In the hospital, amidst the steady hum of activity, Carina stood in her research room, her emotions simmering beneath the surface. She had seen Arizona with Callie at the gala the previous night, and it left her feeling a mix of jealousy and anger. As she paced back and forth, her frustration became evident.

Noticing her distress from across the corridor, Ben approached her with a comforting touch on her shoulder. "Carina, take a deep breath. Let's talk this through," he said in a reassuring tone as he closed the door behind him.

Carina sighed, trying to collect her thoughts. "I saw Arizona with Callie last night, and it made me so angry. I thought we had something special, but now it feels like she's slipping away from me."

Ben nodded understandingly. "I get it, Carina. But reacting impulsively won't help. If you want a chance with her, you need to approach this situation with patience and intelligence."

"I know," Carina admitted, trying to quell her emotions. "I don't want to ruin our friendship by letting jealousy get the best of me. But seeing her with Callie hurts. It ruins everything I had worked for for months."

"It's okay to feel hurt," Ben said gently. "But don't let it cloud your judgement. Instead of pushing her away, try to strengthen your bond with her. Show her that you respect her choices and value your friendship."

Carina considered his words, realising he was right. "You're right, Ben. I need her to trust me, be her friend first. Maybe if I show her that I genuinely care, she'll see the depth of my feelings. Why can't she just see how extraordinary we can be?"

"She will see it, Carina. Don't worry. " Ben encouraged her. "Callie's a powerful alpha. And we have to act smart"

Carina nodded in understanding. Her brain was running million miles a minute to think of something, anything that would keep Callie and Arizona apart.

As Arizona started her day in the hospital, her mind couldn't help but wander back to the intimate moments she had shared with Callie the night before. There was a mix of excitement and a pleasant ache in her body, especially in her groin, a reminder of the passion they had experienced together.

Amidst the flurry of patient consults and medical duties, Arizona found herself occasionally daydreaming about Callie. Her thoughts kept drifting back to their connection, the wild, wild sex they shared, and the tender moments they had embraced.

Throughout the day, Arizona couldn't shake the feeling of longing to see Callie again. She hoped that they could find a moment to catch up over lunch or during a break. The idea of spending more time with Callie brought a smile to her face, and she eagerly anticipated the possibility of continuing their connection.

As she went from one surgery to another, Arizona managed to find snippets of time to text Callie, exchanging playful messages and inside jokes. But Callie barely replied to any of her texts and it made Arizona wonder if Callie is angry at her for leaving without a goodbye.

Finally, during a brief lull in her schedule, Arizona received a text from Callie, suggesting that they meet for lunch. A rush of excitement washed over her, and she quickly replied with an enthusiastic "Yes!"

The moment they met at the hospital's cafeteria, their eyes greeted each other warmly. They found a quiet corner to sit, away from the busy bustle of the hospital.

"Sooooo I hope you're not mad at me for leaving while you were in the shower. I had an early consult" Arizona said with a positive smile but she could feel the cold vibes coming from Callie.

"It's ok" Callie's reply was short and calculated

"Ok. Ok what is it? Just say it!" Arizona said as she put her fork down.

"I don't have anything to say. You wanted us to be friends. This is me being your friend!" Callie added as she toyed with her spaghetti and meatball bowl.

"Wow! Ok well you are a crappy friend!" Arizona shot back

"And you are a crappy girlfriend!" Callie's response was immediate, "you want to have sex with me, you say you want me, you say you are mine and then you say you want to be friends…"

"Wait! Am I your girlfriend?" Arizona asked, a shy smile gracing her thin lips

Callie's eyes widened as she realised her slip of tongue and she immediately jumped to come up with a witty and casual reply to brush it off but the look of pure wonder on Arizona's face stopped her mid way. She gently took Arizona's hand in her hand and took a steady calm breath.

"Arizona….we have been through…so much and I think we are past the 'friends' tag….I feel so much for you Arizona and I think you feel it too" Callie closed her eyes to reel her emotions in, "….so will you be my girlfriend?"

"YES!" Arizona responded eagerly

Callie opened her eyes to the dimpled smile she has fallen for and the smile that graced her lips was as wide as that of Arizona's.

They sat there for what felt like hours just staring at each other's eyes, just absorbing this new feat in their relationship.

As the elevator doors slid open, Carina found herself face to face with Arizona. Her heart skipped a beat as she took in the sight of the radiant woman before her. Arizona's beauty was mesmerizing, and Carina felt a familiar pull deep within her soul.

"Arizona," Carina said warmly, trying to steady her racing heart. "You look stunning, as always."

Arizona smiled, her blue eyes twinkling with warmth. "Thank you, Carina. You don't look too bad yourself," she replied playfully, her charm evident in her voice.

As Arizona stepped into the elevator, Carina fought to contain the rush of emotions that threatened to overwhelm her. She had to remind herself to reel in her desires and act casual. They made small talk about their day at the hospital, their patients, and various other topics.

In a moment of playful banter, Carina couldn't help but quip, "So, you ditched me at the gala last night, huh?"

Arizona's cheeks flushed slightly, and she offered an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry, Carina. I didn't mean to leave you hanging. Callie and I got caught up in a conversation, and time just flew by."

Carina knew what this said 'conversation' could have been but she can't show her true emotions to Arizona. She nodded, understandingly and added "It's okay, Arizona. I know how busy those events can get. Maybe we could make up for it another time?"

Arizona's face brightened with enthusiasm. Today couldn't have gone any better for her. She and Callie had made so much progress and she also finally had someone she can call a true friend in the form of Carina.

"Definitely! How about dinner tonight? Just the two of us?"

Carina's heart soared at the invitation. She tried to contain her excitement, reminding herself to act nonchalant. "Sure, that sounds great. I'd love to."

As they reached their respective floors, they stepped out of the elevator together. The air was charged with unspoken tension, the alpha's siren aura conflicting Arizona's emotions. Carina found herself wanting to lean in and kiss Arizona, to devour her with passion. But she held herself back, knowing that it wasn't the right time or place.

"See you at dinner, then," Arizona said with a smile, her eyes lingering on Carina for a moment longer than necessary.

Carina nodded, trying to hold back her aura, if she pushed it too much, she might end up pushing Arizona away, "Looking forward to it," she replied, her voice steady.

As they parted ways, Carina felt a whirlwind of emotions swirling within her. She knew that she had to be patient, to let things unfold naturally between them. She didn't want to rush into anything, especially when it came to someone as special as Arizona.

Throughout the day, Carina couldn't help but daydream about the dinner ahead. She wanted to make it perfect, to show Arizona how much she valued their connection. She couldn't deny the intense attraction she felt for Arizona, but she also knew that she wanted something more meaningful than just physical desire. She wanted Arizona to carry her children. To grow a family with her.

Carina and Ben met in a quiet corner of the hospital again during the early evening hours, where Carina revealed her ambitious plan to break Callie and Arizona apart. She confided in him, "Ben, I think Arizona is falling for Callie. And I've been thinking about a way to end their relationship."

Ben looked concerned, not convinced by the idea. "Carina, are you sure this is the right approach? Callie's alpha. A single thing going wrong and we will be thrown out of this city by her pack."

Carina hesitated, torn between her desires and her conscience. "I know it's not the best way, but I want what I want. I want Arizona to be with me."

Ben trusted Carina, so he nodded at her to continue, "What exactly is your plan?"

Carina pondered for a moment before the idea in her head solidified. "Callie Torres is the hospital fuckboi Ben. She has one weakness and that's sex!"

Ben nodded approvingly, he knew all about Callie's play girl ways. "So? I'm sure she'll be getting some good sex with Arizona now"

Carina's face momentarily hardened, but her plan was full proof, "You're right, Ben. But what if Arizona's not near her? What if a sexy, virgin siren omega comes and seduces her? Callie is an alpha, she can't resist a submissive omega. Especially if she's a virgin!"

"A virgin omega?" Ben's interest instantly piqued

"Yes! A virgin omega! I'm sure Arizona will throw Callie's ass on the road for good if Callie cheats on her again" Carina added and a evil victorious laugh filled the room as Ben and her discussed their master plan further.
