35. Chapter 35: Lucky 7 and a Superhuman

(Chapter 35: Lucky #7 and a Superhuman)

It would be a week after Naruto's impromptu session with his parents, and suffice to say an aura of unease had settled over the village since; given that how was anyone to feel when things in the Hokage's family were further thrown into disarray by their eldest severing any bonds with them. On the other side of things Naruto was after this event left a mix of emotions that while still his energetic self overall, the superhuman felt himself more volatile as while he felt a measure of closure from that session; he also couldn't help but feel that the gateway for more anger and rage buried within had been snapped open.

(November 13th, 997 S.E, Konoha, Akimichi BBQ, 4:10 Pm)

It was a cloudy November day as Team Kazushi; after finishing one of their trademark sparring sessions against Kazushi and her Predaplants were currently hanging out at the Akmichi's.

"And you're sure that you are still ok?" Sasuke asked Naruto

"For the most part, I am. Don't get me wrong, after getting all that stuff out of my system, I feel like a weight got lifted off my chest…But at the same time, it also feels like I opened up the floodgates on all the other negative stuff I've been keeping down for the past who knows how many years." Naruto answered back

"I don't know how else to really explain it to you guys. On one hand, I feel like I finally have some peace in me, after getting all that stuff out of my system; to them…Then on the other side of the coin, I just have all this rage and hate that just doesn't end; that's been coming up and over me ever since. To keep it all the way real with you guys, I don't know what to do about it." Naruto added not knowing what to do with all these massive swells of negative emotion that kept coming up from within him

"Well, Naruto. It feels like this was gonna happen one way or the other; when you think about it." Sakura brought up

"What are you getting at Sakura?" Naruto asked his sister

"What I'm getting at, Naruto, is that this was going to happen either way; once you got closure with your parents. Since you took the band-aid off of one situation, but tore open the scar tissue and shit off another issue you've been dealing with. And now you've got a whole big bloody mess of bullshit you have to deal with." Sakura answered back

"Since you may have resolved that stuff with your parents, at least to the best of what you know. But all that shit with the twin numbnuts's and that Toad fucker…That's still left unfinished, and with how they're the real villains in all this that you haven't gotten your closure on. Then your gonna be dealing with all the stuff you've been holding back thanks to them for a long ass while." Sakura added as she poked Naruto where his heart would be

"Sakura does have a point, Naruto. You may have closed the door on one issue at hand, but you now have to deal with a far greater issue that has been bearing down on you for most of your life." Sasuke spoke in agreement with his pink-haired teammate

Given that even though Naruto was able to finally air out his grievances and gain a measure of closure with his parents that had gone long since unresolved for years, it didn't help that in some ways this resolution to his feelings towards his parents…Now he was faced to deal with the slew of negative emotions that he felt towards the remaining 3 people who had made the 1st majority of his life 'difficult' as the operative word, and with how much they'd done to him over all…then saying Naruto had a wealth of anger and hate towards them was an understatement.

"Then where the hell do I go from here, then?...Unlike the sitdown where I could be halfway civil with my folks. There is no chance of that at all with Pervy Sage, Mizore, or Toshiro. Since the only thing that comes up when I'm near them is unyielding rage!" Naruto said as the statement was punctuated by the shattering of his plate into dust from how hard he squeezed it out of sheer anger

"That is coming out of your paycheck this week by the way." Choza told the superhuman blonde

"I know, and sorry old man…I'm just dealing with a lot of stuff right now." Naruto said his voice whirling with dozens of feelings that were rushing him all at once

"It's fine, and I understand…Just be careful, not all of our equipment and dishware is built to take your kind of strength." Choza replied knowing that lately, his best employee besides his own son had been going through it

"Thanks, and I'll pick up an extra shift to help make up the difference for it." Naruto told the elder Akimichi

"No, its completely fine. Besides, you have been working back-to-back double shifts for who knows how long. So as far as I'm concerned, you have more than earned yourself a few weeks worth of paid vacation." Choza replied before enlarging his hand slightly to catch the shards of shattered plate in his hands to safely dispose of

"You sure? Because I don't have a problem doing any of 'em." Naruto asked

"I'm positive. You do more than your fair share around here, so take it easy for awhile...I insist, Naruto, the restaurant will survive without you." Choza answered back before he carefully took the shards back to the kitchen to be disposed of

"Hey, on the plus side, you have a few weeks off to play around with." Sakura said

"Yeah, I guess that's great…It just feels weird that I'll have all this free time on my hands." Naruto replied feeling strange at having such free time on his hands

"I'm sure that you will think of something. In the meantime, I suggest using this allotted amount to work through your problems…The very last thing we need is for you to go into a rage, and wipe out an entire city because of it." Sasuke advised to the superhuman blonde

"That's one helluva point your making. Plus it would really bad if I went apeshit, and blew the spot where were on a mission at because I got pissy." Naruto said in agreement

"Besides, it makes for a heck of a new years' resolution too." Sakura added

"Also, a great point too." Naruto said before the sight of a tall green-haired girl with bright orange eyes came into view

"Can I help you?" Naruto asked said green-haired girl

"Yeah, are you Naruto Uzumaki?" The mystery girl questioned

"Yeah, I'm him and why do you wanna know?" Naruto asked back

"My name is Fu, the luckiest jinchuuriki to ever hit Takigakure, and I wanted to meet the guy and his friends who helped save my village from that jerkass Suien and his goons." Fuu answered as she introduced her in a bombastic manner evident by the brief burst of glittering scales that swirled behind her

"Nice to meet you, Fu. These are my teammates, Sasuke and Sakura." Naruto said gesturing to his two companions

"Pleasure to meet you, Fu." Sasuke spoke

"Same here…But what're you doing all the way over in Konoha? You're definitely a long ways away from home." Sakura asked the 7 tails jinchuuriki

"Oh, that's easy. Big bro Shibuki had me come with him for negotiations with you guys. So while that's getting all done and squared away, I asked him if he could do me a solid." Fu told them

"What was the solid you asked him to do for you?" Sakura inquired as Fu's smile widened

"I brought it up that it would be a nice bit of entertainment if I and Naruto here; had an exhibition match between us. Since I figured it couldn't hurt to have some fun with some of the guys who helped save my home. Plus what better way to really ring in our homes being friends, than with a friendly match between their heroes." Fu answered back as she got in closer as her smile never waivered

"But between you guys, I just really wanna see where I stack up with one of you guys. So I figured why not go with the biggest powerhouse I could think of when Shibuki told me about you guys." Fu added keen to test her skills against the strongest of the heroes of Takigakure

"Huh, first off, I'm glad that you think I'm that much of a powerhouse…Also, did your brother and Lord 4th sign off on this; before you get all carried away?" Naruto asked as Fu vigorously nodded yes

"Mmhmm, they were all for it. I mean it took them a while to finagle where and how they were gonna do it, but after they did, on thinking it would be a great way to show the strengths of our villages. Then they agreed to do it in 2 or 3 days time." Fu told him

'Wow, they got it set up that quick?' Naruto wondered to himself

"So how about it, you up for it?!" Fu asked excitedly

"Alright, sure. I don't see the harm in it, that, and I'm all here for a good scrap." Naruto replied as her grin widened to an almost monstrous degree

"Great! I'll see you in a couple of days!" Fu replied ecstaticly before rushing off so fast that the accompanying gust wind nearly knocked the trio over

"Sooo, you've got a fight against one of the strongest jinchuuriki in the nations…Honestly, I'm not gonna lie that's pretty awesome, Naruto." Sakura said back happy that her brother got such an epic fight

"Yeah, that's great and all. The only question is how am I gonna go about having a grudge match against the 7 tails?" Naruto asked

"Luckily for us, we have a few days to come up with a battle strategy to do so. So worst case scenario you lose, and the best case you show the strength of what we're capable of and outshine Toshiro and Mizore." Sasuke replied as a massive grin came across the superhuman's face

"You had me at outshining my dickhead siblings, let's get to it right now!" Naruto said hopping to his feet and rushing to the nearest training ground

"You sure know what to say to get him motivated, Sasuke." Sakura spoke as she finished her plate of food

"Well, this is Naruto we're talking about. It isn't too complex to find ways to motivate him to train. Besides, even you have to admit that seeing their faces when Naruto shows off his overwhelming strength will be hilarious." Sasuke replied to the pink-haired terror

"You got that right. That shit is gonna be gut buster and a half." Sakura said as she got up and followed the dark-haired swordsman after Naruto

(3 days later, November 16th, 997 S.E, Burning Leaf Stadium, 1:25 Pm)

Meanwhile, the next set of days before the exhibition match between Fu and Naruto would pass with an unusual but high-spirited quickness; as the event in question had been broadcasted across Konoha as a televised event where tickets were being sold for the event in question for those that wanted to attend.

"Alright, the exhibition match between Naruto Uzumaki and Fu of Takigakure is about to begin!" Anko announced to the stadium that was full of Konoha villagers cheering for what was to come

"Now then, the only rules I have for this fight is simple. As long as it isn't a lethal or killing blow then you can do whatever the fuck you want! Second, if I tell you two stop it then that is it, no ifs ands, or buts about it! Am I understood?" Anko said

"Loud and clear!" Naruto replied

"Got it, let's do this already!" Fu said back

"Then you two can get this show on the road, and remember. Give these people a fight they won't forget!" Anko said before using shunshin to get away from the battle

Something that was a wise decision given that the moment Anko was out of sight, both fighters rushed at each other at such speeds that it took a jonin to register as they met in the middle with Naruto blocking a roundhouse kick to the skull from Fu, and Fu having to tank a Mach Punch from Naruto to the jaw. However, both were ready as ever to continue as from there the two began a ferocious exchange of blows between each other at such a intense pace that it caused gusts of wind to erupt from contact that blew people back in their seats.

All the while in the middle of the stadium the two combatants ripped into each other with a relentless pressure against one another that it was bordered on unreal, especially for those in attendance to see Naruto fight so intensely against the opposing village's jinchuuriki. What with Naruto throwing punches, spinning elbows, and kicks with such concussive force behind them that they sounded like cannons being fired, which in contrast to Fu's while less powerful in regards to sheer brute force still struck with immense speed, volume, and respectable power behind them.

The fearsome exchange that left small cracks in the ground wherever they struck at each other soon ended the moment that Naruto feinted with a spinning elbow of a Brick Break that Fu was able to dodge out of the way from and counter with a right uppercut to his sternum. Something that Naruto was nore than happy to take, as it left him with all the opportunity he need to club Fu in the collarbone with a powerful Hammer Arm; the massive overhand left thudding against her with such force that it had her staggering back whilst the ground beneath them cracked open.

Naruto ever the one to keep the pressure going rushed forward and launched a Double Kick against her which while she blocked the dive kick to her skull and the follow-through roundhouse kick to her kidneys, was unfortunately unable to block the momentum of said kicks being used to swing his leg around for a devastating Mega Kick. The sudden front kick causing her to skid some 40 feet back from being stricken in the liver as she clutched at her stomach feeling like she got sucker punched by a grizzly bear, whilst Naruto still stood in his low guard ready to keep the action going.

'Hey, Chomei this guy is pretty good.' Fu said to her inner beast as she rushed back to fight against Naruto

"You got that right, Fu. Hey, how about we amp this up a little bit and see more of what he's got. If he's good enough to take on Suien when he's juiced up on that Hero Water you guys got. Then he can handle some Lucky number 7 power!" Chomei responded as Fu dodged and weave out of the way of an assortment of Mach Punches and Sky Uppercuts that came one after the other

'Sure let's do it! Alright, Mr. Big, Tall, and super strong, let's see how you handle me taking it to the next level.' Fu said as the power of her tailed beast began to surge forth

From there Naruto saw the otherworldly chakra of the seven tails push forth as Fu's incisors and front teeth grew in size her hands became clawed and her eyes became more of a golden color and more akin to a rhinoceros beetle, as her overall frame bulked up with what looked like 20 pounds of solid muscle; before launching a potent right hook. Which Naruto was able to block but the resulting shockwave from it was enough to push Naruto an inch or two into the ground, before she began firing off a flurry of punches at Naruto with the pace of a wildebeest on meth.

Something that Naruto was more than able to answer in kind by using more of his super speed to equalize and overcome the punches, given that while there was more that he knew had far more in the tank to fight Fu with; he also wanted to see more of what she could throw before he started stomping on the gas pedal. Hence why he kept it to Taijutsu and had yet to use Teleport to smother her with a disgusting amount of pressure and aggression, but that being said Fu was more than able to make him work for it with her immense speed and agility, dogged pressure and toughness; given how she was able to take a full-contact Sky Uppercut and still keep coming.

Nonetheless, the superhuman blonde was more than able to keep up with Fu's augmented state as he was more than able to keep up with her, evident by his being able to feint a Sky Uppercut to her liver to land a Sucker Punch that was able to split her lip open and stain her face with slight crimson. Yet Fu was ready to retaliate with a headbutt followed by an elbow to the jaw, and a lightning-quick backfist that snapped Naruto's head to the side and managed to bloody his mouth, causing him to step back a bit before she bashed her head against his once more.

That being said, Naruto used Counter to respond in kind with a brutal right hook to the ribs that caused Fu to grunt and groan in pain as she felt something crack like an egg, before Naruto went to work further battering her ribs with a barrage of Mach Punches, and finishing things of with a Wicked Blow that Fu was barely able to catch with her hands. The 7-tails jinchuuriki struggled to contain the powerful left cross that was covered in a sinister dark violet and pumpkin orange aura akin to a thick miasma, that caused the ground beneath them to implode and buckle as she tried to deflect it with a considerable amount of difficulty.

So in trying to deflect and or dissipate the attack, Fu was quickly blasted back as the effort became too much to contain; the mint-green-haired woman was sent spiraling through the air from the shockwave produced from it as Naruto was quick to dash to her spiraling form, and grab her by the face with a vice-grip…All before she was spun around and flung across the stadium via a harsh Vital Throw where she was sent skidding like a stone across a lake, as Naruto once more took off at great speeds with a Focus Punch in his left hand ready to clobber her into the ground.

However, Fu who was having the time of her life was able to stop herself from skidding across the ground as she dug her heels in, and using her powerful legs she rushed forward with an attack of her own against Naruto with her right hand being covered in hardened/compacted webs like a cestus, whilst the two came closer and closer to colliding with one another. Hence why the moment the two collided with each other as Naruto's Focus Punch struck her in the kidneys and Fu's web-covered fist struck Naruto's face hard enough to give him a bloody nose; did a shockwave of sheer concussive force erupt to the point that it blew everyone's hair back and forced them on the literal edge of their seats.

"It looks like Naruto really is something special to keep up with Fu when she's using the 7-tails power. Honestly, not many can keep up with her once she starts getting serious." Shibuki remarked as Naruto and Fu engaged in another exchange of fists

"I don't doubt it at all…While his sensei mentioned that he was talented. She did not mention that it was to this extent, if he can fight to this caliber." Minato responded almost transfixed at Naruto's display of taijutsu prowess

"To be honest, Lord 4th. I am certain that we have yet to see the full extent of Naruto's full power. Given that he was able to defeat Suien with the assistance of his friends. That still does not discount, that from what his sensei had informed me from that battle, that all of what we're seeing here is hardly what he has in his toolkit so to speak." Shibuki said to the blonde Kage

"If anything, I feel almost insulted that he isn't giving his A-game against my cousin. Then again neither is she, so I guess that evens things out" Shibuki added feeling that Naruto was still holding back against her

"All things considered, I have a feeling that at the pace they are going at; that we will see more of Naruto's full potential on display." Minato said as a mule kick to Naruto's groin was made

"I hope so, as I truly want to see just what Konoha is made of as our new allies…" Shibuki said before cringing as Naruto retaliated with a Mega Kick to Fu's cooch

'Just how strong are you truly, Naruto?' Minato wondered to himself as the superhuman blonde then used Headbutt to tackle Fu into the ground

All the while the crowd was roaring in excitement, and approval at the fierce display of close-quarters combat as both Fu and Naruto were giving a helluva show and ferocious display of martial prowess and aggression if the blood splatters were anything to show. What with Naruto laying into her with Hammer Arms for elbows/hammerfists to the face that he was slamming into her like clockwork, each one landing with an audible thud that sent more and more smatterings of blood across the ground, and leaving harsh-looking bruises across her face.

However, Fu was not entirely helpless in this given that she was firing back with punches wherever she could find purchase either as whip-like haymakers to the face, lightning-quick hooks to the ribs, and even punches to the neck as the two in this instance forgoed any semblance of defense; in what could only be described as a bloody game of chicken. The attempt to make the other concede was a torrid affair that lasted for 2 solid minutes of battering each other, as they rapidly tumbled, flipped, and bashed each other with fists and elbows as bruises and bloody scrapes began to mount with reckless abandon.

Yet it was after those brief minutes of trying to beat the other to a bloody mess; that Fu decided to play it dirty and use her Hiding in Scale Powder technique at point-blank to blind Naruto and obscure his vision so she could headbutt the larger blonde off of her, and land a massive right hook that had him tumbling off of her. What with Fu using the large cloud of glittering scales as cover to try and launch a sneak attack against Naruto as she came dashing towards him with her hands having morphed into web-covered claws sharp as a glaive to try and slash Naruto to ribbons.

However, the 7-tails jinchuuriki didn't account for Naruto both be able to sense her heat signature as well as her aura through the thick cloud of swirling scales, hence why he was able quickly dodge out of the way of her claws slicing into his back and skull, and catch her with a Slash attack to the gut. The blow leaving a quartet of bloody furry across her stomach; while at the last minute, she managed to angle her trajectory so that she could leave claw marks of her own across Naruto's left thigh, before rushing in to strike at him once more with her claws.

So in deciding to use the cloud of shimmering scales to cease another attempt at a sneak attack, Naruto used Will O'Wisp to attack her with several marigold and sapphire colored fireballs shaped bear skulls that raced towards her at great speeds, the constructs cackling madly as they barreled towards her. With Fu seeing that the spheres of flame were heading towards her; had quickly fired off a thick wall of webbing in order to quickly in encapsulate them in a dense bundle that warped and undulated as the animated spheres of flame tried to burn and eat their way through it.

However, as she threw it up into the air where it could implode upon itself in a fearsome explosion of flame; this gave Naruto enough time to stomp at the ground and use Bulldoze to not only dispel the cloud of shimmering scales around them but send Fu flying clear across the stadium grounds. Wherein she was further sent flying into and through a set of maple trees with such force that they were turned into sawdust; all thanks to Naruto who used Headbutt to dive into her like a human battering ram.

"Hey, your really great at fighting you know!" Fu called out with a semi-bloodied smile

"Thanks, and you're actually pretty good yourself…I can see why your the champ at your village!" Naruto called back as she shook off the debris and bits of rubble and sawdust around her

"Ah, staph it. You almost got me blushing you super-strong goofball!" Fu replied waving off the compliment

"By the way, since we're all warmed up. You wanna really go at it?" Fu questioned

"Sure, why not. Just give me a moment." Naruto said before turning towards Kazushi

"HEY KAZUSHI, AM I GOOD TO START CUTTING LOOSE NOW?!" Naruto shouted to his cousin who gave him the thumbs

"Go for it squirt, I was wondering when you were gonna get this party started already! Just make sure you show her what a monster from the Hidden Leaf can do!" Kazushi yelled back as Naruto nodded in excitement of being able to use more of his immense power

"Awesome!...I hope your ready because this is gonna be some good shit." Naruto said as a brilliant orange aura began to surround him

"Finally! Also, sorry in advance since I can't go all the way. Since Shibuki said it would be real bad if I went all Lucky number 7, and took out a chunk of your village out. But I think this oughtta be enough." Fu replied as she began to unleash more of Chomei's power for a partial transformation

"Kazushi, just how much stronger is Naruto? I know that he is talented as is, but I am curious to know how much more powerful you've made him?" Kakashi questioned as all attendance felt the coliseum began to shake as the two combatants began to power up

"Well, Kakashi. Let's just say that he makes the twins look like a couple of featherweights by comparison. So if I were you, I'd watch and see how much bullshit he can really get into." Kazushi answered back as the stadium continued to rumble as though an earthquake were occurring

What with Naruto for dramatic flair allowing his true appearance to show to the masses, with pale skin, claws, fangs, wild hair that stood out like horns, and black and bright aqua blue eyes that made him look like a terrifying oni of some sort; that was surrounded in a fiery aura of marigold. All the while Fu's partial transformation in sensing the sharp skyrocket of Naruto's own power and the immense pressure that had 4 insectoid wings appear from her back; while the inscectoid carapace of her tailed brace covered her chest, stomach, lower legs and arms like armor.

However, what drew Naruto's attention was not only the immense chakra that surrounded her in waves, but also the fact that hands and feet of her carapace were more akin to a bird of preys' than that of her tailed beasts, as well as the fact that high-speed winds ripped around her; while her left eye while beetle-like, her right eye was instead that of a predatory bird like a falcon or eagle. But altered appearances aside the two with warcries of their own barreled towards each other, with Naruto launching into action with a Flame Wheel that raced towards her at immense speeds, and Fu to Naruto's surprise using Aerial Ace to lance towards him.

The two attacks inevitably collided with one another in a fiery gale of ethereal flame and high-speed winds that sent some of those in attendance flying out of their seats from the sheer power on display, as within the flames that swirled around the collision point like a hellish whirlwind were Fu and Naruto fighting it out against one another. Only this time their fight felt more akin to a battle between would-be titans as the impact of each blow exchanged or landed sent shockwaves that reverberated with the force of minor tremors throughout the stadium; to the point that Minato had to activate the shock-absorption seals within it so that it would be torn asunder by sheer concussive force.

Meanwhile, Naruto had to bob and weave out of the way from Fu using Wing Attack to pimp slap him with her rapidly buzzing wings; that slashed at the air like sentient razor blades, but even that was all set up for her to land a clawed uppercut that snapped his head back and left bloody furrows on the underside of his chin. However, Naruto used Counter to nail her in the upper chest with a thudding overhand right followed by a massive Thunder Punch to the forehead that nearly knocked her flat on her ass, and would have had she not used her augmented reflexes and agility to right herself upwards and launch a flurry of punches against Naruto.

The superhuman blonde was quick to block and use Counter against whatever attacks made it through his guard that he couldn't block and deflect in time, leading to a vicious and bloody exchange that left both red-faced and bleeding to try and break the other down to land a fight-defining blow. Hence why the moment Fu tried to attack Naruto with a point-blank Air-Slash as her armored hands ground and whirred with high-speed winds to claw at his face with; the superhuman blonde was quick to catch it with his left hand and snatch the other with his right hand; leaving them at a stalemate as Fu tried to kick him off her.

However, Naruto was quick to open his mouth and fire a Shadow Ball at her as the undulating mass of shadows and necrotic energies barreled into her like a cannonball and sent her upwards; nearly swallowing her whole in its inky depths. Yet Fu wasn't one to be overcome by an enemy attack so easily as she was pushed into the air further and further by the attack, she used a combination of her own agility and the inhuman speed granted to her by her Tailed Beast to maneuver herself away from the Shadow Ball; before flying further above it.

Only to upon being a few meters above it used Bounce to send it back to Naruto at triple the speed it was fired at, Naruto in response taking a deep inhale and unleashing a potent Heat Wave in response; the brilliant fiery orange gust of flames raced towards the Shadow Ball. Both attacks briefly clashed against one another before the gust of scorching flames incinerated the spectral attack and raced straight toward Fu who took evasive action, as it headed right towards her with Naruto steering his attack to scorch her as much as possible.

While Fu was able to take all manner of evasive action to dodge the scorching winds of supernatural fire, the onlookers on the otherhand were forced to either dodge and duck for cover, or use water jutsu to prevent it from burning the onlookers to ash, or leaving them with disfiguring burns. Yet Fu's evasive maneuvers didn't last for long as a Double Team doppelganger used Fu's focus on evasion to get the drop on her and nail her with a particularly brutal Sucker Punch to the small of their back, before using a point-blank Thunderbolt to send them careening downwards where Naruto was there to leap into the air and send them careening further with a Psyshield Bash.

"How the fuck is he this strong?! This is bullshit, how does he go from barely beating me in taijutsu to this?" Toshiro seethed as he watched Fu get to her feet and shake off being shoulder tackled by a psionically charged Naruto

"Dude, your brother's been stronger than you forever. He just didn't wanna broadcast it, because he knew how much of a sore loser you are…Can't say I blame him." Sakura said while Fu began launching web bullets at Naruto the size of baseballs at such speeds that they nearly broke the speed-barrier

"Who the fuck asked you, Haruno?!" Toshiro barked back whilst Naruto began to kick and punch the web bullets that were fired at him at a gattling gun's pace

"Well, its the truth, you whiny little shit. All you do is go on about how you were chosen to be the strongest, and that you and little, Ms. bald spot over there are the heroes of the village, and everyones' less than dirt because of it. Yet here Naruto is getting chosen to fight the 7 tails, and putting on one helluva show." Sakura rebuked at the headstrong jinchuuriki who glowered daggers at her

"Meanwhile, the two of you are here sitting lookin' like a buncha bitches. Because, you ain't hot shit at all. Hell, the fact that she went to Naruto first instead of wanting to fight either of you; says it all." Sakura gestured as Naruto eventually leaped back to throw out his Seed Bombs to counter the web bullets

"That's probably because she had no other options available. If she was able to see how much better either one of are. Then she would obviously fight us, instead of him and his…his parlor tricks." Mizore said in response while Sakura could only laugh at her

"Are you serious with me right now?! The fact that you have the nerve to call what Naruto's doing; parlor tricks is just beyond deluded! Honestly, I don't know what's worse with you? That you still think your better than Naruto, that you can top anything he can do, or that bald spot your still hiding with that god-awful wig you have on." Sakura shot back while Naruto bolted towards Fu with a Thunder Punch to the gut that was met with her mule kicking him in the jaw

"I would say its a mixture of all 3, to be honest." Yang Kurama chimed in

'Shut up, no one asked you, you stupid fox. Besides, he should be thankful still that I'm his sister, and I think its about time that I reminded him that he should be grateful for…' Mizore responded before she felt a pain in her jaw so intense that it nearly knocked her wisdom teeth loose

"What part of, I will not hear you talk like that in my presence did you not understand." Yang Kurama retorted as its tails whipped about from within its prison

"Bottom line to the two of you. Neither of you, are hot shit like you think you are, and if anything I would get used to the fact that Naruto's better than you, and has been for a very long time." Sakura replied as another high-speed exchange broke out between the two

Said exchange had the stadium continuously vibrating from the high-speed exchange between the two; that had the stadium's shock absorption seals being put through their paces; given how the seals were glowing a bright cherry red and started to smoke as Fu and Naruto began to ramp the intensity further and further…The ground beneath them cratered and warped around them, trees being reduced to sawdust, and rubble rising around them as their battle echoed throughout not only the stadium but even to parts of Konoha from their fearsome bout against each other.

However, just as Fu was about to strike out at him with another point-blank Air Cutter with her clawed hands, she was assailed by Naruto's Double Team doppelganger coming from out of the woodwork and striking her with a Sucker Punch to the temple. Naruto himself followed through with a Brick Break to the face, his doppelganger a Mega Kick to the stomach that had her fold over and her armored carapace begin to crack apart considerably; before they both nailed her with a Sky Uppercut to the ribs.

Yet Fu was able to use her incredible amount of agility and speed used an Acrobatics attack to lamb a swift kick to the dopplegangers' stomach with such force that he was horizontally bisected from the retaliatory attack before disspating into dark orange smoke. Once Fu had managed to gain enough distance to recuperate for a bit as she flew into the sky to catch her breath, she saw Naruto glowing bright blazing orange as he used Charge thriceover in order to launch a massive Wild Charge against her, and as such she glowed a bright greenish-white as she prepared to use Sky Attack against her combantant.

The two stared at each other from the opposite sides of the stadium both with bloodied grins, their hearts pounding in their chests as they both exchanged a look of solidarity and thirst to hit the other as hard as they could in this single moment; evident by a 5th tail sprouting from Fu in the form of a stinger, and Naruto's body growing larger and more bestial; gaining the gait equal to an angered black bear. All before the two fearsome combatants then barreled and bounded after each other with such force that deafening sonic booms were created in their aftermath as they raced towards each other at speeds that broke the sound barrier, for in a matter of mere seconds the two smashed into each other like wolves ready to tear into the other.

The stadium erupting into pandemonium as both Fu and Naruto struggled for dominance in an elemental display of lightning that scorched the ground into ashen craters, and winds that uprooted chunks of earth the size of RVs, as both struggled to overcome the other as they floated in midair trying to overpower each other. Both of them smashing their heads against one another to try and gain even the slightest bit of advantage over the other, as their clash caused dark storm clouds to boom and thunder overhead, as each clash of their bloodied foreheads caused another flash of lightning to echo, as a veritable lightning storm formed around them.

The audience were in awe as they saw Naruto and Fu's battle change the very landscape around them as even the village itself was subject to the almost gale-force winds and forks of lightning that streaked across the autumn sky as they continued to battle for dominance against the other. Yet their blood-streaked grins told another story as their blood pumped and hearts raced with excitement; at their most exciting battle to date as the storm they created raged on around them, as they gathered more and more energy for their attacks to end the evenly matched struggle between them.

Fu unleashed another Air Slash and Naruto utilized a heavy Thunder Punch against their opponent; Fu's Air Slash leaving a score of bloody furrows across Naruto's face; slicing into his toughened flesh while Naruto's Thunder Punch blasted clean through her carapace's chest plate as the sound of breaking ribs was heard…Both attacks ended the stalemate that exploded into electrified winds that cracked apart the stadium as a number of the participants were knocked all over the stadium from the sheer force of it all, while both Fu and Naruto careened into separate sides of the stadium making holes large enough to be considered small houses.

'Damn, she really is something else. If she ain't a world-class rival then I don't know what else could qualify.' Naruto remarked to himself as he stood up wrenching himself from the rubble

"Hey, Chomei. This Naruto guy is awesome, now I can see why Shibuki said he and his team were stupid awesome!" Fu replied as she shook the rubble off herself and spat out a molar

"Same here, kiddo. This guy makes Kurama's partners look like lightweights, to be honest with you…He must be screaming his head off that he didn't find someone this good to get stuck with." Chomei said back knowing their older brother was fuming over not winding up with Naruto

"Hey, let's keep showing them what Lucky #7 can do then. Since he's pushed us this far, so it would be a damn shame if we didn't give him his moneys' worth." Fu replied as she gathered a mix of shimmering Scales and high-speed winds for her Aeroblast attack

"Can't argue with that, let's let him have it!" Chomei spoke as Fu fired off the boar-sized blast of winds and razor-like scales at Naruto

Said superhuman blonde in seeing this quickly fired off an Energy Ball of his own to deflect the attack, which met and imploded against the vortex of pressurized winds in an almighty display of power that shot into the skies above. However, this did little to stop a swarm of web bullets from being fired at Naruto who was quick enough to react and use Psycho Cut to stop them from impaling in, as they made holes in the ground twice the size of a grown man on impact.

Yet this was a diversion for Fu to launch two particularly thick web tendrils that wrapped around the bestial-looking superhuman, and with a swipe of her clawed hand had him reeling towards her; where she was able to leap forward and land a Aerial Ace to the liver. The blow had Naruto gasping for air as he felt his insides rumble violently within him, as he was then nailed with a knee strike to the kidneys before she then used the webs to further cover and entangle him as she took flight into the skies above.

Wherein she then proceeded to after having flown hundreds of feet into the air with the briefly stunned Naruto, before using Sky Attack to piledrive him into the stadium; however while Naruto's arms were bound his mouth wasn't as he began to charge psionic energies into his mouth that began to glow a bright magenta and pumpkin orange. Hence why by the time they were 3 quarters of the way into their descent did Naruto fire his Psyshock attack as a powerful wave of pure psychic force that blasted them away from each other, as the stadium shook and rumbled from what felt like the footfalls of a mighty giant.

Yet while Fu stood smoldering with large sections of her carapace-like armor cracked from the attack, she still had enough energy to thrust her hands out and begin charging an Aeroblast, while Naruto a Flame Burst attack that the moment both threw at each other collided and erupted into a mass firestorm that thrust itself high into the sky. The monstrous blaze further illuminated the pitch-black skies in all its blazing glory while flashes of lightning and near-deafening booms of thunder echoed throughout the November day, while silhouetted in the blaze were Fu and Naruto throwing punches, elbows and kicks at one another with the ferocity of honey badgers on bath salts.

Evident by Naruto throwing a one-two punch of a Sky Uppercut to stun her, and a Thunder Punch to the jaw that knocked out her wisdom teeth while Fu retaliated with a quick flurry of snapping side kicks to Naruto's ribs that caused his flesh to violently rippled before a 6 seconds long combination of punches was fired onto his torso and face. All of which was met by him spamming the hell out of Counter to nail her with concussive hooks and crosses to the body that had her staggering and stumbling from the sheer brute force packed behind each attack, yet both refused to give an inch to the other as they played a brief but bloody game of Chicken.

Evident when Fu once again used Wing Attack to bitch-slap Naruto in the face with her rapidly buzzing wings, and in response Naruto used Crunch to bite onto her arm and thrash her about like a rabid dog before throwing her about and following through with a Blaze Kick to the side that sent her flying, as her left side ignited into supernatural flame. However, even as parts of her armor were blown away, her ribs further cracked and even beginning to break from the power of the attack, as well as the flames starting to eat into her flesh; Fu with the great beating of her wings extinguished her flames, and with many slashing motions used Air Slash to send multiple wind blades at Naruto.

In response Naruto used Vine Whip to gather up large pieces of rubble to fling at Fu as makeshift barriers against the blades of wind headed towards him; which while they cut through the multiple pieces of rubble served as an effective enough barrier for Naruto to get out of the way from the remaining air blades. However, this was all a distraction for Fu to quickly attempt to blindside him with an Air Cutter attack to slash at his face, but unfortunately for her the moment she was within a hairsbreadth of striking out at him; Naruto used Teleport to appear right above her and use Close Combat to pummel her into the ground with a vicious barrage of punches and elbows that further cratered the ground around them.

The assault lasted for all of 9 seconds before Naruto used a gut-busting Double Kick to send her back into the air once more, but not before she left him with a slash to the gut from a point-blank Air-Cutter as she was sent once more careening into the air. However, that being said both of them stared at each other with grins of respect for the arduous battle put on as the air was filled with a tense and raucous energy from the heavily intensive battle.

"Hey, Fu! How about we wrap this up with one big blow-out attack? Since I feel like we've proved enough to each other." Naruto requested from the jinchuuriki of Chomei

"Sounds great to me, I'm down for a grand finale, just so you know I'm gonna make this look awesome!" Fu called back as Naruto began to gather up power in his hands

"I wouldn't have it any other way." Naruto replied as he began to gather up energy for a Z-move

While Fu began to charge up a Tailed Beast Bomb and Aeroblast in both hands, Naruto was gathering obscene amounts of lightning around him for his Gigavolt Havoc the stadium and much more parts of the village as the two attacks began to gather more and more power. What with Fu combining her Aeroblast and Tailed Beast Bomb to form a more conical-shaped vortex of wind and Chomei's chakra that looked more and more heptagonal shaped, whilst with Naruto he held a house-sized undulating/warbling mass of compressed lightning; that yielded so much force that he was floating 15 feet off the air.

The immensely potent build-up of chakra and otherworldly energies was so great that Kazushi used her Wood Release to create thick walls of brambles, roots, and petrified wood around the stadium the moment the two incredible attacks collided; while Minato was on stand by with a Flying Raijin to teleport the attacks once they collided knowing that power like that would be immense once it imploded… Precious few moments were spent waiting for the attacks to be fired off as the sharp howling of winds, and crackling of lightning were so much so that it deafened those in attendance, as even the shock absorption seals around the stadium burned away from the sheer power on display.

For what felt like the longest minute as both Naruto and Fu fired their respective attacks at each other, time seemed to slow to a near crawl as the two techniques collided with one another; a massive boom erupted as howling winds, shockwaves of concussive force, and tendrils of lightning that could turn a man to ash erupted as the two attacks struggled for dominance. The stadium warbled and buckled under the weight of the two attacks trying to devour the other, and assert dominance for the finishing blow; with both Naruto and Fu watching on at their final display of power warping the area around them, which was covered in pitch black clouds, gale force winds, and lightning that scorched anything in sight on contact.

The attacks extended collision with each other in their elemental stalemate had them soon compressing and almost warping into each other, as both attacks began to reach critical mass from what was essentially a hurricane on steroids being forced into existence; by the two powerful combatants…All until in the span of several seconds a heptagonal-shaped hurricane of howling winds, bestial chakra, and ethereal lightning stood floating in the air undulating, warbling and compressing violently upon itself with such force that everything in a 5-mile radius seemed to warp and distort from the sheer pressure of it all.

But before the attacks could fully reach critical mass and implode with devastating force, Minato was quick to throw a handful of his Flying Rajin kunai, at the rapidly collapsing/imploding elemental mass, and had it teleported as far as he could manage to implode safely from the village. That still did not stop the massive shockwave of power that rumbled the village as though the 9-tails had body-slammed the village square, despite the imploding attack being some 2 dozen miles away from the village.

Yet as Fu and Naruto stood staring at each other far more than happy at having met a rival in each other, as they stood amidst a rainstorm that howled throughout the village; as lightning cracked and thunder raged there was one thing on the minds of those with the exception of Team Kazushi and the Senju's as they looked upon Naruto's grinning/demonic looking form…Even moreso from an utterly stunned Minato and Kushina, an envious/seething Toshiro, a confused and nonetheless disgusted Mizore, and most of all a terrified-looking Jiraiya was this.

'Just how much power does he have?' Were the thoughts of all as another crack of lightning illuminated Naruto's terrifying form

(3 days later, Ichiraku Ramen, 1:45 Pm, November 19th, 997 S.E)

Days would pass since the incredibly 'intense' exhibition match Naruto and Fu had with each other, said match had the village abuzz at the almost unreal display of power that Naruto had put on display in being able to contend against the 7-tails jinchuuriki to an impressive standstill.

"...Soooo, do you believe me now when I told you I'm a lot stronger than I look?" Naruto questioned Hanabi while he continued to eat his Miso Pork ramen

" Considering that you were able to fight on such an impressive scale. I would certainly say so…the fact that you were restraining that much power inside yourself is borders on almost unbelievable." Hanabi answered back still at a loss for words on Naruto's overwhelming statement of power

"What can I say…I'm just that good." Naruto said with a measure of pride in his voice at having asserted himself as something greater

"I do not doubt that in any capacity, after what you accomplished during that exhibition. To say that you are powerful would be an understatement." Hanabi said whilst her partner continued to eat more of his ramen

"Better yet, the fact that you could contend with the 7-tails jinchuuriki on even footing, and no less when they had 5 tails of their inner beasts' power to further increase their prowess…That is nothing short of astonishing." Hanabi added still in awe of what Naruto had accomplished in his bout against Fu

"I'm glad you think that…Also, sorry about the whole thunderstorms we've been having. Tch, turns out that a side effect of my going all out, is that it starts changing everything around me. In this case, it just happens that these jacked-up thunderstorms are a part of it. So sorry if we don't have any sunshine for the next week or so." Naruto replied in apology for the side effect to his powers when he really went all out as thunder boomed and lightning cracked overhead

"It is quite fine. Besides, we are already near the end of autumn anyways, as such I was expecting any sunshine as it were to be slim if any." Hanabi said back unphased by the storms above

"Good to hear that, but that being said. I feel like I'm more on top of the world than I've ever been." Naruto said to the elder Hyuga sister

"I would imagine so; after that impressive display you put on. The villagers are already talking about your being a contender as one of our best and brightest. If anything some are saying that instead of a promotion to Chunin, you should be instead promoted to Tokubetsu jonin; when you complete the exams." Hanabi informed Naruto who had to do a double-take at this information

"Wait a second…they are saying what now?!" Naruto questioned in full-blown surprise of hearing this

"You had heard correctly, Naruto. Your show of skill and overwhelming might was enough to convince the higher-ups that are deserving of such. After all, did you truly think that your achievement wouldn't go unnoticed?" Hanabi answered back taking a bit of enjoyment at Naruto's flabbergasted expression

Seeing as how Naruto's display of power put him well above not only his peers, but the majority of most jonin in the village; the higher-ups in the village knew that when he participated and passed the Chunin Exams that a direct promotion to such a rank was nothing if not out of the question. Given that when you can contend with a perfect jinchuuriki in the case of Fu wielding the majority of their tailed beasts power, and on even footing no less; that being promoted to such a ranking in the aftermath of the Chunin Exams was a no-brainer to most.

"Huh, to be honest. I just did this, because I wanted to show off what I could do. I wasn't expecting for people to mainline me a promotion that high up." Naruto said having simply done it as a test of how far he could go since his encounter with the 4 Tails

"At the very least, this will work for you in the long run. Given that with a promotion to that extent, that you will not have to suffer the indignity of being near your siblings for too much longer. If anything, it means that you will have command over them; should they step out of line." Hanabi mentioned

"Oh yea, that's right…That is gonna be awesome if I can swing that…They can throw a hissy fit about it all they want, but since I'm as good as I am; their isn't much they can do to stop me if I gotta go around leading them on a mission." Naruto replied knowing that with his strength being as it was that he could basically bully them into doing as he wanted on a mission

'Plus, this way I can give 'em a taste of their own medicine for once…Let's see how they like being the lesser triplet for a change.' Naruto said to himself as a brief but sinister grin crossed his face at the thought

"So what will you do now that you are officially one of the strongest in the village?" Hanabi questioned

"...Just keep doing what I've been doing. Since there isn't much else to do other than just keep being me, and make sure everyone around me is on the come up with me." Naruto answered back regarding his future plans

"Good…That being said, I feel that our time together is about to be cut short." Hanabi said gesturing to Toshiro storming over towards Naruto furiously

"Do you want me to handle him myself, or do you wish to deal with him?" Hanabi questioned ready to disable Toshiro

"No, I've got this one, Hanabi. But thanks for offering." Naruto told Hanabi as he hopped off his seat

"Alright, what is it this time, Toshiro?" Naruto asked his little brother

"Fight me right the hell now, damnit!" Toshiro barked/demanded at the elder triplet

"And why would I do that? I'm out and about, having a good time after I proved that I'm one of the strongest there is. Meanwhile, you and Mizore not only have failed to beat me, Sakura or even Sasuke in any of the sparring matches we have with your sorry asses. But I not you, but ME was chosen to represent our village to fight against Takigakure's jinchuurki and made a damn good show of it too." Naruto replied as Toshiro grew further enraged

"So if anything, I fail to see why I should fight you at all. Because, spoiler alert even with the 9-tails, and anything Lord 4th and Pervy Sage could show you. I would still be a thousand times stronger than you on my worst day. So how about you do yourself a favor, fuck off and go get better until you can get strong enough to make me…" Naruto said before he was sucker punched by Toshiro

"Shut up already, and fight me right now! I am not going to let you be stronger than me. I'm supposed to be the strongest around here not you! So your going to fight me, and I'm going to show to everyone right now that I'm better than you! Even if I have to put a Rasengan through you're fucking face and shove one down your bitches throat to do it!" Toshiro barked as he punched Naruto in the face a handful more of times

"I don't know who you think you are, but you are out of line. Leave now, or I will get Lord 4th here to sort this out." Hanabi said striding over

"I'd like to see you try, better yet I'll crush you and Naruto at the same time; while I'm at it. Since I'll bend you over like a do your sister every other day of the week, and he won't do shit about it." Toshiro responded as he began to go over towards Hanabi who had her Byakugan ready to fight him

"The hell you'll go anywhere near her., you little shit" Naruto said as he grabbed Toshiro by the shoulder and forced him to meet him eye to eye

"And what are you going to do about it? You might have beaten the bitch from Taki, but you will never beat me when I'm going full foACCCHHHKKK." Toshiro said as Naruto dropped him to his knees with a Mach Punch to the kidneys so hard that it made Toshiro projectile vomit on the ground

"Let me make something clear to you, right now. I don't really care if you come for me, if you wanna throw a tantrum and beat on me all you want; then fine I don't care…But if you go near Hanabi, or better yet go anywhere near anyone I care about. Then you will have officially revoked your subscription to life." Naruto told him as he forced Toshiro to meet eyes with him once again

"And what you think that you're better than me, is that it? That you have a chance to beat me, because you made some statement with those tricks you have? Well, sorry to burst your bubble but your not! You will never be better than me, the only thing you'll be good for is being my stepping stone towards running everything like Jiraiya says I will. So fall in line already, and go remember where you stand beneath me; just like everyone else in the village!" Toshiro responded in a mix of rage, anger and unyielding pride in refusing to believe that Naruto would or ever will be stronger than him

"Maybe I wasn't clear enough…So I'll make my point clearer, so you'll get the hint. Because, I have had it up to HERE with you" Naruto said as he grabbed Toshiro by the throat with a single hand and lifted him into the air

"I do not have to do anything you say, Toshiro. You have nothing over me, and you never will. So get it through that thick skull of yours that I am in a whole other weight class above you…Besides, and I hate to burst YOUR bubble, but I'm not the one whose stuck doing D-ranks around the village all the time; while I get to go on actual missions…Better yet, between the two of us; whose the one that helped save Princess Azula from getting assassinated?" Naruto told his younger brother

"That doesn't change anything. You just lucky is all." Toshiro defiantly shot back before he earned a Sucker Punch to the spleen so hard it caused him to vomit out bile with bits of blood mixed in

"No, I actually worked as hard as humanly possible for this. Don't get me wrong, I had help along the way, but I got this far because I'm here going for something greater than you could possible imagine. So more or less what I'm trying to get at; is that you don't control anything in my life anymore. I'm not afraid of you, Toshiro, so do yourself a favor and grow up and realize that you aren't at the top of the food chain anymore." Naruto said as he threw his younger sibling onto the ground so hard he bounced off of it like a sack of potatoes

"And you never were…Come on Hanabi, let's get out of here. I'm sorry that we had our night ruined." Naruto said as he began to leave with Hanabi

"Don't you dare fucking walk away from me, you get back here and fight me right now! I'm far greater than you will ever be, so I'm telling you walk your sorry ass back here and fight me now damnit! FIGHT ME!" Toshiro commanded of Naruto as the chakra of his inner beast surged around him as his anger grew at being denied by Naruto

"No. You aren't worth the time." Was Naruto's only response

"Don't you dare turn your back on me! This is over when I SAY it is!" Toshiro said as he hastily made a Rasengan to ram right into Naruto's spine

The enraged Toshiro then dashed towards Naruto with an unstable Oodama Rasengan in hand; ready to drive it through his brothers' back and force him to fight him whether he liked it or not, as he the Chosen savior the village…nee the world; he would not be denied anything he wanted in his life, especially not by his lesser pissant older brother. However, in his blind rage towards Naruto; Toshiro had forgotten that Hanabi hadn't deactivated her Byakugan and as such was able to sense the furious jinchuuriki rushing towards them, and as such in seeing the crimson-eyed Toshiro dashing towards them; his face locked into a menacing snarl, she did what came naturally.

Which was channeling a considerable amount of Swift Release chakra into her hands and using 8 Triagrams: 64 Palms to swiftly disable him, the jinchuuriki being knocked off his feet and sent tumbling across the ground twitching furiously from having his chakra points locked down. This was made worse given that every time he tried to use his chakra or even move he was met with a potent electrical shock for his worries, as he struggled in futility to get out of his paralysis.

"Don't even bother trying to access your chakra. The Hyuga may have shut down your chakra points, and made it difficult for you do so without getting shocked…But I am pulling the plug on your little hissy fit right here and now. Which is why you are unable to move." Yin Kurama told him while Hanabi summoned a Shadow Clone to apprehend the seething Toshiro

"Let me fucking go, already! I have to make him fight me, I am REFUSE to let him go around thinking he's better than me! ME! The person whose chosen to be the greatest and save the world!' Toshiro ordered furious that he was being robbed of his chance to prove his superiority

"The only thing you are chosen for is mediocrity and madness, as your brother was right. You are owed nothing, especially for how wretchedly weak you truly are." Yin Kurama responded as Toshiro continued to struggle in impotent rage

"Which is why, I am stopping this farce right here and now. It is time you paid the price for your ego-driven temper tantrums." Yin Kurama added refusing to let his host have his way when it meant acting as an embarassment

"You can't do this to me! Let me go right now, or I'll make you sorry you goddamn bastard fox!" Toshiro snarled in rage as he was being drug off from Naruto

"I can and I will. You have no power over me, Toshiro. If anything you need me more than I need you. So go ahead, attempt to make true on your idle threats. But you and I both know that without my power to wield, or the paltry fraction of it you can wield. That you are nothing without it; whereas Naruto far supersedes anything you can muster." Yin Kurama rebuked Toshiro as he could only growl and seethe in fury at being denied by Naruto and being kowtowed by his own inner beast

'I don't know how, but you will know where you stand one way or the other Naruto. I promise you that!' Toshiro swore to himself as he was drug further away

Meanwhile, at White Snake Mountain; Orochimaru had not only approached the completion of his 1st stage of Sage Training, but had also defeated or moreso dominated his boss summon in what could only be described as a clinic. As such while Manda remained downed; they had decided to contact Konan to cause shenanigans within the Akatsuki ranks, via Zetsu's ring.

"Hello, Konan. So good of you to answer, I take it that everything is going well after that horrid catastrophe you suffered nearly 2 months ago?" Orochimaru asked

"Why have you decided to contact me, Orochimaru? Have you come to gloat over our village being in ruins still?" Konan asked back with narrowed eyes full of suspicion

"While I could do so, and it would be rather entertaining. That is not the reason I am contacting you." Orochimaru told her

"The reason I have contacted you; is to caution you against going along with Pein's plans to unite the tailed beasts into the superweapon he desires. This will not work as intended." Orochimaru further spoke

"Why should I believe you?...Better yet, explain why I shouldn't cut off this connection right now?" Konan responded while waiting for the Serpent Sannin's response

"Simple…Even you know that this plan of Pein's is utter madness. After all, from my understanding not only has he strayed rather far from the Akatsuki's initial mission statement. So much so that he has become little better than Hanzo. But the fact that he intends to use the unification of the tailed beasts to force everyone through the same pain, when you and I both know that will only breed more contempt and hatred for everyone…But will unleash another war upon it that no one is prepared for…Can you really say that you trust him as you once did before he became a cripple masquerading as a false deity?" Orochimaru replied in elaboration that caught Konan off guards by the airtight logic in the Serpent Sannin's words

"...You always had the habit of your logic being unbreakable…I will admit you really do live up to being the most cunning of the 3 Sannin." Konon spoke knowing she could not refute Orochimaru

"Of course, as someone who approaches things from a scientific and logical standpoint. I make it a point to know what exactly I am doing, down to the last milimeter." Orochimaru responded

"That being said, I feel it prudent to warn you of what shall happen should he go through with this madness of his." Orochimaru said to the paper-wielding kunoichi

"And why would you go out of your way to warn me? Especially, when you have made it clear that you are against us." Konan questioned curious as to Orochimaru's intentions

"That is a rather easy answer. Because we both have seen the horrors of war, and what it can bring about. What Pein intends to do by bring the tailed beasts together as a superweapon of unfathomable destruction, will bring about another Shinobi Worold War, and in good conscience I cannot allow that to happen." Orochimaru answered back

"I will agree with you in regards to that. If I can avoid another war coming to pass, then I will do so with every fiber of being." Konan said to the Serpent Sannin having never wanted to make any other innocent experience what she, Nagato, and Yahiko had to experience

"Good. Now then, listen carefully. Because it is important that you listen; as to what will truly happen should Pein succeed in his plans." Orochimaru replied

From there the Serpent Sannin began to inform Konan on what was to truly happen should all 9 tailed beasts be unified into the weapon that Pein had planned, with Konan growing more and more horrified at the description of the cataclysmic abomination that they would be unleashing upon the world. Something that was only made more terrifying regarding the apocalyptic beast that was the 10-tails, was Orochimaru's description of its near unfathomable power in vivid detail, especially given that even the Sage of 6 Paths was hardly able to control and contain it without splitting it into the 9 they now know.

"That is…a frightening thought to swallow. To think that we are re-creating something that not even the Sage of 6 Paths could fully contain; is a depressing as well as terrifying thought to think about." Konan said as horror at the thought that she was aiding in rebirthing something that was a walking apocalypse shook her to her core

"Now you understand why I am further against the notion of siding with Pein…His plan will lead the world to nothing short of total and utter ruin, Konan. He may wield the Sage's eyes, but he has little if any of his prowess or skill. That is also not accounting for his lackluster constitution should he even attempt to try to control that monster." Orochimaru responded knowing that what Pein was doing was a fools' errand

"...Surely he has to know that this will happen. He wouldn't go about bring a monster like that back into the world, so carelessly. Especially, when that…that thing will cause so much carnage and death." Konan said back her stomach still turning over the thought of the 10 tails wreaking untold havoc

"We are talking about the man; that has fooled himself into thinking he is a god; because of the eyes he possesses. That alone speaks of his arrogance being so unbridled that he not only is uncaring of the destruction it can and will cause. But the fact that he thinks he can control it, as he intends too. When he lacks the physical as well as mental and emotional strength to restrain and control it." Orochimaru said knowing that to attempt to control the 10 tails as Pein wanted was like trying to filter a hurricane through a garbage pail

"Which if he attempts to do so by becoming his jinchuuriki; given that that is the only way he will have a chance of full control over that abomination. Then it will devour him from the inside out, and turn him into a vessel for bedlam and chaos on a scale; that has yet been seen in centuries." Orochimaru added knowing full well that should Nagato become its vessel then absolute calamity would ensue

"Then what would you have me do, then? I cannot in good conscience allow the 10 tails to be revived knowing the destruction it will bring. I formed the Akatsuki with Nagato to help bring peace and stability to the world, not bring it to annihilation." Konan questioned

"This is for you to decide. Whether you flee, rebel, or even choose to kill him is up to you, Konan. I simply wanted you to know what it is you are getting into…You are deserving of that much." Orochimaru answered back feeling that the 2nd in command of the Akatsuki should know the full danger of the tailed beasts being united once more

"I will think about what to do going forward…For now, I have a village to aid in rebuilding…Thank you, Orochimaru, this was a kindness you did not have to show me." Konan said to the Serpent Sannin

"You are welcome. I know that out of everyone in the Akatsuki, that you are the most sincere about wanting peace to be brought to the world. As such, I felt that it was necessary to inform you of what you were getting into." Orochimaru replied as Konan then severed the connection

"I did not expect you to inform that woman of the 10 tailssss, Orochimaru…If anything, I would have thought that you would have left those foolssss to ruin." Said the White Snake Sage as they slithered past a bound Manda who struggled to free himself from the Sannin's chakra chains

"It was the best move to make, to hamper their plans. After all, why would I allow them to actively go about bringing the apocalypse; when I am working towards my own plans for a better tomorrow?" Orochimaru replied not seeing the logic in letting the Akatsuki continue with something that was in direct conflict to their plans

"I will concur with you, in that regard. That beassst musssst not be allowed to be reborn. The carnage it created in its wake was unfathomable. Itssss mere existence, is an affront to nature itsssself." The White Snake Sage said back in agreement knowing that such an abomination shouldn't be allowed to live

"Ssstill, once the Akatsssuki, have been eliminated. What will you do gong forward?" The White Snake Sage further questioned

"Simple. Continue with my plans to improve everyone within my reach as a whole, and sunder Jiraiya's standing in Fire Country. That man must be brought low for his arrogance, and pettiness; that could have brought the peace he blathered about; with the toads." Orochimaru answered back

'At least, with my method. While it would have taken longer to make happen, it wouldn't have required using children to hold the world hostage to faulty ideals…That fool wouldn't know a long-term solution, if it bit him in the face.' Orochimaru said to themselves cursing their fellow Sannin for their betrayal

"Very well, at leassst your resssolve remainsss unssshaken. However, what will you do with Manda who lies beneath you?" The White Snake Sage responded their amber eyes looking down on the royal violet scaled serpent

"I feel that it is prudent that I rid us of Manda's presence. With all due respect, his constant need for sacrifices and blatant disrespect for me as his summoner; had made him an unwieldy and unreliable boss summon. Therefore, he must be disposed of." Orochimaru said and with a subsequent snap of their fingers used Shinra Tensei to cause Manda's skull to implode like an overripened melon

"Besides, great Sage. We have many others within the mountain that will make a far better summon than him. Even you must admit that he is, or rather was a nuisance." Orochimaru added as they floated to the ground amidst the remains of their once former summon

"And what will you do with Manda's corpssse?" The White Snake Sage questioned as Orochimaru used a Shadow Clone to seal up Manda's remains for later

"I will have it repurposed into something greater. After all, there is much to be done, and luckily I have an abundance of time to do so." Orochimaru said before having their clone return to Oto to use the remains for one of their experiments

"That being said, would you be so kind as to allow me the continuing of my Sage training?...Time is still of the essence, and I would be delighted to complete this in a timely manner." Orochimaru questioned

"Of course. You are our most powerful summoner to date, and it would be a waste to not realize your full potential as it standssss…Head to the southwest, and meet with one of my children; they will aid you in the continuing of your training." The White Snake Sage instructed

"As you wish, Great Snake Sage." Orochimaru replied before using the Deva Path to take flight

'Soon enough, I will master your precious Senjutsu, Jiraiya. Then not even Minato, or those twin worms you have put so much stock in; will be able to stop me.' Orochimaru remarked to themselves as they continued to fly through the mountains' vast expanse

So with Naruto having encountered and battled against Takigaure's own Lucky #7 in a fearsome exhibition match that showcased his overwhelming might, and asserted him as one of the strongest within Konoha; we also see Orochimaru not only begin their Senjutsu training, but also plant seeds of doubt and mistrust within Konan regarding Pein's plans…So how will all of these things collide in the future as forces on both sides grow more powerful? Alright, that takes care of that, as I hope you enjoyed this chapter and everything in it; because oh boy was this one meaty-ass chapter to write, but nonetheless fun all the same to do; given how this changes up a lot of things for Naruto when you get down to it. Now then onto some of the reviews from the last chapter.

Kourtney Uzu Yato: Yeah, as you gotta remember that everyone is looking out for him considering that he basically got done with a 2-week long manhunt and as such is having to readjust his sleep schedule so he isn't a hot mess...Now the only thing is to get him to clean up, and not look like a feral hobo. Not to mention that Sai is gonna pop off on them during the Wave Arc, since there's only so much he can deal with before he's gonna lose his got-damn mind. And what makes it worse for Itachi and the ANBU sent after Naruto once the date was over, was that Naruto knocked all of them out in under a minute and a half on top of holding back immensely if the fight between Fu and Naruto is any indicator. And that's another thing in that Minato knows where his boundaries lie with Naruto in terms of being his Hokage and as such is fine with their relationship starting over from there, where as Kushina doesn't have that luxury and is just grasping at anything at this point.

Skull Flame: He did fight Roshi to that point, but unfortunately I didn't get the chance to show it given how its one of the things that I unfortunately had to cut in the final draft, due to the fact that its inclusion would've forced me to split the chapter into a 2-parter from the sheer length. But that being said there will be a moment for which the fight proper will be recounted in its entirety. Also, trust me he's in it deep with not just them, but the Fire Daimyo as well who may or may not throw Jiraiya in the Blood Prison for his actions on the crime of high treason and other crimes against Fire Country when that comes around. Plus after the Wave Arc, is when I have things between Sasuke and Azula begin to get some more traction going seeing as how once Wave is done I can focus more on them.

starravenwolf: I catch your drift man, and that's why to follow through on this on top of feeling hollow about it; he now has to deal with the fact that with that door closed concerning how he feels with his parents. He now has to deal with all of the anger and hate he's let fester in concerns to his siblings and Jiraiya for so long seeing as how unlike with Minato and Kushina, that is a wound that is being constantly kept raw by their antics and as such a lot harder to deal with going forward. Also, who's to say he never stopped being in contact with Ozai considering that with how spiteful Naruto is in regards to Jiraiya; it wouldn't make sense for him to stop feeding Ozai all the silver bullets needed to really screw Jiraiya over once the Fire Daimyo makes his visit to Konoha

Darth Diabolos: Glad you like Orochimaru and their position on things, given that they are really someone who has not only more humanity than what you'd think but also she is someone who is gonna definitely take advantage of the Toad's being in their predicament once the Chunin Exams hits. And suffice it to say that the way I'm going for it is that the Distortion World's effects on the Toad's from how Giratina basically blighted Mt. Myoboku is that there gonna go through Resident Evil/Dead Space levels of mutations, as a fair warning. At best what Hanabi is gonna have done is probably gone put Hinata in a wheelchair, after its all said and done, and that's if Toshiro being the raging psycho he is doesn't end up in a jail cell or worse beforehand.

UnsanMusho: Glad you liked how everything went down, and too be honest it was never really gonna be a shouting match the more i wrote it out. Since it felt like if I did that and make everyone start yelling at each other like that, and especially had Naruto do so even though he has more than enough right to do so; that it would've made it all feel disingenuous and not really feel like Naruto at the end of the day with how he's felt about it so far. And so it was more or less just Naruto airing out all of what he had to say, and just keeping it 100 on all of those feelings he's had since. Plus with Jiraiya, it will be after the Wave Arc before the Fire Daimyo comes down on him since he still has to answer for nearly 20 years of kept secrets.

Guest: The thing is that Jiraiya wanted to make sure that there was no oversight on his plans regarding the Prophecy. Since if Ozai were to have known about it, then it would mean Jiraiya couldn't have done or gotten away with as much as he wanted too without Ozai knowing. Hence why he didn't tell the guy.
