American Dragon Up! Season 01 Episode 04
01 Jake had been starting at the clock waiting for the bell to ring getting annoyed with every ticking second for this three day weekend to start, eventually the bell finally rang as everyone bolted out of the classroom and the school. Trixie had walked up asking "Yo Jakey, you excited for this three day weekend?" as Spud Harrison and Den also walked up behind her. Jake looks around and says "I wish I could enjoy it, but this weekend is the Dragon Sumit." with Spud questioning "Is that something we can go see?" thinking that sounded cool.
02 Jake however responds "No way, they'll flip if they find out Haley and I didn't erase your memories of us being dragons. For now it's best to just pretend like that didn't happen." and Den nods saying "It's usually the same with us Seekers. Not a lot of non seekers know about that stuff either." and the group walk together discussing the Dragon Sumit while heading over to Haley's school where Danielle and Albedo were also attending and picking up them as they were making their way to Jake's grandpa's shop.
03 "Remember Haley this isn't going to be easy even just temping for the weekned." and his little sister responds "I know, and if anything happens I know how to contact you and the others if needed." and Jake nods saying "Good." and helped Grandpa and Fu Dog with the luggage and they'd headed off once it was all put up and ready to get out of there. Grandpa reminds Jake "This dragon Sumit is to meet with other dragons and share ideas along with you finally meeting the Dragon World Council as the first of the American Dragons it is important that you make a good impression."
04 "Don't worry I got this, and I remember no talking about the others knowing." as they'd used a magical elevator to get there to a place called the Isle of Draco and Grandpa led Jake over to where the Dragon Council would be meeting up and we see multiple people standing around as Grandpa led him over to the council saying "Apologies for being late." while bowing to them and Jake walks over saying "Ya, sorry about that. I had to make sure my sister was ready to act as Subsitute Dragon and had the stuff she needed to handle the job during the sumit." which did sound reasonable to the Council.
05 "We have much to discuss inside." one of the council members stated and it seemed the other world dragons around knew not to like the sound of that but Jake went on inside without any sort of fear. During the meeting one of the council had information on what Jake had been up to and shows the images of Trixie, Spud, Harrison, Den, Albedo, and Danielle and says "You have revealed your identity to no less than Six Human Civilians." however Jake corrects them and says "Two." making the council stop and look at him.
06 The short woman on the council says "Excuse me?" to which Jake repeats again "Two, I have my identity revealed to two normal humans civilians." and the council looks at the six pictures before then back to Jake who continues on saying "Only Trixie and Spud are normal civilians, and given we've literally known each other from Pre-School I can tell you they are trustworthy to keep the secret." Hearing this the blue haired woman on the council then questions "What of the others then?"
07 Jake responds to the question by stating "Danielle, is half ectoplasmic ghost entity from the ghost zone, Albedo's grandmother is an alien, and Den and Harrison, they're human but not normal civilian, they are Seekers." the concil then begins to mumble amongst themselves with this new information. "We have decided you will be tested and if you pass two of the three tests you will remain as the American dragon." the short woman on the council states however Jake gets annoyed and says "Whatever, bring it."
08 The first test was the test of fire, in which he had to melt only that which would be perceeved as an enemy. Jake had gone in and called "Dragon Up!" changing into his dragon form and looking around for threats first blasting an oger with a club, except he'd only melted the club and then used his tail to knock the sculpure into the wall then ignored the goblin with flowers, there was a unicorn that ahd appeared behind him and he'd ignored them on and on this went with Jake not using any more fire than necessary to handle the situations until finally the course was over.
09 The Ice Dragon member of the council says "American Dragon, the test was to use your fire to melt any threats to you." which Jake responds "I did, without the club the the Oger wasn't a threat, a quick flick of the tail and they're into the wall and out like a light. The Goblin and Unicorn also weren't a threat. Though I think I did accidnetally break some of the sculptures when knocking them aside once the weapons were deal with, but like that's ice for you." The council begins to mumble but the ice dragon council member says "You have passed. Prepare for the next test we well call you once it is ready."
10 They then are free to explore and Jake notices different statues including one of the Huntsman and questions "Gramps why is there a statue of the Huntsman here?" to which his Grandfather answers "There are thirteen great threats to our Magical World, the Huntsman is marked currently as number four. We keep the statues to remind ourselves of these evils." Fu Dog then speaks up and says "The worst of the worst is the Dark Dragon, no one knows who he is or where he comes from but they do know he's filled with Dark Magic. Only one Dragon has ever faced him and survived, and that's your gramps."
11 Jake's Grandfather says "That was long ago, the council believes he is gone however I am not so sure and that it why I insisted on being the one to train you just in case." though Jake questions "I thought you were always meant to be the one to train me?" and his grandfather shakes his head no. Fu dog then says "They got this rule about family training family, they only agreed at the old man's insisting as a trail basis." putting it together Jake says "So if I fail they're gonna try to force me to study with a new master, ya that ain't happening."
12 The next test was wisdom in battle and the were in an arena with a gate opening up and it seemed like nothing came out so Jake began to look aorund before then looking down seeing some very small humanoid creatures with pointed ears "You can't be serious, Brownies?" He'd then questioned looking up at the council. The Councilman in charge of the tests says "The test is mine to choose, and I choose Brownies." sighing Jake then kneels down taking something from his pocket and began reflecting light from it revealing it was a new and rather shiny quarter.
13 The Quarter distracted them since Brownies were attracted to shiny objects and Jake whispers to them saying "You guys wanna have some fun? I'll give all three of you a shiny new quarter a piece so you don't have to fight over this one if you do something for me." the Brownies began to huddle and whisper looking at the concil then to Jake and question "What?" willing to hear out the request. Jake then smirks in response and the next thing anyone knew the Brownies were now attacking the concil member giving the test instead of Jake.
14 Jake says "Granpa taught me you can find allies even amonst enemies." and the Council member yells "OKAY CALL THEM OFF AND YOU PASS!" smirking Jake then calls out "Airght Guys come on back and get your reward." When they came back to him Jake as promised gave them each a brand new shiny quarter and the Brownies then ran off to go and add those to their nests. It was time for the final test, though at this point it was more just a formality since he'd already passed two of them and so didn't actually have to do the third one.
15 "Alright you have passed two of three and no longer need to continue the tests, do you still choose to proceed?" The shortest of the Dragon Council questioned them, which Jake responded to by saying "So the third test is pass fail bring it, I wanna see if I can go three for three." In response the concil memeber said "Very well, you will fly around the Isle of Draco through three magical rings but you must pass through them and return here before your opponent which you will choose."
16 Thinking about this Jake questions "Whos the fastest of my generation thus far?" surprising them since most would choose the slowest, and they'd answered "That would be the Austraian Dragon Fred Nerk." Hearing their name being called one of the guys that had been watching walked forwards and Jake questions "You wanna race?" with the Austrian Dragon named Fred saying "Sounds like fun." the two then took their positions and flew off ready to get through those rings with the two being fairly evenly matched.
17 The first two rings were a breeze but the third one had a shadow hand come from a crack in the mountai grabbing at Jake and ending up snatching Fred by mistakke pulling him in as the crack began to close. Jake blasted apart the crack and then flew in finding a natural platform over a pit of lava and landing listening and looking for Fred. Fred yelled out from wherever he was "It's a Trap Look Out!" but it was too late as from out of the lava the dark dragon appeared and spoke saying "I've been expecting you American Dragon."
18 Jake sees the Dark Dragon and says "You don't scare me, Grandpa managed to beat you and so can I." The Dark Dragon roars out in anger saying "Lao Shi was a fool who got lucky you however will not." and a bunch of shadow creates began attacking and Jake blasted them with fire flying off and finding Fred breaking his cuffs. The Austrian Dragon said "Thanks, now let's get out of here." and the two flew off towards where the opening was with the Dark Dragon standing in their way.
19 Jake tells Fred "Dude go, warn the concil I got this one." and the Austrian Dragon began to fly off but turned back after he was outside while Jake was keeping the Dark Dragon busy and blasted at the ground with blue colored flames and broke the platform with the two blasting at the top of the entrance as they flew out the crack causing a rockslide however the Dark Dragon managed to grab Jake but he'd managed to get free ripping off one of their claws in the process. Fred questions "You alright?" and Jake responds "Ya, let's finish the race." and the two then flown off.
20 While they were getting to the home stretch Jake then questions "So, how did you get blue flames anyway?" which the Austrian Dragon responds "Oh Dragons can produce a multitude of different flames I can teach you some time if you'd like." and our American Dragon responds "Cool. I'm still winning this race though." and flies off ahead when they spot the ring and the two end up neck and neck with the Austrian Dragon's snout just barely being ahead of Jake's making Fred the winner.
21 The Austrian Dragon called out "Hey Jake, next time let's have a clean cut race shall we?" which he'd nodded sayin "I'd like that." the Ice dragon councilman questions "What do you mean by that exactly." and Fred says "I was jumped by the Dark Dragon, Jake came back to save me instead of choosing to win the race." though Jake then adds "That jerk was clawing at me and grabbed you by mistake." Everyone began to mumble hearing this and the shortest of the women on the council questions "You aren't going to seriously take the word of two boys are you?"
22 "IT'S THE TRUTH!" both of them yelled at once shutting them up and Jake then says "The Dark Dragon is Back, it's gonna take all of us to defeat him and from now on we gotta accept all the help we can get." Fred then adds "It's a whole new world out there, Aliens, Usesrs of the Archane Magics, Half Ghost Superheroes, there's a lot of Allies we could potentially work together with in order to defeat them." and Jake then adds "Seekers." though Fred looks at him and questions "What's a seeker?" to which the American Dragon responds "Uh, I'll .. explain it later. But the point still stands."
23 The other Council memebers began to mummer but the shortest one was getting anrgy and says "ENOUGH! We aren't seriously taking the words of two boys are we?" however Jake walks up to the Ice Dragon holding out his hand to them saying "You don't have to take our word for it, you can just take this." dropping the claw that he'd accidnetally torn off of the Dark Dragon while escaping in his hands and the two turn to leave the council with the evidence and go over to Jake's Grandfather with Fred saying "Hey Jake, you ever need an ally you can count on me to be in your corner." and Jake nods saying "Same here Fred I hope we get to see each other again."
