Backup Season 01 Episode 11
01 It was finally the three day weekend and any second now the bell was going to ring allowing them to spend time away from the city on mission, once the bell rang everyone bolted out of the classroom and the school. Den, Harrison, and Spud followed Trixie as she was walking up to Jake calling out "Yo Jakey, you excited for this three day weekend?" Jake looks around and says "I wish I could enjoy it, but this weekend is the Dragon Sumit." with Spud questioning "Is that something we can go see?" thinking that sounded cool.
02 Jake however responds "No way, they'll flip if they find out Haley and I didn't erase your memories of us being dragons. For now it's best to just pretend like that didn't happen." and Den nods saying "It's usually the same with us Seekers. Not a lot of non seekers know about that stuff either." and the group walk together discussing the Dragon Sumit while heading over to the school where Danielle, Albedo, and Jake's sister Haley were attending and picking up them as they were making their way to Jake's grandpa's shop.
03 "Remember Haley this isn't going to be easy even just temping for the weekned." and his little sister responds "I know, and if anything happens I know how to contact you and the others if needed." and Jake nods saying "Good." and helped Grandpa and Fu Dog with the luggage and they'd headed off once it was all put up and ready to get out of there. "So now that they're gone, what are you guys gonna do?" Haley then questioned the group as Albedo responds "Check to see if they've got any missions for us."
04 "We also need to check around to see if there is anyone that might have any information for us that could be of use." Den then points out to the group saying that they'd have to check around town if they didn't have any mission they needed to check out ready for them. "You've got my number if you need any help though we might be away I'm sure Wulf would be able to help us out with that." Danielle spoke to Haley who nodded in response before saying "Ya, I got it just like I got Jake's number if need be." showing the phone and they'd nodded with our group then heading on out.
05 They'd parolled around the area for awhile before going back to the house where Cherit was waiting saying "You need to Call Momax back, he says it's important." and the group nod going to the main communications screen that doubled as a television for them. Harrison then activates the communications function and they connect to Momax who greets them saying "Hello children." which they respond to saying "Hey Momax." together at once and then Den questions "So what's the mission you've got for us?"
06 Cutting to the point Momax responds "Uh, yes. There have been some strange goings on in Navada at one of the many abandoned mines there, though the adults have heard and seen strange things there they say it is as if things are moving on their own. The children however have described strange creatures leathery skin texture that was a yellowish green with three eyes." hearing that Albedo says "That sounds like the Ghost Hybrid Xenocites that we fought last time." and the others nodded in agreement with Danielle saying "Maybe for simplicity sake we should just call them Ectocites."
07 Momax then nodded and says "Yes well, we need the little team you have put together to go and investigate just what exactly is going on down there and put a stop to it." The group then nodded in response to that and Cherit questions "How do we get there?" though the Foundation Councilmember responds "Actually Cherit we would like you to stay behind for this one, we need a rendition of what these things may look like since most adults will be unable to see them, with your artistic skills that shouldn't be a problem should it?"
08 Cherit responds "Not a problem I'll get to work on that right away." and flies off to get started and Momax then says "We will arrange transportation for the rest of you." however Ship began to bark at them in response with Albedo stating "Don't need it. You just send us the info and we'll use Ship to get there. Nodding Momax sent over the data and they'd all prepared to head on out with Ship running aorund chasing his tail while growing larger becoming a ring and then growing out into his full-sized spaceship form calling "Shiiip." in a much deeper voice.
09 Den had the group gathered together and says "Seekers we have a mission." though Albedo and Danielle look at him confused while Ship was distracted playing with Cujo, and Den then says "Sorry, Dante and Lok would say that and I wanted to know what that felt like to say." Albedo then responds "Alright so what's the plan?" while Harrison had the Loreslave open with the information on the mission coming up as Den says "Right, so anyway team, the mission Big Bad John. We're going to investigate a closed mine that somehow has become active again without anyone in the town doing so." while taking the card that had an image of a mine with a marble slab in front of it and putting it in his pocket. "Hey what do you guys even do with those cards anyway?" Danielle then spoke up curious.
10 "We present them to the foundation after the mission is complete and they go into records Dante and Lok have a stack of them." Den then answered in response about the question with Danielle then saying "Alright we're about over the area, I hope you boys are ready." the others nodded in response to that with Harrison saying "Hey Ship, can you take us down somewhere closeby but out of sight of the mine? We don't wanna be spotted." and got a response of "Shiiip." in response as they'd landed behind a rock formation letting them all out and then changing back to his smaller form.
11 The group slowly made their way over to the mine entrance where they'd heard sounds coming from inside and walked over to the Mine and Harrison read the words on it saying "At the bottom of his mine lies a big big man." and the other looked at the stand finding the same words there. "Alright let's go in." Albedo spoke and they'd began going in while trying to avoid detection finding the mining equipment left behind now being in use by the Ectocites along with them having strung up lights everywhere.
12 "Doesn't seem there's a ghost shield this time." Albedo spoke in a hushed tone looking around as they were peeking from a hiding spot so as to not be seen and they start to hear talking and spotted Wilder calling out "Hurry up and keep digging. I want that amulet by tonight." and overhearing Danielle questions "Aren't amulets your department?" while looking at Den and Harrison and the two nod in response. "Right, so we take down these guys and find the Amulet while we're here, can't be too hard right?" Albedo then spoke as Den answers "Depends on if there's any traps that'll get in the way or not."
13 Some rocks tumbled when they'd moved away from the mouth of the tunnel they were hiding out in and a green spotted lizard appeared hissing at them blowing their cover with Danielle calling out "Going Ghost!" as she'd smirked before changing into her Phantom form. Albedo says "I'm ready, let's see what I get. It's Hero Time!" messing with the Duotrix before hitting the dial and changing into a humanoid alien with wings and a jetpack along with a large beak and says "Whoa, Coo-well didn't know I could change into Astrodactyl." and let out a squack afterwards.
14 Ship then morphed himself into a turret form and began blasting at anything that came close with Wilder letting out an annoyed sound calling out "Those kids again." with a low growl to his voice as he'd done so. Den began laughing and says "It's time to mop the floor with you again Wilder. Face Them Dullahan!" he'd held up an amulet and called a headless titan in a suit of armor carrying a large shield that had a face design on it. "Lambert isn't here to save you this time." Wilder retorted and held up an amulet of his own in response.
15 "Destroy Incubane!" Wilder then called out summoning his demonic titan that was clad in red and had goat hooves for feet and they were ready to fight however Harrison calls "Strike them, Hitokiri!" summoning a titan from an amulet that had golden armor along with red skin long dark hair and a red face mask that was designed to resemble that of the Oni and finally Cujo grew larger growling at the Ectocites and barked before chomping down on some of them as he'd done so, though he'd quickly spat them out making a face as if he'd thought they tasted terrible.
