary trapped in this doll house. I quickly get up from the desk and look at pictures on the wall connected by strings resembling an investigation blackboard, with all our most recent lies and secrets, from Alison's affair with Alex to Toby's baby I killed.

I quickly glimpse in the desk drawers only to find 'A's' credit card which contained their real name, confirming my theory. I am concentrated on finding more evidence until I get interrupted by an automated voice.

'A': Oh, Spencer, why didn't you stay home?

I quickly turn to face the black hooded figure, but they raise a rock in their hand and hit me on the head, knocking me down.
