"You had them on the ropes and let them get away?" Paul pointed out.

"Better than playing week to gain their trust." Tobias countered. "Besides there were three of them and neither of you bothered to show up."

"SiLeNcE yOu MoRtAlS!" MissigNo said angrily. "iF wE aRe To DeFeAt ThAt NaRcAsIsT aRcEuS, wE nEeD aLl Of HiS pLaTeS!"

"Yes Lord MissigNo." Paul and Tobias said with a bow. "The world will be reborn properly with your guidance."

The trio looked down on Celestic Town from the waterfall cliff, as our heroes approached.

On the ground level

"What is it Pikachu?" Ark asked, noticing both his and Pokemon Master Ash's Pikachu acting strangely.

"We are near an electrically charged field, and that might be why they are acting strange, their electricity is likely through the roof right now." Arceus said.

"Sounds similar to Blush Mountain." Ark said, remembering Sophocles's report on it. "We'll need to be careful then, too much electricity could be a bad thing."

"Right, but for now we need to focus on finding the next plate." Pokemon Master Ash said.

"Probably in the center of all of those giant vines if I had to guess." Rotomdex pointed out.

"You take to the skies with Charizard, and I'll handle things from the ground with Incineroar." Ark said.

"Is he ready for battle again?" Pokemon Master Ash said.

"Yeah, it doesn't take long for Incineroar to recover and be ready to fight again." Ark assured, holding Incineroar's Pokeball.

Ark and Incineroar neared the vines as Pokemon rushed out of it.

"Rotom, what are we up against?" Ark asked.

"Hippowdon and Golem. A ground type and a Rock and Ground type, but they look weird." Rotom said, noticing the vines covering them.

"Alright, tag team time then." Ark said. "Dhelmise let's help out, use a combined Darkest Lariat and Anchor Shot!"

Incineroar grabbed ahold of Dhelmise before spinning and launching the anchor at the two ground type Pokemon.

"Golem use Fire Punch! Hippowdon use Crunch!" An old voice called out.

"Right on cue." Ark said, as Hippowdon grabbed onto Dhelmise and was taken for a spin, sending Golem along with it.

"Now Incineroar bring them in and use Cross Chop!" Ark called out. Incineroar pulled the Pokemon in striking Golem with a Cross Chop causing it to fall into pieces between it's cracks and the vines covering it.

"Hippowdon use Yawn!"

A strange cloud engulfed Incineroar, causing him to sway back and forth.

"Incineroar take a break. Dhelmise use Power Whip!"

Incineroar was returned to his Pokeball as Dhelmise swung his chain around Hippowdon, wrapping the ground type up.

"Hippowdon use Stone Edge!"

"Dhelmise use Anchor Shot and Whirlpool!"

Stones covered in vines jutted around the arena as Dhelmise stuck his anchor on Hippowdon before swinging around the arena shattering the rocks as he swirled around, trapping Hippowdon as he inched closer and closer.

"Hippowdon use Crunch!"

"Dhelmise use Power Whip!"

Hippowdon bit down on Dhelmise's chain as the grass type swung closer and closer before finally slamming into the side of Hippowdon, causing it to be thrown into the vines.

Up in the air

"Alright Charizard, lets burn these vines with a Flamethrower!" Pokemon Master Ash called out.

Charizard flew over the vines, sending out a stream of flames down on the vines, as something flew out of them.

"Charizard bring me in for a landing." Pokemon Master Ash said.

Charizard dropped Ash and Pikachu down for a landing before flying back up to take on the Pokemon that had flown out of the vines.

"Charizard use Flamethrower!"

"Gliscor use Thunder Fang!"

Charizard's speed was far higher than the Gliscor's allowing him to fly around the scorpion bat Pokemon, letting out a stream of flames, and preventing Gliscor from hitting him.

"Charizard use Seismic Toss!"

"Gliscor use Ice Fang!"

Charizard grabbed onto Gliscor's tail, circling them around in the air before sending the Pokemon crashing back to the ground.

"Now Charizard use Dragon Rush!"

A blast of energy fired off from Charizard, crashing into Gliscor and burning up the surrounding vines as something came crashing out of the caves.

"RHYPERIOR!" Ark exclaimed in terror. "Dhelmise use Anchor Shot!"

"Charizard use Flamethrower!"

Dhelmise slammed into Rhyperior, only to be engulfed in the flames of the crossfire.

"Nope, not working!" Ark exclaimed, recalling Dhelmise. "Golisopod let's go! Use Drill Run!"

"Rhyperior use Rock Wrecker!"

Golisopod spun forward with his claws at a point, breaking through rock after rock before slamming right into Rhyperior's armor for massive damage.

"Charizard use Seismic Toss!"

"Rhyperior use Avalanche!"

Rhyperior sent out frozen rocks from beneath the vines at Charizard, knocking the flying type off course.

"Alright, we're running low on options." Ark said, switching in his Groundium Z.

"We WiLl GeT tHeM aNd ThIs PlAtE! nO tRaInEr HaS bEeN aBlE tO uSe TwO z MoVeS rIgHt AfTeR oNe AnOtHeR!" MissigNo declared.

"Golisopod use Tectonic Rage!" Ark called out.

Golisopod slammed his claws into the ground, ripping up the top layer to send Rhyperior flying into the air.

"Now Pikachu use Iron Tail!" Pokemon Master Ash called out.

Pikachu spun around, slamming his tail into the side of Rhyperior, shattering the rocky Pokemon as the vines cleared to show the plate.

"It'S oUt ThErE! gO!" MissigNo called out.

"Multiple forces incoming!" Arceus exclaimed, seeing a black blobby orb coming into reality above the Plate.

"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!" Ark called out.

Pikachu sent out a bolt of electricity, disrupting the black blob as Paul and Infernape and Tobias and Darkrai leapt out of the portal.

"Arceus, are those plate boosts working?" Pokemon Master Ash asked. "Because we're going to need them now."

"You've got this, I'm going to try and take the plates from MissigNo." Arceus said.

"Not without us!" Pokemon Master Ash called out. "Sceptile, Heracross, we're handling Darkrai!"

"Sounds like Passimian and I have Infernape." Ark said, sending out Passimian.
