Author's Note: B.A. is last because he was the most difficult to write. I think that was because I kept trying to fit him into a single color, but then I realized that just didn't work for the big guy, so instead you get this.
Title: Stars and Stripes (B.A.)
"Welcome to the team," Colonel Smith said as B.A. followed him into the hooch. Pointing to Major Ray Brenner, he added, "You know my XO. He'll make all the introductions once you stow your gear."
B.A. saluted as he looked around.
"Relax," Ray said. "When it's just the team, you don't need to be that formal. Hannibal respects those who earn their stripes in service to country and unit more than he cares about stars or bars on their uniform."
"Respect." B.A. said with a subtle nod of his head. "I think I'm gonna' like it here."

Author's Note: The 13 alternating red and white stripes on the American flag represent the original 13 colonies and the stars the total number of states. For this drabble, I didn't rely on those meanings, but I thought I would mention it anyway.
