Backup Season 01 Episode 05
01 The Huntik Team had managed to get some information on what was going on noting that there were four locations to check out this time. "It might be easier if we split up and go in different directions." Den suggested to the group as they were leaving the Huntik Council building and Lok responds "You sure you can stay out of trouble?" while looking at the two Fears brothers. Harrison says "We can manage besides, ti'll be faster if we each took the two ends of town." which made them sigh Lok then says "Okay fine, but you're taking Cherit with you." letting them go with Cherit's supervision which was kind of annoying but they had to suck it up and the boys ran off.
02 As that was going on Ben had been speaking to a familiar face we haven't seen in awhile thorugh a projection on the Omnitrix "And you're sure about that?" he'd questioned them as the Highbreed known as Reinrassig III, seventh son of the Noble Highbreed House of Di Ralla, direct descendant of the Pure Blooded High Order of Rasecht, better known as Reiny responded saying "Certainly, if there are any there then they were stolen somehow as the vault hasn't been opened since I personally saw to the complete shutdown of the Xenocite program myself." they'd told Ben.
03 "So that means someone somehow got into the Xenocite safe and got the eggs out without ever opening the door." Ben spoke begginging to think as Albedo spoke up saying "Maybe it was a ghost that took them?" making his elder brother raise an eyebrow looking at him. "I'm serious Danielle can do stuff like that being half-ghost like Danny Phantom and apparently any ghost like the ones from the Ghost Zone can do that." This actually did Make him stop to think about that hearing the suggestion.
04 "That might actually be possible if that's the case." Ben spoke in response and then looked back to Reiny on call "So, can you check that out and see if any have gone missing?" he'd questioned as the Highbreed surpreme nodded with a bow saying "Of course we'll report anything we find right away." before then cutting out indicating that they've ended the call. "Alright we've still got three other places to check, so why don't we split up?" Albedo asked hoping to be given a chance to prove that he could do better.
05 Sighing Ben then spoke once more saying "Ship, go with Albedo." making the little Mechamorph repeat "Ship Ship." as they began to run around Albedo's feet wagging what would be presumably their tail and the two then ran off to go investigate. Meanwhile Danielle was basically saying the same thing to Danny who didn't seem so sure "Please, I promise I'll try to do better. You'll see I can do it, please please please." finally he'd had enough and sighed "Fine, but stay out of trouble, and take Cujo with you." he'd answered finally allowing her to fly off and check out one of the locations.
06 While along the way Danielle had spotted someone that looked sorta familiar and called out "ALBEDO HEY!" as she'd flown down to the boy excited to see him which surprised the Duotrix wielder to see her as she'd changed back to human form and dropped down beside him "What brings you here?" she'd then asked her friend curious why they were there. Albedo shrugs saying "Oh just doing an investigation after messing up back home. Older Brothers can be a real pain sometimes, Ben wouldn't let me go without him unless I had Ship with me." he'd sighed.
07 Ship then barked "Ship Ship." in response and began to play with Cujo as Danielle sighed saying "Been there, Danny wouldn't let me go without Cujo." while they continued to walk together to go and investigate the location they were heading towards finding out that it was the same place the other was going and there were some teen guys there seeming to be investigating as well. "I can feel seeker magic left over but it doesn't make sense why they'd steal this stuff." one of the boys had said while looking over at the other one confusing Danielle and Albedo.
08 "What's a seeker, is that sorta like what my Sister-In-Law Gwen does?" Albedo questioned walking over as the two finally take notice. "Oh, hey Danielle." one of them spoke recognizing the half-ghost girl "and um.. you I don't regonize sorry." The one with the longer hair spoke looking at them having recognized Danielle but not knowing the boy with her. "My name is Albedo Tennyson, Plumbers Special Cadet in Training." came the answer from the blond guy. "Albedo this is Harrison and Den." Danielle then introduced to them "Oh and this is Ship, and you already know Cujo." she spoke as Ship barked "Ship Ship." responding to what they were saying as Cujo just barked like a normal dog.
09 "Hey, what about me?" a small white flying creature spoke up flying next to the group saying hello and Danielle says "This is Cherit he's a titan." Albedo looked at them confused and says "I wonder if I could turn into one of those." and tried to scan him though the Duotrix says "No DNA to Catalogue." in response indicating that they couldn't turn into titans. "Anyway, we're here also doing some investigation." Den then spoke saying why exactly they were there at the moment.
10 "Same here, some of the places seem like Ghosts had been the one to rob some of the places but others were just bashed into but not seen." Danielle spoke while they looked around to see if there was anything they could find around there. "Ya but they weren't seen so it's possible that they were using Camoforge." Den spoke in response about the fact that no one saw who bashed their way into the buildings. "Or they were Merlinisapien.. What's a Camoforge?" Albedo then suggested to them before asking what Camoforge was.
11 "I thought since Max Tennyson knew that you might too." Den spoke in response "Merlinisapien, is that some sort of alien species?" Harrison questioned curious about all that and Albedo nodded in response to them. Suddenly Daneille let out a hiccup and you could see her breath as she does so, which wasn't a good sign as she says "Ghost Sense, that means there's a ghost nearby and not just me and Cujo." she'd explained while looking around as the others joined in spotting an ugly yellowish green one eyed creature had been moving something though oddly the adults around that worked the store didn't seem to take any notice of them.
12 "HOLD IT!" Harrison called to the creature making it drop what it was attempting to steal caught by surprised and it began to make weird noises at them with Ship growling at them along with Cujo doing the same. "That's no Titan I've ever seen before." Cherit spoke not recongizing what that thing is, and Albedo speaks up saying "It's a Xenocite, Ben told me about them but this one looks different than the ones he'd described." but couldn't figure out why the other people around didn't see them.
13 The Xenocite creature began to shoot up goo at them which was seriously nasty and Danielle phased through it and blasted at the Xenocite making it start to run off. "Don't let it get away." Harrison called as they'd chased after them along with the others and the poeple around just looked at the group confused since they couldn't see the Xenocite and simply watched as they'd run off chasing something they thought was imaginary or something never having noticed it.
14 They'd rounded an alleyway corner and seen as the Xenomorph had been dropping down through the ground and Danielle uses her ghost Powers to make the ground around them intangible so they'd all drop down and be able to keep chasing after them only to find that they'd vanished seeming to have turned theirself invisible. "Looks like they got away." Albedo sighed looking around though Den says "Don't count on it just yet." holding up an Amulet calling out "Show yourself, Kaioh the Tracker." as he does so.
15 A humanoid figure with strange armor and a whip and staff appeared from the Amulet and looked to Den as the Seeker says "Kaioh, see if you can find the Xenocite we were chasing" and the tracker nodded beginning to do just that leading the way tracking the creature that they were after despite never having seen them. Albedo says "This is way better than just trying to get lucky." while Kaioh was leading the way and he'd lead them to an underground station area that had long since been abandonded by the city and Danielle's Ghost Sense goes off indicating they were on the right track.
