American Dragon Up! Season 01 Episode 02
01 We see Jake again with his Grandfather and Fu Dog going to do some training when a bunch of magical creatures come running out of a sewer area and Jake says "That is seriously nasty. Why's it always the sewers, I can't be reeking of that stench when i go to find a date for the dance." though his gradfather says "You must remember even the thirstiest frog cannot drink from two ponds at once." making Jake look confused as Fu Dog then says "Duties before Cuties, get in there." and knock Jake into the sewers.
02 Jake then calls out "Dragon Up!" changing into his dragon form and now being at the ready for whatever it was that was down there and whatever it was had slammed into him making Jake then belch out fire at them sending the creature flying away in fear and he climbs out of the sewers saying "Whatever it was it's gone now." to which his grandfather says "Whatever it was, the creature will most likely return be on guard for now training is over for the day go home and rest." and Jake nods in response going to do just that.
03 The next day Jake was hanging with Trixie and Spud along with Den and Harrison on the way to school as Trixie says "Imma be doing the school a favor and take Spud to the dance so he ain't bugging all the other girls, what about you guys?" which Jakre responds to saying "I was gonna ask out Rose. and you two?" while looking over at the two newer members that were slowly intergrating with Jake's crew. Den however says "Don't have one we only just finished unpacking so I'm not sure I'll even have a date." and his brother Harrison joins in saying "I don't even know any of the girls besides Trixie."
04 Trixie then gestures over to Rose saying "Better now than never Jakey." and so Jake goes over to speak to Rose seeing she had a dragon marking on her arm and so he decided to bring that up as an icebreaker saying "Hey Rose, cool tattoo." Spotting Jake and hearing what he said Rose responds "Oh, thanks but it's actually a birthmark." to which he says back "Cool I didn't know birthmarks could be dragon shaped, so about the upcoming dance, you got a date yet?" With a sigh Rose says "I wish, but my dad needs me to help out at his garage so I won't be able to go." and Jake says "Oh, that's a shame my grandpa usually needs me at his shop but I managed to get the day off to hit the dance floor. Someother time then?"
05 Rose nods saying "I'd like that." as the bell then begins to ring and so they had to get to class. Through the Day Jake had noticed his breath starting to turn green a bit and had a weird smell and snuck off during lunch calling up Fu Dog who apparently has a cellphone and says "Fu Dog, what can you tell me about my breath starting to stink and turning into a green mist?" which they answer saying "Probably dragon's breath, it'll clear up in a few days come on by the shop and I'll fix you up a little charm that'll stop you from stinking up the place until then."
06 "Great, I can't get a date with Dragon's breath this sucks." Jake then sighs though over the phone Fu Dog says "Relax I know a couple of girls your age on the magic side of things." and Jake says "Thanks Fu Dog I'm glad I can count on you with this." and then hangs up heading on out of the boy's bathroom deciding it's best to just keep his mouth shut for now and speak as little as possible and blame it on the cafeteria food if anyone questions his breath. However we see that Harrison had been in one of the other stalls coming out after Jake had left questinoning "Dragon's Breath?"
07 We then see that Jake was riding the subway with Jake wearing a charm around his neck that he hadn't been wearing before along with Fu Dog who stopped him from getting off the train saying "Hold up there kid, last stop for them we're taking the express line to Magic Ville." as he says this a hydrolic lifts the car they were in up into a magic portal that took them to a shopping district and they'd gotten out of the car walking around and checking out the various shops that were around them.
08 Jake starts to walk off but Fu Dog stops him saying "Hold it, we gotta head over to this way some of the people here ain't to friendly." and takes him over to a shop stand calling out "Hey Veronica you there?" and a girl comes over whom we can only see the upper half of quenstioning "Out of ingredients already?" though the canine responds "Nah, we're here to help out my pal Jake here. You know any Gal Pals that can pass for human?" and the girl named Veronica says "Let me think.." while coming out of the stand surprising Jake seeing that her lower half was that of a spider.
09 Though it did catch him off guard at first Jake then says "Whoa, cool. I didn't think I'd be meeting an Arachne today." and Veronica responds "Oh, don't get many on your side of town?" to which he nods stating "Don't get much of any magical beings on my side of town.. other than my family." Veronica starts to think about any girls she knows and says "We don't really get many girls that could pass for both your age and human sadly there are some, but I wouldn't recommend it." Jake then questions "Why's that?" to which Veronica responds "She ate her last date." making Jake flinch in response saying "Yikes."
10 Veronica then suggests "There's the Oracle Twins, though that might be a bad idea since they get random flashes of the future and can't really control what they see." and Jake agrees saying "Ya that might be a bad idea don't want them freaking anyone out at the dance, humans aren't used to well.. that." before spotting a girl that was fairly attractive and questions "Who's she?" Veronica however says "Dunno haven't seen her here before but uh, good luck." indicating that this person wasn't a regular and had noticed that Jake had seemed interested.
11 Jake then goes over to talk to her saying "Hey there, you new?" and the girl responds "Ya I'm just in town for a couple of days visiting family." shooting his shot Jake questions "Well it so happens I need a date for tonight, hows about going to a dance with the American Dragon?" to which she says "Well aren't you direct, but it does sound kinda fun as long as I can get home by a bit past Ten. I'm Jasmine by the way." she then hold out her hand and Jake takes it kissing the back of it saying "Jake long." making her laugh.
12 Well Later on Jake and Jasmine were having pictures taken of them by Jake's mom which he was complaining about saying "Mom can we stop I'm starting to see spots before my eyes." and finally the photos stop with the two then finally able to leave and get over to the school dance while Jake was apologizing as they were going into the school saying "Sorry about my folks they're easily exciteable." though Jasmine says "That's fine, my folks are the same way." as the two hit the dance floor for a bit to enjoy the night.
13 While they were enjoying the dance Jasmine reminds Jake "Don't forge I gotta be home by.." though he interrupts saying "By about Ten, don't worry I remember. I got my watch set to beep around Ten so we can get you home on time." and the two continued dancing and having fun not noticing the moon above them and Jasmine's eyes began to glow and she'd started acting strangely and doing something that was making the other guys around act strange one by one slowly taking control of them all.
14 Jake had dove undera table to hide and call Fu Dog saying "Fu something's gone wrong, my date's acting weird." which Fu Dog questions "What did you do?" however Jake's grandfather shows them the images that Jake's mom his daughter had taken and says "He's taken a Nyx to the dance." and Fu begins to freak. "You gotta find a way to incompassitate them like, right now!" and Jasmine becomes a large snakelike creatuer with human head and arms with long claws on them along with black wings.
15 The Nyx began to try to do whatever she was doing to those other guys but to everyone at once however we see Den and Harrison somehow stopping it and slipping away without people noticing. Strange black smoke began to fill the room and someone clad in gold purple and black armor along with a black cloak and gold short sword in one hand and a gold dagger in the other appeared and began to fight the Nyx and Jake calls "Dragon up!" changing into his Dragon form blasting the Nyx with fire and going over asking the person in the cloak "Are you with the Huntsclan?" however the cloaked figure responds "Never heard of them. But if you're here to protect these students then consider me a friend."
16 Fu Dog then shows up with Jake's Grandpa who was in Dragon Form and Fu throws a bottle over to Jake calling out "Use it on the Nyx!" however befor he could catch it the Nyx knocked the bottle to the side and the cloaked figure calls out "Camoforge!" vanishing into thin air with Jake sighing saying "Ya, great. Some Friend." and begins to continue fighting the Nyx as she was trying to drain him and whoever was left. However a swarm of flaming insects then began attacking the Nyx distracing them and some sort of energy bonds had wrapped around their arms and wings.
17 The Cloaked figure appeared on the Nyx's back and uncorked the bottle saying "Swallow this." and poured it down their throat jumping down as the Nyx changed back into Jasmine and the smoke began to clear up and the cloaked figure says "Well that's it." however Jake says "And what about the people witnessing the fight?" however the cloaked figure responds "What fight? They saw what I wanted them to see, the rest of their classmates just dancing around." before then taking off and slipping away. Jake changes back to human and questions "I don't get it, Jasmine said she had to be home by around Ten, it's only Nine thirty by my watch." however Fu dog reminds him "Did you remember to set the clock forwards today for the end of Daylight Savings?" to which the Amrican Dragon just says "Fuck."
