Was it midnight? Should they check on the students? Could she let that go for a minute? Ada sighed with contentment.
'That's very cheeky. Do you normally go round demanding chocolate this way?'
A smile flickered across Hecate's face.
'I reserve it for a rare occasion.'
It was a rare occasion that Hecate would indulge in chocolate. She'd never do so in public.
'If I'd known, I would have given it to you. You'll have to wait until next week's delivery' murmured Ada. Their lips were so close together and she couldn't help nudging forward. Hecate rewarded her with a ferocious kiss, one that took the breath out of her. She had entertained the thought that Hecate could be passionate but she was pleasantly shocked to find it entirely thrilling. It had been a long time since Ada had been on the receiving end of such intensity. It made her flutter with longing.
