I really hope I got the cultures in here right ):

Doctor Harken: *snap*

Sunny suddenly wakes up

Sunny: *gasp* nothing...there's just...nothing

Doctor Harken: that is unfortunate but was likely going to happen sooner or later

Sunny: but why? I haven't been losing any sleep...somewhat and my mind has been bursting with ideas lately

Doctor Harken: Sunny, how old are you?

Sunny: a fu-ffffff my mid to late 20s I like to say

Doctor Harken: this may sound condescending, but you are no longer a boy, you are a man and all the problems you have faced up till now were that of boy who did and experienced something he shouldn't have- Everything from your dreams, Nightmares, and mental problems have all been from the perspective of a young child of which you are no longer one

Sunny: heh didn't feel like it at some points

Doctor Harken: well naturally things would get "mixed up" as you continued your life, your mind developed and you started to understand the events that lead you to here along with your friends or you would try to forcefully forget, but I believe all of it stems from that perspective. Now that's resolved (for the most part) so what else is there?

Sunny stays quiet knowing the answer...there is nothing else...

Sunny: then why? Why is SHE still here!?

Doctor Harken: where?

Sunny points to the window, it's raining outside, and SHE is just...there floating

Doctor Harken: is it this SOMETHING that's been very prominent in your drawings and comic?

Sunny: No. that iteration was a...painful reminder of what I had done and just stalked me both in my dreams and the real world, but it barely did anything besides that, there were exceptions of course but those were more general fears that kind of fed into each other. Eventually I...how would you put it? dispelled it

IF THAT'S THE CASE THEN WHY AM I HERE?

Sunny: SHUT UP I BEAT YOU, TWICE!

OH PLEASE "BEATING ME" IMPLIES YOU "BESTED ME"

AND YOU DIDN'T

ALL YOU REALLY DID WAS WORK UP THE COURAGE TO DO THINGS YOU SHOULD'VE DONE FROM THE GET-GO

WE I.E. YOU WOULDN'T EVEN BE HERE IF YOU HAD JUST-

Sunny: you little-(he picks up his chair intending to throw it out the window)

Doctor Harken: SUNNY STOP! *SNAP*

In an instant sunny stops, thanks to some hypnotic suggestion whenever snaps her fingers Sunny stops whatever he is doing instantly. This is helpful whenever sunny has an "schizophrenic" episode, at least that's what she puts it down as such officially, though in her professional opinion it's way more complicated than that and possibly a bit more crazy.

Sunny: *heavy breathing* sorry doc this...THING just doesn't know when to keep its mouth closed

Doctor Harken: Sunny are you religious?

Sunny: huh? Uh...I'm in the middle of that kind of topic I think it's called being agnostic, My mother and her family were christened and not to any extreme degree like how some people take it or as hypocritical. My father and his family were and still are a mixture of Buddhism and Shintoism both of which have their own spiritual teachings, but I hear they're also quite similar, couldn't tell you how though.

Doctor Harken: were you and your sister taught the lessons and traditions of these beliefs

Sunny: not at first, they told us some folk tales I really liked the one about evil spirits even if they did scare me at first, but Father and Mother didn't want us spouting off and doing things that looked like complete nonsense to outsiders at least until we were 5 or 8

Doctor Harken: "nonsense' that sounds a little harsh

Sunny: heh Father meant that in the nicest way cause to put it into perspective, in Japan you can donate money to a shrine in this case yen to pray for things like the health and well-being of yourself or others, to do it properly you grab a certain number of yen which itself has meaning then you ring a bell twice, put in your offering, bow twice, clap your hands twice, and then bow again. To others this seems like a lot of work for something that may not even happen.

Sunny begins to smile as he recalls his memories of what his father taught him and his sister even if he forgot some if not most of it

Sunny: but father once said "every part of that process holds meaning and that alone holds power, maybe even the power to make something happen"

Doctor Harken: and THAT is the key or at least might be

Sunny faces soon goes from happy to confused as starts writing down on her clipboard

Sunny: Doc why did you ask me that question?

Doctor Harken: to see how willing you are to a certain idea I'm to say

Sunny refocuses his attention wondering what could she possibly-

Doctor Harken: you have a Tulpa

Sunny: ...what?

Doctor Harken: let me explain. A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. However, this concept is mystical in nature as the concept of tulpas has origins in the Buddhist nirmāṇakāya. I took religious studies by the way.

Sunny: and this has to do with a...what exactly?

Doctor Harken: Sunny we both know that your real-life situation is bizarre to put it lightly, it is the reason why I am "special" therapist appointed by...certain people to keep an eye on you we've made this clear since our first session

Yeah since I caused quite a bit of trouble for a lot of people *smirk*

Doctor Harken: of course, I had your fathers' approval and from the very beginning I knew there was something up with you and not just what everyone thought at first glance

Sunny: your point doc, I'd like to get to it

Doctor Harken: Sunny while I have no way to prove my theory, I feel with near confidence that you have accidentally created your own Tulpa one that is very malicious towards you, furthermore you may have created an entire world that fueled the creation to give it the power it needed, the power over you.

Naturally Sunny scoffed at this but as continued to explain and as he looked over at HER he started to worry

Sunny: can we get rid of it?

Doctor Harken: unlikely, supposedly to "get rid of" a tulpa is to ignore it as it is a part of you, since it was made it can be unmade, but construction takes time and so does deconstruction. If it's powered by guilt, trauma, and regret things that most people agree doesn't really go away then-

Sunny: I'm fucked, I've created something that will stop until... heh hahahahah- that was always point back then but now-

Doctor Harken: I know Sunny and I'm sorry there many things we could try to alleviate this burden but ultimately it will come down to you facing this down again and you might have too-

The rest of the memory fades as Sunny's blood starts to spill out his entire body seething in pain especially his knife wound and his head

?: Vengeance has been served

The figure clothed in black walks away up the stairs

WOW I GUESS THEY REALLY MEANT WHAT THEY SAID?

STILL EVEN I'M A LITTLE DISSAPOINTED IT'LL END LIKE THIS

OF COURSE, THE REAL FUN IS JUST ABOUT TO BEGIN

READY FOR THE "FINAL ROUND" SUNNY?

What do you think? Ready as I'll ever be

this is a sort of prologue despite it taking place near the end of part 6 but I think it sets a good amount of dread

one last time Sunny must face his demons but is that even possible? especially when this new figure is even more insidious than all the others

prepare for callbacks galore as we finally end this story
