Cleared Speech
Izuku gives out his speech to clear things up.

"You know wherever Lena is, she would leave you a postcard to let you know that she is alright", Orsola said to Izuku.
"Me and All Might thank you for saving us from Momo."
"Although we cannot say if Momo will ever thank you for not killing her because she might say that you should have killed in the first place", All Might said they are uncertain if Momo is really grateful that Izuku spared her life or not.
"When I visit her, I'll ask her", Izuku said that he will ask Momo when he visit her someday.
"Still, I trying to get used to my missing chunk of my ear that Momo blew off", Izuku commented about the part of his missing ear that he lost from his final battle against Momo/Lady Creati.
"By the way Izuku, a speech is coming from Midoriya Tower, but surely you have a choice, you can go there as Azrael and allow Officer Naomasa deliver the speech for you or you can go there yourself and deliver the speech which can rebuild your reputation", All Might gave Izuku some advice of what he can do.

"You know what? I'll just go there myself instead going as Azrael", Izuku will just go there himself instead.
"Good choice Izuku", Orsola said to him while they look as the Azrael Suit of Sorrow where it's kept with the Sword of Sin.

Midoriya Tower
"Well glad your here Izuku Midoriya, I was sure hoping that Azrael would be here as well", Naomasa commented but he doesn't actually know that Izuku is really Azrael.
"If Azrael not here, it's probably because he is needed elsewhere to protect Musutafu City alongside the other Heroes out there", Izuku said while seeing the crowd full of people alongside some of Pro-Heroes and the UA Students even other Hero Schools as well.
"That make sense, by the way what happened to your ear?"
"It was an accident but I rather not talk about it because it's very unpleasant", Izuku shrugs it off saying he lost a chunk of his ear in an accident and not mention that Momo/Lady Creati did that actually.
"Okay, anyway you got speech to say", Naomasa said and Izuku steps up to say his speech now.

"To the people of Musutafu City, this city has suffered the most for many years which was caused by my father, or just result of his action thanks to having ties with the League of Villains and the Shie Hassakai Yakuza. That's my reason why I'm here as my own man now and not as the Heir to the Midoriya Family Legacy, I will be using my wealth and resources to improve the abandoned Asylum and have it reopen as the most advanced Mental Hospital. I'm also doing this to honor the Family who founded that Asylum", Izuku referring to Momo's biological family based on the information that Dark Knight told him before.

Izuku stops his speech when he notice an Assassin that tries to run him over with a News Van but he was able to move out of the way. The Assassin then steps out of the Van and pulls out a Beretta 92FS Pistol to shoot Izuku, but Izuku quickly disarms the Assassin and bangs his head on the Van allowing the Police subdue the Assassin and arrest him. "Take him to lock up", Naomasa said as one of his fellow Officer sends the Assassin away.

Musutafu Bar
"Just in, Izuku Midoriya's powerful speech turns into an assassination attempt on his life", the news cast sounds it off but the one who's watching in some random bar is someone that Izuku already met as the Hosu General Hospital.
"Well then, I can promise to top the attack in a large scale for sure, until then see you around Izuku, the Knight of the Order of Saint Dumas", that person reveals to be the Dark Knight again but without his Knight Helmet revealing to be another Izuku Midoriya.

I'm not sure if I what to continue in the Enemy Within, but I will end it here.
I made lots of evil version of Izuku Midoriyas in my previous Fanfics or just in my head, anyway this version who is Dark Knight is a Clone of Izuku Midoriya.
