8 days and I had limited electricity in the castle, no cell service, and a bunch of people walking around the isle with their limbs bound. I also had two people repairing items to sell, and over a dozen working on the newspaper. There were 6 typewriters and small papers were going out daily. My dungeons as of next week would only contain 4 people. The tank had 2 more inside of it, both women shockingly to me, and Uma had swelled her ranks by double for people willing to be police officers. It had been a busy 8 days. I was looking at the numbers.

"I need to get more money out there, some is coming in, but we are barely pulling a profit." I said to Jason while Uma and Connor were working on the police schedule.

"Harry there is only so much money here in the first place. We need to open trade with the mainland, or start printing money to distribute." I shook my head.

"Think we have enough enforcement that I could jump start the farm? The cans are taking a pounding." He sighed.

"You need to be careful draining yourself, this is where the villains are going to start realizing things are different." I pulled at my hair.

"UMA!" She jumped and shook her head.

"I am right here, no need to yell, reminds me of my mother." I sighed.

"Sorry, that was not my intention, I am just frustrated. Are there any chickens on the isle? When I asked Mal before I came over she said she was unsure." Uma thought for a moment.

"There used to be, but I think they were slaughtered years ago." I groaned. I took out a piece of paper.

"I am going to write a list of livestock stuff I need from the mainland for when you go. Jason is going with you so he can drive back in a truck." She nodded.

"Anything else before I go back to my work?" I sighed.

"Think it is safe for me to drain myself on the farm?" She shook her head instantly.

"No, the enforcers are talking about the older generations trying to plan things and whispers." I blinked.

"Why haven't I heard that?" She smiled.

"They are still working on trusting you, don't worry, it will come." I nodded.

"How is the younger generation reacting?" She smiled.

"They seem to be enjoying it. The food is going a long way with them. Jeff told me some are making things and selling them to the shop. He isn't having them repaired simply putting them on the shelves." I smiled.

"Perfect, are people buying them?" She nodded.

"Yes, they are good sellers, for now anyway. Once you introduce the electricity stuff might change." I nodded.

"I think the fact the kids aren't stealing anymore actually is making me feel this is all worth it." She rolled her eyes.

"Auradonians." She said before returning to her desk. I laughed before looking back to Jason.

"What would you say if I enchanted a ship to go past the barrier for fishing. We need food production." He shook his head.

"Focus on the crabs for now, the fishing could have people smuggled out of the barrier." I sighed.

"Uma. Do you have crabs traps on the dock or are they simply catching them by hand?"

"Hand, the traps have been broken my entire life. I have seen them repaired a few times, but they don't last long." I groaned.

"Connor, Uma come here." They came over as I pulled out a bunch of small bills.

"Buy as many traps as you can. If they don't want to sell, it is fine. I am going to try to fix them, or replace them from the mainland." They nodded as Connor took the money and they left. I took out the list as Jason looked on.

"We need trees or seeds for them. Then we can see about getting more birds on the island. We need an ecosystem." He nodded.

"Was that in your plans before?" I nodded.

"Yes, it was, but I had a longer timeline on it. I had no idea how many kids were not on the register. The population is much higher than I thought." He frowned.

"Really?" I nodded and sat back.

"Both, Jeffery and Cynthia were not registered. That is two separate generations." He frowned

"Yeah the age difference is pretty big there." I nodded.

"I need to hear about those traps before I stress about anything else. Fish can get caught in those too." He nodded before standing.

"I will put away the table and chairs." I nodded before taping it to make it feather light. He smiled and pushed it effortlessly as I climbed the throne to sit and read a herbology book.

Line break

I was starting to get worried when one of the new enforcers came in with her arm bleeding. She stumbled to the ground as I jumped up and slid over to heal her. It didn't take too long before I frowned to her.

"What happened?" I asked as she started to tear up.

"King Harry, I am sorry. Everyone is captured. I was told to give you a message." I looked to Jason as he seemed pissed, same as me. He was right though.

"You need to leave the isle tonight or they will kill everyone." I took a breath.

"Who was it?" She frowned.

"A group of the original villains. Most of them actually." I took a deep breath and started to channel my magic.

"I am getting them back." Jason took a breath.

"Your highness, we don't have the numbers." I met his eyes.

"You called it already, this is the breaking point. If I do this right, the rest will fall in line."

"How are you even going to find them?" I went to Uma's desk and pulled out the badge book.

"Enchanting is a wonderful thing." I said before putting my hand on the page, drawing my wand and teleporting.

3rd POV little earlier

Uma was watching helplessly, tied with the rest of the police force, to the pipes in the basement of a random warehouse. Connor was hanging from his wrists in the middle as the adults took turns beating him. The badges were all in the corner next to her unconscious mother who had ripped it off her bra strap to use magic. The force all stared as Connor was beat more and more. Uma turned to the rest.

"We can make it out of this." They all seamed hesitant to believe her when Harry Hook, her former first mate came over with his dad.

"You really think that huh. You turned on me the second you were offered a better life. He can't give you that. You will never leave this basement, unless I am holding your chain." Killian Hook, Captain Hook laughed.

"Yes son, you can have her for a slave, but first we need to finish with this, 'guard'." He stepped up with a smirk and grabbed her throat before grabbing her chest as she tried to squirm away.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!" Connor yelled before Captain spun and stepped over to slam the backside of his hook across his face, shattering his nose.

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" Connor smirked.

"Beat if I don't talk beat if I do. The king isn't going to have mercy on you." Clayton knocked him out with a blow to the back of the head.

"King doesn't have a choice. Go on Harry, enjoy yourself. You deserve it for telling us about the badges allowing magic." Harry turned back to Uma who slammed her head forward, shattering the boy's nose. He stumbled back as his father growled.

"Your gonna pay for that one bitch!" He started forward before an ear shattering crack rang out and everyone turned to the corner with the badges. The king was there, flames surround his body, wand in hand, eyes glowing blue, magic swirling around him.

"If you survive, you go to the tank, if you die, sucks to be you." He said in a low even tone. Harry Hook stepped up, still holding his nose.

"You don't have..." Before he could finish King Harry became a blur as spells shot from his wand. Holes appeared through villains as they fell, knives were deflected, limbs were removed, and even one of the villains exploded into red mist. It was over in just a few moments before Harry looked around and walked over to Uma.

"I have under a minute before I drop from magical drain. Teleporting without knowing where is draining." A swipe of his wand and she was released.

"WHAT'S GOING ON DOWN THERE!" Was heard as Uma panicked.

"Harry, Judge Frollo. He made a gun." Harry spun as the door opened and shot a spell as the judge didn't even have a chance to see anything before his head was removed and rolled the rest of the way down the stairs. Harry swung the wand again and Connor was released as he fell to the floor. Harry turned to the officers.

"Please don't kill me." He said before releasing them all instantly. His eyes then stopped glowing and rolled into the back of his head. When he fell to the ground Uma shook her head.

"Everyone ok? We need to get him to the castle." Some looked hesitant. She glared at them.

"What, he came here to save you, willing to die in the process, and you don't want to help him?" A girl gulped.

"Uma, I can barely move." Uma sighed.

"Your right. We can figure this out though. For now grab your badges, bind first question later." Everyone nodded and went to the corner. Uma looked down to the boy-king. Right there she decided, yes, he is good for the isle.

Time Skip

Uma was driving the motorcycle with Connor on the back, barely holding on. Her first taste of air, not under the dome, was as she shot across the bridge. Last night was terrible, but she owed the new king too much. When they reached the other side of the glowing bridge a couple guards drew swords so she would stop.

"Why is..."

"Shut up!" Connor said, interrupting the guards. He stumbled off the back of the bike and one of them grabbed him.

"We need Lady Mal, and FG now. King Harry is in a coma." The one not grabbing him shealthed the sword and began to make calls. Connor sighed.

"Uma, follow us to the castle. You have a report to make." Uma clenched her jaw but nodded. Connor limped with the guard assisting him to the car. The other guard got into a separate car and took off the other direction.

Line break

Uma looked at everyone as they thought about what was said. She had never been this nervous in her life. Belle frowned.

"You said the children your age and below are embracing the new atmosphere?" She nodded.

"Yes your highness. Even a lot of the older kids are enjoying it. Not everyone was happy with the way things were." Ben stood and began to pace before Belle cleared her throat.

"Ben, Honey, you need to remember to sit while you think, pacing can make them nervous." Uma smiled.

"I like it actually, when King Harry does it, it lets me know it isn't anger at me. When he stares, that is when you get scared." Belle smiled before standing.

"Uma, dear, would it be safe for me to go see my son?" Uma paled and thought things through carefully.

"Ma'am, no disrespect, but you were part of the reason we were locked over there. Even I couldn't stop, even the police, from verbally attacking you at the least. I am afraid about more if you came." She nodded.

"I understand, and I am sorry for the part I played in it." Uma took a breath and nodded.

"I am not to sure how I should respond to that. King Harry is taking his time transitioning things." Belle nodded with a forced smile.

"I understand." Ben slumped into his throne while looking at his phone.

"That was the guard I sent with Mal and FG. They made the palace and he is on his way home." Belle smiled.

"Then I am sure Harry will be good. Uma, is there anything that would help him when he wakes up?" Uma thought for a moment.

"Well, he has begun to look into food. He has mentioned chickens for eggs, and traps for fish and crabs." Ben nodded.

"I might not be able to help him directly, but that I can do. JOSEPH!" A guard stood to attention.

"Go into the storage and gather all traps over a year old. FREDRICK!" Another guard stood to attention.

"Go to the farm on the edge of town. I want 4 dozen fertile eggs packed and inside an incubator." He turned back to Uma.

"I am sure Harry has a spell that could speed up the eggs hatching and such. Tell him this is spring cleaning, not more on the loan." Uma smiled.

"Thank you your highness." Ben waved it off.

"I am worried about my brother. How close is he to a phone?" Uma frowned.

"Um, I think he said after Carlos and Jay come he should have it." He smiled before Belle cleared her throat.

"Ben honey, you can't rush them. They have test they need to do first." He sighed and rubbed his forehead.

"I am busy now, but would I be able to visit my brother, mind you I would be required to bring my own guards." Uma frowned.

"Maybe in a few months, but not anytime soon." He nodded.

"I will take it. Now in your opinion how is Harry doing?" She smiled.

"Really well actually. He frightens those who need it and the kids love how free he is with the magic and the food. The fact that child abuse is now punished to the extreme helps too." Belle frowned.

"So it was a problem. After the four came over we thought, but they wouldn't confirm it." Uma nodded with a deep sigh.

"When Mal came over we set different rules for the school. His pawn shop idea has already cut the stealing down. We used to have hundreds of circumstances a day, once he started to give out food to children 10 and under it cut down to a few dozen. Now we only have maybe a dozen, unless the enforcers are not reporting it to me. King Harry allows discretion when it comes to children." Belle looked to Ben as they nodded to each other. Neither was fooled by the change in topic.

"How is the housing doing?" Uma sighed.

"It is messed up right now. With the kidnapping the other night most of the older generation is going to be removed, or are already dead." Belle nodded as Ben paled. Ben sighed.

"He is not going to be in a good head space after that. I hope Agatha is talking to him." He said to his mother as Uma gave him a look.

"He is unconscious." Belle smiled.

"She is an enchantress who talks to him while he sleeps."

"Mal will be able to help him more then I was able when he wakes up." A voice said from a side pillar. Every guard spun themselves to attack the newly arrived Agatha who frowned. Ben jumped up.

"Sheath your weapons now. She is the reason I am here as well as Harry made it here. She is always welcome in this castle." Belle smiled at her son. A guard nodded.

"Your highness, after your brother appeared we were told to apprehend her if she ever appeared again." Belle frowned.

"Who gave the order, I would have liked to talk to her but not arrest her?" Agatha smiled.

"I am afraid it was your husband, your queen." Belle sighed.

"I am sorry Agatha, please come speak." She nodded and began to walk over to Uma.

"I just finished a long talk with Harry. He is ashamed of himself and worried Mal will hate him now. Almost as worried as he is about you two doing the same." Ben glared.

"I could never..." She held her hand up.

"I am aware, he is simply worried. Now I will not be here for long. I simply wish to give a gift to the two new kings. Harry is being given a new spell and rune scheme for a room in his castle to help with the food and such. To the one who has truly excepted him as a brother." She drew her wand and cast a spell on Ben as he embraced it, knowing she would not be evil.

"He will never be effected by a spell or potion unless he wants it." Belle frowned.

"Harry enjoys teleporting with him." Agatha giggled.

"Yes I am aware. However he would want that. However love spells will never work, negative potions, even a curse like I put on your husband will never work on him." Belle smiled.

"Thank you, I was extremely worried for his future." She nodded before turning to Uma.

"You have truly become someone Harry leans on." She took Uma's hand before blue lines came off her hand and went to Uma's wrist. She nodded to everyone before disappearing without a sound. Belle smiled.

"Ben, I do believe she is no longer effected by the barrier." Ben chuckled.

"I guess we need to get used to her then." Belle giggled, but nodded as Uma frowned.

"What do you mean?" Belle smiled.

"Have you ever seen Harry's wrist?" She returned that with a look.
