The next day, during breakfast, Suigetsu broached the topic that had been hanging in the air. "Sasuke are you alright? What happened to you yesterday? " he asked, his concern evident in his voice. Sasuke glanced at Hinata, who blushed in response and covered her neck with her long indigo hair. "It's nothing. I'm fine," Sasuke replied with a flat tone.

Unconvinced, Suigetsu sensed that something was amiss between Sasuke and Hinata, prompting him to press further. Turning his attention to Hinata, after a moment of silence, he asked, "Hinata-chan, what made you leave the village and join Sasuke?"

"I... I left to find Naruto-kun. Sasuke-kun said he would help me find him after he finds his brother," Hinata responded, her voice laced with a hint of embarrassment as her cheeks flushed.

"Naruto, huh? I've heard Orochimaru mention him. Isn't he your old teammate, Sasuke?" Suigetsu continued to probe, attempting to unravel the complex web of emotions entangling the trio. Sasuke, seemingly disinterested, simply muttered a nonchalant "Hm" as he sipped his tea.

Sensing the tension in the air, Suigetsu decided to dig deeper. Directing his attention back to Hinata, his curiosity getting the better of him, he asked, "Are you in love with him?"

Hinata blushed and nodded, "I need to tell him how I feel." her voice barely above a whisper. Sasuke's jaw clenched.

Mockingly, Suigetsu taunted, "You hear that, Sasuke? She left the village to confess her love. Aren't you aware of the dangers out here? You will become a missing-nin! We could be hunted down by ninjas by now, all because of you. Love, she says."

Hinata mustered her courage to defend her decision, her voice wavering, "My father was arranging my marriage. If I didn't leave, I would have been forced into an unwanted union and sent off to some noble's house by now." her voice trembled.

Sasuke glanced at her. "You don't have to explain yourself, Hinata," he interjected firmly. "And don't worry, no one will find you here. We are all missing-nin, Suigetsu. Have you forgotten?"

Suigetsu's gaze dropped, silently acknowledging the truth in Sasuke's words. But Hinata couldn't understand why he belittled and ridiculed love so much. "Suigetsu, don't you believe in love?" she inquired.

His response was indifferent and nonchalant. "I don't know. I've never felt it before," he shrugged dismissively.

With a wistful gaze towards the sky, Hinata attempted to articulate her emotions. "Love is when your heart beats faster at the sight of the one you love. It's the flutter in your stomach, the restlessness when they're not with you. To feel happy when they are, to put their needs before yours. It's the longing to hold them, to breathe them in, to touch them, and to constantly feel their presen... ce." Her voice trailed off, her breath catching in her throat as she unexpectedly found herself locked in Sasuke's eyes, his face subtly tinged with a blush.

After a prolonged moment of silence, Suigetsu broke their locked gaze with a scoff. "That sounds more like infatuation to me," he remarked.

Uncomfortable with the intensity of his emotions, Sasuke cleared his throat and stood up. "Let's get going," he declared, his voice carrying a tone of finality. Hinata with her beet-red-face got up fidgeting. Gathering their belongings, the trio embarked on their journey toward Orochimaru's prison, where Karin supervised.

Sasuke instructed Suigetsu to free the prisoners while he engaged in a conversation with Karin. Hinata remained by Sasuke's side, under his protection. Initially resistant, Karin's jealousy flared as she witnessed Hinata by Sasuke's side. She had always harboured a deep longing for Sasuke's attention, but he had never spared her a glance. This girl was now intruding on what could have been her moment alone with him.

"Who is this Hyuga?" Karin questioned, her tone tinged with annoyance.

"She is Hinata Hyuga from Konoha. She will assist us in finding Itachi," Sasuke replied.

"Hinata this is Karin Uzumaki," introducing the two kunoichi.

Hinata clapped her hands in front of her heart. "Uzumaki?" she beamed.

"Hmph," Karin muttered, bouncing at Hinata up and down, clearly unhappy about the new addition to their team.

Sasuke could sense her envy and made a mental note to keep Hinata close. He didn't want any harm to come to her because of his new crew member.

Meanwhile, Hinata couldn't help but admire Karin's striking beauty—her gorgeous face, her red hair, captivating red eyes, and delicate figure. When they stepped outside and met up with Suigetsu, Hinata took a closer look at Karin.

"Karin-san, you have red eyes, just like my sensei, Suigetsu. Look," Hinata leaned closer, beckoning Suigetsu to observe as well.

"Don't get too close, stinky fish," Karin snapped at Suigetsu, her irritation evident.

"I don't think Suigetsu stinks," Hinata mumbled, defending her friend.

"Thanks, Hinata. She just hates me because I ruined her multiple attempts to sedu..." Suigetsu was abruptly interrupted as Karin hit him with her fist in the head which turned into liquid. As result it induced Karin to get more enraged.

"Enough, all of you. Let's get Jugo," Sasuke interjected, putting an end to the escalating tension. They traversed over the water, making their way to one of Orochimaru's northern hideouts where Jugo was held captive.

Karin continued to glare at Hinata, her envy and frustration intensifying. However, Sasuke stepped in, positioning himself between them and glaring back at Karin. His protective stance toward Hinata made Karin flinch, sensing his protective and care for the Hyuga. She couldn't comprehend why he kept Hinata close to him, and it only fueled her feelings of agitation.

As the group settled down for a light lunch and some tea, Karin could sense Sasuke's gentle demeanor toward Hinata. It wasn't just Sasuke; even Suigetsu seemed to have developed a fondness for her. It was as if Hinata had enchanted them both.

At one point, Sasuke walked around the area, and when he returned, he placed some lavender flowers he had found in the mountains on Hinata's lap before quietly leaving. Hinata's face lit up with a smile, touched by his thoughtful gesture. It was so sweet of him collecting her favourite flowers. Before she could thank him, he was gone. She held the flowers in her hand, savoring their scent for a while before carefully folding them into Sasuke's handkerchief and tucking them into her pouch.

Unbeknownst to Sasuke and Hinata, Karin had witnessed the exchange. She felt the surge of their chakra. Though she could swear she saw the Uchiha insignia on the handkerchief she wasn't sure about it. Fury reached its boiling point.

"You, Hyuga bitch! Sasuke is mine, do you understand?" Karin snapped, unable to contain her outrage.

Shocked, Hinata couldn't believe her ears. No one had ever dared or gave a reason to speak to her in such a manner. "Karin-san, why are you talking to me like that?" she asked, her voice tinged with hurt confusion.

"If you think you can take him from me, you're mistaken," Karin hissed, her possessiveness over Sasuke on full display.

"There is nothing between us," Hinata countered, her voice firm yet gentle.

Suigetsu, drawn by their escalating argument, approached them cautiously.

"Don't lie to me. He just gave you flowers," Karin snapped.

Suigetsu jolted causing the two kunoichi to shift their attention to him. He was nervously holding some wild red flowers in his hand, initially intending to give them to Hinata. However, upon learning that Sasuke had already given her flowers, he impulsively handed them to Karin in an attempt to quell her wrath. She will cut Hinata into pieces, if everyone gives her flowers. Karin, her face reddening, angrily threw the flowers back at him. "I don't want flowers from you, you idiot!" she snapped before storming off.

Hinata, ever gentle-hearted, bent down and collected the discarded flowers. "They are very beautiful, Suigetsu," she said sincerely, holding the flowers out to him.

"They are yours. I collected them for you," Suigetsu admitted, his voice softer than before.

Blushing, Hinata accepted the flowers, taking them in both hands. "Thank you, Suigetsu," she expressed gratefully.

"It's nothing," Suigetsu replied with a slight smile before excusing himself to gather his belongings and refill his water bottles.

Sasuke scrutinized from a distance.

At dinner, Hinata made an effort to mend the rift between her and Karin. Restlessness coursed through her when someone harbored anger towards her, and she couldn't bear the tension any longer.

Approaching Karin, Hinata spoke in a gentle tone. "Karin-san, I've been meaning to tell you, I truly admire your chakra control abilities. They are incredibly impressive. I've only heard of two women like you. One of them is Kushina Uzumaki, who had enormous chakra and exceptional chakra control abilities. She was also the jinchuriki of the Nine-Tailed Beast. She happens to be the mother of the person I love."

Karin's shock was evident as she asked, "You love someone else, not Sasuke?"

"Yes, I left the village to find him and tell him how I feel. Sasuke-kun told me he'll help me after he finds his brother," Hinata explained.

"You mean after he kills his brother," Karin responded matter-of-factly.

"He wants to kill his brother? Why?" Hinata questioned, genuinely surprised by this revelation.

"He didn't tell you?" Karin responded, proud of herself for knowing more about Sasuke than the Hyuga.

"Well, we... we didn't talk much." Hinata replied, blushing slightly.

"Sasuke is always like that, not talkative," Karin remarked. She then proceeded to recount the events surrounding the Uchiha massacre, the reason for Sasuke leaving the village, and his alliance with Orochimaru. She revealed that Sasuke's ultimate goal was to kill his brother and avenge their clan.

"I had no idea about any of this," Hinata sighed, feeling a sense of heaviness settle within her.

"All of that happened in your village. Where were you?" Karin inquired, her curiosity piqued.

"Well, I knew about the massacre, of course, but I didn't know that his brother was the one responsible for killing their clan or why Sasuke-kun left the village. I thought he wanted to find his missing brother, not kill him. How can someone kill their own brother?" Hinata questioned, her voice tinged with sadness and confusion.

"I don't have siblings, so I wouldn't know," Karin shrugged, lacking personal experience in such matters. However, Suigetsu, who they thought was asleep, turned to face them, his voice carrying a somber tone.

"I had a brother. He died from a fetal disease. As a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist's strongest generation, Mangetsu was one of the most powerful shinobi ever produced within Kirigakure," Suigetsu revealed, his voice filled with a mix of grief and nostalgia. "I wouldn't think of killing him, even if he had killed the entire world, let alone our clan. The memories we shared, the laughter, the fun, the battles we fought together, even the slaying. They are all cherished memories that I could never share with anyone else. He was my favorite person in the world."

Hinata's voice took on a somber tone as she spoke, "I have a sister too. She is my everything, and I love her so much. I also have a cousin who is like a brother to me, although he had to endure a lot because of me."

Suigetsu chimed in, "That's what brothers do for their sisters!"

Karin scoffed, "How would you know? You don't have sisters."

Suigetsu defended himself, saying, "I've heard stories about siblings, alright?"

Hinata, overwhelmed with emotions, didn't want to reveal her vulnerability to her teammates. "Please excuse me," she said, getting up to leave.

Karin snapped at Suigetsu, "See, you upset her with your comments!"

"It's all your fault for talking about siblings," Suigetsu retorted, turning around and curling up in his bed.

Hinata walked alongside a gentle stream until she found a hill with small waterfalls cascading slowly. She sat down, admiring the view under the moonlight.

He approached and sat down, far enough from her. "Are you alright?" he asked, his concern evident in his voice.

"Oh, Sasuke-kun, I didn't notice you coming," Hinata replied.

"It's a shame for a ninja to let their guard down," Sasuke remarked.

"I'm just lost in my thoughts," Hinata admitted.

"What are you thinking about?" Sasuke inquired.

"Are you really going to kill your brother to avenge your clan?" Hinata asked, her voice filled with genuine concern.

Sasuke looked away and frowned "Yes, I will not rest until I know why he did it. Why he let me live while he could have killed me alongside the rest of our clan. I need to avenge my parents, especially my mother, whom he killed cold blooded. How could someone do what he did? These questions have haunted me my whole life," Sasuke confessed.

Hinata looked down, feeling sorry for bringing up such a painful topic.

"Don't be so sad." Sasuke remarked feeling guilty for making her uncomfortable.

"I was just remembering my sister and my nee-san. But my problems are nothing compared to what you have been through," Hinata said sincerely.

"I guess we all have just enough troubles to prepare us for our positions in life," Sasuke reflected.

"I never thought of it that way. Actually, I never thought much about my future. I'm not the clan head, I'm not a ninja. I escaped the prospect of being married off to some noble. I have no idea what my position in life is," Hinata confessed, her voice tinged with uncertainty.

Sasuke lay down on the ground, placing his hands behind his head. "Don't worry too much about it. I don't either. After I kill Itachi and bring you... to Naruto, I don't know what to do or where to go. I think I'll wander around. I've been confined for too long."

"You've been confined too? I didn't know that," Hinata responded with surprise.

"Orochimaru kept me locked up to ensure I'd be there when he planned to change bodies after the three years were over. I've seen very little of the world. All I know are his hideouts," Sasuke revealed.

"I would love to travel the world too. Do you think Naruto-kun would like to do that as well?" Hinata wondered aloud.

"Do you know about Naruto's dream?" Sasuke questioned.

"To become Hokage," Hinata replied in a whisper.

"Why did he leave the village?" Sasuke probed further.

"I heard from my caregiver that he left two years ago to train with his master, Jiraiya-sama," Hinata answered.

"Jiraiya, the Third's student and the Fourth's master," Sasuke mused.

"Yes, that's him. He never stays in the village for long, which is why Naruto-kun had to follow him around to learn from him," Hinata explained.

"He was Orochimaru's teammate. He told me a lot about him," Sasuke added.

"You seem to admire him," Hinata noted.

"I admire his adventurous spirit, but he is a pervert unlike me," Sasuke replied.

Hinata blushed at the mention of perverts. "Girls are crazy about you, though," she murmured looking down.

"I don't have time for that," Sasuke dismissed.

"Sasuke-kun, have you ever fallen in love?" Hinata asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.

Sasuke got up from his place and walked closer to her, "No," he replied, sitting down behind her, wrapping his legs around her.

Hinata froze, her body rendered immobile by a potent combination of suspense and expectancy. Her heart throbbed wildly within her chest, quickening its pace with each passing second, while her breaths grew heavier, weighed down by the electrifying proximity of his presence and the warm tendrils of his breath grazing her neck. He delicately brushed aside her indigo locks, unveiling the bare expanse of her nape, and with a gentle murmur in her ear, his words cascaded into her senses like a whispered symphony.

"But you have," he murmured, his voice a seductive melody that sent shivers down her spine. "Does your heart race as it does now? Do you sense that delicate flutter in the depths of your stomach?" As if to punctuate his words, he bestowed a teasing lick upon her earlobe, drawing her waist closer to his own. "Tell me, does restlessness consume you in my absence? Do you yearn to feel my embrace, to have me ensconced within your arms?"

A low moan escaped her trembling lips as she succumbed to the intoxicating sensations enveloping her being, surrendering herself to the allure of his whispers and tantalizing caresses. Her eyelids fluttered closed, shutting out the world around her as her senses focused solely on the symphony of desires orchestrated by him.

"Do you crave to breathe me, to touch me, to experience my essence ceaselessly?" he purred, his teeths grazing softly a tantalizing path along the nape of her neck. "Why is it that I am consumed by an urge to sink my teeth deep into your supple skin?" A tremor of desire coursed through her, her very core quivering with an untamed longing. She couldn't take his whispers in her ear and his licking any longer. She yearned for more, her craving insatiable. "I want to make you mine."

"Sasuke-kun," Hinata gasped, her voice breathless and laden with longing.

His lips niped her earlobe, teasing it with a gentle bite. "Call me as you did before," he commanded, his voice laced with a primal hunger that sent waves of heat surging through her veins.

Her hand instinctively rose, her fingers entwining with the dark strands of his nape, drawing him closer to the vulnerable expanse of her neck. "Sasu... Ah," she uttered, a tremor of pleasure intertwining with her breathy confession.

"Your scent drives me to madness," he confessed in a husky whisper, his arm stealthily finding its way beneath her jacket and fishnet fabric, his hand cupping her breast with an intense possessiveness. "I struggle to contain myself when I am near you. Every fiber of my being yearns to claim you as my own. I want to hear you say those things about me." His voice trailed off as his grip tightened, his touch both commanding and fervent.

"How can I leave you to that idiot now?" he growled, his voice heavy with a mix of frustration and longing.

The plea of "Sasu... I can't… please," had been uttered and Sasuke could no longer resist the temptation of pleasuring her.

He pulled down her pants and panties and put her on his lap. His fingers began to delicately caress her core, feeling the wetness that had already begun to form. With each firm stroke of his fingers, her hips began to shake and quake wanting to feel more.

Tenderly, using the tips of his fingers, Sasuke massaged her nub and continued to arouse her with his fingers, pushing her further and further until she could no longer control her body. Sasuke could not sustain his own desires as he put a finger inside her. The sensation of pleasure coursing through her made her jolt with delight.

Seeing her reaction, worried, he quickly asked, "Did I hurt you?" To which she replied, "No... please don't stop." This girl is gonna make him lose all his brain cells. She provoked him to put his fingers again inside her. As he continued to caress her, she began to moan and writhe in pleasure. She bent from pleasure as he stroked her spot. He uttered a quiet "Fuuck" as he felt her tight walls around his finger, "You're so hot inside."

The pleasure was too much for her to take and she soon found herself climaxing, "Sasu… I can't take it… ah. " her body bending into a ball as she came undone. Sasuke held her tight, not letting go until she had calmed down.

Then, slowly, she became aware of the bulge in her lower back, pressing against her with each of his breaths. His power and masculinity filled the air.

Tentatively, she raised her gaze up to his face. "Sasuke…you…didn't…" she started, her voice trembling in a mix of worry and embarrassment.

"Turn around." he commanded, his voice low and deep. She obeyed, turning in his lap and facing him. She gasped as he exposed himself, his length perfectly in place, feeling delicious over her folds. Without waiting for a command, Hinata wrapped her arms around his neck, gently stroking up and down his hard length. "Yeah, ride me like that, good girl," he murmured, his deep voice sending shivers down her spine.

He knew nothing would be enough if he wasn't deep inside of her. But he will not do that; she is Naruto's and he will not ruin her. But this… this he couldn't resist; it's their secret and she and her smell were to blame.

Sasuke let out a low groan and threw his head back. Her whispery kisses caressed his neck. His eyes sprang open as his heart skipped a few beats, his breath catching in his throat. She giggled and teased him, her tongue licking from the base of his throat up to his chin. "You taste delicious," she murmured.

He refused to be intimidated by her, his grip on her hair tightening as he looked into her lust-filled eyes. His lips crashed against hers in an instant, his tongue darted out, tasting her before pushing his way inside. She held his nape closer to her and stroked his member up and down, her movements becoming more urgent and passionate. He held her waist, afraid she would break from the pressure she was making to get her relief. He was astounded at her fragile yet powerful body, his hands roamed over her curves as he pulled her closer into his embrace. The intensity of the moment caused her to moan and Sasuke felt his own body respond, more and more aroused every second that passed.

He could feel himself trembling, unable to take any more of her ministrations. "I can't take it." He whispered, voicing his pleasure. He shifting her hips to an angle that brought them both intense delight. With his hands on her buttcheeks, he moved her, thrusting against her as his orgasm threatened to overtake him. Her movements became more urgent and when she really let go, her intoxicating face made him follow suit. She held her hand over him, preventing his cum from spilling onto their clothes. He groaned out in exhaustion and pleasure, barely aware of his surroundings.

When he noticed her hands, Sasuke jolted, his face filled with surprise and embarrassment. "Why did you do that? Your... your hands are dirty."

"It's okay, I'll wash them," she reassured him, moving towards the slow stream of water to clean up.

"Do you no longer have my handkerchief?" he teased, curious.

She froze, feeling a wave of shame wash over her. "Um... no, I put lavender flowers in it. I never thanked you for them. They're my favourite flowers," she quickly changed the subject.

"I know," he replied, understanding her unspoken shame.

"Please don't be too gentle to me in front of Karin-san. She... she likes you," she expressed her concerns.

"I'm not interested," Sasuke replied coldly.

"She thinks I will take you away from her," Hinata admitted, her voice laced with worry.

"Don't worry about her. She is harmless," he reassured her, trying to alleviate her anxieties.

"Sasuke-kun..." Hinata started, but was interrupted.

"Hinata, I didn't mean what I said earlier. It was just... lustful talk. It doesn't mean anything. I will bring you to Naruto, as promised," he interrupted her, his words filled with a mixture of guilt and determination.

"..." Hinata frowned and looked down, her thoughts swirling within her.

"Go back to bed. The others will worry about you," he gently urged, wanting to protect her from any unnecessary attention.

Sasuke was consumed by anger towards himself. What is he doing? Every time he tried to distance himself from Hinata, he found himself yearning for more. He couldn't resist her when she was by his side, her sweet scent intoxicating him and each time, he demanded more. How much longer would he hold himself back from ruining her? She would surely despise him forever. From the beginning, she had made it clear that she desired someone else. He needed to respect her wishes and the agreement they had made. He should have never allowed her to join their team. Undeniably, she is useful and a great binding and an addition to their team, but she is also a dangerous temptation for him, and even more so for herself. What should he do? How far must he go to escape her seductive allure?

He had grown accustomed to sleeping away from the campfire, always fearful that something might transpire between him and Hinata in front of Suigetsu, and now Karin as well. It was also a safer choice, enabling him to protect the team more effectively.

The following afternoon, while they were setting up camp, Karin noticed Hinata struggling to light a fire. Irritated but with a hint of superiority, she approached Hinata and offered her assistance. "Here, let me show you how to do it properly."

Hinata was grateful for Karin's help and expressed her thanks. Karin smiled, feeling proud of herself, and suggested, "No problem. Since you prepared breakfast, let me take care of dinner."

"Too late for that, dinner is already prepared," Suigetsu interjected, arriving with a catch of fish in hand.

"Oh, Suigetsu, those are quite big," Hinata admired the catch. "Karin-san, you can prepare breakfast tomorrow instead."

"Alright," Karin replied, brimming with excitement. "I'll show off my culinary skills, Sasuke," she called out to Sasuke, who was sitting on a nearby tree branch.

Sasuke closed his eyes, and turned his head disinterested.

Karin started to warm up to Hinata especially now she knows that she loves someone else and she didn't form a danger to her.

As they sat down for a quick lunch break, Karin, growing more curious, turned to Hinata and asked, "So, Hinata, tell us about your love."

Sasuke flinched, the topic causing discomfort as he desperately tried to push it away from his thoughts.

"Naruto-kun?" Hinata began, her voice filled with nostalgia. "Well, I haven't seen him in years. He's incredibly strong and never gives up. He's entirely selfless, always putting others before himself. He loves his friends and would go to any lengths to protect them."

Sasuke cleared his throat, abruptly getting up and distancing himself from the group. The memories of Naruto became overwhelming, an emotional weight he struggled to bear. Naruto had been his best friend, the only one who accepted him for who he was and never gave up on him—the sole individual he couldn't sever ties with.

And now, Sasuke found himself betraying that friendship, surrendering to his own desires and devouring the one who should rightfully belong to Naruto. He felt consumed by guilt and disgust, grappling with the question of how to prevent himself from succumbing further to the allure of this girl.

He overheard their conversation while he was walking away. Suigetsu asked, "Does Naruto have any siblings?"

Hinata replied, "No, he's an orphan, but he considers Sasuke-kun his brother."

Sasuke scoffed and distanced himself further from the group, as far as possible.

Karin began to notice Hinata's admiration and respect towards her. Despite her initial jealousy, Karin started to appreciate Hinata's presence in their team. Hinata was grateful for the opportunity to learn from Karin and Suigetsu, forming new bonds of friendship.

Sasuke remained at a distance, struggling to comprehend why he couldn't be near Hinata without feeling an overwhelming urge to give in to his desires. The thought of her being close to everyone but him, filled him with restlessness and agitation. Despite this, he continued to observe from afar, consumed by envy and frustration at his inability to be as close to Hinata as the others.

Hinata couldn't bear the growing distance between them. She longed to see Sasuke every second of the day. His absence left her feeling empty, as if something vital was missing from her life. She frequently used her Byakugan to search for him, lost in the memories of their intimate moments. She yearned for him—the touch of his hands, his warm breath on her skin, his masculine scent, and his whispered words. In her dreams, she relived their passionate encounters, his love, his moans, his words—everything about him made it increasingly difficult for her to resist the pull towards him any longer.
