Five years have passed since the Metal War. When war hero: Sonic the Hedgehog, finds out the infamous Dr. Robotnik has resurfaced with a new scheme that puts the world at stake, he sets out with his two-tailed best friend: Miles "Tails" Prower, to stop the nefarious monster. New friendships will be made, rivalries will be forged, and limits will be pushed.

Abigail has the power to see into the future. But she never would have guessed that one day she would join the Freedom Fighters & help defend the world from Dr. Eggman & his empire. She also never would have guessed that this would lead to her meeting her soul mate.

In a desperate attempt to rescue Mecha Sally, Sonic and Tails come up with a plan to try to recruit help from other dimensions, a plan that will end up being vital to counter an Eggman unexpected plan. At the end things won't be so simple for any of the Sonics because rescuing Mecha Sally will end up becoming the least of their worries...

This is an unofficial continuation of "Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome" by MizukiiMoon, which has not been updated since 2014. After reading what they wrote, I felt compelled to finish it. This is a reboot of my Sonic the Hedgehog story. Long story short: I bit off more than I can chew with that story and have decided to start fresh with a different approach. As well as several changes to make the story a bit more of a fresh read. Hope you enjoy all the same.
