Hey there,
here's a new hurt Harvey fic. This is gonna be a two-shot.
I know I write a lot hurt Harvey but it's my jam and who doesn't like it doesn't have to read it but I hope you give it a chance :) I just think there are too less of them and I wanna change it - and I'm a drama sucker hahah

"Morning honey" Harvey smiles while pouring a cup of coffee for her.
"Morning" she walks over to him and places a kiss on his lips
"coffee?"
"yeah, thank you" she takes the cup and sips on it. "coffee is the best thing in the world"
"ah, okay" he says in a playfully sad voice
"well, as far as I'm concerned the best thing for me it's you"
She can't avoid a laught "since when are you soo corny?"
"alright" he turns his back to her cause he can't hold a smile anymore
"okay, okay" she plays along and bents over the counter to grab him by his shoulder and turns him to face him again.
"you'll always be my number one" she smiles at him
"better" he says and kisses her.
"So, I have to leave in a few minutes, you coming with me?"
"yeah, i'll go get ready"

"So, any plans for tonight?" she asks him while they're driving to Pearson Specter
"yeah, actually I wanted to go with Mike for a drink to celebrate our win"
She smiles "I wish I would be that confident when it comes to my work" she smiles "yeah, he's an idiot of a lawyer, there's no chance we'll lose. I mean, event a first year accociate would win against him"
"Okay, than I'll ask Rachel. Maybe we can have a girl's night."
„Do that"
„Soo, a drink hmm?" she raises an eyebrow
„What's so special about a drink?" he acts clueless
"ohh" she laughs "you know exactly what I mean"
He shakes his head "no, I really have no clue"
"alright, then let me tell you… you trust him" she says in a serious voice "and that's your way of showing it to him"
He presses his lips together "you got me, I do" he confesses "I just hope I won't regret it"
"you think he doesn't feel the same way?"
"I think he sees all this as a job and I'm his boss" he says kinda sad
"I think you're wrong. He cares about you, everybody knows that"
He smiles "is that so?"
"yes" she confirms
"Aha, Soo Mrs Specter, is there anything you don't know?" he says smiling and turns to her
She shakes her head "No, I don't think so" she smiles "yeah, I think so too" he says and kisses her.
"Okay than I hope you'll have fun with your soulmate tonight and I'll have fun at my girl's night" she laughs. Harvey looks kinda shocked at her "my wha-"
CRASH
For a second non of them know what happened. Donna immediately looks over at Harvey to check up on him. She isn't injured, everything is fine. It was just the first shock. Harvey hit his head against the frame of the windows and loses it for a second. His eyes are closed and he's clenching his teeth together.
"Harvey! Hey, do you hear me?" she asks in panic. He then slowly opens his eyes and looks at her "yeah" he answers in a low voice "I'm fine… what about you, are you hurt?" he asks worried
"No, l'm alright" she smiles reassuringly
"really?" she nods "yes, but I want you to check up on you" and she then turns towards the driver with a death glare
"what the hell was that!?" she asks mad
"I'm sorry Ma'am" he apologizes "The idiot in front of us just turned to the right without a sign, I had to brake to avoid hitting him"
Donna muscles soften "I'm sorry" she apologizes "are you alright?" she asks
"yeah, I'm alright, thanks. Do you need a doctor?"
"Yes, I want him to get checked up"
"No, Donna I'm fine" Harvey speaks and sounds as always. "It was nothing seriously" he looks at her
"Please? You didn't seem like you were alright. Maybe you hurt your head worse than you think"
"I'm alright. I'm not in pain and I'm not dizzy" he assures her. I tell you if something changes. Okay?"
"Okay" she agrees.
….. ….. …..
A few hours later Mike and Harvey are getting out of the bildung. They just won – as expected – and now they wanna go back to the firm. "we still meet tonight?" Mike asks looking at him while he stops walking
"yes. But I also need your help"
"again? Is there anything you can do by yoursel?" Mike teases
"shut up and listen to me"
"yes sir" Mike says in a serious voice
"It's Donna's birthday soon and I need the perfect gift"
"aaand?"
"I have no idea this year"
Mike huffs a laugh
"what?"
"nothing, it's just… when I started here few months ago you claimed like you wouldn't care abou anyone but you and Donna and you don't need anybody's help"
"and?"
"You're inviting me for drinks and asking for my help on something personal… you've got soft" Mike teases.
"shut up" he says and starts walking again but stops as a dizziness overcomes him and forces him to braces himself against Mike who grabs him right away.
"Harvey? what's wrong?" it takes him a few seconds to gather himself before answereing.
"It's fine, I'm alright" he answers
"Harvey what is it?" Mike asks panicky
"I'm fine Mike" he smiles "I just haven't eaten anything today" he lies.
"You sure?"
"Yes. Just don't tell Donna okay? I don't want her to worry"
Mike would've prooblay called immerdiatly an ambulance but Harvey didn't tell him about the incident in the morning so he believes him. The rest of the day proceeds normally. There are no further incidents with Harvey and he also feels good, so that he 'forgets' the incident again and when Donna asks him about his well being he doesn't tell her.

The next day the dizziness returns but also only for a few seconds and a slight headache starts. It happens the one time when he's alone, so he doesn't mention it to anyone. He just sits down, drinks a glass of water and rests for a few seconds. Tanner is about to take away his license, he can't go to hospitals now and waste time for nothing. He's also pretty sure that's it's because of lack of sleep and not because of hitting his head the day before.
The other time happens when Mike is with him
"What's going on Harvey? It's the second time now and don't tell me you haven't eaten cause I won't buy it"
"but it's the truth… Listen it was a lot the last days. I hadn't enough sleep, I didn't drink enough and I'm tired okay? I just wanna get this whole thing done tomorrow and then I'll rest"
"Either you tell me the truth or I'll tell Donna"
"It's not your business Mike" Harvey raises his voice
"It is when you collapse in front of me"
"I won't"
"okay, then Donna" he threatens
"alright… I have a headache, I pulled out an overnighter and haven't sleep for 35 hours now. I also didn't drink or eat cause there was no time today."
Mike looks sceptically
"seriously" Harvey assures him.
"shouldn't you be resting then?"
"I will, when this is over"
"Harvey…"
"Mike, I can't rest now. Tanner is an idiot but he's a good lawyer and I can't risk losing my license. I need to find something to get this done and I don't have muh time left. So please, just do what I asked you for and let me do my job"
"Does Donna know?"
"No, she thinks I slept here and now get the hell out of here and get the job done" he says but not mad or anything like that. He got that Mike's just worried what surprises him somehow.
"and Mike… don't tell her" he warns.
A few minutes later Mike comes back with a pill and something to eat and Harvey can tell from Mike's look that he's worried.
"Thank you" he smiles. He eats the bage, takes the pill and hopes hopes it'll get better soon.

The next day the situation is different. Harvey still has a headache now which actually but it wasn't really bad so he didn't think much about it but today it's worse. He's pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with the incident two days ago 'cause enough time passes since then and nothing happened, so it is just a normal headache. He also assumes that his dizziness attacks are related with the sleep and fluid lack he has.
"Donna d'you know where our painkillers are?" He asks his wife
"why, what's wrong?"
"I have a little headache"
"since when?"
He takes a deep breath "yesterday. But it wa-"
"WHAT?" She asks a little angrily now.
"we go right to the hospital" she says in a firm voice
"Donna! No! It is just a headache, it's not the first time"
"Harvey, I'm not discussing that"
"neither am I, I have an appointment in thirty minutes, so are you telling me where they are or do I have to leave without them?" Donna closes her eyes, she's terrified. She's pretty sure it's worse than it seems "please" she whispers
"okay listen, I promise you, if it gets worse… the second it happens I'll go straight to the hospital even if I'm in the middle of a trial"
"don't promise when you won't hold it" she says a little upset
"look at me. I promise you" he says looking straight in her eyes "I would never lie at your face" he says sincerely and she nods "okay"
He wipes a tear from her cheek "now stop worrying" he asks softly and places a kiss on her forehead.
She gets the painkillers and hand them to him and he leaves.

Hours later his condition worsens rapidly. His headache gets worse and the painkillers don't help a bit so he decides to hold his promise and go to the hospital cause first of all he promised Donna and second he notices himself that something's wrong.
"Hey Harvey, I found something new ab-" Mike stops as he sees his friend. "Harvey are you alright?" he walks over to him. He's sitting on his chair and his ellbows resting on the desk while he's holding his head with his palms. "No" he answers honestly and looks at Mike "I think I need to go to the hospital"
"what's wrong with you?" he asks terrrifted. If Harvey says that he's not alright then it must be pretty worse, Mike knows that. "okay, I'm dialing 9-1-1" he says
"no" Harvey breaths out "just let's go there. It's not that bad to call them"
"I really think we shou-"
"Mike please" Harvey closes his eyes in dizziness.
"okay"
Harvey gets up and walks over the desk but a huge dizziness overcomes him and he falls. He tries to brace himself on the desk but it's useless, so he falls on his knees.
"HARVEY" Mike shouts and is by his side in a flash. He then turns his head towards his secretary and tells her to call an ambulance.
"what's going on Harvey?"
"I- my head is killing me. It got pretty worse within minutes, my vision is getting blurry too. I-" he closes his eyes to fight the dizziness.
"Let's get you to the couch till the ambulance arrrvies, it'll take them a few minutes since your conscious and responsive
The second Harvey tries to move he notices that his stomachs turns
"I'm… getting sick" he says and places his palms on his mouth. Mike reacts as in lightning speed and gets the bin just in time
"fuck" Harvey curses alter emptying his stomach. "I'm sorry" he apologize quieyly.
"it's alright, don't worry" Mike assures him and gets him some water "thank you"
"You wanna try and get up?"
"yes" he whispers
Just in that moment Donna enters his office
'OMG HARVEY" she calls terrified "she kneels in front of him asksing thousand questions but Harvey is not really in the condition to answer any of them so Mike interferes
"Donna not now!"
"Mike what happened?"
"I don't know"
"Let's get up" he turns to Harvey and helps him up. "easy" Mike whispers knowing full well that he's dizzy. But on the midway Harvey stops groaning and grabs his head while his legs give out and it leads to Mike having to hold him
"OMG HARVEY" Donna and Mike call simultaneously
"Harvey what is it?" Mike asks firmly
"my- my h-head" he forces between breaths while clenching his teeth together and pressing his hands against his head as hard as he can to make the pain stop. "Tell them to hurry up" Mike shouts against the sacratary and focuses on Harvey again. He doesn't know what to do or what to say. He just holds him tight and let's Donna do the talking part.
"Harvey, hold on okay" she asks him softly "they'll be here soon" she grabs his hands but he let's go right away to hold his head.
"I ca- can't see. I can't see" he starts to panic now. He's breathing gets rapidly and heavier.
"shhh, please listen to me" she wants to grab his face in her hands but he's holding his head tight and looking on the ground. "It's gonna be fine, just hold on" she doesn't know what else to say or to do but squeezing his arm in assurance.
"I only see b- black"
"shh please calm down. they'll help you, they'll help you" she says while tears rolls down her checks.
"her voice somehow calms him down and tries to breath calmly"
"Do- Donna" he gasps as he notices he's probably not gonna make it any longer… or at all.
"shhh" she squeezes his hands "I'm right here"
"I- I love y-you" he forces out and then out of the blue he loses consciousness
"NO!" she shouts "Harvey! Harvey please!" Mike gently lays him on the back checking his pulse and breathing"
"omg!" Donna cries. There are a lot of people in front of the office now watching the whole scene while the sacratary shouts at them to leave and they finally do so. Rachel rushes to the office and directly to Donna holding her tight.
"no! no! no! no! no!" Mike shouts and starts CPR. "Come on buddy, you can't do that!" he says eagerly.
"Mike his pulse is there" Donna says sniffing whose holding his hand and checks his pulse right away.
"he isn't breating. He has a breath standstill"
"Harvey!" she says desperately
"shh" Rachel strokes her back "he'll be fine, He'll be fine" she hugs her tight"
A few minutes later finally the paramidcs arrive. For them it felt like an enermy but after Harvey collapsed it took them only 5 minutes to arrive.
They immediately places an vetnilator on him and start CPR while putting needles and fluids into him.
Mike, Donna and Rachel aren't not allowed to drive with them so they have to go after them. They wait there for hours and nobody wants to tell them anything about his condition.
"this is my fault" Donna whispers "It's all my fault"
"what? Donna no!" Mike says firmly "why d'you think that?"
"He was in pain in the morning, I- I told him to go to the hospital but he…" she takes a deep breath to gather herself "I knew something's wrong, that he was hurt more than he thought"
"what- what do you mean by 'hurt more' ?" Mike asks confused
"the day before yesterday the driver had to brake pretty hard and… Haarvey hit his head against the window frame. He said it wasn't that bad and convinced me that he's fine. I didn't notice anything yesterday and he told me in the morning that he's in pain since yesterday… I should've noticed"
"Donna no, it's not your fault" Rachel strokes her arm "Harvey's pretty good in hiding things when it comes to you. He doesn't want anyone to worry about him and especially not you"
"He always notices when I'm bad" she sniffs "always. And I…"
"oh my god he's such an idiot" Mike blurts out and both women look at him
"He- he was dizzy for a second that day. I had to catch him so he didn't fall but he said he hand's eating anything and Id believed him. He didn't mention the accident with a word" he says sadly "and yesterday happened it too. I would've called the ambulance right away if I had known but… he said it's just a headache"
"yeah, he knew that" Donna says "but you should've told me"
"he asked me not to… and I didn't see a reason to worry you for nothing"
"for nothing?!" Donna gets up on her feet
"Does that look like nothing Mike?" she asks madly
"Donna! It's not his fault" Rachel says calm but firmly. Donna closes her eyes " I know… I'm sorry. It's nobody's fault but mine"
"No, if there's someone to blame than Harvey himself but he probably just didn't think that it would've anything to do with it. I mean his headache came about 30 hours later if it started yesterday afternoon" Mike says "and he assumed the dizziness is because of the lack of sleep he has"
"you don't have to always justify him" Rachels blurts out
"I'm just tryi-"
"Family of Harvey Specter"
"This is us… I'm his wife… how is he?"
"I'm Dr. Wilson. Mr. Spencer's stable so far. We managed to get him back after his breath still standing which led to a cardiac arrest. It took us a little while but he's stable now and in intensive care."
"what happened?"
"He had a brain bleeding, did he had an accident lately?"
"yes" Donna starts crying "It's two days ago. He hit his head against a window frame while the driver brake pretty hard. I thought it was pretty bad after seeing him but he insists that he's fine and… after that he seemed fine"
"He got dizzy for a few seconds that day and yesterday, too" Mike tells him "but I didn't know about the incident and didn't think much about it"
"when did his headache start?"
Yesterday but he didn't tell me. In the morning he asked me for pain killers. I wanted him to come straight here but he said no. The accident was about two days ago so he assumed it's a normal headache. He promised me to come here when it gets worse but … he lied." She says hurting and disappointed.
"that's not true" interrupts Mike
"that's not said." The doctor tells her at the same time and they listen at him first "it probably progresses very fast so he had no chance to get here in time"
"that's true" Mike confirms "when I came in his office he wanted us to get here… but than the dizziness worsens and he threw up so we called the ambulance. And than all of a sudden he was in agony, his headache worsens so he couldn't event speak properly, he was-" Mike stops when he thinks about how worse his friend was
'yeah, I- I know" the doctors tells him so he doesn't have to speak further
"There's one more thing. His cardiac arrest and the brain bleeding are very complex things, we don't know yet if there are any damages of his brain. We managed to stop the bleeding but we can't say that there's no damage"
"what, what can happen? I- he said he wouldn't see just before he collapsed. Is he- blind?"
"He could be, yes" Dr Wilson confirms. Donna gulps "what else?"
"Mrs Specter that's pretty hard to say, there are different things"
"what things?" she asks angrily
"blindness, paralyze or movement restrictions, speech disorders"
Donna doesn't answer
"can we see him?" asks Mike
"yes but no more than two at the same time, I'm sorry" he apologizes when he notices that they're three. And he leads them to Harvey
"He should wake up soon but please notice that he needs a lot of rest and if has problems with movement or seeing, it's normal. We only need to worry and take care of if it stays like that."." So Mike and Donna stay with him while Rachel goes back to the firm to brief the others and to get some things done for them.
