Inspired by the idea of SpiderBat10
It was the Main Five's last year at Zoo Phoenix Academy, they were all going to graduate at the end of the year.
They were finishing up a music rehearsal and getting ready for class, walking out the door they hear the sounds of students going back to their classes, they talk about silly things, until:
Jack: Oh my gosh, I forgot my purse at the theater!!!
Zill: just don't forget the head because it is. stuck in the body
Zill chuckles teasingly at his friend.
Jack: don't bother, you can go I'll be right back
The group giggles at the fumbling jackal running towards the theater, he opens the double doors and goes towards the stage and starts to search everything.
Jack: shit... where are you???!
Desperation begins to take over her body until.
Jackie: Are you looking for it here?
He is surprised - and sees Jackie a little behind the curtains with her backpack in hand, her usual friendly and playful smile.
Jack: oh dear thank you jackie
He picks up his bag and sighs in relief.
Jackie: No problem, how was rehearsal today?
Jack: oh, well… it was good I would say, these times have been really fun and have paid off a lot for us
Jackie: how wonderful!!!
She smiles and rubs Jack's head a little, Jack lets out a slight sigh and smiles a little embarrassed.
Jackie: well, i think you better go to class now before you get in trouble
Jack: Right…
He puts the bag on his back and goes towards the door a little thoughtful until he stops before leaving and turns back to Jackie who was organizing the instruments.
Jack: Jackie, do you mind if I ask you something?
Jackie: hmm? Of course not, ask what you want
Jack: right… miss cameron told me you are alanzo are you in an open relationship? That is true?
Jackie: oh yeah, I didn't think Cam would comment on that hehehe
Jack: and how does it work?
Jackie: well me and al decided to try new things and decided that an open relationship would be a good fit, we can be with other people that we are interested in, but that doesn't affect our relationship at all, I love him and he still loves me
She says in a cheerful and enthusiastic way, Jack is a little taken aback by this.
Jack: wow… sorry to butt in on these things, I know it's none of my business and stuff, but doesn't that bother you?
Jackie: hmmmm, no, there's no reason for that to bother me, after all it's only fair that we both agree, and an open relationship gives you a lot of freedom to explore new things
Jack: I see... I've never been in a relationship so I don't know how these things work... but again sorry for asking these questions…
Jackie: don't be silly, I don't care about that, I already knew that at some point someone would ask similar questions
She giggles and goes back to organizing things, Jack smiles slightly and sighs and makes his way to the door, until he stops when he hears Jackie calling out to him.
Jackie: out of curiosity, why are you so curious about my open relationship? Are you looking to make out with your music teacher?
She gives a silly teasing giggle making Jack blush almost instantly.
Jack: N-no, I was just curious!!!
Jackie: I'm just kidding with you silly, but if you want to ask me on a date I'm available today
Jack: What??! N-no, sorry but I'll pass on this one...
Jackie: why? No need to be embarrassed, it's not a silly bad thing, and come to think of it, it would be a good way to show you how an open relationship works!
Jack: Jackie please I don't want-
Jackie: Too late, should have known better than to give me that idea, now you and I have a date, Tonight meet me in the square
She smiles and continues doing her thing and Jack just watches confused and nervous, he came here to get his backpack and left with an appointment with his teacher, he snorts because he knew Jackie wasn't going to change his mind easily, he sighs defeated and leaves and goes towards his class and sits on the desk and falls face down on the desk.
Zill: dude are you okay?
Jack: no… if I tell you something, will you promise to keep it a secret?
Zill: Of course you can trust me
Jack: right, I went there to get my backpack and ended up making an appointment with Jackie
Zill widens his eyes and gives a slight scream that is soon scolded by the teacher, he contains his emotion and takes a deep breath.
Zill: H-how??!
Jack: I don't know, I just asked her about her open relationship and she just made a date with me!!!
Zill: well man, now unfortunately there is no turning back, you know her...
Jack: I know... I'm screwed…
Zill: Jackie is one of the prettiest and nicest women we know, it won't be bad, have a little faith
Jack: If I wasn't bad luck personified maybe I would have…
He bangs his head on the desk and stays that way until the end of class, Zill takes a deep breath and huffs, he wants to help his friend but there's nothing he can do to help now.
Time passes and more and more the appointment with Jackie arrives, Jack despite not wanting to go he couldn't just ignore and leave her there, Jackie was one of the kindest people he knew, so he was kind of returning the favors she did for them.
The bell finally rings and Jack freezes, he was Nervous, after all this was literally going to be his first date and it was going to be with a teacher, he tries to ignore it until he gets home and Zill pats him on the back and says good luck, Jack takes a deep breath and makes his way home, Of course a few times he got hit by flying bricks, stray tires and other things.
After what seems like an eternity he finally gets home and throws his bag on the floor and lays down on the couch, he looks at the couch and sees he still has a few hours left, he gets thoughtful, Jackie wasn't the type to play cruel pranks so she would definitely be there when he arrives, but what's making him nervous is what's she going to say or do to her, maybe she already had it all figured out or something.
Jackie for some reason always treated Jack slightly differently, she was very playful with others, but with him she was just calm and sweet, it could be something silly, but it got Jack's attention for a while, but he decides to shrug it off for now.
He goes up to his room and throws his bag on the bed and quickly starts going through his wardrobe looking for suitable clothes for this date which was a little problem, because he didn't have dates and finding something good in that pile of clothes was going to be very difficult.
Until finally he got something good, it was a dark blue suit, he wore it with he had important places to go, he takes a deep breath and starts to change his clothes, he takes a shower and puts on the suit that amazingly fits without any problems.
He takes a deep breath and tries to gather as much courage as possible, it was just a date, not something necessarily romantic, it could just be a conversation between friends, that's all.
He sighs and leaves the house, it was getting dark and it was a full moon, which means I could already expect a wild JayJay party, he ignores this and heads towards the safe haven plaza praying it was just a cruel prank by Jackie, which unfortunately it wasn't.
Approaching the place he sees her a little far away, wearing a beautiful blue dress a little different from the pattern she wears but the colors were the same, she was sitting on a bench waiting for Jack to arrive, he takes a breath and goes.
Jack: h-hi…
Jackie: Hi Jack! You really came, I was prepared in case you didn't come, but I'm glad you came!
Jack blushes a little and she giggles and gets up.
Jackie: Jack, when I called it a date, you don't have to take it literally, we can talk and go get something to eat.
Jack: O-okay!
Jackie: There's a restaurant nearby that Al and I really like, you're going to love it!
She smiles and takes Jack's hand and starts to lead him towards the restaurant, he blushes a little and gets a little nervous.
After a few minutes of walking they arrive at a rather fancy restaurant, leaving Jack surprised and nervous because he had forgotten his wallet, he swallows hard and sits at the table next to Jackie, the waiter arrives and she places her order, a portion of spaghetti and Jack doesn't order anything, the waiter writes it down and leaves.
Jackie: not hungry?
Jack: I-it's just… mind if we share a plate?
Jackie: of course not silly, I think I ordered too much spaghetti and so I don't mind sharing
She giggles slightly and Jack turns a little redder.
Jackie: it will take a while so... how are things going? Your mother is well?
Jack: oh yeah, things are fine... like, there's a little thing going on that makes me slightly uncomfortable…
Jackie: serious? What would it be?
Jack: simply, Fabian started flirting with my mom and now the two have been dating a few times.
Jackie: wow, I can't imagine a worse fate than having Fabian as a stepfather
The two give a light chuckle.
Jack: yeah... I guess I shouldn't care about that, she's happy going out with him and I like to see her happy
Jackie: I totally understand, sometimes it takes time to get used to new things.
Jack: I think you're right... this thing is making me nervous...
Jackie: First date isn't it? Do you like any girl?
Jack blushes a lot hearing that.
Jack: W-well, there was this girl... but it doesn't matter anymore, she has a boyfriend and we haven't spoken in a long time…
Jackie: is that real guard from hell?
Jack freezes and jaws drop listening to this.
Jack: H-how you-
Jackie: Cam told me a few things, but relax she only said it to me and no one else, I promise I won't tell anyone!
Jack: O-okay…
Jackie: but anyway, from what she told me you really liked her, didn't you?
Jack: yeah… but nowadays I don't care about that anymore, I don't care about having relationships nowadays…
Jackie: Jack, love is not something you can ignore like this, sometimes our hearts play tricks on us, but I'm sure you'll find the right girl for you!!
She smiles kindly and friendly and Jack sighs and smiles slightly.
Jack: you're right, maybe someday i'll find the right girl, it's going to be kind of hard since we're almost graduating
Jackie: I will miss you so much
She says in a rather pissed off childish way, Jack chuckles.
Jack: relax, I'm still in town for a while
She smiles, and then the plate arrives and without wasting time the two start eating and as Jackie had said, this spaghetti was very good, Jack is surprised by that.
Jack: damn, it's really good!
Jackie: I know!!
She giggles and continues eating, and they both finish the plate very quickly and sigh in relief, they wipe their lips dirty with tomato sauce.
Jack: hmmm Jackie, not to be rude but-
Jackie: relax, I'll pay, but next time it's you ok?
Jack: T-thank you…
He sighs in relief and she laughs a little, the bill arrives and she pays, it was getting kind of late and she suggests they go home now, Jack agrees and she says she was going to take him home, he denies it but she ignores it and follows him.
Jackie: So what did you think of your first date?
Jack: It was better than I thought…
Jackie: these things just look scary but they're pretty cool, you just need a little confidence and you're good to go!
Jack: Zill says the same thing, I don't understand how you can be so optimistic…
Jackie: see life in a more lively and optimistic way and always better, sometimes that doesn't work, but it's always good to see things that way!
Jack: I got It, thanks Jackie
She smiles and the two walk until they arrive at Jack's house.
Jack: well i guess that's goodbye thanks for today
He says with a smile as he rubs the back of his head a little embarrassed.
Jackie: no problem, we can go out other times if you want!
Jack: I-I'll think about it for a while, but anyways bye
He opens the door and was about to enter but then Jackie holds his hand and pulls him close and then kisses him, Jack can't react and blushes deeply, he resists at first but starts to give in and kiss her back, placing his hands on her waist and she wrapping her arms around his neck, he closes his eyes and lets her continue, they keep kissing until they run out of breath, they break apart panting and Jackie smiles.
Jackie: Not bad for a first kiss~
Jack: W-Why you-
Jackie: i helped you with your first date and it's only fair that i help you with your first kiss, at least we know that the girl you date is pretty lucky
She smiles and pats him on the head.
Jackie: bye cute~
Jack blushes even more and Jackie leaves, Jack still in shock enters the house and falls on the couch and finally realizes what happened.
Jack: i can't believe i kissed my teacher...and it felt GOOD!!
He blushes a lot and curls up in the fetal position on the couch in embarrassment and he stays that way until he falls asleep.
