Bella thought Sweet Treats and what she learned was the families restaurant was a lot, and to her, it was; then they pulled into a neighborhood with houses bigger than she's ever seen before and her jaw literally dropped open. Not only were these houses bigger than she's ever seen, the driveway of the house they were pulling into was the biggest one.

It's true—their neighborhood held extremely nice houses however the Novak's was the biggest and near the end of the gated community making it extra safe in the mothers eyes. Their neighbors were older, their kids were older than Casey and Alex and their grandkids were all older than Amelia—they were friendly, and often came over to visit the girls though bringing some goodies.

The houses were pretty spaced out though so all the noise the girls made while bouncing on the trampoline outside and swimming in the pool couldn't be heard even if the neighbors wanted to between the fence and all the space. The couples did say, 'Oh even if we heard noise we wouldn't mind at all' which was nice for Casey and Alex so they didn't need to worry.

Once Alex pulled into the garage, followed by Alexander who was driving Alex's car as the Cabot's car was still here, Lennon was begging to get out as Amelia and Bella unbuckled themselves. Because Amelia knows how to get Lennon out and most of the time can, she helped her once she saw her mommies got out of the car because if she let Lennon out before, the little bugger would try and open the door before Casey and Alex could get the twins out.

Seeing as Alex parks on the right, Liz and Alexander appeared next to Casey to help any way they could while Alex got Peyton out; three months in and they still kept them left to right (oldest to youngest) most of the time just to be safe.

Casey took Oaklyn's car seat out and handed her over to Liz as Lennon came flying out into Casey's arms—she was quickly passed over to Alexander who threw her over his shoulder and began tickling her while Casey helped Bella and Amelia out.

It's not that they truly needed the help, Casey just made sure they were good because their new cars are very large and extremely high up—Casey being Casey wanted to make sure everyone was safe. After shutting the door she smiled seeing Amelia take Bella's hand, walked around the car and up the few steps to get into the house.

You could still hear Lennon's giggles as Alex and Liz took the twins out of their car seats; little miss sleepyhead was wide awake now which Liz made known to her husband rolling her eyes at him before he gave Lennon a kiss and put her down—once she was, she took off running towards the playroom completely forgetting about anything else.

"Lennon Grace, come back here bug—it's almost tubby time and we need to say goodbye to grandma and grandpa," Casey said, knowing the Cabot's were going to head out stating they would be back tomorrow.

It wasn't planned seeing as they had yet to be back to their own home after their Hawaii vacation, but they wanted to spend more time with Bella; plus, why wouldn't they want to spend more time with all their grandbabies.

"Dey not weaving mommy!" Lennon screamed, clearly playing with whatever she already got into.

"Yes they are baby, come say goodbye and give them kisses please," Casey said as Liz handed her Oaklyn.

Lennon came flying out of the playroom with one of her dolls in tow as Liz and Alexander placed kisses to the babies temples and then hugged Amelia. They didn't want to overwhelm Bella yet, they knew these things took time and didn't take it personally; Alexander caught the squealing culprit and threw her up in the air again then gave her a kiss before passing her over to Liz.

They said a brief goodbye to Bella and off they went—after being away from home for so long, they were happy to sleep in their own bed. There's just something special about your first night home after being gone for such a long time that's truly indescribable.

Casey and Alex thanked them endlessly which was waved off seeing as Casey paid for the trip which wasn't necessary in their eyes; either way, everyone had a blast and couldn't wait to go on their next trip.

"Momma and I are going to go get the babies into some pjs, why don't you two show Bella the playroom before tubby time," Casey suggested after making sure Bella was okay to be downstairs without one of them.

Bella was fine with that, she was looking around at what she could see while everyone was saying their goodbyes and honestly didn't know what to think. This house was so amazing and there were so many things to look at—she couldn't see into the playroom, but just had a feeling it was going to be super amazing because the rest of what she could see was.

The mothers disappeared upstairs and soon enough, Lennon was back to playing while Amelia showed Bella around. Even the playroom needed it's own tour seeing as there were so many different sections to it.

Lennon and Amelia each had their own set of cubbies on either side of the playroom that held their specific toys, another set of cubbies with toys they shared, a couch for the adults, the entire play kitchen set, a little section where they had some of the twins toys however that wasn't very big—more so just their little tummy time mats.

Bella being six could go either way—Lennon's toys would interest her, and Amelia's would too which was great, but even Amelia already knew she would have her own set of cubbies too. They would most likely go out tomorrow or the next day to get her all the toys she wanted, a full wardrobe and decorations for her room just like what happened on her second day too.

Bella honestly couldn't believe this is where she was going to be living. Amelia was telling her about the trampolines, the dance/gymnastic mats and mirrors, the pool, the movie theatre room while showing her around the playroom. She could tell Bella was 'kinda the way she was' when she didn't believe only mommy, momma and Lennon lived in the penthouse, but now she's a professional Novak though.

"Umm, I know it's kinda a lot of stuff at once but you'll get used to it. I did," she smiled.

"What do you mean?" Bella questioned.

In the time the girls were talking at dinner and Sweet Treats, Amelia never mentioned the fact she was also adopted. Not because she was hiding it, she just had so many questions she wanted to ask Bella to get to know her and it didn't really come up.

Amelia looked over at Lennon who was talking to her dolls and then back to Bella and said, "Well, I didn't grow in mommy's tummy like Lennon, Peyton and Oaklyn. I had another mommy but she is in Heaven now like mimi, papa, and Uncle Owen…I was adopted like you're going to be…but we don't really use that word because mommy and momma have always treated me and called me their daughter. Just like you too," she smiled hoping it would make Bella happy.

Casey and Alex were listening in on their conversation, luckily the twins were only lightly cooing so the girls didn't know they were standing outside the playroom.

"Really?" Bella asked, feeling a funny sensation in her tummy…she didn't know how to explain it, but it was a good feeling. She really thought Amelia was related to Casey too—she also thought Alex had the twins but Amelia told her at dinner Casey was the one who had them in her belly.

"Yup. And I know it's a little different but mommy and momma will treat you the same as all of us, forever and always. And it's okay if you don't want to call them mommy and momma right away, they won't get mad. Actually, I've never seen them get mad…ever," Amelia said, making a thinking face before continuing.

"Even if one of them gets upset about something usually about work because I've never seen them mad at me or Lennon and obviously not the twins because they are just babies," she laughed, "…they don't even raise their voice, they just tell Uncle Fin or Auntie Abbie what needs to be done." Amelia finished with another laugh.

She continued to tell Bella about the squad, Abbie and Serena then told her how they are basically like aunts and uncles besides Grandpa Don because 'he's old'. Bella laughed at that—she thought it was funny, just like Amelia. The rest was a lot to take in because Nancy and Bill had some friends but not many that she really met and the way Amelia was talking about these people, they sounded like they often spent time together.

Soon enough, Oaklyn's coo was just too loud and the mothers made themselves known—neither of the little girls caught onto the fact they were eavesdropping though. Casey and Alex decided while they were upstairs that because it was summer, and Lennon seemed to get a second wind, they would put the twins down for the night and then show Bella upstairs.

In the time it took to get the twins fed and asleep, Alex was going to stay downstairs seeing as Casey was nursing them and told her to go be with the girls and let Amelia continue her little house tour. Lennon had now joined in on the fun pointing out her favorite parts of the house when they went downstairs—the finished basement was completely out of this world to Bella, her eyes never seemed to go back to their normal size, they were bigger than ever.

She had no idea a trampoline could be inside, along with gymnastic mats, floor to ceiling mirrors with a ballet bar, a movie theatre room…it looked like an actual movie theater. Bella was even impressed with the kitchen which was practically the size of Nancy and Bill's entire house.

They went a bit overboard with the kitchen—the open concept makes it look bigger but between the breakfast nook and the countertop that could easily hold two king sized mattresses where they could all sleep, it was very large.

The Novak's spent a lot of time in the kitchen though; Casey always loves to cook, Alex loves watching her teach the girls new recipes, or be her sous chef while learning bit by bit how to cook—she is getting much better at baking though and the family continue to have flour, sprinkle and frosting fights like their first Christmas together.

A lot of memories have already been made in the kitchen and Casey knows it will forever be a staple in their lives seeing as Lennon has always been a foodie, she herself is, Alex and Amelia have always followed suite and the twins well…one day.

Alex now had an overtired Lennon in her arms as Casey came down the stairs stating the twins were asleep; the tiny strawberry blonde was completely done for the day as she rested her head on Alex's shoulder. Casey suggested Alex give Lennon a quick bath and by the time that was done, she'd be ready to sing to her to sleep with a bubba. Yes, she might be four but she still loves her bubba at bedtime and her pediatrician says it can only help—Amelia only has warm milk if she has a bad dream or on special occasions.

Even though the girls each had their own bathroom, mommies bathroom was 'so much better' so they continued to have bath time in Casey and Alex's 'extwa big tubby' according to Lennon, which was completely fine. The way their bathroom was set up, the girls bath toys could easily be hidden and the mothers truly didn't mind.

Amelia was buzzing with excitement and very ready to see if Bella liked her room the way she liked hers the first day in the penthouse; of course it wasn't going to look the way it would when they decorated it the way she wanted, but Amelia still remembers how she felt seeing a bed and not a sleeping bag to go in the closet for her.

She also knew Bella's favorite color was light yellow and knew the room had that color in it already—Bella told her she had a room where she lived before, but this room was way different. She had a twin sized bed, and the room itself was very small—this room is the total opposite. They don't currently have a trundle bed in there, but they will get one for her as well because the girls each love theirs.

Alex had already disappeared into their room by the time Casey, Amelia and Bella made it upstairs as Amelia told Casey the good news. "Mommy, guess what?" Before Casey could say anything, Amelia continued, "Bella's favorite color is light yellow and there's already some yellow stuff in there! Isn't that so cool?"

"That is so cool baby," Casey smiled. She let Amelia continue the tour she was giving, pointing out the rooms as Casey locked the gate at the top of the stairs just in case Lennon came flying out of the bathroom—she doubted it seeing how tired she was, but would never put it past her.

"Mommy and momma's room is all the way at the end, then Lennon's room is the next one but on the left, mine is on the right across from hers. Peyton and Oaklyn's room is the door right there so next to Lennon's, but they still sleep in mommy and mommas room…that's the laundry room, and your room is this door right next to mine!"

She had pointed to each room and then added, "Oh yeah, and all of the rooms besides the laundry room have their own bathroom in them with a shower/tub combo but we all use mommy and mommas because it's the bestest."

The ten year old knew bestest wasn't a word, but because Lennon used it so much, it occasionally came out of her mouth as well—it was too cute to the mothers so they never corrected her. Plus, Bella wasn't going to say anything, Casey knew that much.

Amelia walked in first, followed by Bella whose mouth formed the perfect O shape while looking around—the room was decorated, but there wasn't anything really special in there yet because when the grandparents stayed over, they slept in the room downstairs and nobody was using the room.

"Tomorrow we can go out and find any and all decorations you want honey," Casey said. "We can also pick out the color paint you want for your wall, or walls, and bathroom."

"Mommy, I already told her that!" Amelia informed the redhead.

Casey put up her arms in a 'surrender' motion and let Amelia continue. Amelia also told Bella how they'd fill her entire closet with clothes too and get her lots of toys—in Bella's mind that would take a LOT of clothes because they each had a little walk in closet too; it wasn't close to the size of Casey and Alex's but still large for girls their size.

"Me and Lennon have some special toys in our rooms, so you can choose the ones you want in your room too but the rest of them are just in the playroom."

Bella was clearly overwhelmed with all of the information she was told at dinner along with the information Amelia had told her as well not to mention the day in general. Before Casey could say anything to help comfort the tiny blonde Amelia said, "Mommy guess what again? Bella said she wanted to sleep in my room tonight," she whispered even though Lennon wouldn't be able to hear.

"That's awesome baby. Hey, do you think you can do me a really big favor?" Amelia nodded and Casey continued, "I forgot to take out pjs for Lennon and give them to momma, could you go grab some and bring them to momma for me please?"

"Sure!" And with that, Amelia took off into her sisters room.

Casey walked over to Bella and after asking if she could pick her up, sat down on the bed with the blonde in her lap. "I know it's a lot to take in, especially this close to bedtime isn't it?"

Bella nodded and then pulled a Lennon, rubbing her eyes with her little fists. "You've had a big day haven't you?" Bella nodded again and snuggled into Casey. This was a completely different situation—one where Casey didn't feel Bella needed a bath the way Amelia did after spending most of the day at the police station.

Bella was always clean, so Casey decided it would be okay for tonight to skip bath time for the older girls—Lennon always found a way to get herself a bit messy and her bath also helped her sleep better at night. And because Lennon took a bath at night, Amelia did too; tonight though, they could skip them.

"How about we get you into some pjs and then maybe we can watch a little bit of a movie, or read some books before bed?"

"Yeah," Bella said, with a yawn. She had two duffle bags with the clothes she had from Nancy's house but Casey was going to have to go through them tomorrow to make sure everything fit before filling her closet. It was nice that they didn't need to go out tonight though—again, completely different than Amelia.

"Okay cutie, let's find you some pjs," Casey said, placing Bella on the bed and bringing one of the duffel bags over. Bella immediately took her blankie and her stuffed elephant while Casey found a pair of pjs. She could tell the blonde was fading fast and worked quickly to make things easier for her.

Amelia came back into Bella's room and Casey redirected her out again to go get into some pjs, telling her tonight they were going to skip bath time which made Amelia a bit confused until she was told they could watch a movie. While Amelia went to change, Casey turned on Bella's bathroom light and left her to change while looking through the clothes Nancy packed for her.

It seemed to Casey as if they were going to need to completely fill her closest as well which wasn't a big deal, she was planning on it anyways. She also knew Liz was going to pick up some special outfits of her own for Bella not only for their home, but to give her as a gift.

She had clothes for all her grandbabies at her home, a lot of pjs, but regular outfits as well—these outfits came in very handy on Sunday's when the family spent most of the day at their house and occasionally had bath time there too. The outfits have also helped out on Wednesday's when they take the littles out to do something special which has continued even during the summer.

Alex was now downstairs with the older girls after they said goodnight to Lennon while Casey sang her to sleep—even though she had her 'big girl room' they still had a rocking chair in there because Lennon loved it; the motion helped on nights she was so overtired she was almost wired again, when she didn't feel well, or nights she felt particularly snuggly.

One bubba and two songs later, Lennon Grace was sound asleep. Casey kissed her temple and then tucked her in, making sure Raffy was tucked in her arm, and her blankie was still up against her face just the way she liked it.

Casey made sure the twins were still sleeping soundly, saw that Alex had already taken the baby monitor downstairs and then decided while she was up here alone, she'd set up the extra baby monitor they had in Bella's room. Amelia, now 10, still had her baby monitor set up—her friends didn't notice it when they had sleepovers and it made her feel safer because if she did have a bad dream, her mommies were always there within seconds.

Alex was now a bit of a lighter sleeper; while Casey has always been a light sleeper, Alex now wakes up to smaller noises because of the twins. She has truly developed a new sense of admiration for her wife seeing as even though it was just Lennon, it was only just Casey too whereas now it's her and Casey with the twins.

Either way, she still can't begin to imagine how Casey did it.

Casey walked down the stairs to find two blondes and a strawberry blonde snuggled up on the couch together watching something on the TV. She smiled at Alex who looked up at her, both girls keeping their eyes locked on the screen that was playing a household favorite: Moana.

Alex remembers this movie from her and Casey's first date, it was also one of the first movies they watched during the second or third day Amelia was with them, and now Bella. The tiny blonde hadn't seen it before, a feeling Amelia remembers all too well and even though she's now seen it multiple times, it never gets old to her.

Bella still seemed sleepy, but a little more awake now that a movie she had never seen was playing. Amelia was holding her hand, something the mothers thought was absolutely adorable while each held their respective blankie and stuffy. Amelia told Alex on the way downstairs that they needed to make Bella a name blanket 'right away' to which, Alex did while the girls were watching the movie.

It was honestly one of the easiest things to do according to Alex regarding anything to do with babies, toddlers, or children in general. She still had her struggles with the stroller, the car seats, sometimes even the baby gates if she's being completely honest, but the name blankets were very easy for her.

She also thinks it's easy because the name blankets are on the website where she made the twins a lot of monogrammed or name onesies to tell them apart. That's another story though—now at three months old, she can confidently pick up one of the twins and know who she's holding. Granted, Oaklyn is still smaller, she knows even without looking from one to the other.

She expedited the blanket and got the girls matching shirts as well with their names because…well, she didn't need or know the reason for it, she just ordered them and made sure to order them in their colors.

Peach, pink, yellow, purple, blue: all pastels Alex repeated over and over to herself until she was able to add yellow to mix without much thought at all.

Gosh, we practically have the rainbow now she thought as an afterthought.

While the girls watched the movie, Alex and Casey whispered about the plans for tomorrow; the blonde filled her wife in on the shirts she ordered to which, the redhead said would make for perfect pictures. They always took pictures with multiple outfits—the shirts could be used for one of the outfits and they could pick out some other matching ones tomorrow.

Some things they were able to order already because like all the girls, even the babies, you just need multiple of them. Of course the babies were a little different but for the girls you can never have too many pairs of jeans, classic t-shirts in all the colors both long sleeve and short sleeve, leggings, sweaters, and they would have to see about dresses—Lennon and Amelia love them but Bella might not.

After adding a bunch for pickup tomorrow seeing as they would be going there anyways, Casey saw two sets of fluttering eyes and knew it was time for bed.

"Hey babies," she said lightly, "I think it's bedtime. How about we pause the movie and we can finish it tomorrow?"

Bella yawned in response while Amelia nodded her head. Seeing as Amelia was snuggled up against Alex, Casey picked Bella up and Alex picked up Amelia to bring them upstairs. Gosh, when they got bigger carrying them would be much harder but they were so light it made carrying them very easy.

Casey followed Alex right into Amelia's room where they figured out what Bella wanted to do—the bed was queen sized so they could both share the top half or open up the trundle for Bella to sleep on if she didn't want to share. That's why the girls had them, more so Amelia for sleepovers but Lennon will have sleepovers eventually and she has the right bed for it.

Amelia was secretly happy when Bella said she'd like to sleep in the main part of the bed with her—she would understand if Bella didn't want to, but it did make her happy. One story and song later, both girls were sound asleep.

Casey and Alex quickly checked on the twins, showered together, and then climbed into bed themselves—it was still early but they figured watching a show or two while snuggling interested them more than going downstairs to watch a show or have a drink (water for Casey) while Alex had a glass of wine like they did some nights after putting the girls to bed.

Alex knew her wife was deep in thought and instead of bringing it up, she just let it happen—she knew when/if Casey wanted to talk about it, she would. That's the way her wife has always been and Alex wouldn't change it; she would love it if Casey's family could still be alive, but that's not something she can change even though she wished for it every single day meaning, Casey must wish the same thing multiple times a day.

Right now, Casey was lost in thought about ways to explain to Bella how and why Nancy could no longer take care of her because the tiny blonde was still clearly confused by it—not to mention the fact that eventually, Nancy would join her husband in heaven. She hated that for Bella; it made her think of her own parents and brother, it also made her think of Sarah and what Amelia went through.

Bella didn't talk about Nancy or Bill much, but the bit she did mention them, it was more so Nancy than Bill; Casey didn't know if that was because she was closer to Nancy or because Bill was in heaven now…either way, her heart ached for Bella already thinking about her losing Nancy.

It seems like Nancy will have at least 6 more good months before things get bad so they will make sure Bella is able to visit as much as possible after making sure it's okay with Nancy. They don't want to overstep and if Nancy thinks it's better to part while she's still mostly healthy, the Novak mothers will do that.

Either way, Bella will be supported through it all. As much as her heart was hurting for Bella having to go through a terribly sad goodbye with Nancy, her heart is full thinking about the bond Bella and Amelia have already made in such a short time and the life they will be able to provide for her.

The little blonde doesn't know it yet, but because Nancy signed the paperwork along with the mothers signing as well and the fact they have a judge in the family, Bella Kate will be Bella Kate Novak as of tomorrow when Liz submits the paperwork to the court.

Casey of course thought of nicknames next—she saw the smiley side of Bella, the little blush that appeared on her cheeks when Casey called her 'cutie' earlier, and the obvious for her name…

Little Miss Bell-Bell Novak.
