Time: 1:49pm, Monday, October 15, 2001 – Tranquility Isle

Lemmy, Iggy, Luigi and Daisy are on Tranquility Isle now, the same island where the portal to the Sage World, known as Tranquility World, is located.

"Frostbite said that the recipe book is under the East rocks," Lemmy remembered, "But which way is east?"

After Lemmy's question, Iggy finds a stick on the ground. The fourth-oldest Koopaling then digs a little hole and puts the stick in the hole, making sure no shadow from the stick appears on the ground. About ten minutes later, a little shadow from the stick casted onto the ground.

"The east side of the stick has the shadow because the Sun always appears to move west! That means we need look under the rocks over there!" Iggy pointed out.

Iggy, Lemmy, Daisy and Luigi walk over towards the rocks east of the portal, looking under all the rocks until Daisy finally finds a big, brown book under a modest-sized rock.

"FOUND IT!" Daisy called out. The three other characters gather around Daisy as she reads through the tome, "What do you think the recipe's called?"

The other three characters shrug. Daisy continues to explore the book some more.

"Hmm… Knockout potion… That's the potion Ludwig used I think… Oh! This might be it!" Daisy exclaimed as she points at the title. The title reads 'SAGE CURE'.

Luigi, while he looks at the title, sees some smaller words just below the title, "Daisy! There's an explanation below the title!"

Daisy looks at the explanation and reads it out loud, "Alright it says: IF A SAGE OR MULTIPLE SAGES LOSE THEIR POWERS TO AN EVIL SOURCE, THEN THIS POTION WILL STEAL BACK THEIR POWERS FROM THE SOURCE. WILL ONLY WORK ONE TIME ON EACH SAGE EVERY SIX MONTHS. Have the Sage consume it, or sprinkle on the Sage, to activate the effects!"

"This one's it then!" Iggy remarked, "Now we have to find the ingredients!"

"Okay, we need equipment first. We need something to mash the ingredients and a vial to put the ingredients in!"

"Well there's more toniques in the Klown Khopper, so we can consume one or empty one for the vial. As for something to mash them, how about just putting the ingredients on… Like a log thing, then we can squish whatever with a rock…" Iggy suggested, "But what are the ingredients for it?"

"The recipe calls for: 6 ground chocolate bars, 500 milliliters of Sage Smoothie and 6 ground dullberry leaves," Daisy reads.

"Sage Smoothie? What's that?" Lemmy asked, "That sounds good!"

"The Sage Smoothie is made up of 3 strawberries, 1 banana, 1/2 a papaya, 6 dullberries and 1/2 cup of orange juice blended together," Daisy continues to read; the Sage Smoothie recipe is written below the regular recipe.

After their revelation, the four characters start walking towards the Klown Khopper. However, as they are walking, Luigi thinks of a few things…

"Umm… How do we get back in the Sage World? The portal is gone!"

The other characters immediately stopped in their steps as the four characters attempt to brainstorm a possible way. Seeing if her idea will work, Daisy browses through the book. She is right; there is yet another recipe to help them!

"Guys! I found the recipe! It's called 'Twink Of An Eye,' apparently it was brought to the Sages from Twink, the next Star Spirit. The recipe calls for 7 ground chocolate bars, 500 milliliters of Super Sage Smoothie and 7 ground Koopa Tea leaves," Daisy reads, "The difference between Sage Smoothie and Super Sage smoothie is that the Super Sage has 7 dullberries instead of 6."

"So it's a similar recipe. Great! But do we have any of those ingredients on this island?" Lemmy asked.

"This island is full of exotic plants that I never seen before! There's no way strawberries and other more common food grow here! Also, there's no chocolate bars here!" Daisy explained.

Iggy thought for a few seconds before finally getting an idea, "Well… I know where to get chocolate bars, Koopa Tea leaves, Dullberries and the other ingredients at!"

"Where?" Daisy questioned intently.

"At King Dad's castle! Get in the Khopper!

Time: 2:17pm, Monday, October 15, 2001- Metallic City, Pipe Land

Bowser and his group are about to land in Metallic City after their visit to Star Haven.

"Let's just park it here, in this park," Bowser muttered. However, this task isn't as easy as it seems, because numerous people, children and pets are playing in the park. In fright and concern, all the parents gather their children and pets as they all run out of the park as the doomship lands there.

"HEY! WATCH WHERE YOU'RE LANDING THAT THING!" one of the park goers shouted out as Bowser steps out of the doomship.

"YEAH! WE'RE TRYNA HAVE FUN HERE!" another one cried out, "MOVE THAT THING!"

That is when they see Mario and Peach stepping out of the doomship. When the two step out, all the park goers quit their ranting and started bowing.

"Park goers, by the order of me, Princess Peach of the United Lands of the Mushroom Kingdom, I command you to step away from the doomship! This park will be closed until we leave! We are under a national emergency, but I can't explain farther!"

"Okay," the park goers reluctantly mumbled as they all went home, or to watch the variety of Plit Day parades going on. Some, however, still sat at the park's fringes, desperately wanting their lush, green field to be opened up once again. Peach looks at the nearest parade marching down the street, picking up several of the park goers as it goes along. Has it really been about twelve hours since they all been in this same exact town? Has she only been picnicking only 48 hours ago? Time's going by extremely slow, but even then they have to hurry with this journey.

"By the way, where's E. Gadd's laboratory? I forgot what it was called," Peach asked.

Bowser, Roy, Toad and Mario start thinking of the events within the past 12 to 18 hours. The place Nature suggested they all break into…

"I remember! It's E. Gadd's Machinery!" Roy remembered, "It was fun breakin' into dere! Even though Wendy got in with a dang bobby pin."

"But we're not gonna break into it this time. We're gonna walk into it like innocent civilians," Peach rejected, "But let's find that place! It should be close by to this field because I remember seeing this field."

After that message, the five of them walk down the road, trying desperately to avoid the celebrating crowd that pops up every now and then. Eventually, they reach E. Gadd's Machinery; instead of picking the lock like they did the first time, they simply walk in, as the shop's open for business now. Hearing some customers come in, E. Gadd steps out into the front.

"You guys are back!" E. Gadd announced, "Do you guys… need something?"

"We need some of dat invisible paint of yas," Roy spoke up.

"Please," Mario added to Roy's statement.

"What for?" E. Gadd asked.

E. Gadd is one of the few people on the planet that knows about the journeys of the characters, along with the dangers associated with the adventure. Because of this, Mario feels pretty comfortable telling him the true reason, "We need it to get to Serenity Isle. Have you ever heard of that island?"

"I seen websites that the government set up there, but that's all I heard of them," E. Gadd replied, "All I know is that X-Nauts run that island."

"Yes that's true," Peach nodded, "But can we get the paint please? And something that can make the painting go faster? Like maybe spray paint?"

"Okay, let me get the paint. Hold on please."

E. Gadd walks into his storage room, and after a little rummaging, the scientific brainiac walks out of his now-messy storage room and hands Peach, Mario, Toad, Bowser and Roy each a huge can of invisible spray paint. He also gives them five pairs of glasses.

"Here are some glasses. The glasses will allow you to see the invisible paint as a shade of gray, but nobody without these glasses can," E. Gadd informed.

"Thanks!" Toad thanked as he walks out the door, three of the other four characters following. However, before she left, Peach turns towards E. Gadd.

"Thanks for all your help! We couldn't have done this without you, E. Gadd!" Peach acknowledged.

"No problem! Saving the day's my name!"

Peach smiles as she walks out the door, the four other characters waiting for her, "Well, guys," Peach stated, "Let's go back to the doomship and paint this!"

~7~7

Everything is going well with painting the doomship, with several of the park goers watching, all of them eager to obtain their park back from this rude interruption.

"WHEN ARE YOU GUYS DONE?!" one of them shouted as the five characters nearly finish painting the doomship, "AND WHY IS THAT THING TURNING INVISIBLE?!"

Peach, annoyed at the behavior of this person, steps right in front of them before basically raging at them, in her more assertive way of course, "Excuse me, sir, but I'm the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. I can have you arrested if I want to, and the King of Pipe Land will agree with my decision, along with the police force here. Got it?"

Trembling and fearing, the park goer is submissive, "Sorry, Your Majesty, please continue on."

Peach puts a fake smile on her face, "Thank you! Now, this girl's gotta finish painting a doomship!"

However, when Peach turns around, she notices that the four males already finished painting the doomship in the invisible paint. Putting on her special glasses, the princess in pink makes her way over to the doomship's door and opens it. However, when the door opens, the visible insides of the doomship greet them.

"The inside area by the door we should paint also," Bowser suggested, but Peach declined that choice.

"No need, because we can't be invisible according to the Star Spirits. So either way we will be revealed. Let's just head over to Serenity Isle. It's like an eight hour trip there!"

Time: 3:49pm, Monday, October 15, 2001 – Bowser's Castle

Iggy, Lemmy, Daisy and Luigi are back at Bowser's Castle, ready to make their two potions to save the Sages. The four of them are currently in the kitchen, where they plan to concoct the potions. Iggy pulls out a food processor; they're going to use that to mash up ingredients, as well as a blender to make the Sage Smoothie. Not wanting the effects of a tonique or Knockout to affect anything, Iggy got eleven clear vials from Ludwig's laboratory.

"Okay, there's already bananas here on the counter, along with thirteen chocolate bars. Let's rummage through the fridge to see if we can find any other ingredients that are needed," Iggy suggested, "You three do that while I explore Larry's greenhouse."

The three explore through the fridge, finding strawberries, orange juice and Koopa Tea leaves in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, Iggy ventures down to the greenhouse, which requires him to go through the living room. He hears a cartoon playing and sees that Bowser Junior is watching a cartoon of some sort. 'Oh yeah!' the fourth-oldest Koopaling thought to himself as he walks by the couch, 'I forgot BJ and mother stayed home! They must've been asleep the last time we came to get toniques and sandwiches!'

"Who's there?" Bowser Junior asked as he swiftly turns around. Luckily, Iggy barely manages to escape his field of vision. With an expression of confusion written all over his face, Bowser Junior turns back to his cartoon, once again engrossed into whatever plot's going on.

'Phew, close one,' Iggy once again thought to himself, 'Now to go to the greenhouse.'

Iggy opens the door to the greenhouse. In the greenhouse, several lush plants grew, from baby piranha plants to massive trees of different kinds. One of the trees he sees in the greenhouse grows a particular fruit that the group needs.

"A papaya tree!" Iggy states as he grabs a papaya from the tree, then puts it in his shell, "We need one for the smoothies…"

Iggy gets a little caught up in the plants, looking intently at the several varieties of plant species right before his eyes. Aloe Vera, roses, mint, zucchinis; almost everything.

"Only plant this place is missing is a palm tree; I can't believe Larry grows all this junk," Iggy once again begins talking to himself. That's when he spots a tree in the corner, covered in a gold-colored box of glass; Larry's prized possession and his pride, "That must be the dullberry tree! Dullberries are not recommended to be edible as a fruit for most species on Plit, but rather as a treatment for mental conditions such as schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar disorder because of some drug called ziprasidone found in the berries; Larry always talks my ears off about dullberries. So does that mean that the sages are going through some spell that's making them go psychotic in a way?"

Despite his thoughts, Iggy picks up a plant pot and chucks it at the gold-colored glass, causing both the pot and the glass to shatter upon collision. Iggy's now free to grab what he needs from the dullberry tree. He stretches his hand forth to grab some of the berries, but he accidently falls into the tree, causing several of the branches to snap. After immediately getting up and brushing himself off, Iggy grabs six dullberry leaves and thirteen dullberries, also putting them into his shell.

"Larry's gonna hate me forever because of what I've done," Iggy thought as he stares at the broken, mangled tree in fear, "But this is for the WORLD, so he better get over it!"

After obtaining the berries from the tree, Iggy walks out of the greenhouse, strolls down the hall connected to the greenhouse door, and stealthily sneaks through the living room, once again barely avoiding Bowser Junior. Iggy then returns to the others; the other three of them having the other ingredients and equipment set up.

"Back! Barely avoided Bowser Junior both times. I don't want him to figure out that I stole some of Larry's prized possessions," Iggy explained as he pulls out a papaya, thirteen dullberries and six dullberry leaves out of his shell. Being smart, Iggy decides not to tell his group about the prized tree of Larry's that Iggy almost destroyed.

"Alright! Let's start on making the smoothie!" Daisy said as she goes over to the decent-sized blender, "We have to make the two smoothies individually; it'll be easier that way."

Luigi, Lemmy and Iggy nodded in agreement. The plumber in green puts in three strawberries, the banana and the dullberries, while Lemmy put the orange juice into the mixture. Finally, Iggy cuts the papaya in half, dices the papaya, then puts the papaya cubes into the blender. Daisy covers the smoothie up with a lid then starts it.

The blender makes an extremely loud noise, loud enough for Bowser Junior to wander into the kitchen, "Hey! What you guys doing here?!" the young Koopa asked.

Daisy, Lemmy, Iggy and Luigi, at the loss of words while the blender is blending up their ingredients, simply stare at each other until Iggy speaks out for the group, "Well, Junior… You see, we're making a potion for the rest of us that involves us being more immune against certain kinds of diseases."

"Nice!" Junior shrieks, "Can I try it once you're done?"

"No. We did not test the safety of the potion yet. It'll take a few days before you can try it. Okay?"

"Fine…"

Bowser Junior walks off, probably to watch more of his cartoons. Meanwhile, Daisy stops the blender, and looks for the 500mL mark on the blender cup. When she sees it, the desert princess dumps any excess into four glasses, "We should drink this," Daisy finally breaking the silence, "I hear it's great!"

"… I don't know if we should, Daisy. It has dullberries in them. Not to mention SIX of them; just one has enough power to cause us to go under psychological change…" Iggy rebutted. Finally, Daisy just pours the excess into the sink.

"Yes I guess you're right. We don't want anything to go wrong in the next three days," Daisy admitted as she chucks the six chocolate bars and the six dullberry leaves into the blender, once again turning the machine on. After a few minutes, a greenish-brown smoothie comes out. Iggy carefully pours the concoction into seven vials and pocketed them into his shell.

"Now we need to do the same exact steps for the Twink Of An Eye potion," Luigi announced as Daisy washes out the blender cup and blades. They have to make sure that the Sage Cure and the Twink Of An Eye potions don't mix together, as it can potentially nullify the Twink Of An Eye potion. After Daisy finishes washing the blender cup, using nearly half the bottle of dish soap to wash the cup out with, she puts the blender cup and blade back onto the blender. The three males did their same exact tasks, with Luigi putting in the strawberries, banana and the seven remaining dullberries into the cup, while Lemmy pours the orange juice in and Iggy puts the diced papaya into the blender cup. Daisy covers it up and turns it on, with no interruptions this time from Bowser Junior.

"Alright! Time for the seven chocolate bars and the Koopa Tea leaves!" Daisy calls out. Lemmy puts the chocolate bars in while Luigi adds in the leaves. After a few minutes of blending, the second concoction is done, and Iggy, this time, pours it into four vials. Instead of pocketing the vials himself, Iggy hands each member of the group a vial, saving one for himself.

"We ready to depart and save these sages?" Luigi asked.

"Of course!" Lemmy cheers as they all drink the Twink Of An Eye potion.

Time: 4:10pm, Monday, October 15, 2001 – Over an ocean

"How much longer?" Peach questioned as she looks out the window. Honestly, she was tired of staring out the window and seeing nothing but ocean, and an occasional fish leaping out the water as if the fish can suddenly take off and fly.

"About four more hours, Peachy," Bowser replied. He, too, is sick of seeing- and even smelling- basically nothing but marine life. There are also a few ships down in the waters below, probably full of vacationers wanting to go on some overseas cruise, or people's parcels being shipped to them. Overall, nothing interesting at all.

"Can't wait for that!" Mario replied, the red-clad plumber also agreeing with the thoughts of the other two, "Four hours it is…"

"Four hours of what, Mario?" Peach hinted as she winks at him.

"… Of us planning what to do on Serenity Isle," Mario replied, "Nothing else… exotic."

Peach pouted for a few seconds, but she gets over it quick, "Yeah I guess that's the best thing to do…"

Time: ?

Luigi, Daisy, Lemmy and Iggy find themselves to be in the world of the sages, Tranquility World, once again. The four of them look around the area; all seven passed-out sages are lying on the floor, each of them looking distressed and drained from the shadow breeze that kicked up across the alternative realm.

"Should we revive them now?" Iggy asked as he pulls out all seven of the vials in his shell, "Do you think it has to be ingested orally, or can it be poured onto them?"

"It says either way," Daisy comprehended from the book, eventually having Iggy put the tome in his shell. After that, Daisy takes the two potions that Iggy handed her and proceeds to sprinkle the potions on Aquanei and Nature, causing the two sages to rise, the two of them once again regaining their powers.

"Thanks!" Nature thanked.

Daisy nodded, taking in the gratitude of the sages she revived. Meanwhile, Iggy revives Gloria and Rosalina and Lemmy revives Molty and Frostbite. Far away from the other sages, Luigi also revives Dustie.

"Thanks! Whatever just happened, that's not good! It's not natural!" Dustie cried out in agony, her feathers on her part-vulture body rustling a bit, "But it's over… Right?"

However, another shadowy wind creeps up, but this time it's more directly to Dustie. Unlike the first time, Dustie actually notices that the obsidian-colored wind is sapping her energy. When this is revealed to her, the Sage of Death and the Afterlife calls out to the other sages.

"Send out your powers to the others! This wind's gonna leech our energy!" Dustie cried out to the other sages as she prepares to send out her powers, "Whoever most fits my powers, PLEASE make sure that you beat Jabrael!"

A white flash of energy escapes from Dustie, and she collapses onto the floor, looking completely lifeless as shadows consume her. Observing what she has done and hearing her command, the six other sages do the same. As a huge flash of light appears where the sages stood, with the six other sages collapsing, both Lemmy and Daisy feel a sudden surge of power coursing through them.

"Weird! I feel extra powerful now!" Daisy claimed as she smiles. Lemmy nods his head in agreement, but Luigi and Iggy shrugged.

"I feel no power increase," Iggy declared, "It could be because I like giant things, and none of the Sages really specialize in that…"

"Makes sense now… I got my powers from Frostbite, while I'm guessing Daisy probably got hers from Rosalina…" Lemmy revealed.

"What should we do now? Our task is basically complete now. The powers of the Sages are safely contained by the others, so we don't need to worry about the powers of the Sages going to Jabrael," Luigi questioned.

Daisy shrugged, but Lemmy and Iggy come up with an idea, "How about we prepare for the final battle? We can go back to King Dad's castle, kick back there for the night, then spend tomorrow and Wednesday getting ready!" Lemmy suggested.

"But how do we get ready? We don't have the others with us," Daisy inquired, "I think we should learn a bit more about this whole shadow being thing. Maybe there's a book about it in the Sandstorm library in that dungeon we were at yesterday."

"I like that idea," Lemmy admitted, "Let's do that tomorrow. But for now, let's just go back to the castle and rest."

The four characters venture towards the same portal they exited out of. However, instead of appearing yet again on Tranquility Isle, they appear in the kitchen of Bowser's castle, where they were making the Sage Cure and Twink Of An Eye potions.

"Well let's just spend the rest of the day here I guess," Lemmy retorted, "I don't know what else we can do. Plus we have tomorrow, Wednesday and maybe part of Thursday to arrive at Sandstorm."

Although Lemmy and Iggy feel right at home in their castle, Luigi and Daisy feel as if they're intruding outcasts, causing the duo to have feelings of uneasiness. Iggy immediately notices the expressions on their faces.

"Make yourselves at home. You guys aren't intruding! But I'm gonna explore Ludwig's lab and books that both Ludwig and Kamek has," the fourth oldest Koopa prince insisted, "I still want to learn why and how we got the powers from the Sages. Plus if we find a good book, we won't even need to go to Sandstorm!"

"Alright... We're gonna go with you," Luigi called out, "We don't know what else to do here."

"Okay! Lemmy, you coming?" Iggy shouted to his 'twin', who is walking - or rather rolling now, since he's at home and has access to his ball - away from the group. The ball-riding Koopaling turns around and nods his head.

"Okay fine," Lemmy replied; he didn't want to miss out on anything that the group finds to be potentially important.

A/N: Yep, the adventures of Lemmy, Iggy, Luigi and Daisy are basically over! I will have a few more chapters about them looking through the books and other things, but now it's mainly Peach's group and Ludwig's group who need to do their part of the task.

Anyway thanks for reading! Review if you want (I'm not gonna force you so don't get that in your head) and I'll see you all next update!
