Somewhere in the vastness of time and space, far away from our world, there exists a universe, filled with wonders, rich history and an endless amount of magic and diversity. That universe is known as the Magic Dimension, which consists of so many planets with their own history, culture and legendary tales about powerful warriors. They're filled with many kinds of creatures and people, like fairies, witches, wizards, palladins, specialists and so on and so forth. However, no legend is as impactful and significant than a group of six fairies, who saved the Magic Dimension from the forces of evil time and time again and just recently, restored a planet, which has since been deserted and lifeless for decades. That legendary group of fairies were called...the Winx Club.
Everything started with a young girl, named Bloom, who was living an ordinary life on Earth with her parents, when one day...everything changed, when she met Stella, the fairy of the Sun and the Moon. Not only that, but thanks to the encounter, it was confirmed, that Bloom was in fact a fairy. From that day onward, Stella brought Bloom to a magical school of fairies, called Alfea, where she met three new friends, who would stand by her until the end of time. They were Flora, the fairy of nature, Musa, the fairy of music and finally Tecna, the fairy of technology, This group of friends would go on to have so many adventures together, while fighting a trio of evil witches, hungry for power, named the Trix, while at the same time, building their connection and uncovering Bloom's true origins as a princess of Domino, a planet, the Ancestral Witches destroyed it a very long time ago and that her power was the one, which created life in this universe: The Dragon Flame. As time has passed, they met a new friend, named Layla, the fairy of waves, as they faced different kinds of villains, along with the return of the Trix, whilst also meeting new friends and gaining new powers. In the end, the Winx, along with the help of the specialists and many more, emerge victorious and defeated the villains once and for all. And just recently, Bloom, with the help of her nymph sister Daphne, managed to defeat the Ancestral Witches and restored Domino and their people, which included Bloom's biological parents, Oritel and Marion.
Since then, peace has returned to the Magic Dimension and the Winx Club are hailed as legendary heroes throughout the universe. But little did they know, a new kind of adventure awaits them, that would go even further beyond their dimension, fight a new kind of evil like no other and change everything...

When Worlds Collide
We begin this story with the hub of all things magic, also known as the planet "Magix", where it's been bustling with life. Recently, the news about Domino's restoration has been spreading in the news and social media like wildfire and everyone knew about the heroic deeds of the Winx. It isn't a surprise, now that the Winx are basically being hailed as legendary heroes nowadays and that they're the new Company of Light.
While in the subject of the Winx, on route to Magix City, a young, pink haired woman was browsing on her phone, talking to someone on a chat. That individual was none other than the fairy of technology herself and the Guardian Fairy of Zenith, Tecna. And the person, whom she's been messaging, was actually her boyfriend, Timmy. Suddenly, she received a phone call from one of her friends.
"Hi, Tecna!" An energetic voice can be heard from her phone.
"Oh. Hi, Stella. I'm currently on my way there." Tecna answered to the voice, which belongs to Stella.
"That's good to know! Unfortunately though, Bloom just called me, telling that she wouldn't hang out with us, which is really sad..." Stella was saddened.
"I understand your concern, though to be fair, Domino has just been restored, so Bloom needs her much needed time to reconnect with her biological family and her people. It's logical to give her some space, at least." Tecna gave her a logical reason. And it makes sense, since it's been a week since Bloom restored her home planet. "But on the bright side, if she has some free time, she can hang out with us."
"I know, I know. It's just, it feels a bit empty without her. Anyway, my friends and I are at the pizza parlour and considering, we're literally famous, it's gonna be a tough one to go to Magix undetected. We have so much to do, like shopping for new clothes and overall having a good time! Anyways, see ya there!" Stella giggled, before ending the call, leaving Tecna to continue her journey, until she arrived near the city.
"Well, here I am." Tecna took a deep breath, before going into the city.
We then cut to Magix City, where magic and technology coexist, which sounds impossible on paper, but the execution lead to the most advanced city known in Magix, perhaps in the whole Magic Dimension. We see Tecna arriving at the city and finding way to her friends, hoping that she would get to the parlor undetected.
Unfortunately, a teenage girl, who was browsing on her phone and feeling bored, saw the pink haired woman from afar and instantly recognised her as the fairy of technology.
"Is that Tecna? One of the Winx Club? It is her!" She yelled, which alarmed Tecna to run off immediately. However, news of her arrival spread like wildfire and soon, a lot of people were after her.
However, Tecna is a smart individual and thankfully, she knew the route and how to shake them off. She hid from the crowd, then used her technomagic to distract them by creating a hologram of herself in the furthest spot, that was still visible for the crowd. She kept on moving the hologram to a specific spot, while looking around, before taking a breather.
"Phew...That was quite close..." Tecna took some breaths, before continuing her route to the pizza parlor. She was not really the most social to big crowds and didn't like basking into the attention, unlike Stella. But eventually, she arrived at the parlor, after a few minutes, where a blonde woman waited on the outside, which turned out to be Stella.
"Tecna, you finally came, albeit a bit late!" The solar fairy went to her friend, being impatient.
"It's quite tricky to come back to Magix, when we are that famous for saving the Magic Dimension multiple times." Tecna explained.
"To be fair, I don't mind the attention, we're getting from the crowd. They're adoring us!" Stella giggled, since she is the most social member of the team.
"You do realize, that it's been a while, since we last visited Magix City." Tecna reminded her about the last time, they went to the city.
"That's fair. I really miss this place." Stella sighed and the two entered the parlor, where three girls were waiting for them inside. One being Latina, another one being Asian and the last one being black. Those are actually the best friends of Stella and Tecna, being Flora, the fairy of nature, Musa, the fairy of music and finally Layla, the fairy of waves.
"Hello, girls!" Stella greeted her best friends with so much enthusiasm and they engage in a short group hug, before making their orders and going to their table.
"How you girls doing lately?" Layla asked.
"Well, things are going well in Solaria. I've been helping my dad out and since I love dressing up to date to the trends, I was thinking of becoming a fashion designer. Well, part of it, since it's obvious, that I'll be crowned as the future queen in the future. That's just my idea though. Plus, I've been checking up with Bloom after that debacle and she's been doing quite well, despite the fact, that she wouldn't hang out with us quite as often as before." The sun fairy explained, what happened to her after Domino has been restored.
"I mean, it's been a week, since the defeat of the Ancestral Witches and everyone has been really exhausted. It's best to give Bloom a break, since she needs time to reconnect with her people." Flora made a point, before switching topics. "Anyway, Helia just made a gift for me yesterday. I'll show you!" She then showed a drawing of herself in Enchantix, surrounded by flowers and petals, made by Helia. The girls were amazed by the details and passion of the drawing.
"Looks great!" Musa was amazed.
"Thank you! I really appreciate it." Flora blushed and smiled.
"Well, things are slowly becoming better in Andros, with Nabu and I helping out on the rebuilding process. Even though I'm not exactly thrilled to eventually taking over the kingdom in the distant future, I had to, what I had to and at least I have some free time to do, what I love, even though I might fear of being alone." Layla explained.
"We understand your concern, Layla. But remember, we always have your back." Musa smiled.
"Thank you. I know, I can always count on you." Layla smiled back, since they helped her come out of the shadows and become more and more confident.
"Well, things are going quite well in Melody and I visited Princess Galatea, just on check up with her. Recently, she's becoming stronger after what happened in Alfea. I mean, given that the Trix have shattered her wings and my newfound Enchantix restoring it back, it's fair, that she's currently training herself. And yeah, things are going quite rocky between me and Riven, but I hope, he'll becoming better." Musa explained on what happened in Melody, before explaining her concern about her relationship with Riven.
"Oh dear, I'm sorry about that..." Flora felt sorry about Musa.
"Honestly, I'm slowly getting used to it." The music fairy sighed, knowing too well.
"What about you, Tecna?" Layla asked to the technology fairy.
"Since I'm a guardian fairy of Zenith, I'll do some extra work, just to protect my planet." Tecna shortly explained.
"That's it?" Stella was disappointed by the short explanation.
"Well, Zenith is always evolving in technology and rationality." The pink haired girl added, although there might be shades of worry beneath her perfectionist exterior. "Besides, nothing really happened there. That is, if you count the time, where Valtor opened a very dangerous portal, that threatened to destroy the entire Magic Dimension, if it wasn't for my Enchantix, but it happened on Andros."
"I gotta say, your home planet is like completely safe from anything." Musa commented.
"I agree with the statement so far. Zenith's defense system is really good, but it isn't actually perfect, since someday, someone will break down the systems for their dangerous plans. But as far as I know, nothing really happened." Tecna admitted about the defense system.
"I must say, your planet has some of the best defense out there, but then again, we have to keep an eye on it, just in case." Layla was impressed. At the same time, the waiter brought their orders to the table. Some pizzas, salads, drinks, etc. As they're enjoying their meal, they were talking about other subjects, like fashion, love and a plan to visit Bloom in Domino. After hanging out in the parlor, they went out for a good time, which results for a montage.
After hanging out in Magix City and getting new stuff, like clothes, accessories and more, the girls have gathered to the centre. Since Stella and Layla received calls from their parents, it was time for them to leave.
"I'd love to stay for a bit longer, but my dad needs me. However, we can visit each other and having more fun times, now that there is literally nobody, trying to ruin the fun and attempt to conquer the Magic Dimension." Stella told to her friends.
"Same. I had to go back to Andros, since my parents need me there." Layla sighed.
After one last group hug, Stella and Layla left to their respective home worlds, leaving Flora, Musa and Tecna to go through the town.
"I wonder, what the future holds for all of us, now that peace has been restored." Flora wondered.
"I can't say an estimated answer to your question, since there are so many unknowns. But regardless, as long as we have each other, we'll always maintain this as the new Company of Light." Tecna looked at the sky.
"Yeah." Musa agreed, as the trio exited the city. After a while of walking together, the trio split up, since they had to go back to their home planets.
We then cut to Tecna once again, as she was on her way to Zenith, when she received a video call from Timmy. She answered it immediately.
"Hey, Tecna!" Timmy waved to her.
"Hi, Timmy!" Tecna giggled.
"I just finished my training with my fellow friends and completed a special device for a strong defense." Timmy explained on what he's been doing lately.
"That's actually great, in case of any future attacks." Tecna was impressed.
"Not to mention, recently Red Fountain has received new students, with five of them being the most recent of them. I just met those guys a few hours ago and they were just full of energy and excitement, but they were also nervous, which in retrospect, reminds me of the time, my teammates and I were new in the Red Fountain back then." Timmy scratched his head.
"It seems like, we're slowly approaching a new era." Tecna surmised and the two went on to talk about their favourite subject: technology. After a while, Timmy asked something with "Say, Tecna. Is it possible, that there are even more dimensions outside of ours?"
"Now that you asked it, I am actually intrigued by the possibility of going beyond the Magic Dimension. It's just, we have no idea, what the other dimensions are and if there's any form of magic. There are so many unknowns to this question, that deserves a deep look into the universe." The technology fairy became curious about the possibility of different dimensions outside of theirs. Whatever it's fantastical, futuristic, modern or even all of the above, the possibility of multiple dimensions existing in the universe of not just the Magic Dimension, but even further beyond that, is quite endless. But before they could continue their conversation, Timmy was called by his fellow friends for a mission.
"Sorry, Tecna. I gotta go now. But we can go out sometime, okay?" Timmy had to leave.
"Of course, Timmy. I'm also about to go home now. And yes, I'll gladly go out with you!" Tecna smiled and both ended the video call. She stood up and was about to leave, when all of a sudden, she heard unknown screams from afar.
"What was that?! I have to investigate the source of the screams!" She was startled by the sounds and ran off to the source of the sounds, all while using technomagic to make a virtual map. Assuming, that innocent people were attacked by some monsters, due to them being in their territory, she picked up the pace, when all of a sudden, she heard the sound of an explosion and crackling. When she reached to the source of the sounds, what she saw was quite unbelievable:
There were multiple monsters laying on the ground, being injured from a magical attack, revolving around electricity and the cause of the attack came from a flame-haired, blue eyed boy, looking astonished. He wore a black t-shirt with a radioactive symbol, a blue undershirt, green baggy pants, black high sneakers and a black watch. However, his hair looks a bit messy, since he was in a tough situation against the monsters. He looked at his hands, which were surrounded by bright yellow electricity.
"So this kid caused the magical explosion... and it appears, that he possess some kind of magic..." Tecna was astonished by the sight if the boy unleashing magic against the monsters.
"Johnny, what just happened!?" A male voice can be heard somewhere in the area. Tecna assumed, that it came from an older teen, who is a friend of the boy, whose name is Johnny. But she was hit by another unexpected surprise, when the individual came down from a tree and it turned out to be a brown dog, who not only walked upright, but also spoke. "I was hiding in the tree from those monsters, when I slightly peeked and all of a sudden, you unleased an electric explosion!" He was panicked, but also confused by the sight.
"A talking dog?? How is it possible? Is it possible, that he is some sort of a magical creature?" Tecna theorised, because she has never seen a talking animal before. Let alone one, who acted like a human.
"Dude, I have no idea, how I did just that!" Johnny was just as confused, as the dog. But before they could ask something, the dog suddenly turned around, only for a monster about to attack him.
"STAY BACK!!" He screamed in fear, when all of a sudden, he unknowingly unleashed a lilac beam from his paws, pushing the monster away him. The sight of him using magic baffled Johnny and Tecna, who's witnessing it from afar. Because a humanoid dog using magic was quite a first for the fairy of technology. But then, more monsters showed up.
"I think, we just made his friends mad..."Johnny slowly backed off from the monsters.
"I have an idea...RUN!!!" The dog screamed and the two ran away from the monsters, who gave chase shortly after.
"This is bad...I have to do something fast!" Tecna couldn't just watch any longer and got out of hiding.
"Tecna, Enchantix!!" She screamed and activated her transformation sequence to Enchantix.
Meanwhile, the male duo continued to run away from the monsters. They picked up their speed, but so did they. It went on and on, until they reached a branching path.
"SPLIT UP!!" Johnny screamed and both took different paths, but the monsters formed in two groups and ran to the paths.
As the dog kept on running from the monsters, he kept on picking up more speed, but at the cost of losing stamina. Unfortunately, he tripped and got his ankle stuck on a root.
"Shoot!" He tried to pull the root away from his ankle to free himself, but it was too strong. It didn't help, that the monsters finally caught up to him and prepare the killing blow. The canine tried his best to break free, but alas he didn't have enough strength to break the root and seeing the creatures around him and getting closer, he cowered in fear. It seems like, it was all over, until...
"Electric Storm!" A voice can be heard and along with it, neon green electricity hit the monsters hard. The dog got up, only to see Tecna protecting him from the creatures. She kept on blasting them, until they retreated. Afterwhich, the pink haired fairy used her magic to release him from the root.
"Phew! Thanks for saving me! I thought, the moment when they surround me, I was gonna be roadkill for sure..." The brown canine was thankful for Tecna saving his life.
"No problem, but next time, you have to be very careful, especially when you ran into their territory." Tecna warned him about the danger.
"Thanks for the heads up. Now I know, where I'm NOT going to for a day out or something." The dog got up and got amazed by Tecna's fairy form. "Wow...I never thought, I would see an actual fairy, let alone being saved by one. And those wings are huge!"
"It's my Enchantix transformation. The final fairy form." Tecna explained her fairy form. "It can be acquired by sacrificing for someone from their home planet, but only experienced faires are able to do it.
"Interesting. To be fair though, it sounds like something out of reach for me though." The dog shrugged. "Oh, the name's Dukey, by the way." He introduced himself as Dukey to the fairy.
"My name is Tecna, the fairy of technology." Tecna introduced herself.
"The fairy of technology? If Susan and Mary heard this, they would be completely baffled at that..." Dukey thought to himself. The idea of being a fairy of technology sounds like an impossible mix on paper. But then again, this is the first time encountering that kind of a fairy. But before he could continue...
"HELP!!!!" They heard a scream.
"Johnny!!" Dukey immediately recognised that scream from the kid.
"He's from the other side, possibly surrounded by monsters!" Tecna surmised.
"What are we waiting for?? We have to get to my best friend FAST!" The canine became panicked and worried. This is when Tecna had an idea. She flew up and created a platform for him to stand on. He stood on that aforementioned platform and she used her magic to tether it on her and flew off, with Dukey holding on.
After a while of flying above the forest, they found Johnny on the ground with monsters around him and landed close to him. Tecna kept on blasting them with her magic, while Dukey reunited with his friend. But one of the monsters lunged itself forward, but the canine's ears perked up at the moment and immediately went in front of the boy.
"Get away from my friend!" He screamed and held his paws upfront in front of the monster, which in the heat of the moment, the canine unknowingly unleashed swirls and sparks of magic, blasting it in the process.
"Okay, now this is getting really crazy..." Dukey looked at his paws, which were surrounded by swirls of magic.
"Dude, what is going on?" Johnny was still puzzled by the sight of his friend using magic.
"I literally have no idea, buddy. But for now, we have to get out of this place!" Dukey answered and proceeded to run to Tecna, but a sneaky monster grabbed Johnny by the ankle and pulled him away from the rest.
"Dukey, look!" Tecna got the canines attention by pointing at the monster holding the flame haired boy upside-down, struggling to break himself free.
"Johnny!!" Dukey ran towards him, but the monsters used its mighty arm to smash him to a tree. Tecna tried to use her magic, but monsters jumped on her, severely hindering her usage. It didn't help, that the impact incapacitated the dog. It seems like, things are seriously getting hopeless, with the monster pulling out a sharp blade in front of Johnny, causing him to scream for his life, when his body started to glow and a huge yellow lighting bolt came down from the skies, striking the entire area in a blinding light and a huge boom to occur.
When everything was set and done and the dust had settled, Dukey and Tecna got up, only to see what just happened. Some monsters were on the ground, looking charred, before getting up and retreat, the ground was electrically charged and to their surprise, despite being receiving a few wounds from the strike, Johnny was left unharmed, despite the defense wounds, he received from the creatures.
"Dukey, don't go there just yet! The ground is still charged." Tecna warned the canine about the ground.
"Wait, what happened??" Johnny was seriously confused and yelled, since he was far away from the others.
"You just unleashed a powerful electric attack, which left to the ground being charged! Anyone, who passes it, would receive damage!" Tecna explained the guys about the attack.
"Great...now I can't get to my friend, without getting electrocuted!" Dukey was annoyed.
"I know a way to discharge the ground." Tecna had an idea. "Fairy dust!"
She flew up and used her fairy dust to discharge the ground, allowing Johnny and Dukey running up to each other, being thankful, that they're finally reunited. But Tecna wasn't done with her fairy dust.
"And here's some fairy dust to heal your wounds." She sprinkled her fairy dust around the guys, which resulted in their injuries and pain getting healed. Finally, the fairy of technology landed on the ground and detransfomed herself back to normal.
"Thanks for the save, man." Johnny thanked her for the rescue.
"You're welcome. I must say, seeing you two unleashing magic is quite an unexpected thing to witness." Tecna scratched her head.
"It was unexpected for all of us, come to think of it. Although, this isn't the first time, magic came to our life." Dukey corrected and the boys proceeded to tell her the tales of when Johnny was given atom manipulation to make it look like magic, which backfired and the times, where they were in a wizard school twice and they had to fight off against a crazy megalomaniac and save everyone. "Though I have to warn you, this is just the tip of the iceberg, given with how many times, Johnny has been experimented on by his older sisters." He warned Tecna about the sheer insanity of Johnny's life.
"You've been experimented on by your sisters? Doesn't it sound cruel and unorthodox?" Tecna was thrown off by the revelation.
"Eh, I've since gotten used to that. Plus, they make some awesome stuff for me to make things easier." Johnny shrugged off, since it's basically an everyday thing to him. "Add the fact, that I had to fight against some bad guys, aliens and so on, what else is new to me?" That statement made Tecna think of Johnny's odd and abnormal life.
"Okay, now with that out of the way...Johnny, this is Tecna, the fairy of technology. Tecna, this is Johnny, AKA my best friend." Dukey introduced Johnny to Tecna and vice versa. "We got lost in this place, after getting sucked into...well, whatever this place is.." He explained an abridged version of what happened to them.
"That means, you don't come from the Magic Dimension?" Tecna asked.
"Nope. We come from Porkbelly." Johnny answered and while Tecna used her technomagic to search for the name "Porkbelly", there weren't any search results out there, meaning that in the Magic Dimension, it isn't there.
"That's odd. There are no results of a place named "Porkbelly" in the Magic Dimension." Tecna was surprised.
"Well, we come from the planet, Earth." Dukey added, but when Tecna extended the search by adding a secondary location, it once again came out empty. "Yep, it's clear, that we went to a different dimension..." He looked at Johnny with a deadpan face and somehow confirming Tecna's suspicions of them being not in the Magic Dimension.
"Hey, it could've been worse. At least, we're still alive." Johnny responded.
"I was about to object that...But for the sake of my sanity, I'm gonna abstain..." Dukey dropped the ball, before turning his attention to Tecna. "Where are we exactly?" He asked and for that, Tecna showed them a virtual map with the dot representing their current location.
"You are currently in the Magic Dimension. Specifically in the planet Magix, known for being the hub of all things magic and having three schools. One being Alfea, the school for fairies, the Red Fountain, the school for specialists and wizards and finally Cloud Tower, the school for witches." Tecna explained, while given them visuals of the planet and the schools.
"Say wha?" Johnny asked out of confusion.
"The Magic Dimension is filled with many magical creatures and people harnessing their power in different ways. There are fairies, wizards, witches, and sorcerers. The specialists are the only people, not possessing any kind of magic, but are experts in weapon combat and tactics." Tecna explained about the people of the Magic Dimension. For the guys, all of this sounds familiar to their last adventure as a wizard and a magical creature.
"Let me guess, are there any old villages out there?" Johnny asked, which Tecna giggled.
"Please, the Magic Dimension is more advanced than those fairy tales." She answered.
"How so?" The guys are curious.
"I'll show you." Tecna guided them to the city, where she's familiar with: Magix City.
Somewhere, there exists a facility, known as the Fortress of Light (Or the Lightrock Monastery or whatever the hell it's been called by the neck of the woods.). It houses the most powerful warriors and knight-monks with their code of honor and their rules. One of the biggest of them is to never interfere, due to their pacifist nature.
Recently, they recaptured the Trix and with the prediction of them fighting the Winx once again one day, they wanted to make sure, they wouldn't escape, while also reattempting to rehabilitate them. What's incredibly odd about them is, the witches haven't said a single word at all and avoided eye contact. It could be theorised that they either tried to get out and that they've been recaptured by force or they actually turned themselves in.
Whatever the truth may be, the court discussed on what to do with the Trix and how to keep them in check. After long and arduous discussions, they finally decided on putting them in purification cells with maximum security.
After the whole process has been said and done, the guards stood by and watched the witches, who are currently being held in those cells. Once again, they were oddly silent and just looked around with blank looks on their faces.
"They may be silent for now, but we have to make sure to keep an eye on them, just in case they plot something." The guard warned his fellow guards about the risk, in which they complied and kept their guards up, no matter what.
Despite the best security of this place and everyone being highly trained to be immune to dark magic and so on, unbeknownst to everyone in the Fortress of Light, the scene shifted somewhere in a dark pocket dimension, where a shadowy figure has been watching the Trix, by using a special observation spell, in form of a bright orb of magic.
"Hmmm...I think, they'll be pretty useful in the future..." The mysterious individual noted and went back to the shadows, making plans for whatever scheme it may be.
Meanwhile in Magix City...
"Here we are." Tecna had arrived at Magix City with the boys and when they first laid eyes on it, their eyes wouldn't believe on what they just saw.
"Wait, that's Magix!?" The boys were astonished by the city alone. They expected something like these fairy tales or some movies revolving around magical creatures, but instead they were met with a futuristic city, where magic and technology coexist with people, looking really modern, like humans from their dimension.
"I...I actually have no words...like, I legit didn't expect a highly advanced, almost futuristic looking city in a magical world" Dukey's jaw dropped.
"Whatever it is, it looks AWESOME!!" Johnny's eyes became starstruck at the city. In fact, he was so excited to explore, that he attempted to dash into the city, but his canine friend grabbed his arm and held him back.
"Not so fast, pal! This is our first time being here and we have no idea, how big this city is." Dukey was highly concerned of his friend getting lost easily. "Say, do you have like a map or something?" He asked Tecna about a map.
"I can create a virtual map for navigation purposes." Tecna suggested.
"That would be great, in case we need some navigation. Especially, when we are on our own." Dukey scratched his head, while Johnny pulled out his phone, just to browse stuff, but he couldn't find a signal.
"Oh, come on! I can't get a single signal here!" The boy was frustrated at the lack of a signal. However, Tecna looked at his phone out of curiosity.
"Your phone looks more advanced than those, my friends and I use. Even with my connection with the technology throughout the entire Magic Dimension." She was impressed. "But there has been a lack of magic in there, which would explain the lack of a signal or even a connection."
"Do you have an idea for that?" Johnny questioned. After looking at his phone a bit longer and even scanning it for the specs, Tecna had an idea.
"I do, but I need your phone to make this work." Tecna replied and received Johnny's phone from him. She then concentrated herself, formed a ball of data and code and installed it in the phone, which caused it to glow and Sparkle, leaving the guys in awe and astonishment. It lasted just half a minute, before she finished her spell and returned it to Johnny, who upon inspecting his phone, revealed that Tecna had not only infused his phone with technomagic, but also installed a special app, allowing to gain access to the news, navigation, a map, etc. throught the entire Magic Dimension. "It's just a simple modification by enfusing it with technomagic." She explained.
"No idea, what you're talking about, but I have to try this out!" Johnny opened the app and after a while of linking his account, he was greeted by the main menu. Upon selecting the map, it showed him a hologram of the map and a dot pointing at where he's currently standing.
"Cool!" Johnny was beyond amazed.
"I'm not sure, how it works and how you did exactly, since magic and technology together sounds like an impossible idea, but it is indeed cool and useful!" Dukey was amazed by the app.
"Yeah! You're like a techno-expert!" Johnny smiled.
"That's really flattering to say, guys." Tecna smiled. "It's because I'm a Guardian Fairy of my home planet, Zenith, which allows me to become connected with all kinds of technology throughout the Magic Dimension." She then explained about her status as a guardian fairy, before getting reminded of something. "Speaking of which, I have to go back to my home planet to continue my duties."
"Wait! What if we do get lost though?" Dukey was concerned.
"The app has a mode, called "auto-guide", which would automatically guide you to necessary locations. Plus, it has some failsafes and safety precautions to ensure your safety." Tecna explained. "Plus, I also added my phone number, in case you have questions. I hope, the app helps you! See ya!" With those departing words, Tecna left Magix City, leaving Johnny and Dukey to explore the city, with the help of the app, which they dub the Magix app.
"Actually, before we explore the city, we have to check out the other functions, don't we?" Dukey was curious about the other functions of the app.
"Eh, what the heck." Johnny proceeded to look at the other functions, like a newsfeed about the latest news around this dimension in several topics, some games, etc. Some functions interested him, others not so much. However, while browsing online, one article got his attention. "Dude, check this out!" He showed Dukey the news about a new game center with the most advanced and interactive arcade opening on Magix City just recently.
"A new arcade in Magix?! I definitely can't say no to that!" The canine was really excited and Johnny shared the same amount of excitement.
"Same! Let's go there! Magix app, guide us to the arcade!" Johnny gleamed and activated the navigation function on the map, guiding them to the arcade. And the best part of the Magix app is, it's quite user friendly with its simple and easy to use interface. With everything settled, the kid and dog duo followed the directions to the arcade with the goal of having a good time.
On their way, they saw so many wonderful things, like hovercars existing and some music events going on, but because they were in a new city, they had to adjust a bit, since Magix City is quite different than Porkbelly. What amazed them the most, is that there are a lot of people using their magic to do stuff, like it's basically part of their lives.
"Man, this place is so awesome, it could be a new home!" Johnny shone with so much excitement.
"I actually agree with you! Plus it has coffee shops and we all know, I can't say no to a whipped cappuccino!" Dukey chuckled.
After a while of following directions, they finally arrived at the arcade. Upon looking through the windows, they were amazed by the advanced technology and new games there, along with prizes and a parlor for pizza and sweets.
"This place is like heaven! Johnny can't wait to go there!" Johnny was just beyond excitement right now.
"Oooh! Doggie join in as well!" The dog's tail wagged in a fast pace, expressing happiness and the two were about to enter the arcade, when all of a sudden, a portal appeared behind them and something grabbed the two of them, before pulling into the portal, which automatically closed shortly after, with nobody suspecting a thing and while a cleaner saw it, he just shrugged it off and continued working.
From another portal, Johnny and Dukey were ejected into a laboratory with so many machines, inventions and screens.
"Aw, man! I was about to enter the most awesome place ever!!" Johnny was visibly frustrated by the rude intervention, while Dukey looked around for a bit.
"Well, one thing's for sure. We're back in your sisters' lab." Dukey identified it as the laboratory from Johnny's sisters, but when he looked back, his eyes shrunk. "Uhm...Johnny?" He tried to get his pal's attention, but he was too occupied by his frustrations.
"Man, that arcade had the most awesome stuff out there, like a VR fighting game and I was about to try it out, but I didn't get the chance this time, because of my sisters!" Johnny vented his frustrations out, while Dukey kept on clearing his throat and getting his attention. "...aaaaand they're standing right behind me, isn't it?" However, he felt their presence and Dukey coughed twice out of concern.
And his prediction became correct, once Johnny slowly turned around and saw two scarlet haired, labcoat and glasses wearing girls looking really unhappy right now, with their arms crossed. The difference between the girls is that one girl had straight hair, wore a black skirt, white tube socks and black mary-jane shoes and had a creamy yellow star as a barrette and on her sky blue shirt, while the other one wore dark teal, flared jeans and pink sneakers, had curly hair, which was tied to a unique looking ponytail, resembling two cinnamon buns and she wore a bright aqua crescent moon as a barrette and on her creamy yellow shirt. Immediately, they were recognised as Johnny's older sisters, Susan and Mary Test.
"Hello, sisters, whom I love so dearly!" Johnny tried to make it cool and pretend, nothing had happened, but that didn't work at all and got a short growl from Susan as a response.
"Johnny, you better have an excuse for breaking into the lab and messing with the dimensional portal! Those portals aren't supposed to be played with, since excessive use would tear down the fabric of time and space!" Susan scolded her brother.
"Just tell us, why you did that and what happened, in order to save us from the trouble." Mary shook her head.
"I was bored, okay? That Dimension had everything, like magic and awesome tech!" Johnny explained the Magic Dimension with just a few words, but the twins didn't buy it.
"Dog." The girls looked at the canine for clarification.
"The Dimension, we got there, was the Magic Dimension, where fairies, witches, wizards and more really exist. Like Magic there is real and technology was out of this world. I mean, we were saved by someone, named Tecna, who is the fairy of technology." Dukey added more to the story of their time in Magix, but this caused the sisters to laugh really hard.
"A fairy of technology? This has to be the most unscientific thing, I've ever heard before!" Susan was amused, but didn't believe in that part.
"Oh yeah, what about the time, you sent me and Dukey into that virtual wizard world twice?" Johnny reminded them about the time, where they got sent to a virtual wizard world.
"Come to think of it, didn't we sent them again, just because we were so eager and curious about the story and its ending?" Mary pointed her sister out about the reason of the second time.
"Touché..." Susan sighed, realizing that she was part of it, before coming back to her senses. "But really though, magic doesn't exist in reality and there is no way, it can coexist with technology! It's just impossible! The wizard incidents were just purely fictional."
"However, the new version of the Inter-Dimensional Gate, that we've been working for a while, has that one flaw, that being used in excess, would basically rip apart the dimensional rift, which would spell destruction to our world!" Mary warned them about the consequences. "However, you guys are really lucky, because it happened just once." She replied to the guys, while writing some code
"And especially, that mom and dad are occupied right now...But that doesn't mean, you're gonna get off scot-free." Susan went to a lever.
"Let me guess, you're gonna eject us out?" Johnny asked, knowing what's going to happen.
"You got that part right." The starry teenager was about to pull it.
"This isn't surprising anymore, after a long time." The flame haired boy had a deadpan look on his face.
"Same, after you guys kept on breaking into the lab." With those words, Susan pulled down the lever, causing the ground beneath the guys to drop, revealing a trap door and they fell down for a while, before the door closing itself. After that debacle, she went to her sister on the computer.
"You know...there might be some truth to the story..." Mary became curious about the story of the Magic Dimension, but she received a glare from her younger twin sister.
"There's no way, you're believing in a superstitious tale, without any evidence..." Susan wasn't amused by what her older twin just said.
"Hey, I'm just saying this because, not all dimensions have the same ruleset as ours. I mean, Johnny and Dukey went to a different dimension, where upon further research, was a genderswapped one, which would explain Johnny's claims about not ready for romance. Even though it happened a few years ago, inter-dimensional travel is still a big mystery for us, which is why we're doing this project." Mary made some good points, before reminding Susan about the last time, where they attempted something similar.
"You're right, sister. I suppose, this project should iron out the mistakes from last time, by having clearer directions and a distraction-free environment. However, there is still that risk, we're trying to find a solution for, so that the fabric would remain undamaged. But, recently, it's really tricky to find an effective solution, without any dangerous or even fatal consequences to our dimension and for all of us." Susan agreed, but shared her frustrations about the persistent issue of time and space being ruptured. The sisters kept on working on that issue for a while, but realizing, that they had no idea on how to effectively fix the issue, they took a break and stepped away from the computer.
"You know, I wonder, what Gil is currently up to. Let's go to the window, so we can adore him?" Susan was thinking of their next-door neighbour, which caused her to become lovestruck and rushing to the window, but unknowingly bumped into a particular laser cannon, they made last week.
"But first!" Mary went to a switch and flipped it, which activated the barriers and other defensive mechanisms around the house. "Just in case, Eugene decides to break in." She smiled, before going to the window.
"Ever since we invented the defense shields, it has been quite a godsend for us. Especially for me, since Eugene seriously doesn't know, when to quit..." Susan became thankful of their defense mechanisms, before both sisters looked out the window to their next door neighbour Gil, who was revealed to be a tan and blonde teenage boy, who is currently working on the garden shirtless. Seeing this, caused the sisters to swoon and sigh out of love for their neighbour.
But while the sisters were swooning at the sight of the shirtless boy, the laser cannon, which Susan unknowingly bumped before, slowly tilting downwards towards where they were standing. Then the motion, caused a marble to fall off from a shelf, then getting launched by a bouncy object, the sisters have made for a while, bouncing around for a while, before hitting the big red button and after that, the marble slowly lost height and rolled around for a while, before it came to a stop. However, by the time, the marble stopped rolling, the laser cannon began charging up for a while, which culminated to it firing off a pink beam at both Susan and Mary, causing them to scream at the pain of being blasted by one of their own inventions. It went on for what it felt like an eternity, but actually lasting for a minute, before the cannon stopped firing and the sisters losing consciousness, before collaping on the floor. Meanwhile, Gil heard the commotion, but ignored it almost immediately and continued working.
After a few minutes had passed, Susan and Mary regained consciousness and got up, looking confused as of what happened.
"What just happened..?" Susan groaned, as she looked at her sister, who looked around for a while.
"I swear, it felt like something zapped into our bodies..." Mary rubbed her head, while looking for a cause of the pain, only to see that particular laser cannon. "Seems like, this one is the cause..." She then pushed the laser cannon away to a spot, where it can't zap anyone. At the same time, Susan found that marble on the ground.
"Wait, what is a marble doing here in our lab??" Susan picked it up, being puzzled as of why it was here. "Maybe the guys left it there, during one of those games. I should return it to them sometime." She put the marble to a table, before checking for any damage, the cannon had caused. Surprisingly, there wasn't any, so the sisters continued their usual routine of going to the window and gawking at their neighbour crush.
Little did anyone know, is that the particular laser cannon did more to their bodies, than just zapping them...

Hey, starlets! After months of hard work and several ideas and rewrites, "When Worlds Collide" and its first episode are officially out and I'm so happy about the result!
What caused Johnny and Dukey to have powers? What invention did just zap the sisters? Who is that shadowy individual? There are so many questions, which will be answered soon, as the story goes on.
