A/N: I'm back, everyone! You guys might be wondering where I was for the past months, let's just say I was on my 'vacation.' I've been so focused on reading some other stories as well as listening to music that I wasn't in the mood for any posting for a while. But I'm back, so there might be some new chapters that I will post if it's good for reading.
So get ready for reading, everyone! And be sure to address some problems in the review so I might have in this story.
Bellwood, Fishing Hole

After they took care of the Forever Knights in the sewer, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin were in Max's favorite fishing spot to have some good time together. Julie and Lucy couldn't join due to their reasoning. Julie has a tennis practice today, while Lucy doesn't want to be risked of nearing the water since her weakness is literally water.
Gwen was looking at water, while Ben and Kevin were having a competition with each other. Ben transformed into Brainstorm, challenge Kevin to see who can get the most damage. Kevin absorbed the matter on the rocks, protecting himself from the shock.
"I'm warning you, Tennyson. This will only going make this challenge a little bit easy."
"Please, you've underestimated my superior intelligence to yours. Why not show me the plan of yours?"
"I'm glad you asked, Tennyson." Kevin prepare himself as Brainstorm focused on Kevin's movement. He begin to run before doing a cannonball into the lake. A wave was coming towards Brainstorm and he wasn't impressed by his plan.
"This is too easy." He opened his brain and shoot out electricity towards the wave. Kevin pops out of the water and saw mini cloud above Brainstorm, "Didn't I tell you that you are underestimated my superior intelligence? Well, you've should thought about this thoroughly!" He move the cloud on top of his brain, converting it into a thundercloud.
He shoots electricity through it, to which Kevin got a nasty taste of electricity and blown out of the water. He gets back up and saw Brainstorm was giving out a grin. "Shut up!"
"I didn't say anything." Kevin facepalmed as Brainstorm turned back into Ben. "Man, that was great. Gwen, you're doing alright?" They saw that Gwen didn't respond to his question. "Gwen, are you alright?"
"Huh, what?" She snapped out of it and saw Ben was calling her, "Oh, yes! I'm fine!" They look at each other and heard the tone of her voice didn't line up to what she's saying.
"Gwen, I could tell you're not yourself. Did you get bored from fishing?" Kevin asked.
"No, not that! I just… had something bugging me." They nod and waiting her to answer. "Ben, this is where grandpa's favorite fishing spot, right?"
"And he's also a Plumber?" Ben nods, "I wonder, what was our grandma like?"
"That's just it? Didn't you guys tell me that she was gone before you get to know her?" Kevin asked.
"We did, Kevin. And yeah, that did bother me as well. Why would you thought about our grandma?" Ben asked.
"I just… wanted to speak to her about grandpa's passing." That last word managed to get Ben stop for a heartbeat. He could the feel pain coming back into his heart, but he managed to fought it off before it could get out.
"Are you sure it's a good idea? We've keeping his passing away from our families for a while, and now you wanted to tell our grandma about that?"
"No! I didn't mean-!" Gwen took deep breath before begin to speak, "Grandpa said that she was gone, right? Doesn't that mean that she passed away before grandpa did?" That managed to clicked Ben's and Kevin's mind simultaneously.
"I guess you're right, but do we even know her name? We've never heard of grandma's name beforehand."
"Another mystery to solve, huh?" Ben and Gwen turn to Kevin, who wasn't happy about taking this. "I didn't mean it as a joke, I was casually play it off."
"Sure, whatever you say, Kevin 11." Ben sarcastically said, managed to get into his skin. As they were taking, someone was watching from a tree. It was someone in a blue cloak, as they were watching them from the tree.
They turned to the tree and giving a word of parting, "I hope we can see each other again, Max." The person's voice was an old lady in her late 50's as she was facing to the tree. She walks away, as the tree has a flower and there was something carved on the tree. It was heart with the words Max + Verdona.

After their trip at the fishing hole, Ben opens the door to his house. "I'm back!" He walks into his house and finds his mother wasn't in the kitchen. He scratches his hair, wondering where they were gone. He walks up to the door and gives it a knock, "Mom, dad! Are you in there?"
"It's only me, Ben!" He could hear his dad's voice from the other side of the door. He opens the door and saw his dad was on his laptop, working on his work.
"Hey, sorry for interrupting you, dad. But do you know where mom is?"
"Probably at the grocery store, she's always there whenever we needed more food." He answered.
"Good." Ben was about to leave, but decide to ask something to his dad. "Can I ask you something?"
"Ask away, Ben."
"Do you know where grandma is?" He didn't turn around, but move his eyes towards Ben. This was something out of the ordinary.
"May I ask you why?"
"Because my cousin was interest on knowing it." As Ben answered, his father sighed.
"Your grandma was already gone before you were born." He answered.
"But do you even know where she is? The question is keep bugging me."
"I don't know where she is, I didn't get to know her well very much. Why not ask Frank? He knows mother more than I do."
"Right thanks, dad." Ben close the door before he leaves the room. After he leaves, his dad was alone in the room. While he was focused on his work, he couldn't help but felt odd on how his son is behave. Ask about mom was odd, but he was sometimes stay forget his curfew. Nonetheless, he ignored it and think of it as a teenager phase.
Bellwood, Gwen's House
03.07 PM
After Gwen reaches her house, she went to her parent's room. She knocks on the door to her parent's room. "Come in!"
She opened the door and saw her dad, Frank, was working on his laptop. "Hey, dad, sorry to bother you but can I ask you a question?"
"No worries dear, ask away."
"Do you know what was grandma like?" Frank stopped typing and turns to Gwen.
"Are you interested on hearing it?"
"Yes, it's just something that I hadn't realized about now." Frank give in some thought before answering her question.
Frank sighed, remembering his memory with grandma. "Your grandma was a very sweet mother that wants nothing more to make her kids happy. I remember that she told me that my smile is always her magic."
"Does she have a happy time with grandpa?"
"Of course they do. While they're weren't together for a while, they had good time together as a family. Even if they're divorce, their hearts always have a connection each other." Gwen smiles, as it was sweet that her grandpa did have a good time with grandma before she was gone.
After having an enough conversation, Gwen went back to the living room with a clear image of grandma in her head. As she was given a deeper thought, she was snapped out of it by the ring of her phone. She pulls it out and saw Ken was calling her, "Hey, brother, did something happened?"
[Correction, something is happening here!] Ken answered as there were loud sounds in the background, [I'm at downtown and there's currently an attack here in the progress!] She could hear the roar, to which that sounds familiar.
"Quick, send me a photo of what is going on and get people to safety. I'll call the others and head there as soon as we can."
[Hurry, Gwen!] Ken hangs up the call and Gwen immediately heads outside. As she was running, Kevin pulled up in front of her. He lowers the window, giving Gwen the look.
"You need a ride?"
Bellwood
03.12 PM
In the downtown of Bellwood, civilians were being attacked by dog-like Rock Monsters. They roared as most of them were rampaging through the city. Ken was in the vicinity, trying to get away from the monsters. Then he hear a cry nearby.
"Mommy!" He turns to the voice and saw a little boy with a teddy bear crying for his mom. He saw a Rock Monster coming towards him and quickly react. He grabs the boy and protect him with his body, but didn't felt the pain from the monster.
He peaked his eyes and saw Fasttrack was in front of him, sending the Rock Monster flying. "Go! I'll handle these guys!" Ken nods and quickly run with the boy.
Fasttrack quickly run in full dash and kicks the Rock Monster in the head, breaking it into pieces. Other Rock Monsters saw Fasttrack destroy one of their own, making him the next target and leaving the civilians alone. He quickly react by destroying two more monsters with his speed, shattering their bodies. Then next he does in a spin kick, shattering another Rock Monster's head.
He saw more are coming, forcing him to press his Omnitrix and changed into another alien. "Humungousaur!" He jumps in the air and does a ground pound, shattering multiple Rock Monsters at once. As he get back up, he was suddenly gets pushed down a bigger enemy. "What the?"
The thing shrieks as it was reveal to be a bat version of the Rock Monster. It was bigger than Humungousaur and pinned him down, stopping him from moving. He tries to get up, but the bat pushed him down with his weight.
As the other Rock Monsters are getting closer, a green energy beam shatters them into more pieces. The bat didn't have time to think as a green energy ball shoots him in the head, making it tilted back and walk backwards. [Get off of him!] Julie said as it was aiming her cannon at the bat.
The bat shriek and prepare to attack her, only to be hit back by a soundwave. Behind him was an army of Echo-Echoes, to which they were about twenty of them. They surround the bat and prepare to give him a loud noise. [Cover your ears!]
Julie cover herself as all Echo-Echoes gave the bat a massive soundwave scream that could be heard 12 blocks away. The scream was so hard that it managed to put the bat in his place. The body begin crack as it couldn't handle the wave anymore and explode into pieces. Julie saw the bat was destroyed and she stopped covering her ears.
The Echo-Echoes were tired as the scream took them so many air out of their breath. [That was… exhausted.] His Omnitrix timed out, forcing him to change back into Ben.
[Ben! Are you alright?] Julie rushed towards him as Ben was coughing.
"I think I'm fine, just in the need of fresh air." Ben told her, as he was breathing heavily.
Suddenly, Julie noticed a call in the suit. [Ship, pick up the call.] The call picked up and they heard Kevin's voice from the other side.
[Hey, I don't know where you guys are, but those rock monster were just a distraction!] Julie could hear explosions in the back, indicating a battle is happening while Kevin is on the call. [You better get here or else we're toast!]
The call hanged up, making Julie a little more worry. [Ben, we need to get where Kevin and Gwen are! This was just a distraction!]
"On it! Just follow the source of the call!" Julie nods and went to the direction where the call just happened with Ben right behind her.
In another part of Bellwood, Kevin gets blown away by pink energy and crashes into his car. Gwen creates a shield, blocking the attack. He get himself back up and got mad from the person who did it, "You owe me big time for wrecking my car!"
"Heh, really? Since whenever does magic owe you anything?" In front of them was one of Ben's/Gwen's enemies that they fought while on a summer road trip.
The enemy was a woman wearing a purple dress with a pink ribbon around her waist and a black crown on her head. In addition to that, she wore black fingerless gloves. At the top of her dress, she had a cerise pink gem with a golden border, and she also wore long dark purple flat boots. She wore her long silver hair laid out that extended to her thighs, orchid eyes, and very dark purple lipstick. She was also carrying a wooden and has a bird-like head on top with a ring that runs through its eyes, which was the Staff of Ages.
"This isn't like you, Charmcaster! Why would be fighting us rather than Ben?" Gwen shoot multiple magical beams at Charmcaster, but she dodges it by jumping over the explosions and lands herself on a light pole.
"It's simple, Gwen. You were the one that humiliated me the most! All those times that you use my magic against me, it only bring fuel to my determination to defeat you! Berdi Mordo Nata!" She fire a powerful beam of fire from the Staff of Ages, forcing Gwen to block it with her magic. She tried holding it back, but prove to be too powerful and gets blown away.
Charmcaster shoots magic at Gwen, but Kevin steps in and blocked it with his car matter body. He grabs a piece of the road and threw it at her. She smirk and shoots an energy beam, breaking through the rock. The beam hits Kevin and sending him to his car.
She smirks as Gwen get back up, preparing her magic. "Is that all you got?"
"Gwen!" They turned to the voice and saw Ben and Julie coming to the battle. She sighed, knowing she could no longer fight her for much longer.
"I guess we'll end it here." She turned to Gwen, giving her an anonymous smirk. "I'll be seeing you." She teleport herself, leaving the battle.
Ben went to Gwen, helping her get up. "Is everyone alright?"
"Peachy, nothing's broken."
"Yes, there is!" They turned to Kevin, who was upset that his car was broken. "I swear when I see her face I will—"
"Hey, you can fix it at your garage, right? Then don't be upset about it. It managed to survive from the Null Void grenade." After hearing Ben's words, Kevin calm himself down and took a look at his car. He turns to Gwen and asked her a question. "Any idea why Charmcaster would appeared?"
"Well, she seem keen on beating me. She told me that I was the one who humiliated her the most. I didn't humiliate her that much when I was a kid, right?" Ben scratches his head.
"You did stole her magic spell book, messed up her spell one time, and you'd also imprison her along with the rest of Negative Ten." Ben recounts every encounter they had with Charmcaster, which Gwen was involved with.
"I think you meant take it away on her spell book, right?" Gwen threatens him with her magic, which Ben immediately recorrects it.
"Yes, yes. I meant to said that."
Unknown to them, the mysterious blue cloak lady was there, watching Gwen's fight with her own eyes. "She's grown, I'm very proud of her." While she is proud that Gwen has the power to defend herself, she doesn't like how her opponents blame her for everything she's done. She thought something in her head and decide to do it. "I guess a reunion might be in order."
She walks away, leaving without a trace.
Bellwood, Forest
03.24 PM
Hidden in the middle of the forest was a Japanese-style mansion where the doors were boarded up. Charmcaster went into the mansion, and close the door behind her. She went to upstairs and look in front a door. She knocked on the door and says, "Uncle Hex, I'm back!"
She enter the room and Hex (one of Ben's old enemies) was lying on a bed. "Ah, my niece." He gets up, feeling sore in the back. Charmcaster cast a healing spell on his back, healing his wound. "Where were you today? You left our home without telling me anything."
Charmcaster frown, remembering one person particular. "Bellwood."
Once the answer was given, Hex understand why she was heading there. "Gwen Tennyson wasn't at fault this time, Charmcaster."
"She is! How else there would be another magic user that managed to beat you? There's only three of us in this world." She explained to him. She remember a week ago, a mysterious caster attack Hex while Charmcaster was away. She couldn't see their face, but could felt that the magic they casted was similar to Gwen Tennyson.
While Charmcaster believe Gwen was the attacker, Hex wasn't. "The opponent that I fought is very different from her. They might have been disguise their magic in order to frame Gwen Tennyson as the perpetrator."
"But that doesn't explain everything. How is there another spell user beside us and Gwen?" Seeing that his niece won't listen to another word, he decides to move to another subject.
"Did we happen to have visitors?"
Charmcaster stop casting the magic on Hex, "No, there hasn't been a visitor coming here." She went to the door, prepare to leave the room.
"I advise to not let your emotions get the better of you. It will cloud your judgement." She nods to Hex and leaves the room, closing the door behind her.
After leaving the room, Charmcaster was now in the library and used her magic to get the correct books for her next fight. She opens one of them and begin reading every single detail. 'I will surpass Gwen Tennyson, no matter the cost!'
Bellwood, Gwen's House
07.27 AM
The next morning, Gwen just finish taking a bath and begin putting on her outfit. As she put the last touch, she heard her father calls her from the living room. "Gwen, can you come down here for a second?"
"Coming!" She went downstairs, confuse by why would her dad would call her to come downstairs. Once she reach downstairs, she saw her dad was there with the blue cloak lady. Gwen sit beside her dad, confuse by the visitor. "So who is she?"
Frank took a deep breath and answer Gwen with a calm tone. "Gwen, this is your grandmother, Verdona." She then was surprise by his answer.
"Wait, this is grandma?!"
"That's right, Gwen." She took off the hood, revealing her elderly face. Gwen was lost for words, she was surprised that her grandmother was there, alive and well. "My name's Verdona, it's very good to see you, dear."
"You knew she wasn't gone?" She asked.
"Yes, I did." Frank said, "Look, I just wanted to you have a normal life. I just can't let you be in danger."
Hearing his reason, Gwen then begin to confess something to them. "I have something to confess as well." She activates her magic, surprising both Frank and Gwen's grandma. Gwen deactivates it, and sighed for telling them a secret.
"You already able to use your mana?"
"Yeah, I was able to use it." Gwen sits on the chair, besides Frank. "I learn to use it when I was ten years old, back when I was on a trip around the world."
"So father and Ben knew about it and keep it a secret, right?" She nods.
"I only use my magic abilities to save people, and I don't misused it for doing something in my regular life."
"Then what about all those times when you got out with friends? Were you using your magic?" She nods and confess everything to Frank. She tells him about the Highbreed secret invasion, Forever Knights, as well as the secretive part of all, Max's death. Verdona wasn't surprise, as she was already knew beforehand. Frank was lost for words on the confession, including Max's passing. He hugged her, comforting Gwen from her grief.
"It's all right, Gwen. You don't have to blame yourself for father's sacrifice."
"But I didn't save him. If I was more powerful, I would've—"
"Now there, young lady. Stop what you are about to said!" Verdona stops her before she could finish it, "You do know well that Max doesn't want his grandkids to suffer. If I were in your position, I would've done it as well if we don't have any other option. So stop blaming yourself for it!"
After hearing her words, Gwen was able to let go of her grief for not saving Max. Frank lets her go, seeing that his daughter was able to cope
Then she realizes something, "Did you knew about grandpa's job?"
"Of course, how could I have not known about Max's good deeds? Honestly I'm still surprise that he got out of retirement over six years ago."
"When I heard about it, I wasn't sure that was the truth that father was a space cop. But after leak footage that shown on the news, I guess I take in account that our families might have secret alien lives."
Gwen chuckled on that, "That's true." Then they heard a knock on the door. "I'll go get it." Gwen went to the door, opening it. She saw that Ben was there.
"Hey, sorry to come here unannounced. But you weren't answering my calls for over ten minutes."
"Wait, there were calls from you?" Ben nods. Gwen pulls out her phone and saw there many miss-calls from Ben. She realized that her phone was still muted, embarrassed to realized that. "Sorry, I forgot to unmute my phone."
"It's fine. Forgot to unmute your phone is easy to understand." He noticed Frank was there with Verdona. "Am I interrupting something?"
"Oh no, young man! You didn't!" Verdona tells him, to which Ben sigh as a relief.
"Do you want to go out with us? We're waiting in Kevin's car." Ben points to Kevin's car, that's right behind him.
Gwen turns to Verdona and she gives her a nod. "Yeah, I'll be there." Ben nods and heads back to the car. She then hugged Verdona before leaving. "Gotta go."
"Right, good luck out there!" She nods and went out to the door, close the door behind her.
Frank was happy that Gwen has a good time. "I honestly thought you were going to do something to her." She chuckled.
"Not yet, Frank. Not yet." She said, "Before my arrival here, I detect some presence that shouldn't belong here. I can't let this be slip by."
"Is it another alien?" She shook her head.
"Their presence is similar to a human, so it's hard to figure out. For now, I need to keep an eye on my grandkids." She puts on the hood, prepare to leave. Before she leave, she had said something to Frank. "And thank you for take good care of Gwen."
He smile, "It's the good thing I can do as her father." Verdona smile before teleporting out.
Bellwood, Mr. Smoothie

"Wait, so that was grandma?!" Ben shockingly asked, after Gwen explain everyone about Verdona. Ben and Lucy were surprised that Verdona was in her house in the first place. Julie can't imagine the shock that Gwen is feeling in her body. Kevin couldn't help but felt a little surprise about this.
"Yes, I never expected to grandma visit my place."
"So is she an alien or human like you guys?" Lucy asked.
"From what I could guess, she is alien. I could feel her mana was different from the rest of us, but feel closer to me." Gwen explained, "I wonder why grandpa and grandma divorce since they seem to love each other."
Ben shrugged it, "I think it's better to leave it be. It's probably how Xylene's and grandpa's relationship went, since he wants to stay on Earth as a human but she wants to be with him on her home planet."
She couldn't help but agree with the similarities of their relationship, "I guess that's true."
As Ben finish his last cup, he noticed someone was there. "I think we have company." They turned to where Ben is pointing and saw Charmcaster with an army of Rock Monsters. She chuckled as she saw the whole team was there.
"Looks like the whole Alien Force is here, how amusing!"
Ben throws his cup away, landing it in the thrash can. "Charmcaster, I know you wanted to fight me so badly, but you can't just bring innocent people into this." Gwen tells her.
"Innocent or not, they're only ants that are beneath my boot!" They noticed that she prepare cast a spell, quickly getting their guard up. "Oktoom Eradico!" She shoot the spell at the Mr. Smoothie's sign, giving out an evil smile.
They saw the giant sculpture of Mr. Smoothie came alive as it got itself out of the sign and lands on his feet. It towered everything and looked down on Ben, "NO FREE REFUNDS FOR YOU, BEN 10!"
Ben groaned at the voice, "Seriously?" It tried to stomp on the Alien Force, but they split up, dodging the feet. Ben activates the Omnitrix and select Humungousaur, "It's Hero Time!" He slams the Omnitrix, changing into the alien.
But instead of turning into Humungousaur, he turned into the new alien he got recently. He's alien has four slitted eyes, and also has eye-like patterns on his chest, with crab-like features on his stomach which appear to be crab legs forming a ribcage. He has black spots on his body. His mouth has a line running through it, his hood looks a lot rougher, bigger, and more hexagonal, and he has what appear to be barnacle-like portholes on his shoulders, arms, legs, and hands, from which he shoots the water.
He has shoulders that end in shoulder pad-like armor above his arm, with much fewer black markings. He also has three spikes on the back of his legs and seems to have cracks on his arms and shoulders. The red sections near his face are now shorter and seemingly connect to his head with silver wire-like sections. His fingers are sharper and resemble dactyls, the "moveable finger" of a crab pincer. He tall and thinner, as well as his legs are thin. His overall armor is a darker shade of red, seemingly maroon, and his grey parts are a lot more violet.
He wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.
"Water Hazard? Seriously, why couldn't I get the right alien, Omnitrix?" He saw an incoming punch and quickly dodges to the side. His visor comes up and shoots water at the giant sculpture, getting him wet.
"AH! WHY YOU LITTLE—!" The giant sculpture tries punching him again, but Water Hazard jumps high and shoots water into his eyes, soaking it wet. "AH! MY EYES!" He jumps to his hand and punch him in the cheek, hurting his face.
Water Hazard looks down and saw Kevin, Gwen, Lucy, and Julie are in situation due to the rock monsters and Charmcaster. He rush towards, helping them. Lucy was outnumbered, as she started to get overpowered by the rock monsters. As one of them was about to hit her, Water Hazard smashes it before it could hit her.
He stands right by Lucy's back, as so does her. "Any ideas, Ben?"
"We need away to destroy these rocks all at once. There might be a chance that Charmcaster would summon more of them, be careful!" He noticed one is coming towards and he shoots water at it, sending it away.
Lucy wraps three of them with her arm and slams it to the ground, breaking them into pieces. They heard the thumping sound and saw the giant sculpture coming towards them, "GET BACK HERE, YOU UNPAYFUL COSTUMER!"
"Hey, I didn't pay you cheap for the smoothy!" He quips as him and Lucy dodges the stomp. Lucy slaps it with her muddy arm, hitting his cheek. Water Hazard shoots the ground, creating a puddle of water.
The giant sculpture tries to get the mud off, but get slipped by puddle and hits some of the Rock Monsters instead. It get up and started to get mad at their tactics, "WHY YOU!"
With the others, Kevin and Julie were fighting against the rock monsters while Gwen and Charmcaster were fighting against each other one on one. Kevin ducks and uppercuts the monster, destroying its head. He'd absorbed the matter of a steel from the chair, turning his matter from rock to steel.
Julie shoots energy beam from her cannon and firing missiles the rock monsters that are around her. [There's no end to all of this!] She fires a big energy blast, destroying another group of rock monsters.
"No kidding, we might be out juice by the time we destroyed all of them." He morphed his hand into a hammer, and bashes their heads.
Gwen and Charmcaster were firing spells at each other, destroying the area around them in the process. "Sinnyu Invisibus!" Gwen pulls up five pieces from the ground and launches them. Charmcaster shoots it down with her magic, shattering it into pieces.
But she fail to noticed Gwen firing beam of mana to her, causing to lose the grip of the staff and sends her back. She cast a spell on herself, splitting herself into two. Gwen immediately shoots her spell right away, "Merchucus Verditis!"
"Combibo Potentia!" They fires a beam of electricity/mana, causing it to clash with each other. Gwen tries pushes back the group spell, but both Charmcasters was able to move it back by overpowering her. "You can't win, Gwen Tennyson!" "I'm the niece of the Master Magician! I won't lose by likes of you!" Both Charmcasters told her.
She gritted her teeth, as she gets pushed back by Charmcaster's beam. "You might be the Hex's niece, but…" She noticed different happening to Gwen as everyone in the battle, including the giant sculpture of Mr. Smoothie, was noticing the changes to her. "I'm… just talented… as you are!"
Her appearance was completely change from a regular human, as her body is completely purple and has purple hair that's completely made out of energy.
Charmcaster was shocked by Gwen's new appearance, "What?!"
"Ahhhh!" Her beam gotten so powerful; it begin to overpower Charmcaster's. Seeing that she had no choice, she reflected the beam and hits the giant sculpture Mr. Smoothie instead.
"OH NO…" The beam hits the giant sculpture, shocking his entire giant body. The giant sculpture falls to the ground, as it was no longer alive from the magic.
They turned to the girls and saw both are equally exhausted from using too much of their mana. The spell Charmcaster wore off as there's only one of her now. Gwen's appearance change back from a regular human and begin falls to the ground. Kevin immediately steps in, just in time to catch her in his arms.
The Alien Force regroup together, as Charmcaster's rock monsters regroup with her. She gritted her teeth, as she saw Gwen just had another surprise coming towards her. "If you keep fighting her, then we will fight alongside her!" Water Hazard told her as Lucy, Julie, Kevin prepare for another fight.
Feeling exhausted from the fight, Charmcaster made a tactical decision. "Meus Manus Manus." She summon the staff back, and looks the Alien Force with a glare. "This isn't over. I will surpassed Gwen Tennyson one way or another. Camoufalt Vaporis!" She create a huge amount of steam, covering the area.
The steam soon later disappeared, and they saw Charmcaster escaped. "Guess we'll see her again sooner or later." Kevin said as Water Hazard press the Omnitrix, turning back into Ben.
"Yeah, we will." He turned around and saw the giant sculpture is still there, "But what are we going to do with this?"
"Maybe I can help you with that." They turned to the voice and saw Verdona was there.
"Wait, grandma?" Ben guessed.
She nods, confirming his suspicious. "I already know who you are since Gwen explained everything to me." She turned to the giant sculpture and prepare to do something to it. "You kids might want to stand back."
They took a step back, just far enough from whatever she's doing. She fires a beam mana, hitting the giant sculpture. After getting it by it, the sculpture was decimated, leaving nothing behind. They were surprised by how easy she could do it, "I'm actually scare of her right now." Lucy mumbled, actually getting scare from Verdona's power alone.
"So what happen to her?" Kevin shows Verdona Gwen, who was still tired.
"She used too much of her mana." She answered, "I saw how she was able to awaken her Anodite's potential, and it seem very different from the old methods back on my planet." Verdona said, "She will be fine, she just need some time out."
Gwen started to get up, as she had enough energy to get herself standing. She open her eyes and saw her grandma was there, "Grandma?" As she was about to walk, she started to lose balance. Kevin helps her get up, balancing her body.
"It's ok, dear. I'm always here." She smile, feeling happy that her grandma has a heart.

"Urgh!" Charmcaster shoots out a magic, in raged that Gwen managed to surpassed her again. "How many tricks that lucky girl has?! No matter, I would try to surpassed her in any ways possible."
"Perhaps you need in an of assistance?" She turned around, hearing a familiar voice that she hadn't seen in a while. She saw Rojo was there, wearing her new armor. "It's been a while, magic girl."
"It's Charmcaster, you nuts! You haven't changed a bit." She chuckled on the insult. "What do you want? I don't expect you to meet me in a normal way possible."
"That's right, I wasn't." Rojo said, "I hear that you want to finish off that girl by yourself, but do you really think that you had a chance against her alone?"
"No matter how impossible that may sounds, I'll always do it no matter what."
"Then why not an alliance?" She bring out her hand, giving out a handshake. "My buddy and I will get the other Alien Force, while you deal with Gwen Tennyson. Sounds a fair trade for a fight, yeah?"
She looked at her hand and saw two options into play. She could reject the offer to do it alone, or get a better advantage against them when she accepted. Suffice to say, she choose the latter in order to have fight with Gwen without interruptions. "I'll accept it." She accepts the handshake, making Rojo a little happy.
As they let go of their hands, Charmcaster had some confuse stuff she doesn't understand. "Who's your buddy? You seem to know him better than I do."
"That… would be me." She turned around and saw Bad Ben was there. She smile, getting interested on how this will be play out.
