Chapter 3 Xochitl

The night was eerily calm as Agent Smith and Kimihito stayed in the living room while everyone else had gone to bed.

"so Darling how does it feel to have your brother back after how long…11years?" Smith chuckled leaning forward in her chair.

Kimihito chuckled and said, "well it honestly feels great, when me and Aiden were younger we didn't leave on the best of terms…we both said somethings that we regretted and I think that weighed heavily on Aiden or at least I hope it did, there were times where his radio silence brought on small panic attacks and even full on therapist visits over the regret that he might have been killed in action without the two of us reconciling…though I have a feeling that isn't what you wanted to talk to me about"

Agent smith chuckled and said, "you are right…Aiden's mental state isn't what you would call the sanest…as good as he hides it what he witnessed even in the jungles of Bolivia weigh heavily on him and his commanding officers sent me information from Aiden's military therapists detailing the stuff Aiden talked about with them and recommend that Aiden find a way to rehabilitate himself and open up to someone"

Kimihito wiped a glass dry and put it away in the cabinets above the sink and said, "that explains the honorable discharge and why he was accepted into the interspecies exchange program even though he never signed up…I assume Kiyomi was selected for that reason?"

Agent Smith nodded and said, "actually there were supposed to be three girls, Kiyomi arrived a lot earlier than expected, another is arriving with tomorrow's Cinco de Mayo festivities" before putting a file down on the table.

Kimihito went over to examine the file and was in awe of the lady who's picture was attached to it. a stunning woman with the lower body of a serpent with scales of vibrant reds, blues and greens and the upper body of a strong woman with almost caramel colored skin and piercing green eyes and the blackest hair you have ever seen with a beautiful Mesoamerican headdress adorning the top of her head like a chieftain. The woman donned a wide sash around her waist, intricately decorated with feathers, beads, and small ornaments, emphasizing her regal presence. And on her body, she wore a luxurious cape around her shoulders almost like a poncho with colorful feathers and rich vibrant textures. The lady also had accessories ranging from turquoise arm bands to a necklace made of emerald. The thing that surprised Kimihito were her arms, as they normalish with the fact that she had hands, but she also had winds attached almost like the wyvern subspecies of dragonnewts he had heard about, however unlike dragon newts this girl's wings had feathers, vibrant feathers whose colored matched her scales.

Kimihito looked at Agent Smith and said, "who-what is she?"

Agent Smith smiled and said, "Kimihito this is the second girl recommended to help Aiden, where Kiyomi is a support dog in a sense keeping close to Aiden when he has his bouts of PTSD, Xochitl here is to help loosen Aiden up, Xochitl hails from a rare species of dragons known as Quetzalcoatl's a subspecies that has until recently been dwindling in numbers due to drug lords coming after them for their feathers and the unique ruby blood they spill which has been used as a powerful narcotic, however when Aiden killed the drug lord Eduardo Vargas there was a power vacuum and lets just say the dwindling numbers of the Quetzalcoatl's stopped before they could go extinct, in a way I guess you can say Aiden is their savior"

Kimihito looked a little confused and said, "so what does this have to do with Aiden and his mental health and why this girl in particular?"

Agent Smith chuckled and said, "Xochitl was specifically chosen by one of Aiden's old buddies who is currently stationed in Brazil, Xochitl was one of the top students at the Brazilian samba school Mangueira where her bubbly carefree and whimsical attitude shown the brightest during the carnaval parade. She left once the cultural exchange bill was put in place which allowed Xochitl to explore the world running into Aiden's old friend who recommended she becomes a part of the cultural exchange to tell people outside of south America about the glorious Quetzalcoatl race, let me put it into simple terms her bubbly personality is meant to make Aiden less nervous around events with large crowds and load of people which might trigger his PTSD"

Kimihito raised his eyebrow and said, "that explains why you built more rooms! You didn't mislabel the number of rooms to build you just wanted to make sure more girls could fit for Aiden!"

Smith nodded and said, "and the third girl who we are still trying to drag here is the reason we extended the size of Meroune's swimming pool to include more living space in the water…we found a rare Scylla breed known as a royal Scylla."

Kimihito started to have a bit of PTSD himself remembering Oct the Scylla who was good friends with Mero and wondered how this Scylla differed.

Kimihito asked how this Scylla was any different from Oct and Agent Smith brought out a picture of the girl with beautiful tentacles colored almost like vibrant crystals and an upper body of olive complexion all dressed in a simple gold and white gown like those worn by Greeks.

Agent smith then said, "as opposed to the normal Scylla your used to Royal scylla are all Greek and are the ones imbued with natural magic which differs between most Royal clans, in the case of Yuuki's her family deals in a magic we have dubbed the calm, which allows the Scylla to lull people into a sense of relaxation giving the Scylla ample time to kidnap their prey or even rearrange memories, im sure your starting to see why we assigned this royal Scylla in particular to Aiden"

Kimihito nodded and said, "to take away his pain."

Agent Smith snapped her fingers and said, "yep exactly, however she is by far one of if not the laziest Scylla we had ever dealt with, and it's no surprise as being a royal heir of the aegean sea she was supposed to be raised as a queen but when she hit the age of 20 she decided to go abroad as an excuse to laze around, we decided she would be the third girl to live here…if we can ever find her, she recently got picked up by an undersea current and has been floating aimlessly, to be honest we have no idea where she is but she knows she was supposed to be here in Japan, she's supposed to work in tandem with Kiyomi to help Aiden learn to relax and more importantly not take situations to seriously instead go with the flow"

Kimihito chuckled to himself as he thought about Aiden's own growing harem, first a kind oni, now a damn Scylla princess and a Rare Quetzecoatl if anything Aiden's harem is looking more like a royal flush than a group supposed to help out a damaged soldier.

"okay…I assume your giving me a heads up for some reason Agent Smith?" Kimihito asked,

Agent Smith nodded and said, "it has to do with Miia, Meroune and Papi…in the case of Xochitl Quetzalcoatl's are considered to be the perfect mix of two of the most beautiful species in existence and Miia and Papi may be very hostile to those who don't treat Xochitl like a goddess, I worry that if Kiyomi and Xochitl were to develop feelings for Aiden and argue over him Miia and Papi may try to fight Kiyomi and could possibly hurt her which would not look good at all for the three species"

Kimihito scratched his head worried about what could happen and said, "I'll take into assumption Aiden will already know something about this and will try to defend Kiyomi but you want me to make sure Papi and Miia don't try to fight and know she is an equal and not a goddess?"

Agent smith nodded and said, "secondly Meroune and Yuuki, the Scylla who will be joining us when we find her, being royalty as well the two might not get along seeing as Meroune's mother and Yuuki's mother had been at odds for years over control of the pacific ocean, no war has broken out but just in case I would suggest being ready to pull the two apart should the bad blood from the mothers trickle down to the daughters, on the bright side though Yuuki isn't addicted to tragic love stories like Meroune so that should be a plus!"

Kimihito sighed and muttered to himself, "never a dull moment around here" before looking up at Agent Smith and saying, "okay so what time should we expect Xochitl to be here?"

Agent Smith then pulled out 10 tickets to a cinco de mayo carnival and said, "actually Xochitl made a special request, she wants to show her new host family just how she moves and her rhythmic groove so she will be leading the cinco de mayo carnival festival parade, that's where you'll meet her, these tickets should get you back stage at the end of the parade route where you'll meet Xochitl"

Kimihito chuckled and said, "well it would be fun to introduce the girls to a new culture that isn't Japanese plus in a couple letters from Aiden he detailed how he tried a bunch of different foods when he was stationed in Brazil so this could be fun!"

Agent Smith smiled and said, "good oh also I'll be there too soo wait for me as well."

Kimihito sighed and said, "boy I feel bad for the other member's of MON…bet they'll have a lot of paperwork to do tomorrow"

Agent Smith chuckled and said, "oh I bet they'll have fun with it."

The next day was cinco de mayo and even though it wasn't celebrated a much in Japan as it was in places like south America or even California, but it was still celebrated. Aiden would remember the time he was stationed in Brazil the music, the culture the people, all things he missed so seeing people all happily celebrating and food vendors selling things like hot dog and street corn which Aiden bought and loved.

Soon though the main event started, a carnaval consisting of a couple samba schools that came to Japan to spread their culture and even the ideas of carnaval.

Aiden was in awe of the parade floats, the vibrant colors the ingenuity behind each one and the dancers who danced joyously. However, Aiden's attention was more focused on a float that looked like a huge Aztec village with the dancers mainly being Mesoamerican demihumans dressed in beautiful dresses. ranging from jaguar girls who danced around the outskirts of the float to the many deer girls who were doing flips and the hummingbird girls who flew around the float however at the very top of the float was a girl dressed in a dress made from the most vibrant of green, yellow and red feathers. Aiden was mesmerized by this woman and her beauty unaware of the fact her lower body was that of a snake or as she danced, she had the wings of a harpy as well. The lady sung beautifully and moved as though she were a goddess and Kiyomi could notice Aiden was in awe of the woman.

Getting a tint of jealousy Kiyomi poked at Aiden and said, "heyyyyy she isn't that gorgeous I bet she has a personality like stale bread."

Suddenly Fireworks started to ring out a bit causing Aiden to flinch bringing him out of his staring but bringing up some memories from his time in the military causing Aiden to look around worried as if someone was shooting at him.

Kiyomi seemed to pick up on this and held his hand and said, "it's okay honey bear its just fireworks…do you wanna get some street corn?"

Aiden looked at Kiyomi and nodded before the two of them looked at Kimihito and the others who were enjoying the dancing and Kiyomi said, "Aiden is having a traumatic memory right now…we're going to go get some street corn to try and help him out we'll meet you at very end of the parade route once he feels a bit better okay?"

Kimihito looked at his brother in concern and said, "okay just…please Aiden I hope you feel better"

Aiden Gave Kimihito a pained look and nodded as another firework went off this one a bit louder which made Aiden even more nervous as Kiyomi hugged Aiden and said, "shhhh it's okay, it's okay its just a firework no one is going to hurt you anymore, not now not ever not as long as I am here"

Aiden smiled at Kiyomi and nodded as the two departed and left to go and see the many vendors and stalls that had set up nearby to celebrate cinco de mayo and Kiyomi bought Aiden some street corn and took him to an alley where Aiden Slumped down hyperventilating as the memories flooded his brain while Kiyomi hugged him close calming him down muttering, "sssshh its okay Aiden let it all out control your breathing".

As Kiyomi tried to help Aiden regain his composure a couple walked by and noticed Aiden and started to laugh at him calling him a coward for getting all scared by fireworks and Kiyomi gave them the deadliest death glare and said, "fuck off before I beat you both within an inch of your life!" causing the couple to run away in fear.

Aiden looked up at Kiyomi his face filled with pain and misery before he finally took a bite of street corn calming himself a little bit before getting up and calmy saying, "thank you Kiyomi…i- I think I am feeling a bit better."

Kiyomi giggled before hugging Aiden and saying, "the parade should be over soooo we should go and meet the new girl"

Xochitl flipped off the top of her float landing gracefully in front of the group and smiled.

Miia was the first to see Xochitl as she approached. Her eyes widened in awe as she beheld the stunning and exotic beauty of Xochitl. With her colorful feathers, graceful movements, and infectious energy, Xochitl seemed like a goddess descended from the heavens.

Miia instinctively kneeled and said, "oh my such a beautiful goddess!"

Xochitl chuckled softly, appreciating the warm welcome. "¡Hola a todas! Soy Xochitl."

The other girls looked at each other in confusion.

Agent Smith walked up and smiled. "Xochitl speaks Spanish, but don't worry; she can also communicate in English."

Kimihito, who had joined the group, raised an eyebrow. "Spanish? That's unexpected. But I guess we can manage with English."

Miia, still in awe, approached Xochitl, practically fawning over her. "hello there, my goddess I am Miia, I guess we'll be living with each other"

Xochitl's laughter filled the room. "hola Miia it is good to meet a pure Lamia! I might not be a goddess, but I won't deny you calling me one"

Papi was in awe of Xochitl's wings and vibrant colors and said, "woooah your wings are so pretty! I bet you can fly really fast with these!"

Xochitl nodded and said, "Si I am pretty fast with these great wings of mine!"

Miia blushed and giggled. "Oh, she's so dreamy!"

The other girls couldn't help but giggle too, caught up in the excitement of the moment.

Aiden then finally walked up catching Agent Smith's attention and said, "ahhh Xochitl there's your master" while pointing at Aiden.

Xochitl grinned happily and leapt at Aiden happily wrapping her lower body around Aiden's legs and gave Aiden a big hug.

Xochitl laughed and said, "if it isn't the savior of the Quetzalcoatl! I am humbled to meet you and be considered as your homestay! Tu ere muy guapo!"

Aiden blushed when suddenly Xochitl kissed him on the lips happily. Time seemed to slow down as Xochitl kissed Aiden he could feel a bit of arousal from this kiss but yet it didn't feel like it was supposed to be sexual more like it's a greeting.

Xochitl smiled as she released Aiden and said, "so how did you enjoy my performance I bet you it was muy perfecto in your eyes right master!" before posing.

Feeling even more jealous than before Kiyomi got in front of Aiden and said, "we didn't stay to watch funbags, honey bear was scared by the fireworks, so we got streetcorn and I stayed with him while he calmed down" before sticking out her tongue and flipping off Xochitl.

Aiden looked at Papi and Miia who looked like they were about to attack Kiyomi and said, "don't even think of it you two" which made the two back off.

Xochitl didn't even seem phased as she suddenly hugged Kiyomi and said, "oi dios mio! Such a kind soul helping our dear master! You are in our debt mija!" before also giving Kiyomi a kiss on the lips before letting go of Kiyomi and rushing over to Aiden to make sure he was okay.

Xochitl then looked at Aiden's left arm and said, "oh my what happened here?"

Aiden grabbed his left arm slightly and said, "I lost it to a slime…the poisonous black pudding slime."

Xochitl looked at Aiden with a little bit of concern and said, "oh I am so sorry if I brought up a sore subject, tell you what how about I show you a good Mexican restaurant I found out here, an authentic one!" before smiling and wrapping her tail around Aiden.

Before Aiden could protest Xochitl unfurled her large, beautiful wings and took off flying through the sky with a powerful flap of her wings which shocked Aiden at first. This shocked Aiden being able to see Tokyo from the air like this.

Aiden shouted, "Xochitl I don't think it's a normal sight for people to see someone flying through the sky like this!"

Xochitl looked down laughing saying, "si I think you have a point Master besides we're just about to reach our destination!"

Xochitl landed happily with Aiden in front of a small shop with the air heavy with the smell of foreign spices and the sound of mariachi music which reminded Aiden of the time he was stationed in Brazil. As Aiden took a small sniff of the spices, he started to drool a bit.

Xochitl noticed how Aiden looked and said, "hehehe seems someone is hungry come on lets get something to eat" before the two of them entered the shop where the small lady at the counter greeted Xochitl in a dialect Aiden was not familiar with but they soon sat down and the lady brought out huge plates consisting of small flour tortillas, a cup of spices, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded chicken, ground beef, carne asada lemons and limes. This scent from the food made Aiden start to drool even more.

Xochitl giggled and said, "nothing like a build your own taco after a carnaval performance to warm the heart and soul lets dig in master, its my treat" before making a mini taco and drizzling it in lime juice and eating it happily.

Aiden joined in making a tiny taco with Carne asada which had been seasoned to perfection. Aiden happily consumed the food with Xochitl as the two got to know each other some more with Xochitl revealing to Aiden that she is in fact nearly 600 years old and used to be a priestess in her old life before taking up samba in the modern age.

Xochitl giggled and said, "so if I am to be a part of your homestay, I must ask you…what is your relationship with Senora Kiyomi? Is she your wife?"

Aiden nearly chocked on his taco before blushing heavily and saying, "n-no nothing like that! She's- well she helps me out!"

Xochitl laughed and said, "forgive me master I didn't mean to pry in on a personal matter" while handing Aiden a glass filled with Horchata.

Aiden drank it happily before coughing and saying, "no, no, no its okay honestly it is! It caught me off guard is all, but no Kiyomi is…well I respect her loads I may have known her for a couple days but I still respect her"

Xochitl giggled and said, "my I am glad to have such a kind soul as my master I think I am falling in love"

This made Aiden smile as the two of them continued to talk before they saw how late it was and decided to call Kimihito who was really worried about Aiden.

"yeah no Xochitl took me all the way to Tokyo for some really good Mexican food, do you want us to bring you back anything?" Aiden chuckled while getting a a cup of horchata to go while Xochitl got some make your own Taco components to go and talked with the lady behind the counter happily.

Kimihito chuckled and said, "nah we managed to make it back home and got some dinner hope you two are okay but…kiyomi is still pretty spooked sooo you guys should get home soon"

Aiden nodded and said, "we're just about to start heading home we'll see you then!" before Xochitl suddenly wrapped her snake-like body around Aiden and flew off towards home.

Making some small talk Aiden looked up at Xochitl and said, "quick question! Do I weigh anything to you?"

Xochitl looked down at Aiden laughing saying, "nah not really its like lifting a couple grapes to be honest"

Aiden nodded his head a little bit hurt at how light he was but was glad he wasn't too heavy for Xochitl before the two finally made it home where Kiyomi smashed through the door and tackle hugged Aiden.

"I was so worried about you honey bear what did that snake lady do to you are you hurt" Kiyomi shouted worried about Aiden.

Aiden laughed and said, "I'm okay Kiyomi honestly I am, Xochitl took me out for something to eat and lets just say it was some good food"

Xochitl held up a wooden box and said, "I brought enough for dinner if you want some senorita" while smiling at Kiyomi.

Kiyomi looked at Xochitl tiliting her head to the side a bit before saying, "sooo are you going to try and take honey bear from me?"

Xochitl giggled and said, "oh who knows~ I might, I might not it all depends on how I feel really~" before leaving to go inside.

Kiyomi looked at Aiden and said, "please don't let that hussy seduce you honey bear"

Aiden laughed and said, "i'll try Kiyomi" and the two followed Xochitl inside.

In the evening Miia, was excitedly trying to learn some samba moves from Xochitl. The colorful feathers of Xochitl's winged arms swayed gracefully, adding a touch of elegance to her movements.

"¡Vamos, Miia! You can do it!" Xochitl encouraged, her feathers rustling as she moved.

Miia tried her best to follow Xochitl's lead, but her serpentine lower half proved challenging. She swayed her hips and attempted to match the rhythm, but her movements lacked the finesse of her feathered friend.

"Ugh, I can't seem to get it right," Miia said, slightly frustrated.

Xochitl gave her an encouraging smile. "No te preocupes, Miia. It takes time and practice. Just let the music flow through you."

With renewed determination, Miia tried again, her tail swishing back and forth. She attempted to move her upper body and arms, but her snake-like form didn't allow for the same fluidity as Xochitl's winged appendages.

Xochitl gracefully twirled, her wings fluttering with excitement. "Muy bien, Miia! Keep going, you're getting it!"

Miia blushed but kept at it, determined to enjoy the dance. She embraced her own unique style, letting her serpentine charm shine through.

As they continued dancing, Xochitl playfully twirled around Miia, her colorful feathers creating a mesmerizing display. Miia giggled, enjoying the moment despite her initial struggles.

"¡Increíble, Xochitl! You make it look so effortless," Miia said, admiring her friend's skills.

Xochitl beamed with pride. "Gracias, Miia! Samba is in my blood. But remember, you have your own charm too. Just embrace it."

Feeling more at ease, Miia let go of her self-consciousness and danced with newfound confidence. Her snake-like body swayed and twisted, creating a unique and captivating performance.

Xochitl noticed Aiden watching and slithered over to him and said, "master lets dance let me show you how personal the Samba can be~"

Aiden blushed as the two of them danced while Miia grabbed Kimihito and laughed happily as they danced. Aiden soon felt tired though and decided to turn in for the night and when he got to his room he was in awe of his room which until now was empty. Instead in its place was a room with a huge beg built on top of a black wood bed frame with loads of shelves underneath it. Next to it was a black wood nightstand and a huge L shaped desk with loads of monitors and a beefy PC. The room was very calm even though there was a wall that had a couple guns on it and some swords as well.

Aiden looked at Kimihito who chuckled and said, "we took advantage of the fact you weren't home to build your room up, I hope you don't mind."

Aiden smiled and said, "not at all this was quite a surprise."
