The scene takes place in the CIA. We see Bullock carrying a huge barrel of uranium.
"Gah! I told Smith that uranium is very dangerous. He said that it will protect us from aliens in Area 51. I guess that was a lie all along" he told himself as he put it down on the ground. It was a dark and stormy night. The barrel was pushed to the ground as it started rolling to the sea. The insides of the barrel, which was filled with uranium, spilled everywhere in the sea. It landed in a different universe.
Meanwhile, Steve and Zoey were playing with Luke and Wendy with their toys. Steve taught Luke how to play marbles while Zoey gave Wendy a makeover. Rogu appears.
"Rogu wants to play" the mini alien said.
"No Rogu, go play with your daddy Roger" Steve refused.
"Steve, come on. We have to show the twins a positive example" Zoey pleaded as Steve nodded and allowed Rogu to play with the toys.
"Yes Rogu, you can play" Steve said as Rogu smiled. Mary joins in.
"Mary would like to play too" Jeff said as he and Hayley arrived.
"Sure! The more the merrier" Steve smiled.
"I need to get my camera" Jeff said as he went to the attic to look for it. "Oh man, I love it when Mary plays with her younger cousins. This is so adorable!" As he went there, noises were made.
"Oh man, this is so funny" a familiar voice was heard. The mysterious voice sounds like Ashleigh Ball.
Meanwhile, in a far away place named Equestria, Twilight Sparkle is helping Spike set up a photo frame in the castle.
"A little to the left, Spike. Not too far back. There you go" Twilight Sparkle said as Spike finished making the adjustments.
"Phew! I was worried that it was going to take all day" Spike said.
"Hey Twilight, how's it going?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Oh hi Pinkie! Things are going well. I wonder where Rainbow Dash is at" Twilight Sparkle wondered.
"She said that she went to somewhere nopony has ever been to before" Applejack arrived as well.
"I hope she's okay, darling" Rarity added.
"Oh no, I hope nothing bad happens to her. We need Rainbow Dash around" Fluttershy said in a worried tone. "You know how she is when she goes to places nobody heard off before."
"I'm sure it's nothing to worry about guys. Besides, she will be back soon" Twilight Sparkle guaranteed.
Later, as Jeff found his camera, the mysterious voice was heard again.
"Who are you? Roger, if it's you, I'm going to kick your butt!" he threatened as he walked slowly. The voice is heard snickering.
"Okay mysterious voice; wherever you are, show yourself!" Jeff warns with a broom as a flying creature flies by him. Jeff attacks it with the broom.
"Hey! This is 20% less cooler!" it was…Rainbow Dash.
"Hayley! There's a scary pony with a creepier catchphrase!" Jeff screamed.
"Jeff, what's wrong?!" Hayley panicked as she went down the stairs.
"Whoa! What the heck is going on here?!" Rainbow Dash demanded.
"Are you Rainbow Dash?" Hayley asked.
"The one and only! Pony style!" Rainbow Dash announced.
"What are you doing here?" Jeff wondered.
"I was bored in Ponyville and so I found this pretty cool place" Rainbow Dash explained, but was hit with a broom by Jeff.
"Why the heck were you a jerk to Scootaloo and your parents in that one episode? She wanted help for her project you b…" Jeff gets interrupted.
"Jeff please!" Hayley begged.
"I was going to say bully, all right?!" Jeff snapped as Hayley frowned at her husband.
"What gives man? I tried to be nice and all I get is hit with a broom!" Rainbow Dash complained.
"Wait, what doesn't make sense is that how in the world are you a pony yet you're in the human world" Hayley wondered.
"Okay yes that is confusing but I have no clue what you're talking about. Plus I've never been into the human world. Only Princess Twilight Sparkle did" Rainbow Dash explained.
"Oh yes! That's right. She went to that high school and she was a dimwitted human pony!" Jeff cackled, however Rainbow Dash headbutted him.
"Hey! That's my friend you're talking about!" Rainbow Dash shouted.
"Whoa! Take it easy Dashy! I'm really surprised you're here in my brother's attic" Hayley added.
Meanwhile, the uranium spilled earlier arrived at Equestria. The Mane 6 minus Rainbow Dash were watching as a bunch of ponies were feeling sick.
"What's going on?" Rarity wondered.
"It looks like uranium. I don't know what that is, but Twilight I need you to find out" Princess Celestia arrives.
"Perhaps it must be Rainbow Dash behind this. I got to go rescue her" Twilight Sparkle said as there was a portal. She goes in.
"Be careful darling!" Rarity said.
Twilight Sparkle goes through the portal as she screams, but she makes it to the American Dad universe just fine.
"Phew! I made it. I wonder what universe this is and how come I'm not a human?" she wondered.
"Twilight Sparkle, are you okay?" Princess Celestia asked out of nowhere a portal with her face was there.
"I'm good, Princess Celestia. What's the main objective?" Twilight Sparkle asked.
"Twilight, we figured out where the uranium is coming from. The area you are at right now is responsible. Plus we know who did it. Your main job is in the land called Langley Falls which is to defeat the most powerful villain ever. His name is Stan Smith. You must defeat him once and for all" Princess Celestia said as she displayed an image of Stan.
"He was responsible for spilling uranium in Ponyville, turning all foals into zombie ponies and not to mention making all the other ponies extremely ill. The only cure is by defeating the man responsible for this epidemic" Princess Luna added as she also appeared.
"Don't I need to be a human again like Sunset Shimmer in order to complete this task?" Twilight Sparkle asked.
"I would have asked Sunset, but she's unavailable due to a stomach flu" Princess Celestia explained as we see human Sunset Shimmer in her pajamas puking on a toilet.
"This is why you should never eat baked fish at any buffet" she told the audience.

"Twily, you need to save us! Our little Flurry Heart is now a zombie!" Shining Armor begged as Flurry Heart has sharp pointy eyes and ears and vampire fangs and her body is green.
"Twilight, please save our little girl!" Princess Cadence begged as Flurry Heart threw up green vomit.
"I'm on my way to Langley Falls, wherever that is!" Twilight Sparkle announced as a portal appeared. "If I have to be human again, so be it!" she enters the portal to Langley Falls.
Meanwhile, we see Sci-Twi…watching all the action on TV at her house.
"Why do I have a feeling this happened somewhere else before?" she wondered.
Twilight Sparkle enters Langley Falls and he sees the uranium. She sees Stan and calls Princess Celestia.
"Princess, we found him" Twilight Sparkle said.
"Good job Twilight. Now we just get to get him" Princess Celestia said as
Stan sees a portal.
"Oh, this is fun! Stan looks happy but he goes inside and screams.
Meanwhile, Hayley and Jeff walk with Rainbow Dash.
"So where do you want to go?" Hayley wondered.
"Ooh! I want to go inside this house" Rainbow Dash said as she flew really fast and disappeared.
"Rainbow Dash, come back!" Jeff shouted as the couple went around to find her, but to no luck. However, they find Twilight Sparkle.
"Twilight!" Hayley and Jeff shouted in unison as they approached her.
"Oh hello!" Twilight Sparkle greeted her.
"Have you seen Rainbow Dash?" Hayley asked.
"I was going to ask you the same thing. I just took a tall man with a weird chin back into Equestria for hurting us with uranium" Twilight Sparkle explained.
"WHAT?!" Hayley shouted.
Twilight Sparkle explained to Hayley, Jeff, and the rest of the heroes about the situation.
"If you want to prove your dad is innocent, you need to go with us" she said.
"We don't have a choice. We need to go" Hayley said.
"I agree babe. We need to prove that Mr. S is innocent" Jeff added.
"Wait, who's going to watch the kids since all of us are going?" Zoey wondered.
"Perhaps I can be in some sort of assistance" it was…Discord.
"You? Why you?" Steve crossed his arms.
"I like kids. Kids are amazing" Discord explained.
"What's in it for me?" Zoey asked.
"Let me watch the kids and I can take them for ice cream and go to the park and whatever you human people do for fun with kids" Discord offered.
"Fine, but can you watch Mary as well?" Hayley asked. "Mary, make sure nothing happens to Luke or Wendy."
"Don't worry Mommy. I'll make sure everyone is okay. You can count on me" Mary smiled.
"Deal!" Zoey agrees as she, Steve, Hayley, Jeff, Mark, and Adaline enter a portal.
"Be careful everyone" Mary said as her parents and relatives went inside.
Later, Discord is with the kids…at a horse racing track.
"So what is gambling?" he wondered.
"Mom and Dad said that gambling is wrong" Mary explained.
"But you win money" Wendy explained.
"Sis, you heard what our cousin said" Luke added.
"Kids, if I win lots of money, I promise I'll give you some as long as you don't tell your parents" Discord offered.
"Deal!" they all agreed.
"Where are we?" Hayley asked as they entered…Ponyville in Equestria.
"Why are we not ponies?" Zoey questioned.
"I don't know! Go ask the internet!" Jeff crossed his arms.
"Hey humans! What are you doing here?" it was…Fluttershy who appeared.
"Hey! That girl is just like me!" Adaline shouted. "Hey wait a minute; it's Fluttershy! OMG! This is the best day ever!" she takes a selfie with Fluttershy and posts it on Instagram. Her username is AJOB96AL (which stands for Adaline Jane O'Brien and the 96 indicates her birth year 1996 and AL are the initials of her voice actress Andrea Libman). On her post, Meg, Mark, and Cindy pressed the heart icon on her post.
"See? I told you you're Fluttershy! You owe me $100!" Mark joked after he finished liking Adaline's post from his cellphone.
"Look, we're different, just drop it!" Fluttershy snapped.
"No (bleep) Sherlock! Oh wait, any curse word is bleeped since My Little Pony is a baby show" Mark said as a gun was pointing at him.
"Say it's a baby show one more time!" someone threatened with a weapon.
"My bad!" Mark grinned nervously.
"Fluttershy, they are here because this girl wants to prove that her dad is innocent" Twilight Sparkle explained.
"Oh no! Are you guys also responsible for the uranium damage?" Fluttershy asked in a small anger tone.
"Please! We're innocent. We just want to prove that our dad is innocent once and for all" Hayley explained.
"I was expecting you" Princess Luna arrived as she escorted the heroes into the castle. Stan is there, all chained up.
"Dad!" Steve and Hayley shouted as they ran to their dad but he can't hug them because he's all chained up.
"Please! Let him go! He did nothing wrong! It was probably Roger!" Steve explained.
"Oh my God, did Steve just throw Roger under the bus?" Mark chuckled but Zoey shushed him.
"Listen, my dad did not do anything wrong. He does not mean any harm to anyone or in this case; anypony" Hayley explained.
"Please ma'am! He's innocent. Besides, I'm sure that he said sorry. He's done some pretty stupid stuff in the past: he sent me to outer space, he shaved my wife's head and disfigured her face one time, he almost sent Zoey to outer space, and he won't stop calling Adaline Fluttershy" Jeff explained.
"What about me?" Mark wondered.
"He asked Mark if he likes fish sticks" Jeff added.
"No he didn't!" Mark snapped.
"He almost tried putting laxatives on my coffee that one day" Zoey added.
"Uh, that was me during the prank day" Mark corrected as Zoey punched his arm. Adaline kicks Zoey's knee. Steve…pinched Adaline's shoulder. Mark…slapped Steve's face. The four of them endured some pain.
"He knows he did something wrong and he must be punished" Princess Luna added.
"Please let him go! He's an innocent man!" Zoey pleaded as she rubbed her knee.
"I'm sorry, but Stan Smith must be defeated!" Princess Luna arrived.
"Oh no!" Steve shouted.
"Oh no!" Hayley shouted.
"Oh no!" Zoey shouted.
"Oh no!" Jeff shouted.
"Oh no!" Mark shouted.
"Oh no!" Adaline shouted.
"Uh, we did say oh no already!" Hayley shouted as we saw Kool Aid Man wearing a bathrobe eating a big bowl of ice cream while sitting on the couch watching TV.
"No I'm not doing this! I get picked on too many times!" Kool Aid Man snapped as he continued eating.
"Okay, here's the deal: if you can find the cause behind this, Stan is a free man. If not, he's coming back here and he will be punished!" Princess Luna explained.
"Deal!" Stan agrees as he is freed from the chains.
"You have one hour. Fail to find the cause of this and it's over" Princess Celestia added.
"Let's go, everyone! But first, thank you thank you!" Stan tearfully pleaded as he and the heroes returned to Langley Falls.
"Dad, was the CIA supposed to get the uranium?" Steve wondered.
"The uranium was supposed to protect the country from and extraterrestrials" Stan explained.
"Then how exactly did it land into the My Little Pony universe?" Zoey wondered. "You know you have two granddaughters that love the show right?"
"I'm aware of that" Stan said as the heroes found the uranium.
"I wonder…" Mark commented as everyone found the cause. It was…Gina.
(gasp) Gina!" Steve, Hayley, Zoey, and Stan shouted in unison.
"That's right! I was the one that spilled the uranium! If you want your pony friends to live, then give me all your money!" Gina explained.
"Why?! What did the ponies do to you?! They have nothing to do with this!" Stan shouted, but Gina shot a laser at him.
"Dad!" Steve and Hayley panicked as Stan gets up while struggling.
"You're dead, bitch!" Hayley screamed as she ran and punched Gina.
"It's on!" Gina shouted as the heroes took off their clothes to reveal their superhero costumes. However, Gina starts glowing her eyes as it has psychic powers.
"What the hell?! That's impossible!" Zoey shouted.
"Lucy taught me everything! So what's it going to be?" Gina threatened as she used her powers to hurt the heroes and Stan. However, Stan takes out his gun but Gina quickly steals it and threatens to shoot him.
"Kids, I'm sorry for being a cheap jerk! Hayley, I'm sorry for refusing to order appetizers at the restaurant we went to when Gina worked there before! I'm sorry for everything!" Stan tearfully apologized.
"Don't worry about that Dad. Zoey took care of the food there" Hayley explained.
"Guys! Stop talking about how cheap Mr. S is, stop Gina!" Jeff shouted as he used his poison powers to attack, but to no avail.
"Next person who tries to hurt me, I'm shooting Stan and I'm getting rich!" Gina cackled as out of nowhere, a boomerang appears from behind as the gun from her hand is off. Stan grabs it and the heroes regain their composure and fight back.
"You did it Hayley! It was Gina, not your dad. We sincerely apologize! We are really sorry Mr. Smith!" Princess Celestia appeared from a portal.
"This is for all the people you've wrong, bitch!" Zoey threatened to shoot Gina with her pistol sword, but Gina winked and she…vanished.
"Damn it! Get back here!" Steve shouted.
"Let her go, Steve. It looks like it's not the last time we'll see her, unfortunately" Zoey said.
"Now what?" Adaline wondered.
"I have an idea" Twilight suggested as she and everyone else created a cure from the uranium. All the ponies are free from the poisoning and Stan and the heroes are treated to a ceremony, congratulating them for saving Equestria.
"Thank you fellow friends for saving Equestria. You are welcome to come back anytime"
Princess Luna added.
Later, everyone from Langley Falls returned back home. We see Twilight Sparkle writing in her letter.
"Dear Princess Celestia, today I learned that it's not okay to judge before getting to know other people. We feel that we didn't give the right amount of respect to our brand new friends all the way from Langley Falls. We learned that it wasn't Stan Smith that caused the plague that turned almost every pony into zombies. We should learn that there are good and there are bad. I'm just happy that Flurry Heart and everyone else is okay. Sincerely, Twilight Sparkle" Twilight finishes writing her letter while using her unicorn horn magic as it transports to Princess Celestia's castle. The princess reads the letter and smiles. Twilight plays tag with Flurry Heart.
"There is one question though, whatever happened to Rainbow Dash?" Jeff wondered as he and everyone else was reunited with the kids. Discord is with them as well.
"Oh hi guys! This nice man let me chill at his place" Rainbow Dash explained as it was Tuttle who took care of her.
"She's an awesome pony! However, she needs to go back" Tuttle explained.
"It's been real, guys" Rainbow Dash said.
"Will we ever see each other again?" Jeff wondered.
"We will one day Jeff. Thanks for being 20% cooler today" Rainbow Dash smiled as the two hugged. "I gotta go!"
"Bye Dashie! Say hi to Scootaloo for me!" Mary waved goodbye.
"Your voice sounds familiar!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she returned back to Equestria.
"What is she talking about Daddy?" Mary wondered.
"Uh, pony stuff?" Jeff shrugged as Mary smiled and nodded and the two walked together, alongside Hayley.
"I'm just so glad that everything's going to be okay" Zoey smiled as she picked up the twins.
"Holy cow! Sweeties, your diapers are extremely full! Maybe I should limit how much mashed peas you guys eat."
"Ooh ooh; I'll change them!" Discord took the babies into their bedrooms and he took off their pajamas and inside their diapers were $100 bills. He quickly takes all the money away, but gives each baby $1000 each.
"Here's your share of the cut. I won't tell if you won't tell" Discord said as the twins smiled cutely.
"Oh man! Why were we cut from the episode?" it was Starlight Glimmer watching with Sunburst on their TV.
"The author wanted us to be there, but Seth MacFarlane said that due to timing constraints, there wasn't any time for us" Sunburst explained. "Yes he loves us and really wishes that we were there.
(A/E It's true but Seth said not enough time. Sorry guys.)
"Oh whatever! At least we're together!" Starlight said as they cuddled together.
"Alright you ponies! Go home now! Your 30 seconds of fame is over" Roger appeared as the screen was split in half as he pushed his half of the screen to aside but the ponies overpower the alien.
"Dang it!" Roger complained.
