In the Monkie gang's sea-crate base.
"Finally! After days of waiting, it finally finished upgrading!" Exclaimed Ai Lin happily as she held a small cat totem. "My healing totem! Injuries no more!"
The reincarnated celestial cheered happily from a room where she sat alone holding her totem.
"I should show this to Sandy." She said happily as she held her totem and started running towards where Sandy was.
It's been quite a while since the big guy asked her to stay with him and she had to admit, the man was a saint. It was as if the word good manifested itself in glorious Lego form. He never got angry, he was always nice, he made calming tea and was extremely patient her. He was the greatest guardian anyone could ever ask for.
"Sandy! Look what I have!" She exclaimed cheerfully as she entered the room where Sandy and Mei were currently hanging out.
"What is it, Lin?" Asked Sandy curiously as he saw Ai Lin with her hands behind her back.
Ai Lin immediately revealed the totem which looked a lot like Sandy's cat Mo. "A level 4 healing totem! Anyone near this magical statue gets healed and feels refreshed. Also, I modeled it after Mo!"
Sandy quickly began feeling the refreshing effects. "So breezy!" He said with a blissful expression.
But as Sandy and Ai Lin enjoyed the nice feeling of the totem, Mei glared daggers at Ai Lin making the celestial very nervous.
"Uhh, c-can I help you?" Asked Ai Lin with a weak smile, shaking in fear under Mei's terrifying gaze.
"Mei, are you still suspicious of Ai Lin?" Asked Sandy in concern.
"Duh! We don't even know if what she said about being a celestial is true!" Exclaimed Mei glaring at Ai Lin before making her sit down before tying her up and pointing a flashlight at her face. "Tell me your secret!"
Ai Lin quickly panicked and answered on instinct. "I'm not actually good at using bows!" She said in fear. "I'm just really good at visualizing math! It's like aiming with an imaginary laser pointer and a lot of relevant statistics! I'm just a nerd! A hack!"
Mei and Sandy went silent, not expecting that random answer. But Mei was still suspicious.
"Okay...tell me why you're not in the celestial realm!" Ordered Mei in an intimidating tone.
Ai Lin went dead silent. "...no." She said dejectedly. "Anything but that."
Mei knew this question was a bit touchy, Ai Lin refused to answer before and refused to do it now, but it was the biggest mystery in Ai Lin's story. If the celestial realm kicked her out, it could've been for a good reason.
Mei pulled Sandy away and whispered to him. "We need to get her to spill. Any ideas, Sandy?" She asked in a serious tone.
"I don't know, Mei. Lin isn't a bad person." Replied Sandy worriedly.
"But she had to do SOMETHING to get kicked out of the celestial realm." Replied Mei in a quiet serious tone. "Maybe she stole something- that's it!"
Mei immediately returned to Ai Lin and pointed a flashlight at her face again.
"Tell me...where did you get your bow?" Asked Mei in a serious tone.
"It was a gift from...someone." Replied Ai Lin dejectedly.
"Was it your uncle?" Asked Sandy curiously.
"I... don't wanna talk about him." Replied Ai Lin dejectedly.
"Okay, how did you get the power to make traps and summon...stuff?" Asked Mei in a serious tone.
"My unhealthy obsession with videogames." Replied Ai Lin nervously.
"What about the power to control matter?" Asked Mei narrowing her eyes.
"When I realized that we're just toys in a toy world that can be taken apart and put back together." Replied Ai Lin in horror clear on her face. "We're not real and it haunts me every single day."
Mei and Sandy stared at Ai Lin silently in concern as they took in the nonsense they just heard her say. Luckily for them, MK quickly dashed into the room and broke the silence.
"GUYS! PIGSY'S MISSING!" He yelled in a panic before noticing the odd scenery of Mei interrogating a tied up Ai Lin. "What are you guys doing?"
"Interrogation!" Exclaimed Mei in a serious tone before taking what MK had originally said. "Wait- missing? What do you mean Pigsy's missing?"
MK quickly showed the two that Pigsy's noodle shop was closed and the two immediately began to panic.
"But he's never not open his store before!" Exclaimed Sandy in a panic.
"Y'mean the pig?" Asked Ai Lin as her eyes widened in shock. "Oh no. No no no! He's definitely been eaten! Who can resist that much pork?!"
Sandy immediately panicked harder upon hearing Ai Lin's words. Horrifying thoughts circled his mind as to what could've happened. But suddenly, Mei dashed to a nearby computer and the screen started showing Pigsy in the market. Ai Lin could barely see as she was still tied up.
"Hey, that's Pigsy." Said MK seeing Pigsy on the screen. "Oh phew, he's just went shopping."
"Who's filming this?" Asked Sandy in confusion.
"It's Tang!" Said MK in realization. "Oh, I realized now, Tang is also missing. What is this?"
"I attached cameras to all of you guys a while back. Not so creepy now, is it?" Said Mei with a proud smile.
"It's a little creepy." Replied MK
"Do I have one of those on me?" Asked Ai Lin nervously.
"You have three." Replied Mei nonchalantly.
"That is...oddly comforting." Remarked Ai Lin calmly before watching the video with MK and the others.
The celestial girl could only think of one thing as she watched the video and that was a big fat "NO". A giant sentient spider demon kidnapped Pigsy. A giant SPIDER that would probably try to EAT her! Ai Lin couldn't hear what everyone was saying as she shook in fear of such a creature. But then she heard something.
"Operation: Rescue Tang and Pigsy from the Nightmare Hole."
Ai Lin didn't know who said that, but MK, Mei and Sandy quickly started headed out to save their friends, leaving Ai Lin alone.
"Guess I'm all alone, huh?" Muttered Ai Lin calmly. "They all left to fight that spider thing. Even Mo."
Ai Lin started whistling to herself as she destroyed the ropes she was tied to with her terrain manipulation.
"Now I just wait, I guess." She said to herself as she sat on the couch feeling uneasy. "They'll be fine, right?"
But what if something happens? what if they get eaten? She'd be all alone and scared again. And Sandy would die!
"I need to help them, for Sandy!" Exclaimed Ai Lin in a panic as she stood up.
The celestial girl hurriedly ran outside only to realize she didn't know where they were going. Luckily, MK, Mei and Sandy seemed to have left...tracks in the road for her to follow.
"Be safe, Sandy! I'm coming for you!" Yelled Ai Lin as she followed the tracks as fast as she could while placing a few traps on herself.

At the spider queen's cave.
"Ew ew ew ew!" Exclaimed Ai Lin in disgust as she entered the cave with her feathery ying and yang bow in hand.
As soon as she entered she noticed the spider demon lady attacking MK while Sandy and the others were trapped in web cocoons.
Fear and panic gripped Ai Lin's heart. She couldn't fight whatever that was. But she didn't have to. She just needed to help the ones who'll fight.
She tightly held her bow and aimed at the spider queen before gulping. "For Sandy." She whispered before pulling back an arrow made of light grey colored energy and aiming.
She wanted to do everything in one shot. In a couple of seconds, she visualized all the calculations. The speed of the wind in this cave, it's direction, the force of the arrow, the perfect angle to shoot it at, where to shoot and the possible dodge paths of a spider lady. All this knowledge used to make the perfect cheat shot.
Ai Lin let go of the arrow and fired into the ceiling before the arrow ricocheted off the cave's walls accurately freeing Sandy and his friends before dashing towards MK and freeing him from the webs he was stuck in before deflecting towards the spider queen.
The demon dodged once, but the arrow simply ricocheted to her new location and knocked her away into a wall for from MK.
"Let's go let's go let's go!" Yelled Ai Lin as she rushed towards MK. "I don't wanna be here anymore!"
"Ai Lin?!" Asked MK in shock. "What are you doing here?"
"IDON'TKNOWI'MSCARED!" Yelled Ai Lin in fear. "You guys looked normal enough for me to try fighting, but i don't want anything to do with that thing!!!!"
"ME TOO!" Added MK in fear.
"And who might you be?" Asked a voice that made a chill go down Ai Lin's spine.
The celestial girl slowly turned around to see that the spider queen was standing right behind her with a limp.
"Hey, I've been trained by the g-guardian of the heavenly court as cheesy as that sounds! He's famous and scary, right?" Ai Lin bluffed while shaking in fear. "If you fight me and monkie man over here you'll very badly lose!"
"Guardian of the heavenly court? Why would- unless you're a celestial warrior. Do they take in kids now?" Asked the Spider queen with a sinister smile. "Doesn't matter. I've always wondered what celestials taste like."
Ai Lin immediately regretted saying anything and jumped back as the spider queen tried to grab her only to grab a few strands of her hair before she was forced to dodge a blast of energy.
'Hey, you, bug lady!" MK and Ai Lin heard a familiar voice say.
It was Pigsy and the rest of the gang was with him.
"Here comes Monkie Kid's…friends!" Added Tang with a determined expression.
"That's right!" Said Pigsy in a serious tone. "We got a catchphrase too!"
"THAT'S WHAT YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT RIGHT NOW?!" Yelled Ai Lin as she pulled MK and ran away, causing Pigsy to clear his throat.
"You and your friends are terrible guests." Said the Spider queen nonchalantly as she scowled at the group.
"YOU were gonna eat my best friend! And that girl who I need to shoot stuff later and these guys!" Exclaimed Mei pointing towards Pigsy and Tang. "MO, FIRE!"
Suddenly, Mo the cat appeared sitting in a turret before they started firing a laser at the spider queen only for the queen to dodge very easily despite her limp, but this gave MK a chance to get his staff back.
But that chance was short lived as the spider queen came back and pinned MK down. But before she could do anything, Ai Lin fired a powerful arrow towards her slamming her into the ground hard enough to break the ground itself causing everyone to fall into a sinkhole.
Seeing the spider queen above her, Ai Lin quickly manipulated the terrain to close her off from them. The celestial girl let out a sigh of relief before noticing that everyone was screaming and that everyone including her was plummeting into what seemed to be their doom.
Ai Lin quickly closed her eyes and shut everything out in fear just waiting for her second death. But it never came. When she opened her eyes, she found herself on Sandy's shoulder on a speedboat.
The celestial girl immediately hugged Sandy's arm and stopped moving.
"I'm never letting go of your arm." Ai Lin whispered as she shook in fear.
"You will if you wanna show me some trick shots like the one you did before." Replied Mei cheerfully. "You never told me you could do that!"
Ai Lin didn't reply and instead clung tightly to Sandy's arm.
"C'mon, we won't even have to deal with her again." Said Mei cheerfully trying to calm Ai Lin down. "...right?"

In the spider queen's cave.
"Ugh, if it weren't for that celestial I would've-" said the spider queen before punching a wall in anger. "Now all I got is her stupid hair."
The spider queen growled and grunted as she limped towards a cauldron filled with green liquid.
"Let's hope you're worth something." Said the spider queen as she threw the hair inside the liquid. The moment the hair touched the liquid, it turned a murky silver. "Damn it! A celestial should have more than this! How unlucky am I to find a half breed of all things?!
Suddenly, the liquid started bubbling wildly. The liquid began to roar and shriek causing the cave to shake. Monstrous spirits rose from the cauldron angry and longing for destruction. It sent chills down the spider queen's spine.
"What kind of monster did a celestial have to love to create...this?"
