Guests 1 and 2: I was thinking of bringing that up in Fast Forward, with Cath having become one some point over the years actually.

In the city at night time, as lighting went off in the sky, the Foot Mystics all standing around the sarcophagus of the Demon Shredder in the Chrysler Building. They all chanted as their bodies glowed with red mystic energy, holding their ands together as the energy went through them all in a circle. The chains around the sarcophagus snapped open, followed by the locks, then the lid lit up and came off. A skeletal figure rose up from it in armor, hovering above it, before its head snapped forward, before dark skin came over it, rebirthing the Demon Shredder.

He turned around and hovered while standing upright, then looked at his hands, before he clutched them as lighting went off behind him. His helmet and gauntlet rose up from a table behind Fire and Wind, which then shot up and attached themselves to him, while his cape blew, holes still in it.

"AH!" the Foot Mystics yelped, as the sarcophagus blew up.

They all got knocked away and skidded along the floor on their feet, shielding their faces with their forearms from the smoke, before it cleared. They all stared at their master, before they bowed on their knees all around him.

"Master." they all said, as he looked around at them all.

"At last!" Fire declared.

"The Shredder! The Shredder is risen." Wind declared.

"I live! Now, let the world tremble!" Shredder roared.

In the city, the sky above it bright red, Leo ran down a street as he heard a familiar voice crying.

"Help!" it said, which was female. "Help me!"

Leo kept on running as he looked around, before the street began to crumble, as he past by several cars.

"Where are you?" he wondered.

He kept on running, then turned left and saw Karai on her knees, wearing her Shredder armor.

"Karai!" he said, skidding to a stop.

"Help me, Leonardo!" Karai begged.

Leo ran towards her as she held her hand out, before green mystic energy came up between them, making him stop. They both reached for each other, as the energy surrounded them both.

"AH!" they yelped, getting knocked away.

Leo hit the ground on his shell before flipping backwards onto his knees, before he got up, and saw the Demon Shredder towering over him.

"AHHH!" he gasped.

Karai gasped as she watched from her end, as he kept growing bigger and bigger.

"AHH!" Karai screamed.

The Demon Shredder slashed her twice with his gauntlet, horrifying Leo. The city all around began to change via the green mystic energy, transforming the buildings into ruins, with skeleton bones lying all over. Fire soon began to spread out all over, as the Demon Shredder laughed without remorse, his eyes glowing brightly.

In the lair, all six Turtles were lying on the floor asleep, their amulets glowing with their chi, shaking their bodies wildly.

"Ah!" they gasped, waking up.

All but Mikey sat up as their chi vanished, like they'd all had a nightmare.

"Ah!" Mikey yelped, getting up to his knees in front of Inazuma.

They all panted as Splinter and the Ancient One both came in.

"What a nightmare." Leo said, before he turned around. "I dreamed about Karai. She was reaching out to me."

"Yeah, that was my dream." Raph said. "The city was cracking up into a million pieces and then she was at the mercy of the Shredder."

"I had that dream too." Elisa said. "The Shredder towered over the city, laughing evilly at the chaos he brought."

"I saw it too, and then New York transformed into a horror show, sort of like an alternate universe, but worse." Donnie said, as it reminded him of that horrible future he'd been sent too last year.

"Same here. It was horrible." Cath shuddered. "There were bones and bodies lying all over, with fires amongst the ruined buildings."

"Yeah, and the Shredder was there. The ancient, big, voodoo Shredder, acting all king of the world!" Mikey said, before he realized something. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You're telling me we all had the same dreams?"

"Looks like we did." Cath deduced.

"Hmm?" the Ancient One muttered, making everyone turn to him. "Looks like your kumquats are walking the nōryoku path."

"Yes, it would seem you are connected to forces beyond time and space, though your subconscious." Splinter deduced, holding up his fist.

"Uh, in English please, Sensei's?" Mikey asked confused, rubbing his hand.

"Heh. And you six are the hope of the world." the Ancient One said, shaking his head.

"Your amulets, your weapons, your training with the Tribunal; it has all connected you to the Shredder in some way." Splinter said. "After all, that was the Tribunal's goal, was it not?"

(Flashback)

The Turtles and their fellow Acolytes all stood facing each other in the hallway of the jail cells of the ship, before the Turtles took out their weapons - Leo his left sword.

"To take the six of you, along with Adam, Luis, Joi, Tora, Irene and Faraji..."

All 12 Acolytes stood together in the grounds of the Tribunal's Monastery with Chikara, all but Leo holding their weapons the Tribunal's Spirt Forge.

"...and transform you from Acolytes...

A bunch of Stone Oni charged at them all. Donnie glared at one as his amulet glowed, powering up his chi as he glowed, then he ducked as the Oni tried to whack him again. He jumped up and twirled around, punching its chest hard, smashing a hole right through it, then he landed crouched down behind it. It shattered into pieces as Raph, Luis and Faraji watched from nearby.

"...into masters."

"Wow." Donnie said, amazed, looking at the pieces as his chi vanished. "I did it."

They all sat in the courtyard of the monastery, all 12 Acolytes sat in a circle around Kon, who hovered in the air in the middle of them all.

"The Tribunal had hoped to forge you into the ultimate warriors..."

Leo meditated hard as his amulet glowed, powering up his chi, before a beam shot out from it, which shot up and shattered the other Avatars, before his own manifested into his Dragon.

"...capable of combating evil on both the physical and mystical planes."

In the carven beneath the monastery, all but Hisomi, Joi, Faraji and Luis stood together, when four of the Foot Mystics rose up from the water, with Metal rising up behind the others from the ground.

"Alas, the Shredder's evil Heralds..."

The five Foot Mystics all shot up towards everyone.

"...put and end to the Tribunal's plans."

They all looked down at everyone.

Kon, Juto and Chikara all put their hands together, creating a wall of fire around them, before the ground began to shake wildly.

"All were destroyed, and your training never finished."

The tribunal's fire bubble extended itself out, creating explosions all over the area beneath the Monastery, creating a smokescreen which went all the way to the top.

(Flashback ends)

"We can only hope that what you have learned already will be enough." Splinter hoped. "After all, your nightmares have confirmed what the Ancient One and I have dreaded."

They both approached the couch.

"Our mediations have shown us terrible things." the Ancient One explained, before he scratched his beard. "The Ninja Tribunal's worse fears come true. We have seen the Shredder brought back to life."

"The Shredder? Back?" Leo questioned.

"No way?" Raph said.

"And soon, he will reshape the world into a dark chaos. It will not be pretty." the Ancient One explained.

"But first, from what your dream suggests, he will destroy Karai." Splinter deduced, clutching his fist.

"Well, at least we go something to look forward too." Raph said, getting up off the couch. "Maybe they'll do each other in."

"Heh. Sounds good, but would be bad." the Ancient One said.

"Yes. There is something here, something strange." Splinter said. "I sense that somehow we must warn Karai, perhaps even try to rescue her."

This news shocked his children, as they still hadn't forgiven Karai for trashing their old lair and destroying nearly all their processions, and she was probably still angry at them for stealing the Heart of Tengu.

"But Sensei, she'd sooner destroy us." Leo argued.

"And yet your dreams would indicate that she is reaching out to you. We must not so readily turn our backs on saving a life, even an old rival's." Splinter explained.

"After all she's done to us?" Elisa scowled. "Sensei, thanks to her, we lost our old home and most of our stuff and equipment?"

"Ellie, I agree. We all hate her for what she's done to us, but Sensei's right, we can't just leave her to the Shredder's mercy." Cath argued. "This Demon Shredder's probably mad at her and her father for stealing his symbol and name. Like it or not, we have to help her."

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend." Leo quoted.

Everyone turned to him.

"Cath's right. We have to help her, whether she wants it or not." he sighed.

Meanwhile, in the Chrysler Building, as lighting went off in the sky, the Demon Shredder looked around at the Foot Mystics.

"Come, slaves." he said.

The top door to the building opened up, then they all floated out of it and into the city, before they stopped, Demon Shredder ahead of his minions.

"Let us venture forth and survey my new kingdom. What a pleasure it will be to hear the screams, when I remake the world in my own image." he said, clutching his fists, before he floated up higher. "This island is the perfect place to begin. The moats on all sides make it easy to defend."

The Foot Mystics all stared at him, the same height as he was.

"Master, there is first the matter of the usurper." Metal explained. "She who dares call herself the Shredder."

"Her very existence mocks you." Fire added. "You must first deal with her."

"I must?" Demon Shredder growled, turning around to them.

He held up his hands and shot dark magic from them, which hit the Foot Mystics.

"AHH!" they moaned, hitting the balcony of the building on their backs.

"I must do whatever I please." Demon Shredder declared.

The Foot Mystics all bowed on their knees.

"Yes. Forgive us?" Earth asked.

"Mercy, master?" Fire begged, as the magic around them vanished.

"Humph! You amuse me, and so might destroying this usurper as well." Demon Shredder said, floating towards the Mystics. "Once that sport has been savored, I will bring a reign of chaos unto this world!"

Lighting went off in the sky as the Mystics looked at him.

A little later, down in a street near the Chrystal building, a couple were walking down it, as another woman saw something.

"AHHH!" she screamed.

She backed away towards the couple, her hand near her mouth, before she pointed up.

"Ah!" the man yelped.

"Ah!" his girlfriend yelped.

They and other people all saw the Demon Shredder and the Foot Mystics floating down towards them all.

"Ah!" a man and woman gasped, turning to them.

Demon Shredder moved to the center of the street, as several cars moved up and down it.

"Ah!" a man gasped, spotting them.

His car crashed into another due to being distracted, then both drivers got out - the second one being the owner of the bank Stockman's Mousers had robbed three years ago. More people looked up in the streets, before they all turned around and ran off, as the Demon Shredder and the Mystics lowered themselves to the ground, stopping 6-feet above it. They moved forward down the street, before Demon Shredder held up his left hand, shooting magic from it.

"Ah!" a man yelped, getting out of his car.

He ran away from it before the magic hit it, making it turn over so it was upside down, making two more cars pull over near it, then a third crashed into one of them. Demon Shredder laughed as he held up his right arm, sending magic from it towards a Newsstand, where two people were.

"AH!" they screamed.

They both turned and ran off - the boy leaving the stand - before the magic hit and destroyed it.

"I'd forgotten what an endless source of entertainment this world is." Demon Shredder said, turning away.

He shot magic from his left hand, hitting and destroying of an Atlas Statue.

"What memories this brings back; the fear, the destruction, the agony!" he said, holding his arms up. "I feel truly inspired. Now, let us go give our regards to this Karai."

His eyes glowed red, as he was ready to face the person who stole his name.

Elsewhere, the Turtles were all in the Turtle Taxi, as Donnie drove it down a street. Raph and Cath sat with him in the front, as Mikey, Leo and Elisa Turtles sat in the back.

Donnie turned it right down the street, lifting it sideways up so its left wheels were off the ground, scaring a couple as he raced past them. He managed to put the wheels down and turn it right down the street, as his siblings stared at him.

"Sorry, guys, still working some of the kinks to the Turtle Taxi." Donnie apologized.

"No problem. I wanted to see my lunch again anyway." Raph said sarcastically.

"You better not make us sick, Don?" Elisa scowled. "I thought you got used to driving over the years?"

"Hey, this is different from the Battle Shell, sis." Donnie argued.

"He's right, Elisa." Cath said. "This is smaller than either one of them was."

"Oh! At times like this, I wish I had my bike back." Elisa grumbled, folding her arms, for it hadn't been salvageable when the Foot Clan trashed it.

Donnie kept driving the Turtle Taxi down the street.

"Remember the plan. We're leaving one of our Shell-Cells at the Foot Building." Leo explained, as Donnie turned the taxi right. "This is just a drop and go. No fighting."

"Right, then we call Karai up and say 'Lady, get outta town'." Raph said.

Donnie drove the taxi down the road, before they came across the cars Demon Shredder had destroyed.

"Whoa!" he yelped.

He slammed the brake, screeching the taxi to the a halt, making the eldest three Turtles frown, while the youngest three looked shocked. That was because they all saw people running down the street, away from the Foot Mystics and Demon Shredder, who magic from his hands, creating small explosions.

"Please tell me that's not who I think it is?" Mikey asked hopefully.

"You're out of luck, Mikey." Cath replied. "There's only one person it can be."

"She's right. That's exactly who you think it is, Mikey. The original Shredder." Leo said.

"And he's got those Mystics that destroyed the Tribunal with him!" Raph gritted, clutching his fist.

"Not to mention our friends!" Elisa growled, punching her fist.

Demon Shredder and the Foot Mystics kept moving through the city, seeing the Foot Skyscraper in the distance.

"They're heading for... Karai's!" Donnie gasped. "It's too late to warn her now. He'll be there in minutes."

"Can we go around?" Leo asked. "Pass 'em somehow?"

"Maybe...if I can clear a path through the wreckage." Donnie hoped.

"Well, do it, bro." Cath said. "We haven't got much time."

"Well, I think I might have just the thing." Donnie hoped, lowering a panel filled with controls, which was disguised as a windshield, before pressing a button. "Hang on."

The taxi's bumper moved forward, before the bits over the tires moved out, then the rear bumper extended. Donnie then drove it forward, the front bumper knocking some of the cars out of the way. He raced towards several close together, a few on their sides.

"Try that way, Donnie!" Mikey said, pointing left.

"Don't be a backseat Turtle, Mikey?" Donnie asked, whacking his hand away.

He pressed a button, turning the wheels sideways, allowing him to drive it sideways past the wreckage, then past some more wrecked cars, before he pulled it over, as the next bunch blocked the entire street.

"Well, now what?" Elisa asked.

"Watch and see, Elisa." Donnie said.

He pressed a button, then the fender opened up, showing the hook and rope, which shot out and attached to one of the cars. He moved the taxi sideways slightly, then backwards, pulling the car away, then it retracted its hook and raced off.

"You the Turtle, Donnie." Raph remarked.

"Gotta admit, impressive bro." Elisa said.

Donnie skidded the car to a halt.

"Uh, guys, I may be the turtle but he's the Shredder." he said, pointing at him.

They saw a car pull over in front of Demon Shredder, before he shot magic from his hands, setting it ablaze with the driver trapped inside, who banged on the driver's window.

"Ah, ah, help, ah!" he screamed.

"How horrible." Cath gasped.

Her siblings all gasped at the horror.

"Okay, this Shredder is way more ruthless than the Utrom Shredder was." Elisa decided.

Donnie pressed a button, making the Taxi symbol rise up and turned 90 degrees, before a nozzle extended from it. It shot water at the burning car, putting out the fire, calming the driver down. He got out of his car and ran off scared, as the Demon Shredder turned around.

"What an annoying horseless carriage." he said.

He turned to a cement truck, then his right hand glowed as he levitated it up, as the driver hopped out and ran off.

"Someone should squash it like a bug." Demon Shredder said, moving the cement truck over the taxi. "And I think it will be me!"

He lowered his hand, sending the cement truck down towards the taxi, as Raph rolled down his window and looked up at it.

"Oh, shell! Incoming!" he yelled.

"Don, get us outta here!" Elisa exclaimed.

"Hang on!" Donnie said.

He pressed a button, which popped opened the trunk of the taxi, showing its jet engines, which began boosting it down the street. The cement truck hit the ground just behind it, the shockwave causing it to serve around, before it crashed into a store window, upside down, making the store's alarm blare.

"Jet engines in the trunk; never leave home without 'em." Donnie said proudly.

"Next time, try and do it a bit quicker, Don?" Cath asked, annoyed.

"Sorry." Donnie said.

He pressed a button, turning the taxi symbol into a lifter, which turned it upright. Donnie then drove it backwards into the street, turning it left 90 degrees, but the Turtles then saw Demon Shredder had gone.

"Where's big, ugly and evil?" Mikey gulped.

"He's already forgotten about us." Donnie answered, pointing at Demon Shredder and the Mystics.

"He must really want Karai if he's ignoring us." Elisa deduced.

"You're right, he's almost at Karai's. We'll never get past him." Leo said.

"Which means, no warning Karai." Raph deduced.

"Wait. Maybe we still can." Donnie said, turning to the others. "Karai still has a surveillance van parked outside April's place, remember?"

"Yeah, it's keeping tabs on April's place in case we happen to drop by." Mikey reminded him.

"Maybe it's time for a visit." Leo said.

"It's better than nothing, I guess." Cath said.

Donnie pushed the knob forward, activating the boosters, then turned it right down the street.

Later, outside April's store, in the Foot Surveillance van, which was still parked across the road, two Foot Technicians were near a panel. One sat at it and typed on it, while the other stood near him, when the Turtle Taxi came around the corner and banged into it from behind.

Donnie backed it up as the back of the van opened up, before the two technicians got out. They looked around, when Raph - who was perched on top of the van - banged their heads together.

"Ah!" they moaned.

They both fell onto their chests off the ramp unconscious, as his siblings ran towards it.

"Ha, ha! The classic hit and stun." Mikey joked.

"You got a point there." Elisa agreed, as they piled into the van.

Raph jumped down and joined them, as Donnie sat down at the panel and began to work on it.

"Hope this is a good idea." Donnie said, as Karai poppd onto the screen.

She standing in a room with her arms folded, wearing her Shredder armor sans mask, while a Foot Technician sat in front of her, before she walked forward.

(Foot Skyscraper)

Karai stopped in front of the Foot Technician, while another stood nearby, staring at a screen with the Turtles on.

"The Turtles?!" she exclaimed. "What?"

(The city)

"You have a lot of nerve using this line." Karai said.

(Foot Skyscraper)

"Your insolence is just one more reason that I will hunt you down." she said.

"Karai, cut the tough talk for a minute and listen?" Leo asked.

(The city)

"We're trying to warn you, there's a-" he continued.

"A what? A ghost coming to get me? A boogeymen? I am fully aware of the old relic that approaches..." Karai insisted.

(Foot Skyscraper)

"...and I am prepared to fight him." she said.

(The city)

"You can't fight him." Leo argued. "You don't understand, you've got to run."

"Have you seen what he's done to the city already?" Cath asked. "He doesn't care about anything but power."

"And he's not just some old relic, he's Mr. Mondo Bad Evil guy." Mikey added.

"A very powerful Demon." Donnie added.

"There ain't no way you can take him." Raph assured, punching his fist.

"And he hates you for stealing his title. That's why he's after you." Elisa finished.

(Foot Skyscraper)

"Do you forget to whom you speak? I am the daughter of Oroku Saki." Karai snarled, punching her chest, before holding them both up. "I am the Shredder..."

(The city)

"...and the next time I see you, I will be your doom." she vowed.

The screen went blurry, shocking the Turtles.

"That went well." Mikey said sarcastically.

"Gee, talk about stubborn and ignorant." Elisa remarked. "Even you're not that bad, Raph."

"Thanks, sis." Raph said.

"Donnie, patch us into the lair?" Leo asked.

Donnie turned to the screen, as the Ancient One appeared on it.

"How do I answer this idiotic contraption?" he questioned, banging the screen.

"You already did, Ancient One." Splinter assured, as he'd learnt a bit over the years about technology.

"Oh." the Ancient One said, as Splinter came up behind him.

"He sounds worse than Sensei." Cath whispered.

"Uh-huh." Donnie nodded.

(The lair)

The Ancient One sat behind Donnie's computer, while Splinter stood behind him, the screen showing the Turtles.

"Master Splinter, Karai isn't listening." Leo explained.

(The city)

"She's going to fight the Shredder." he explained.

(The lair)

"Well, that's the end of her." the Ancient One said.

He folded his arms as Splinter turned to the screen.

"Then we must try to save her from her own folly. She has some karmic role to play in all of this, I am sure of it." Splinter said, rubbing his chin.

(The city)

"Continue as we planned." Splinter instructed. "We must get her outta there. Ancient One and I will meet you at the appointed place. Avoid confronting the Shredder, and be careful, my children."

The screen went blurry.

"Avoid confronting the Shredder he says! Oh!" Mikey groaned, touching his head.

"That is a lot easier said than done in this case." Cath sighed.

"Especially if we're gonna save the person who usurped his name." Elisa added.

"We'll have to try." Leo sighed. "Come on!"

They all ran out of the van, knowing they had to save their foe from the Demon Shredder.

An the Foot Skyscraper, the Demon Shredder and the Mystics all approached the front door of the Oroku Saki Memorial Library.

"This is the usurpers fortress?" Demon Shredder scoffed.

He held up his hands and shot magic from them, which blew open the door, sending a massive pile of rubble past him and the Mystics.

"Pathetic." he said.

He and the Mystics all approached the door, when a group of Foot Ninja jumped forward and landed near it, making them stop. More Foot Ninja came up behind them all, before they all jumped up to strike, but Demon Shredder raised his arms up and shot magic from them, sending them all flying away.

"AHH!" they screamed, their suits getting torn.

They all hit the ground, dead by the magic, as Demon Shredder pulled it back into himself.

"I expected to find warriors here, not schoolchildren." he said, disappointingly. "Go home to your mother's, little ninja."

He and the Mystics moved closer to the doorway, when a dozen Shrednuts showed up in front of them.

"At last, a chance to display some real power!" Demon Shredder said with delight.

"Hold the line, men!" a Foot Ninja commanded. "These Demons must not be allowed to pass!"

"This tries my patience." Demon Shredder said.

He shot magic from his left hand, which hit and destroyed the Shrednuts, with the pieces hitting the floor, and the drivers all dead. He and the Mystics entered the building and looked around.

"Is there no one who can present even the slightest challenge?" Demon Shredder growled.

Upstairs, Karai remained in the control room, seeing the damage done on the monitor screen.

"He's through our initial defences, Mistress." a Foot Technician reported.

"Deploy the Tech Ninja with Chaplin's new mystical armaments." Karai instructed, turning to a Foot Ninja behind her. "We shall attempt to slow him a little."

The Foot Ninja bowed, before he turned around and ran off.

"Mistress, the Mayor is one line 3." another reported.

"Connect us." Karai instructed.

A Foot Technician pressed a button on the panel, then the Mayor showed up on the screen.

"I can't keep my people back much longer, Miss. Saki." he said. "It's mayhem over at your place."

"I will sort out my own affairs, but I need more time." Karai promised. "I am counting on you, Mr. Mayor. There will be an extra deposit in your Swiss account."

"Ah." the Mayor said, his greed getting the best of him, before he straightened his tie. "Oh, well, take as much time as you need. I'll think of something."

He pressed a button on his head and vanished from the screen.

Karai smiled.

Outside, Donnie drove the Turtle Taxi down a street towards the Foot Skyscraper, before he pulled over in front of it. The Turtles all got out and looked at the smoke coming from the rubble.

"Whoa, this looks worse than your room, Mikey." Raph said, as they approached the door.

"Karai's forces have been crushed." Leo realized. "Time's running out. Let's move."

"I have a bad feeling about this." Cath gulped.

"You and me both, sis." Elisa said.

They all ran through the smoke, determined to help Karai out, despite her not wanting their help.

Meanwhile, on the top floor, the door to the throne room was blasted open, then the Demon Shredder floated through it via the smokescreen it created.

"Karai! It is time to face the one true Shredder!" he roared.

He floated into the room, followed by the Mystics, when the six Foot Elite all jumped down and landed in front of them. They all pointed their weapons at the Demon Shredder and Mystics, when Fire held his hands and growled, followed by his breadthen as they moved forward, when Demon Shredder held out his arm.

"Back! Today's pleasures are mine." he said.

He waved his right hand around, pulling the Foot Elite's weapons out of their hands.

"Huh?" they gasped.

The Demon Shredder raised his hand up, moving the weapons above them, then he shot them all back at their owners.

"Ah!" 1 gasped.

The weapons hit their respectful owner, knocking them all down onto their backs out cold, their armor having kept them alive.

"AH!" they moaned.

Demon Shredder and the Mystics all moved forward.

"Surrender, and I may spare some of your pathetic lives." Demon Shredder said.

He moved forward, when a magical beam wrapped around him.

"AHH!" he moaned.

He moved back as it vanished, when another one hit him.

"AHH!" he moaned.

Up on the rafters were Foot Tech Ninjas, all shooting the beams at him.

"AHH!" he moaned, stumbling back.

He broke free from the beam, as smoke came out of his body.

"Parlor tricks, but it won't be nearly be enough to stop me!" he growled.

The Foot Tech Ninjas turned visible.

"Commence containment." one instructed.

They all shot magical beams from their left hands as they turned invisible again.

"Set all ectoplasmic generators at max power." he instructed.

The ectoplasmic beams kept on the Demon Shredder.

"AHHHH!" he grunted.

The beams wrapped around him like a cocoon, before it fell onto its side, holding him. It only lasted a few minutes as green magical beams rose up from the bottom of it, then it burst to pieces, freeing him.

"Enough!" he roared, surrounded by magical beams.

His magic flew up to the rafters, shorting-out the Foot Tech Ninjas.

"AHH!" they moaned.

They all fell from the rafters and hit the floor hard, knocking themselves out.

"Oh!" they moaned.

"Show yourself, Karai!" Demon Shredder demanded. "Now!"

In the control room, Karai looked at him on the monitor screen, seeing things weren't looking good for her.

"Get me Dr. Chaplin." she instructed.

A Foot Technician pressed a button on the panel.

(Elsewhere)

Dr. Chaplin - who now had a small beard on his chin - was in a lab in another room, working on laser blaster on a table.

"Status report, Dr.?" Karai asked.

"I'm just making some last-minute calibrations on the weaponry, Mistress." Chapin explained, moving a tinkering device along the blaster.

"Chaplin, we have had months to repair." Karai reminded him. "You should be finished."

Chaplin picked up something and put it in the blaster.

"This is delicate work." he explained.

He put a high-tech molecule shaped device over his right eye, then held the device over the blaster.

"Nobody's ever tried this kind of magic tech before. It's taking some time." he explained.

(Control room)

Karai kept her eyes on the Demon Shedder and the Mystics.

"Time is the one thing we do not have." she said, putting her helmet on. "Ready your men and get here. The fight is upon us."

She turned and walked off to confront the Demon Shredder.

In the throne room, Demon Shredder and the Mystics were still waiting for Karai.

"Will you hide forever, Karai?" Demon Shredder snarled.

The large banner at the back of the room lifted itself up - as it was now a secret passage - then Karai stepped out of it and into the room. She held the sword her father had given Leo during their first meeting three years ago, while also having a backpack shaped like a flamethrower tank on her back, which included another sword, and had blue liquid in.

"I hide from no one, relic. Your time passed long ago. Go crawl back into the grave where you belong." she said, holding her sword up.

"With every word you call upon yourself an even more terrible fate." Demon Shredder sneered.

"My fate will not be determined by you." Karai said, pointing up at him.

She got ready to fight, when the Turtles stormed into the room behind the Demon Shredder and Mystics.

"Karai, wait?" Leo called. "Don't fight him, run!"

They all charged forward, as Demon Shredder turned to the Mystics.

"Dispose of those creatures!" he commanded, pointing at Wind.

The Mystics bowed their heads, then they all turned and moved towards the Turtles, as Demon Shredder turned and moved towards Karai.

"I have business with the imposter." he said.

He stopped as his body lit up with green magic, as Karai slashed her sword around, then charged at him, as he shot magic from his left hand at her.

The Turtles all stared at the Mystics as they stopped and hovered above them all.

"Tell me again why saving Karai is such a good idea?" Raph asked.

"To be honest, Raph, I'm not so sure that it is anymore." Leo said.

"Gee, now you tell us?" Elisa frowned, annoyed.

"Now, Acolytes, join your beloved Tribunal, in the afterlife!" Metal growled.

He and his brothers all dived down and descended on the Turtles, ready to kill them like the Ninja Tribunal and fellow Acolytes.
