Prologue
It was just a normal day in the kingdom as Dragon and Jane were on patrol. "Dragon look a carriage is approaching the castle." Jane said as she spotted one approaching the gate "so it's probably another short life like you coming? No body important." Dragon smarted at Jane. "They could be only one way to find out." Jane said as Dragon was making his landing. As they approached they gate with their other friends Gunther Breech a fellow night in training and Jester, Janes human best friend besides dragon "I wonder who is coming to the castle that's important?" Said Jester looking over at Gunther making conversation as they walked to the gate. "Probably a family member of his royal majesties?" Gunther said walking and keeping his head forward and held high and proud. Well both of the fellows were not wrong as it was a niece of Queen Gwendolyn coming to stay. "Hello Jester, Gunther." Jane said as the three of them plus Dragon approached the front of the gate. "Hello Lady knight." Jester said bowing "hello Jane come to bother us have you?" Gunther smirked knowing that Jane hates when he picks at her. "No, I've also come to welcome who ever is arriving Gunther!" She said talking back "as all knights should do". When they got to the gate as the carriage stoped Queen Gwendolyn was the first to welcome the stranger that the three didn't know. What stepped out of the Royal looking cart was a girl about the same age as Gunther, Jane and Jester stepped out with hazel eyes, dirty blonde hair and beautiful gown as if to say she was the next lady in waiting. "Jane, Gunther Jester and Dragon." Her majesty said in an introductory manner "this is my niece Lilith" the girl she introduced smiled and curtsied "it's nice to meet you all." Jane smiled and said "you haven't met all of us yet." Meaning, Smithy, the blacksmith, Rake, the gardener, and Pepa, the castle cook. As all of them were getting ready in preparation of her majesty's niece visiting.
