Alright, chapter 4. Sorry for the slow update on my end, I was hoping to get this out a few days ago but I lost track of time. I'll try to have the next chapter up next week. Like always I hope you enjoy the chapter and I DO NOT own Pokemon or RWBY.

A strange sensation coursed within him, a soft groan escaping from his mouth as Jaune suddenly felt off somehow, the feeling something amiss was enough to stir him from his sleep as his body shuffled in his small bed-like futon. However, as he did, he noticed something strange, his attempts at grabbing the covers were met with only grasping for air. The pillow that was once underneath his head was missing as well. Blue eyes opened as a result to the oddities, the blond knight met with nothing but unending darkness.

Quickly scrambling to his feet, his body devoid of any signs of exhaustion and mind well-awake, Jaune scanned his surroundings, instantly reaching for where he assumed Crocea Mors would've been on nothing but instinct. Once more he grasped at nothing but air, no doubt it wasn't on him at the moment, but despite his weapon not being on him, the clothes he was currently wearing he could easily remember discarding and placing in the wardrobe of his rented room.

Something wasn't right, something strange was happening, an understatement if there was ever one. After his experiences in not only Remnant but also the Ever After, Jaune could proudly say that he developed an instinctual sense of caution. Such senses were on full alarm as his gaze scanned the void he was in.

It seemed endless, no signs of walls around him, not thoughts of there being a ceiling above him, and in a second of looking down, he noticed no floor under him, which was all the strange since it was clear he was standing on something. Jaune rose a foot and slammed it into the "Ground" to test his theory. Much like it would solid ground, he felt something holding him up, an unwelcoming memory coming to mind as he recalled a similar circumstance. Back in Atlas, when Team RWBY made the crossroads using the Relic of Creation. It was a similar feeling, a similar situation.

A very similar feeling of unsettling began to replace his cautious demeanor.

Looking around the darkness with suspicion, he was curious on how he could even see as well as he could. He took a step, and then another, testing the apparent ground under and before him, his mind thinking of possible solutions to yet another problem at hand, but coming up with no solutions that made any sense.

Or perhaps those were wishful solutions that didn't make sense. Was this a dream, did he die? 'What the heck is happening?' he pondered, the surreal world around him doing little to help calm his nerves. Wherever he was, however, he got there, he questioned how he was supposed to get back. This wasn't like a Punderstorm, was it? Did he have to simply wait it out?

Before he could question it any further, he was caught off guard by a new sensation, one on the back of his right hand, a faint light glowing from it in the same strange symbol he noticed upon arriving in Hisui the day prior. A strange warmth beginning to flood him, his aura resonating with the strange symbol that defied the natural darkness in contrasting distain.

Holding up his hand, he noticed his golden aura amplifying it, his semblance in full swing and not under his control. Was this symbol the cause of whatever this was? It was that ring that brought him and Juniper to that new world of Hisui, so what did this symbol, a symbol that shared the same design as that ring mean for him. Clenching his hand a few times, he tried to calm his aura, turn off his semblance, only for it to continue pouring out and into the symbol that seemed much more prominent than ever.

And then, to Jaune's sudden shock and surprise, the symbol's radiant light suddenly died down, leaving him alone in the dark void once again. Despite the dimming of the light however, Jaune could feel the symbol, still etched into his hand and a frown on his face remaining throughout it all. Jaune tried to activate it, out of curiosity, only for the strange glow to remain docile, the once brimming light of the strange symbol seemed to refuse, even with his semblance trying to push it through.

To his dismay, it seemed like the symbol was just as stubborn as he was in a way, as well as defiant he supposed. Then again, it wasn't like he even knew what this thing even was, or how he got it. Perhaps it was best to not experiment with it, not until he found a way out of wherever it was, he was in. As he turned around, he suddenly noticed something. Down before his feet looked like strange markings of some sort, it was hard to tell what they were, his gaze following them with both intrigue and further suspicion.

The symbol on the ground was nothing like the one on his hand, and yet he could tell that they held a similar power to one another. The pattern on the ground resembling more of triangles in circles with patterns at the points that matched one that was in the center, a faint glow of white light forming the lines that bled into the would-be darkness. A new sensation, one of curiosity, began to fill the blond knight as he walked towards the center.

His pace slow, his arms hanging at the sides, a feeling of comfort flooding into him the closer he got to the center of whatever this was supposed to be. Standing in the middle, he frowned, yet he could tell that he was supposed to stand in the center. He couldn't explain why, he couldn't think as to why.

It was as if his mind was not his own, his body puppeteer by another unseen force. The warmth from earlier felt and the symbol on his hand glowing once again. From the back of his mind, he could hear something he couldn't comprehend. It was a whisper on the winds, something that was more than the silence of the empty world.

For a second, he thought he saw something at the corner of his eye, another light far away from the alter he stood upon. A new light that matched that of his gold-colored aura and the pulsing symbol that summoned the second light. Jaune looked at it, his gaze no longer cautious, but that of a tired and dazed expression, sensational grogginess seeping into him. The mysterious light grew more and more as time went on while untold moments passed. Soon enough, Jaune stared blanky at the light.

A light that took the form of a strange creature.

The creature itself was hard to see past the light that veiled it from view, and yet if Jaune was to describe it, it was something he could not even begin to explain. It was not human; it was not Faunus. Its form was that of an Afteran but behind the light, Jaune couldn't picture it. It's design was not that of a Grimm, an alien-like beauty was the best way to describe it. Still in his daze, Jaune was unresponsive, still held in his trance, the light grew stronger.

Subconsciously, Jaune's aura flared, his body covered in a veil of golden light itself. However, in comparison, it was as if he was but a raindrop facing against an ocean, Jaune's eyes grew heavier as his legs began to give way, the creature before him beginning to fade away as it's own light began to dim.

The whisper returned; it was one of confusion. Then one of questioning, one of pondering, one of acceptance, one of curiosity, one of satisfaction. Jaune couldn't understand the strange whispers right away, but there were some words he could make out before a feeling of him falling into the void was evident.

" Awaken..." the words of the whisper echoed out one last time. "Seek out all Pokémon, your role..." the whispers trailed off before vanishing into the darkness.

'W-what, awaken? My role?' he thought with his final moments of consciousness. 'Seek out, all Pokémon?'

Jaune's world, seconds later, exploded in a powerful white light.

Morning had come quickly enough, Jaune stirring awake as he shuffled slightly under the covers of the small bed he was provided for the night. Beside him was Juniper, who slept just as soundly as he had. Slowly but surely the blond-haired knight let out a small yawn, slowly sitting up while reaching to rub his eyes and face with his hand. Despite his slumber, he held a strange sensation of exhaustion, his mind a little fuzzy, as if he had forgotten something. His role? a strange dream on the cusp of his memory?

Seeking, something seeking?

He couldn't help but frown a bit, trying to remember something he knew he should've remembered.

'Ugh... what was that, that dream?' he pondered, lazily and unfocused as he tried to think about it. Some light, and a role? He couldn't recall any of it and trying to force it just made it harder to think, a headache threatening to form at the attempts to. Looking at his hand, he noticed the faint lines of the symbol carved upon him. It seemed more prevalent than before, and yet as he inspected it, slowly disappearing without a trace. He had hoped that everything yesterday was some sort of dream, an illusion or what have you. Yet, looking at his arm, he knew it wasn't. He was in another world, stranded with Juniper, and no idea what to even do.

Was that strange dream, whatever it was, the reason for him being here? Was that why he was brought here? Before he could however ponder over it anymore, a sudden new voice interrupted his thoughts, a more familiar one, followed by a banging on the front door.

"Jaune, are you up?!" called a girl's voice, Akari's to be more specific. Jaune's gaze turned towards front room while the banging continued. "Did you forget, you were supposed to meet with Captain Cyllene today, hurry up!" she called out as Jaune looked on in silence. That silence however turned to realization, while he let out a small curse and quickly stood to get his clothes. He had forgotten about that meeting and was probably going to be late. With that in mind, he made a scramble to get ready and out the door, with a sleeping Juniper slowly waking up to the world herself.

Meanwhile, both Akari and Rei stood outside the doorway, both of them waiting for the blond knight to get ready with somewhat differing expressions on their faces. While Rei seemed a bit worried, Akari frowned, her arms folded as she grew a tad bit impatient. "Honestly, he should be up by now" she muttered while Rei seemed to look at his fellow corps member with a bit of thought.

"I'm sure he's still getting ready. I'm sure they'll understand" he said while Akari gave him a flat look in response.

"Yeah, no..." she said in a flat tone. "He's just being lazy" she said with a sigh. Honestly, she wasn't sure what to think of the guy in question. When she first heard the rumors of some random person falling from the sky, she had to laugh. It just seemed so absurd, impossible to believe.

Then, she met Jaune Arc, the man who fell from the sky. Even on the way here, there were rumors that the two of them heard, and she didn't blame them, any of them. How would anyone supposed to react any other way? It was so strange that some random stranger just fell onto the beach and was taken in for the night.

It was confusing to put it bluntly. It wasn't like she hated someone she barely even met, but it wasn't like she trusted him either. Looking back at Rei, she had to ask him something. "Do you think it's weird?" she asked curiously, earning a similar confused look from the red cap-wearing boy. "I mean, Jaune. He fell from the sky, out of some time-space portal" she elaborated, making Rei frown.

"I guess" he admitted, finding the entire situation just as strange as she had. "Though, he doesn't seem like that bad of a person" he said, speaking his mind. Honestly, he wasn't too sure on Jaune either, but apparently, he did seem to help the professor, even managing to catch two of the Pokémon the day prior. Looking down at his Poke Ball, he seemed to smile, happy that his new Rowlet was a lot less likely to flee. "You... still don't trust him, do you?" he asked, though deep down-

"No, not really" Akari said bluntly as she turned back towards the door. "I mean, is the captain really going to go along with this?" she asked as Rei frowned. "What if this is some sort of ruse, what if he's some kind of bandit that is just playing the part?" she asked her friend, who frowned.

"I doubt he's playing some kind of part" Rei said bluntly as Akari shook her head. She was about to knock on the door a second time before she heard something approaching them from within. A few seconds later, the doorway opened with Jaune appearing before him, his sword resting at the waist with Juniper running out from beside him before he shut the door behind him.

"Sorry about that" he apologized quickly enough, a little out of breath, clearly just having woken up not too long ago. "I kind of overslept, uh... what time is it?" he asked a little worried as Akari frowned at him, crossing her arms once more as she gave him a deadpanned gaze with Rei smiling behind him.

"It's not too late" Rei reassured the blond knight. "Captain Cyllene kind of expected this, so she said she wouldn't hold it against you. She just sent us to wake you up and remind you about the meeting with Commander Kamado" Rei explained, gaining a more relaxed look from Jaune.

"You're lucky Captain Cyllene didn't come get you herself. Trust me when I say that it doesn't end very well" she said with a small smile forming on her face. "Anyways, I guess we can get going then" she said as she began to make her way towards the Galaxy Hall, their meeting spot as Rei followed her. Taking this as his que to follow, Jaune turned to look at Juniper, the foxlike Pokémon yipping with excitement as Jaune began to make his own way towards the building. It wasn't like he didn't know where it was Afterall. It was right next to the small room he was sleeping in.

"You're late" came the stern voice of Captain Cyllene as she gave him a similarly stern look, her office desk filled with several documents that laid in piles to be sorted and compiled into what Jaune probably expected to be the Pokedex. "Though I will not hold it against you" she said, hands clasped and resting on the desk. In contrast to the stern expression was Professor Laventon, who seemed to smile towards him.

"Good morning, Jaune. I hope you had a good night" he said as Jaune smiled at the man, giving him a small nod, though a little nervous about the meeting at hand. "I say, you look a tad bit spooked there. Though I wouldn't blame you. All things considering, the commander wanting to meet with you might seem a little worrying" the professor said. Cyllene interrupted.

"The commander wished to meet with you as soon as you could. I apologize for the sudden haste, but between the recent disappearances of our subordinates and rumors of certain events, I can assume he is under a lot of stress. I suspect he merely wants to know about your plight and not delay this matter" she said rather bluntly, causing Jaune to nod at that.

"I... wouldn't really blame him" Jaune said honestly but frowned at the words of "disappearances" and "events." Thinking about it, he recalled Professor Laventon mentioning something like that the night before, how people had been vanishing all over the region. A thought coursed through him, wondering just what was happening to them. "So... when should we meet him?" Jaune asked, wanting the change the subject, but not wanting to sound rude.

"He is expecting you in his office on the third floor as we speak. However, I would like you to leave your weapon with us when you do" Cyllene said and in a tone that was not at all a request. Jaune frowned a bit at that but Laventon explained it better to him.

"The Commander... he believes that meeting without arms is a form of proper respect. I'm sure it would be alright for a few minutes. I can hold onto it for you, if you wish" he said with a smile, earning a frown from Jaune. A more cynical side came to mind, the thought of them wanting him to be unarmed to hold some sort of advantage over him, but Laventon was right, he needed to be respectful, especially when they were helping him at the moment.

"...Alright" he said with a bit of hesitance in his tones, making Cyllene frown a little. Seeing Jaune take Crocea Mors off of his belt, he handed it gently to the professor. "It's really important to me, so please be careful" he said, the professor taking the sheathe gently in his hands with the smile on his face never leaving.

"Of course," he assured the knight, who turned to head up the nearby stairs. Juniper following beside him as they made their way to meet the commander of the Galaxy Expedition Team. As he did, he didn't see the looks the other four gave the weapon he lent them. Laventon inspecting it with a curious gaze. It weighed quite a bit, the metal aged and rusted. "I must say though, I'm shocked Jaune had a weapon like this on him at all" he commented.

"Indeed" Cyllene said in a hushed tone, looking at the weapon the blond-haired knight had on him. "Looking at it, I doubt it would do much against even the weakest of Pokémon" she stated, seeing it's condition with a frown still on her normally stoic face. Though he did say it was important to him, perhaps an heirloom of some sort? As they looked at the sword, Akari and Rei both frowned at it.

"Why would he even carry around such a thing?" Akari frowned, looking at it with a frown, Laventon curiously pulling the blade out of the sheath. To his and everyone's shock however, the sword itself was in even worse condition than the sheath had been. It was clearly broken, shattered and possibly unusable. Jaune had said he used it to defend himself, and they had to wonder what he used it for. The blade was just as rusted as it's resting place.

Placing it back inside the sheath, Laventon frowned, recalling the story of how Juniper and those of the Papera People had saved his life after his group went seperate ways, more questions regarding the blond swordsman came to mind. For now though, they would have to wait to see how his meeting went with the commander.

As they waited however, Jaune made his way up to the third floor, unsure what to expect as he did so. Juniper yipped beside him, trying to encourage him as she trailed along with the blond-haired knight. Making his way up the final flight, he was greeted with an open office, and a man sitting at his desk with a stern expression that could rival that of Cyllene's.

"Hmm, so... you are the one who fell from the sky then?" he asked aloud, his gaze staring at him, studying him, with hands folded and resting on his desk as Jaune knew he was being sized up by the older man, who seemed to be wary of him.

"Uh... yes sir" Jaune said, a little nervous but hiding it behind a small facade, his composure held with a respectful tone. "I'm... uh, sorry for the inconvenience?" he asked, not sure what to say to the commander of the village. The man nodded, unfolding his hands and standing up from his desk.

"It is of no concern, young man" he said, his voice reminding him of Professor Port's tones mixed with Ozpin's way of words. "I have been told about your... situation at hand. If you wouldn't mind answering a few questions for me" he said, though Jaune knew it was more of a demand. Still, he couldn't blame him.

"Of course," he said, still being respectful as he eyed the man in question. The man, Kamado, really did remind him of Professor Port. His face covered with a dark grey mustache with matching grey eyes, a black kimono with a coat on his shoulders. Despite his stern expression, he seemed like a level-headed man.

"But before that, face me in battle!" he declared, much like what Professor Port would've done. "Come, let us see your medal" he declared, with his arms raised and parted, challenging the knight who openly stared.

"I... uh, what?" Jaune said with bewilderment, taken aback at the sudden turn this had taken.

"Do not hesitate, show me what you got!" Kamado declared again, refusing to take no for an answer. Jaune wasn't sure what to expect at that, but after a second of hesitation, he decided to act. Playing along, he decided to run at the man, already knowing he was being baited. Still, he was sure he would be fine, his aura would take the hit.

Making his way to the man, he tried to tackle him, only to be grabbed by the man and thrown to the ground. He took no real damage, but the throw was on point, memories of sparing with others like Pyrrha and Team RWBY and Team FNKI came to mind as he found himself on his back. In hindsight, he should've expected that. Hell he did expect that. The man however laughed.

"Hahaha~" he said, his face still rather stoic for someone who seemed amused with throwing him into the corner of the room. "Apologies, I wanted to see how you would react. I wasn't sure whether or not you would actually strike" he said, sounding just as amused as Jaune thought he was.

"...Ugh, nice throw?" he said, standing up with a frown. "Was that really necessary?" he asked with his arms crossed. Kamado however said nothing, studying him for a second.

"It was for a reason, young man" he said as he sat back down. "I was curious to see something, and you seem to confirm it for me" he finished, sitting down at a nearby table and on one of several chairs lined up around it. "I hope you can forgive me for that little test of mine. I think we should get down to business, Jaune was it?" he asked. Jaune said nothing at that but nodded.

"I guess so, sir" he said, trying to remain respectful. The commander nodded and began the questions he had. And Jaune could tell that there were many questions to be hand.

"First of all then," the man began, his gaze looking at the blonde with a glint in his eyes, "Just who, or what are you?" he began, Jaune blinking at the question before leaning against the nearby wall.

"I'm a human" he said with a small smile. "My name is Jaune Arc, a... technically I was a traveler" he began as Kamado quirked an eyebrow.

"Was a traveler?" he asked, suspicion in his tones while Jaune nodded.

"I'm sure I'll be traveling again, just to figure out just where I landed" he said, Kamado nodding.

"Indeed" he said, continuing the not-so-subtle interrogation. "And what exactly do you wish to accomplish amongst your travels?" he asked, Jaune unsure himself.

"I'm not sure" he admitted. "I guess look for a way back, if that's even possible" he muttered, a bit bitterly which caused Kamado to seem interested.

"I see" he said, nodding his head. This young man fell from the sky, so far it seemed to go a little different than how he would have initially expected. When he heard the rumors of him falling from the sky, he initially blew it off. It wasn't until Laventon and Cyllene came to him did he realize those rumors were true.

Laventon said he was a traveler, an armed traveler and the way he held himself proved to show he was more than he expected. He would've thought he would be worried, concerned, afraid even. Yet this young man held a bit more maturity than other young men.

He claimed to be a traveler and traveling held experience. He could tell he was also well in body, his throw proving that. He might not have thrown him too hard, but he would admit he did toss him with a decent amount of force behind it. And once again, the young man proved to be more, not even flinching, even hesitating to come at him. He had to ask himself, was he aware he was being baited, or was he just caught off guard?

"Then I take it you will be traveling Hisui then" he said, not asked, having a good-enough idea on what the answer was. Jaune nodded, his arms crossed now.

"I doubt I'll find much just staying in one place" he said with a frown, closing his eyes and taking a sigh to calm down. "Plus, I rather not overstay my welcome" he said, surprising the commander with a similar response. His eyes narrowed, curious, if not wary of the young man before him.

"You seem worried about that" Kamado commented, Jaune's frowned remained.

"I... I just don't know" he said, confusing the commander. "I made a promise to my friends, and I can't afford to keep them waiting" he said again, looking away from Kamado. He did promise his friends, or at the very least promised himself to his friends. Ruby, Weiss, Blake, Yang. Team RWBY fell before him, and he traveled back in time, stranded in the Ever After. He had to be there for them when they fell as well, no matter how long that took. 'I need to get back, back to the Ever After... and then find a way to Remnant' he thought.

"A promise?" Kamado asked as Jaune simply nodded. "I see" he said again, thinking on the blonde's words. A promise to his friends, how interesting. "Would you mind if I ask what this promise is?" he asked as Jaune looked at him once again.

"...I promised to be there for them" he said, a pained look in his eyes that caught the other man off guard. "And I can't keep them waiting for me" he said, knowing he had to do something, anything to help them. As much as he hated to say it, traveling in time, stuck over a decade into the Ever After's past, it had it's upsides he supposed.

He just needed to figure it out, find a way back to Remnant. He had to, he had to find a way back.

"...I am sorry" Kamado said with a frown of his own, a sigh escaping his lips as he closed his eyes. "I know what it's like, to be there for your comrades" he said with a similarly pained look in his eyes. His gaze turned towards the door, a door that Jaune had closed, possibly to keep the conversation private. "In a way, you are in a similar situation as we were" he said as Jaune looked interested.

"How so?" he asked as Kamado explained.

"Two years ago, we came to this land from our home region, a disaster destroyed our homes, and many good friends were lost" he revealed, earning a shocked look from Jaune, a look that morphed into one of sadness and then understanding. "Those of us that survived the destruction came to this village to have a new start, a new life. That is why, for the last two years, we have been slowly building this small village, forming the Galaxy Expedition Team to protect and maintain the peace of those who will come to live here."

His gaze soften somewhat, his thoughts turning to his village and his team as he mentioned them. Jaune couldn't help but smile, agreeing with the man, his thoughts turned to those of Atlas, Mantal and Vale, those who lost their own homes after Salem and her forces attacked them. Did they manage to make it to Vacuo, were Nora and Ren with them in Vacuo?

He could only hope so, closing his eyes as he did whilst Kamado continued. "Regarding our current situation now" he began, earning Jaune's attention, his voice clear and eyes returning to their normal stoic state, "While I know that you have fallen from the rift in the sky, I do not know where you come from. You say you're a traveler, how exactly did you fall to begin with?" he asked, Jaune frowning once again as he recalled that night, by this point, one could say that Jaune wore that frown more than he or any other person should. Still, he couldn't help but pinch the bridge of his nose.

"I was at my campsite one moment, trying to get some sleep" he said, needing to take another breath that he released as a sigh, "And, when I woke up the next morning, I found myself laying on the beach with Juniper right beside me" he explained, earning a confusing look from the commander.

"Juniper?" he asked, only for a small yip to answer him. Both Jaune and Kamado turned to see the silver and white furred foxlike Pokémon, the small creature yipping happily as she made her way towards Jaune, Kamado looking at the former jackalope in curiosity. "...I see, Professor Laventon did mention you were traveling with a strange-looking Eevee."

"Ev" was Juniper's annoyed retort, apparently taking some sense of annoyance at being called "Strange Looking." Jaune just gave a small chuckle, snatching her up in his arms which caught her off guard.

"Yeah, I take it most Eevee aren't supposed to look like this?" he asked, using the name of what Juniper became for better clarification. Kamado nodded.

"Indeed, though it seems that one seems rather close to you?" he said as Jaune nodded, Juniper yipping once again. "It is remarkable, how Pokémon and humans can co-exist. However, not all Pokémon are as kind to us humans. They are dangerous creatures that can cause all sorts of destruction" he said, earning another annoyed look from the small fox in Jaune's arms.

"I'll keep that one in mind" he said, having recalled what Professor Laventon had said. "The professor mentioned creating a Pokedex to learn more about them" he said, Kamado nodding.

"Indeed, the Pokedex is a project I entrusted both Laventon and Cyllene. Though as of late, progress on it's completion has been becoming harder" he said with a frown. "Which brings me to my point" he continued as he looked at the younger man in question. "I take it you will be leaving to find a way to return from wence you came as soon as you can?" he asked as Jaune nodded.

"Yeah, I wouldn't want to take advantage of your hospitality" he said with a small smile. "Thank-you for putting me up for the night, sir" Jaune thanked as Kamado nodded.

"You had helped Laventon catch some runaway Pokémon, that alone would warrant enough for a night's rest, especially when it appears you had nowhere to go. However, I must ask you this" he began. "Where do intend to go. Do you expect to travel the Hisui Region alone, with no place to go until you find a way home that could take weeks, years even?" he asked very bluntly as Jaune shrugged.

"I'm sure I can handle it" he said with a small smile. "I can always rest at another village if I need to" he said, trying to reassure the older man, to which he earned himself a disappointed sigh.

"That may be true, if there were any other villages in Hisui" he responded, earning a shocked look from the rusted knight. "As far as I am aware, Jubilife Village is the only known settlement outside of the two clans. While I am sure they would offer aid, I cannot guarantee it, nor would I recommend pushing your luck with them" he stated, leaving Jaune to stare in disbelief.

That couldn't be right, could it. Was Jubilife Village the only settlement in Hisui? No, he mentioned something about the clans, he recalled Laventon mention them a few times as well. He didn't know much, other than the fact that they seemed to hate one another for some reason.

"...I see" he said, letting Juniper go as she landed on the floor, turning towards him with some concern in her eyes. "Well, I guess we'll have to do a lot camping then" Jaune said to himself, thinking about his basics. Sure he could make do by sleeping under the stars, make a few campfires and hopefully not start anything with any of the clans, whoever or wherever they were supposed to be. Kamado however spoke up again.

"Tell me, Jaune" he said, looking at him dead in the eyes. "How would you like to join the Galaxy Expedition Team?" he asked, offering a position to the young man before him.

And with that, another short chapter done. I'll try to write longer chapters when we get further into the story. For now, I hope you have a great day.
