Summary: What if Minato and Kushina made preparations in case something went wrong on the day of Naruto's birth. Please, consider that English is not my first language; this is also my first fan fiction, so I don't know how the story will be received. Still, I'm committed to making it to the war arc.

I'm changing or adding the following things from canon lore:

· I want to expand upon Tobirama's death; I think the anime and the manga didn't do the man justice.

· Kushina was the second daughter of the clan head of the Uzumaki clan. Her father died, and her brother took over. Feeling that her sister and mother would be safer in Konoha, she sent them there. Kushina became the jinchuriki. Uzugakure fell a year or two after Kushina and her mother arrived at Konoha halfway through the 2nd war. Kiri and Kumo were the main offenders.

· The Uchiha massacre still happens, but there are records of the mission, so anyone who assumes the mantle of Hokage would gain knowledge of Itachi's true allegiance.

· Naruto is a sensory Ninja like Minato, but it's not because of Kurama, so he doesn't get to sense negative emotions until he masters Kurama's Chakra

· I don't think it ever was canon, but Fugaku doesn't have the Mangekyo Sharingan. Although he still was regarded as an extremely powerful shinobi, lesser than the sannin but powerful.

· Naruto physically resembles Minato a little more.

· Shisui's Mangekyo works differently from everybody else. His left eye gives a command. The genjutsu is broken when the order is accomplished, or the castor dies. The right eye implants a perfect false memory into the subject's mind, which will only be erased by the caster's death. When both eyes are combined, you can gain perfect and indefinite mind control over the subject.

· Izanami doesn't exist. Shit is too broken and complicated; I think even Kishimoto has difficulty understanding how it works. Izanagi only exists because there has to be a point to Danzo's arm; I know it's lazy, but deal with it. Maybe I'll explain by saying you need both Senju and Uchiha chakra.

· Jury is still out on Sasuke and Naruto being reincarnations of Indra and Ashura, but I'm leaning toward no. Also, I think no prophecy will be made by the great elder toad.

· Kaguya's lore still exists, but black Zetsu isn't a manifestation of her will. I'm still debating if black Zetsu should exist.

Pairings: Naruhina & Shikatema are set; the others I will decide depending on how the story develops.

The story will follow canon for the most part until the Search for Tsunade Arc. After that, I will change the story as much as possible so it doesn't become repetitive.
