Cullen

Rachel and me were watching Scarlett and Aria interact with the interior designer.

"This makes me remember when we re-designed our room."

"Oh, yeah. That was a fun project."

She laughed.

"You would not imagine how precise your Mommy is."

They giggled.

Dominic was running around the house.

"I've learned to accept his energetic nature."

"Huh."

"So, how much trouble is she in?"

"A lot."

"Why isn't Uncle Luke here?"

"Uncle Luke is at his house, buddy."

He groaned.

"I know. It sucks. But he wants to play Baseball with you tomorrow."

"Ooh."

"Yeah."

"I might join you guys."

"That'll be fun."

Rachel smiled at me.

I wrapped my arm around her.

"Can we get a slide in our room?"

"No." Rachel answered.

"Yes." I answered.

"How about I convince Cullen to get a huge slide going into the pool?"

Scarlett and Aria laughed.

"Of course you can have a slide in the pool."

She laughed.

"Working on another project with that delightful mother of yours."

Rachel smiled.

"I look working with you too, Jean."

"Yeah. I'm sure you do."

She walked out of the room.

"What kind of lamps do you want?"

"Ones that go off, I hope." Dominic answered.

Jean looked over at him.

Dominic laughed.

"Ones that go off and on when you tap them."

"Beds?"

"Can we do bunk beds? Or really cool twin beds?"

"I like the twin beds idea."

"What color pillows?"

"Purple." Scarlett answered.

"Pink." Aria answered.

"White or brown wardrobes?"

"White." They both answered.

"What do you want on your blankets?"

"Butterflies." Aria answered.

"Rainbows and unicorns." Scarlett answered.

"What kind of animals do you guys like?"

"I like penguins, elephants, lions, dogs, wolves, tigers, butterflies, pigs, owls, flamingos, panda bears, giraffes, horses, koalas, ladybugs, peacocks, rabbits, and leopards." Scarlett answered.

"I like tortoises, dolphins, camels, geese, rhinos, sharks, octopus, whales, cats, foxes, reindeer, cheetahs, chickens, chipmunks, hippos, cows, coyotes, deer, ducks, doves, turtles, iguanas, mockingbirds, goats, eagles, zebras, jaguars, llamas, moose, polar bears, sheep, sloths, and swans." Aria answered.

"Alright. I'll get the estimate to you by the end of the day, Mr. Crisp."

"Great."
