It wasn't long before Zavala and Fae were back in the Tower and so was Ikora, who kept Arizona very busy. She barely had any time to talk with Fae and now she was helping the Eliksni Mithrax less and less. In some ways it relieved Ghost that she had another outlet rather than sulking around the Tower and speaking to The Spider. The missions were always brief, but it still kept Arizona nearby.

After one of these brief missions, Ghost noticed an unusual amount of chatter both in the Tower and over the Ghost comms. Arizona, of course, noticed nothing. She was too objective oriented sometimes. Even Fae and Argonaut were near the Bazaar, muttering to each other with their ghosts over their shoulders.

"Argonaut, when did you get back?" Arizona stopped walking.

Argonaut turned and stared at her with his golden eyes wide. Even Fae stared at her with her mouth gaped.

"What?"

Fae pointed, "Osiris has been in a coma for as long as you've been alive."

Ghost turned almost as quickly as Arizona did. Ikora was at her usual spot in the Bazaar, with an older man, his armor making him look almost like an eagle-or a phoenix. "I can't believe it…" Ghost whispered.

Saint-14 was with him, hovering close, as if the man he loved could somehow vanish from thin air. He didn't move his head when Arizona approached calmy and put a hand on his arm to let him know of her presence. "When did he…?"

"Yesterday," Saint whispered after a moment of silence.

"How do we know it isn't one of Savathun's tricks?" Ikora asked calmly.

"We don't…but it's worth looking into."

Ikora nodded, "I'll send a team to look for it but in the meantime you should rest." Her eyes glanced past Osiris for a second. "Before that...there's…something else we should talk about."

Ghost whispered, "Saint…did you tell him?"

"No, I did not have the heart to tell him." Saint finally looked away for a second and gently pushed Arizona forward. "I believe you have a report for Ikora."

Osiris turned around to follow Ikora's gaze. His eyes softened when he saw...well, he saw Maria. Ghost could feel himself dropping from view. He was surprised that even he didn't want to deliver the news to Osiris!

"Mm, right, yes." Arizona stepped forward, putting her hands behind her back, but didn't give the report outright and for that Ghost was grateful. Instead, she turned to Osiris. Osiris's eyes held a certain gleam in them whenever he was around Maria, and that gleam came back to them for a moment before, of course, Arizona started talking, "It's a pleasure to finally meet you. I've heard…many stories about you."

Osiris didn't say anything, his brow furrowing, and the gleam in his eyes disappearing as he looked toward Ikora.

Before Ikora could say anything, Arizona spoke, "I'm…not who you think I am. I'm called Arizona now. The woman you called Maria...died almost a year ago." Ghost wished she had been a bit more tactful in her delivery.

"Ikora…?" Osiris questioned as if he didn't hear her.

Ikora finally spoke up, "Maria died on a mission, as a Guardian. She wanted to bring you back, Osiris. Ghost suggested a new name for a newly risen Guardian, and he gave her the name Arizona. Ghost is the same ghost that traveled with Maria. Arizona has failed to give him a name so far."

"I am Arizona." She repeated.

Osiris's eyes flickered from Arizona to Ghost and back again. Ghost's panels whirred nervously. Would he be angry? Would he be sad? Was he even sad that Sagira was dead? Soon, Osiris nodded and looked at Ikora, "Let me know what you find." Osiris, like Arizona, was too objective oriented.

Ikora nodded. Ghost watched Saint and Osiris leave the Bazaar. Ikora sighed, like a heavy weight had been placed on her, "I never thought I would have to tell him…"

Arizona nodded, "I…honestly didn't think he would wake up." She turned back to Ikora. "The missions went as planned. There's…not much else to report aside from what Ghost has already reported."

Ikora looked like she was staring off into space, but she soon snapped back and nodded, "Okay then. I have another mission for you."

"You're giving me a lot of easy assignments, Ikora. Is there any reason for it?"

Ikora shook her head, "These are normally the assignments that are assigned. The assignments you're used to aren't as common as you think."

Arizona shrugged, "If you say so. Feels like busywork if you ask me. Can I ask a question about Maria and Osiris's relationship?"

"Later. I have an assignment that won't be so easy and isn't as close to home. You'll be working with my Hidden on Neptune. Osiris seems to think there's a city there."

Ghost's panels whirred one way and then the other. "But…aren't we the last city?"

Ikora shrugged, "I don't know. He's insistent that it's there. Go to Neptune and report back what you find as soon as you find it. Even a relic or a remnant is better than nothing."

Arizona flew to Neptune in mostly silence. Sometimes she would ask Ghost questions about Maria and Osiris. Ghost seemed hesitant to answer the questions still. "He didn't seem…sad."

"That's Osiris for you. He's never been someone to show much emotion. You handled everything well, though."

"I don't feel like I did. I feel like everyone…expects me to be happy-and I am, I guess, because of Saint but…"

Ghost nodded, "I know."

Arizona bit her lip. "Did she ever tell you about the time she came from?"

"Sometimes. It wasn't my favorite topic to listen to, but sometimes she woke up with nightmares from her past. She didn't give me a straight time, only vague details that I was never able to narrow down."

"Like what?" Arizona looked at Ghost's reflection.

His glowing blue eye blinked thoughtfully. "There were...countries. They were split by territory. Some...countries had formed alliances and others preferred to stay out of conflict. When she left, her country had been in the middle of a war, but it was far from where she was."

Arizona's eyebrows knitted together. "Then what kinds of things haunted her?"

His panels whirred, "In one such war, her mother had perished protecting civilians. She often had nightmares about her brother getting attacked by her neighbor's dog again."

She nodded along.

Ghost came closer to the glass, "Look there."

In the distance, against the black sheet dotted with speckles of lights, was a dark blue planet, like it had been swallowed by the sea, surrounded by a thin band of rocks. "Looks dull…and it's huge!" Her eyes widened as Neptune came closer and closer.

"Neptune," Ghost stated factually, "is around 24,622 km in radius."

"Okay, so how do you suggest we…like where do we even start?"

Ghost was silent, staring at the giant planet for a long while.

She sighed. "Did Osiris give us anything to go off of? A landmark or something?" She listened to Ghost's panels whirl rhythmically.

Finally, he said, "According to what Ikora gave, there's not a lot to go off of. The rest of the Hidden should be here soon."

"I really don't want to wait that long." She sighed, staring at her own reflection. Bright green eyes, long silvery hair that she kept back away from her face with a hair tie she found in the City, but loose whisps of hair still fell around her face. Ghost, his deep blue eye and orange stripe looked back at her as well. "Let's start heading down just to see what the terrain is like." She steered the ship down towards the surface.
