"Look, I came here to help, and now you're telling me I need to wait here?" Coordinator Ash asked angrily.

"Bow Tie, please you must understand this meeting is with someone weary of strangers, and if you were to show up they might run and we could lose the opportunity to create the Red Chain." Arceus said.

"Fine, but I still think this is a bad idea to go out all that way without protection." Coordinator Ash said.

"You can accompany me to the lakefront, but I don't think it would be wise for you to accompany me to the lake itself." Arceus said.

"Fine, but you still aren't going in alone. I'll send some protection with you." Coordinator Ash said.

"I can handle myself." Arceus assured.

"If that was true, you wouldn't have asked for us in the first place." Coordinator Ash said calmly. "You'll have an escort, and that isn't up for debate anymore."

"Very well." Arceus relented. "We should get a move on then."

Just outside of Lake Acuity

"This is where we must part ways." Arceus said. "So who will be accompanying me? Typhlosion, perhaps Sceptile or Lunatone?"

"Try these two." Coordinator Ash said. "Altaria, Milotic come on out!"

Altaria and Milotic appeared with their usual grace, seemingly unbothered by the snowstorm around them.

"Alright, watch over Arceus and protect him, if something attacks, Altaria I want you to come and get me, I'll be right here." Coordinator Ash said.

Altaria nodded, letting Arceus onto her back before scooping up Milotic and flying up the cliff towards the lake.

"Alright, now we wait." Coordinator Ash said.

In the Center of Lake Acuity

"More Ash Ketchums are here than there should be." Uxie said calmly, as Arceus walked in.

"Yes, I suppose you would know that more than anyone else." Arceus said. "As the Being of Knowledge I have to ask, are we on the road to victory."

"I am knowledgeable, not all knowing." Uxie said.

"I didn't ask for the outcome, even I cannot see that right now." Arceus said.

"The way I see things, we will not be victorious in your goal." Uxie said. "They have several powerful plates already."

"We have collected more and have a larger team." Arceus said.

"The last time you imprisoned IT, you had the full power of your true form. Not only have you separated yourself into countless realities, but you have lost one of your plates entirely." Uxie said.

"And no one knows where that plate went." Arceus sighed.

"It went nowhere, it truly disappeared from reality, there is no location it could still be." Uxie said. "But that is not what I am worried about."

"Yes, I understand bringing so many worlds heroes here is a great risk, but I did not resummon the three of them."

"You may not have brought them back, but you knew they would not stop until they made it back to assist in this battle once they realized what was happening." Uxie said. "If IT is successful in destroying this world, four worlds would be at risk to their own problems."

"I can't just ignore IT like the others did." Arceus argued.

"I'm not saying you should, I said that you shouldn't have taken any at all. If this world's hero failed you should have accepted what it means like the rest of us did." Uxie said.

"He doesn't have the gift though!" Arceus shouted. "He can't harness his aura."

"I am aware, and have known for years. When he left his friends behind, he locked his link out of the Aura Realm. It is possible that the others could re open it, and if they do, only then does our world stand a chance." Uxie said bemusedly.

"Is there any other chances." Arceus said.

"Without all of your plates, you cannot hope to imprison him without this hero's gift." Uxie said. "He must reopen his connection or this world as we know it will cease to exist."

"Then it's a good thing he went with that Ash from earth 62, they know more about the Aura Realm than anyone else in the multiverse now." Arceus said. "I just hope the two of them can resolve their differences."

"We cannot worry about what might happen, you came here for my piece of the red chain, did you not?" Uxie asked.

"But you don't think it will work." Arceus pointed out.

"I don't think it will be the solution you are hoping for. It might work, it might not, what I know for certain is that our chances are growing slim." Uxie said. "Goodbye Arceus, I wish you luck in this fight."

"Thank you Uxie." Arceus said, returning to his human form.

Back at the Acuity Lakefront

"Did you meet your friend?" Coordinator Ash asked.

"Yes, he gave me the chain we need to imprison MissigNO once he is defeated." Arceus said.

"So where to now?" Coordinator Ash asked.

"Back to my sanctuary, atop Spear Pillar, there we will be able to claim the Stone Plate with the others your counterparts are gathering." Arceus said.

"Alright, that sounds like a plan, let's go." Coordinator Ash said.
