Summary
: Kira's old friend came to Reefside, and things get…wrinkly.

It's a slow day for the Rangers.

Like, a very slow day.

Lucy knew that the second she entered the cafe, she saw nearly a quarter of the restaurant full. Stopping momentarily near the front doors, she contemplated returning to the Academy for paperwork when someone stopped her. "Lucy!" Conner called, earning her attention. He waved her over to where he, Ethan, and Dr. Oliver were stationed.

The ninja approached them, smiling at the three while pulling a chair from an empty table between Ethan and Conner. She glanced over her shoulder, spotting Kira on stage, singing a new song she had written days before. The Silver Ranger turned, intending to watch her friend perform, but she caught the frantic look on the Yellow Ranger's features.

Finally, after glancing around for a moment, Lucy realized the problem. Only a few people were listening, too wrapped up in their little worlds. No one paid attention except for the Rangers at the table. After she finished, the singer made her way to her friends, plopping down in the chair dragged over between Ethan and Lucy.

"That was awesome," Conner complimented. He leaned back in his chair, and his legs stretched out. "Was that something new?"

"Yeah," Kira nodded, tucking her guitar next to her. "I'm still working on the hook, but I think there's something there."

"It'll come." Lucy laughed, earning a chuckle from Kira.

"I'm telling you. If this superhero gig didn't work out, you have a musical career to fall back on," Ethan stated, still typing away on his computer.

"It's hard to have a musical career when you can't even get anyone to listen to you play," Kira poked, rolling her eyes and leaning on the table.

Lucy grabbed her hand, squeezing it and shrugging. "You'll be big. Takes time."

"How are you always optimistic about things?" Kira asked.

Lucy trapped her bottom lip between her teeth for a moment. "I'm not." She answered, smiling. "Everyone needs a little encouragement now and then."

Trent bent between Lucy and Kira, shoving the Lunar Guardian toward Conner. He missed Lucy's slightly offended look, which made Dr. Oliver and Conner laugh before she readjusted her chair to accommodate him. "Well, I was listening. I think you rock,"

Kira glanced at the sketchbook in Trent's hand. "What were you working on?"

"No, no, no, not till it's done." Trent flipped it over, ensuring no one else saw his sketches. He smiled a second later, disappearing to, no doubt, finish the drawing.

"No one appreciates good music anymore," Dr. Oliver spoke up from where he stood next to Hayley, who joined them at the table. "All you hear on the radio is that pop garbage,"

"Yeah, like, what's her name?" Hayley added, shaking her head. "Kylie Styles?"

"Hey, Kylie Styles has some good music, Dr. O," Conner butted in.

Ethan snorted, glancing up. "Translation: He thinks she's fine,"

"No, I don't." Conner turned to see a raised eyebrow from Lucy. "Okay, yeah, I do. But that has nothing to do with it,"

"Sure." Lucy drew out, patting his knee. "Whatever helps you sleep at night, boyo."

"You know, she used to be an outstanding songwriter," Kira pointed out. "She was charming too. Now she's all about image,"

"You sound like you know her," Lucy told her, leaning back in her chair to see her teammates.

"I did. We were friends. Used to be, anyways." The Yellow Ranger corrected herself. She caught the look Conner and Ethan were exchanging. "What? It's true. We were in a band together, then she got discovered by this agent. Now, she's this huge pop diva."

Conner chuckled. "Come on. You don't expect us to believe that, do you?"

"Believe what you want." Kira fought back. "It's true."

"No matter what these two think, I believe you, Kira." Dr. Oliver stated, pointing to Ethan and Conner.

Ethan hummed from his seat. "Well, here's your chance to prove it. According to her fan site, she will be in town to promote her new CD."

"Oh, we were so there." Conner turned to Kira. "And since you were such good buddies, you can hook me up."

Lucy kicked his shin, shooting him a look. Conner returned the gaze, rolling his eyes. "You could be nicer about it, you know." She glanced at Dr. Oliver, looking at the man who had just walked into the cafe. "Earth to Dr. O."

"Who's that guy?" Kira asked, squinting at the two.

Lucy leaned over towards Conner, dodging Hayley to see the man. "Looks sort of like Anton Mercer. But he's dead, so I don't know." Her phone buzzed in her pocket. Pulling it out quickly, the Guardian read through the message she received from her sister, frowning.

C: It is Mom's birthday this weekend. Dad took the students to the Thunder and Wind Academies for us. So it's just the four of us this weekend. Let me know what time you're coming home.

The Red Ranger bopped Lucy's knee with the back of his hand. "You coming?"

"Hm?" The Silver Ranger hummed, returning to the conversation, lifting a leg to settle over Conner's outstretched ones. She plopped her phone on the table. "Where?"

"To meet Kylie."

The brunette glanced at the genius. "Ethan, where is it?"

The Blue Ranger's eyes didn't leave his screen as he searched for the answer the Guardian sought. "The mall."

Lucy lifted her leg from Conner's, moving to stand. "I'll pass on meeting her." She picked her keys up, letting the crimson and gold keychain clink around while she climbed out of her chair. "I'll see you guys around." She moved through the sparse crowd of people out to her car.

She spent hours wandering, trying, and failing to figure out something for her mom for her birthday. Finally, after numerous failed attempts to find something, the Guardian gave up. Her feet took her to the sounds of screaming at a slow walking pace. An automatic reaction. But, she found something completely different from the image in her head. Instead of a rouge monster and tyrannodrones, she found screaming girls and guys. Each body tried to shove closer to the bright pink table.

Moving to the escalator, she passed by a blonde in a bright blue top and a mini skirt. Turning back to the ground floor, she found Conner and Kira, the former hitting his hand against the CD cover in his hands. "Look, if you're mad about me not believing you knew Kylie, I'm sorry." He told her. "But, come on, I mean, she's so…, and you're so…."

"What?" The Yellow Ranger demanded instantly, huffing. "I'm what? You know what? Forget it; maybe you're right. Maybe I don't know Kylie after all." Kira admitted. She found Lucy stepping off the escalator. "Hey, I thought you weren't coming."

"I wasn't." She answered. "I was shopping for my mom for her birthday. The mall, coincidentally, is the last place I'm looking." She scowled. "Finding something for your mother shouldn't be hard."

"What's your mom like?" Kira asked.

"Like Crystal and I wrapped up in one person," Lucy answered, raking a hand through her hair. "Except she's the former Master of the Eclipse Academy and has been married for nearly 30 years, so everything that she has ever needed, my dad has gotten her." She groaned. "Anyways, everything okay? I heard Kira snapping."

Kira rolled her eyes. "Conner opened his big mouth."

Lucy turned to see Conner grinding his jaw. She might not know him well enough, but the clenched jaw and tense features told her that Kira's comment got to him. Lucy gently pushed Kira back, motioning to the bench across from them. "Take a second." She murmured. The Yellow Ranger nodded, standing between the Guardian and the bench. Lucy turned to Conner. "You're gonna break your teeth."

Conner turned his gaze from the pod of people to Lucy, finding her eyes on him. In the natural light of the mall, Conner found that Lucy's eyes were more hazel than brown. Flecks of green and blue swirled around while a dark silvery blue color ringed her irises. "Conner," She said softly. "Relax your jaw, dude. You're gonna break your teeth." She watched him relax, his jaw unclenching at her words. She turned back to Kira. "Okay…so I think we should get out of here before someone…."

A shrilling scream interrupted the brunette. The three Rangers' heads snapped to the second floor, where the cry had come from. Lucy took off, Conner and Kira dashing after her as they ascended the escalator stairs. The ninja skidded to a stop once they exited the doors leading to the parking garage, seeing a donkey-looking monster and Tyrannodrones against Kylie and her security team. Unfortunately, the security team wasn't doing so well.

"Get away from me, you freak!" Kylie screamed, backing away from the Tyrannodrones that surrounded her. "Don't you know who I am?" She shrieked at the monster that faced her.

"Of course I do." The monster's pitchy voice shrilled. "I am a big fan." The donkey threw his arms to the side.

"Come on!" Conner called, running into battle with the two girls behind him. He roundhouse-kicked one back. Landing his foot, The Red Ranger dodged a swing and blocked the second one. He hit him right in the gut. He kicked one, turned around, and kicked another one. Conner stopped a swing. He used the Tyrannodrones as a shield and then sent one flying back.

Lucy sprung into her pod, grabbing one by the shoulders and throwing him clear across the garage. She swept the floor, knocking a few to the ground. She dodged a punch, sending one back. She bent under a kick and administered a kick herself. A hand hit her shoulders. She reached behind her, using all her strength to throw the Tyrannodrone at rest around her.

Kira blocked a swing and kick. She avoided a kick and then kicked one back. She high-kicked one. She punches, locking arms with a Tyrannodrone. She flipped around, landing back on her feet. The Yellow Ranger threw that one into a concrete beam. One jumped her from behind. She manages to get loose. The scream from Kylie had her moving to defend her former friend.

"Kira!" Kylie yelled. "What were you doing?"

"Ask later. Run now." Kira ordered her. She dove right back into the fight, finishing off her pod.

None of the Rangers missed the big show. The three turned their attention to the donkey monster when they saw it. Pointing his hooves at the pop startle, the donkey fired bright blue lasers at her. Kylie screamed, her hair whipping around and her clothes flapping. A red beam fired back at the donkey, which absorbed with his hoof-blasters.

In a flash, Kylie transformed. Her bright blonde hair turned a duller grey shade, like she had put too much powder on her hair and didn't rub it in, and her face had more wrinkles. She stopped briefly, then pulled a mirror out of her purse. She held it up, gasping at the sight. Shoving her hair back, Kylie couldn't believe what had happened. "My face…oh, my beautiful face." She whined, dropping the mirror.

Conner turned to Lucy. The ninja hauled a security guard up to his feet. "You were saying?"

"What? Oh, I was saying we should get out of here before someone gets attacked by an aging donkey." Lucy fired back, smiling at him while folding her arms across her chest. "Before we were interrupted."

"That's eerily specific."

"I'm a magician. It's what I do." Lucy moved to Kylie, seeing her getting consoled by Kira. "Maybe we should get out of here. Somewhere…safe?"

"Right." Kira nodded.

Lucy and Conner arrived right when Crystal did at the Lab. The two sisters tapped their forearms, moving behind the Red Ranger to the beeping computer. Dr. Oliver joined them. Ethan, already stationed at the computer, brought the file up. They watched the donkey begin to suck the life out of people right and left, not caring about the people he collected youth from.

"A donkey that can extrapolate the youth out of people?" Ethan asked. "That was wrong in so many ways."

"Mesogog's probably found a way to youth into energy." Dr. Oliver stated. "We have to figure out a way to fight it. Where's Kira?"

"She's taking Kylie to the Cyber Space," Conner told him. "I think she's having a meltdown over seeing herself all old and shriveled up. Although I gotta admit, it was kinda brutal."

Lucy patted him on the shoulder, making him turn to her. "Remind me to teach you about respecting elders later."

Crystal snorted, leaning on Lucy's shoulder. "Right now, Donkey-nobody needs a lesson in that."

The five turned to morph. Dr. Oliver stood in front. Lucy and Crystal were behind him. Conner took the other side of Lucy while Ethan flanked Crystal. The Lunar Guardian smirked. "Ready, boys?"

"Ready." The three confirmed, glancing at the girls in their mix.

"Let's rock," Crystal smirked.

Dino Thunder, Power Up!

Silver Ranger, Dino Power!

Gold Ranger, Dino Power!

Dino Power!

Guardian of the Sun!

Guardian of the Moon!

The five dived into the battle the second they reached the donkey monster. The boys ran at him first, each swinging at the donkey. He ducked under them, hitting Ethan in the stomach to push him away. He blocked a kick from Dr. O, then a punch. He kicked him back near Ethan.

Ethan tried with another kick. The donkey dodged, blocking another of Dr. Oliver's attacks. He threw a punch, only to receive one back, then finally managed to get the upper hand and send the Black Ranger back. Conner entered the fight, shifting around to try and get a hit in. Instead, the donkey kicked his foot out from him, sending the Red Ranger crashing to the ground.

The donkey turned to the Rangers. "Suckers!"

"Suck on this!" Crystal yelled, her golden streak slashing at the donkey before landing in front of the regrouped and downed Rangers. She had her broadsword in her hand, rising to stand. She placed the blade on her shoulder, setting her hand on her hip, humming for a second. "That sounded worse than it was supposed to."

A silver streak appeared from behind the donkey, slashing at his knees. Lucy slid to stop at her knee in front of her sister; her right leg jutted out. Her broadsword sat parallel to it. Both gold and silver helmets flashed in the sun. "You don't always think it through, do you?"

"Nope," Crystal answered, sliding into a stance. She bent her knees; her broadsword pulled closer to her body and her other arm out to the side. "Ready for a total donkey smackdown?"

Lucy mirrored her stance, smirking under her helmet. "Hell yeah."

At the cafe, Kira sat on one of the red couches at the front with Kylie, who looked a little more wrinkly. Kira couldn't thank her best friend and her teammate enough. While Conner helped her explain the situation to Hayley, Lucy sat with her, comforting her to the best of her ability. The two had then called Lucy over to try and come up with a plan. "You got her so calm," Kira noted Kylie's screaming meltdown about looking older.

Lucy shrugged. "All in the soothing Lunar powers, Kira." She chuckled, glancing at Kylie. "But we need to stop this before it continues to happen. I'm sure so many old folks were milling around that were young a few minutes before."

At that moment, Lucy's morpher had beeped. She glanced at it before turning to Kira and Conner and then to Kylie. Kira nodded to the two of them. "Go; I'll handle Kylie."

"You sure?" Conner asked.

"Sure." Kira nodded again. The two took off before Lucy squeezed her shoulder in reassurance.

"My career is over," Kylie whined from where she sat on an overstuffed chair, drawing Kira's attention to her and not to her thoughts. Since arriving at the cafe, Lucy had found some clothes from the lost and found, piecing together an outfit of grey sweatpants, a matching jacket, and a red t-shirt. A knitted blanket was thrown over her lap that she gripped every once in a while. "This is the worst thing to happen to anyone ever."

Kira clicked her tongue. "Oh, come on, Kylie. I'm sure someone will find a way to reverse this."

Kylie shook her head. "But I was supposed to go on You Request It tonight,"

"Just because you look a little older doesn't mean you still can't sing." Kira shrugged, trying to make the best of the situation for her friend.

Kylie shook her head, scoffing at the mere thought of it. "Yeah, go on national TV looking like this." She motioned to herself. "I must look at least…40." It sounded like a curse that Kylie wasn't willing to understand.

Kira rolled her eyes, grunting at the singer before her. Her morpher beeped seconds later, spurring the Yellow Ranger into action. She glanced around. "I got to go."

"No." Kylie shook her head again.

"Look, Hayley will look after you." Kira leaned over, gripping her hand. "You'll be fine."

"But, I want you to stay." Kylie tried. "You're my friend. You can't leave me like this."

Kira froze.

When Conner looked up from his morpher after trying to get Kira, the sisters had already sent the donkey flying back. He rose, moving to the two with Dr. Oliver and Ethan in tow. "I'm impressed that you two can send him that far," Ethan spoke, hand under his helmet.

Crystal tilted her helmet, no doubt a questioning look gracing her face. Her helmet shined in the sun every once in a while. "We were once former Rangers; you know that, right?"

Lucy leaned on her sister, her silver helmet sparkling. "It's Ethan. He geeks over everything." She explained, then turned to Conner. "Kira coming?"

"I tried, but she didn't answer."

"Probably still dealing with the Kylie meltdown," Crystal commented.

"Hey! I'm over here!" The donkey monster screamed from across the plaza.

Lucy rolled her eyes. "See, that's what I hate the most about the monsters we fight." All the guys turned to her. "They're all needy and whiny." She took off at the monster. She avoided a swing while Crystal went for a punch. The two backed up so that Dr. Oliver could try a swing. Lucy ducked another swing, moving back to avoid the swing Conner administered. Crystal went for a kick, making the monster duck and jump to avoid Lucy's sweeping kick. The Lunar Guardian rolled. Conner got in on the fight. He threw punches and kicks.

"This is Cassidy Cornell reporting," Cassidy spoke up from where she stood close to Conner and the monster. "Exactly when did you know you were evil? Did you feel unloved as a little…whatever you are?"

"You have got to be kidding me?" Crystal barked, catching Conner so he didn't hit the ground. "Now?"

The monster turned to Cassidy and Devin. "Well, Cassidy, being evil has always come naturally to me." He answered, then paused. "Hey! What am I doing? Give me your youth." He called, backing up and drawing in both Devin and Cassidy's youth to turn them into older adults.

Cassidy gasped loudly, nearly screaming when she looked at herself. "Great, not only is it hard being a woman in this profession, but I have to fight ageism too!" She stomped off. Devin trailed her, hobbling, trying to keep up.

Conner and Crystal pushed off the ground, diving back into the fight. Crystal stumbled back after being shoved, steadying herself quickly. "Hang on, Conner!" She vaguely heard Dr. Oliver yell. Ethan and Lucy joined in on the fight.

"Not so fast!" Zeltrax yelled, interrupting Dr. Oliver's run to help Conner with the monster.

"Zeltrax."

"We still have a score to settle, Black Ranger."

Lucy grunted, landing on her knees and turning to see the General facing Dr. Oliver. "Great, the whole circus is here now!" She exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air. "The only thing we need now is a clown car, and we'll be set to tour!"

"The hell are you yelling about?" Crystal yelled from the other side of the monster.

"Catch me if you can!" The monster took off.

Ethan chased after the monster first, having called on his blade. Conner recovered, meeting up with Crystal and Lucy, all three having their blades. "Not without us!" Crystal called, taking off after the monster and the Blue Ranger.

Kira felt miserable. She knew her team needed her, but Kylie kept her at the cafe. "What am I going to do?" Kylie cried for the thousandth time. Kira leaned on her hand, tired of the same questions about her youth. "I can't face my public looking like this." She argued.

"Calm down, Kylie," Kira spoke up, making her turn to the Yellow Ranger. "You're not the only one in trouble, you know. This thing is attacking people all over the city."

"Really?" Kylie barked. "Well, that is not my problem. I'm Kylie Styles."

Kira glanced down at her morpher, then at the cassette tape. She grabbed it and handed it to Kylie. "This is the Kylie I used to know. She was someone who cared about other people, not just herself." Her morpher beeped again. She shook her head. "I gotta go." She climbed from the couch, taking off to meet the team.

Somehow, the monster ran onto a tennis court, turning around in surprise. The four Rangers stopped behind him. "All right, we've got you cornered." Conner pointed out.

The monster's eyes flashed red. "That's what you think." He spread his arms, firing blasts from his nose at the four. Conner and Ethan weren't lucky, getting hit square in the chest, but Crystal and Lucy dove out of the way, both gripping their weapons tightly. They charged.

Crystal went low while Lucy attacked high, trying to take the monster out. He managed to avoid Crystal's sweeping strike but yelled out when Lucy sliced his back with her blade. He whipped around, hitting Lucy in the helmet, sending her crashing before the boys. Crystal held her own for a second, stopping his arm with her blade, but one twist and the monster had her rolling to a stop before her sister. "Ow."

The monster stomped his foot on the ground. "It's over for you, Rangers."

Conner and Ethan helped Crystal and Lucy to their butts, breathing heavily as they did so. Lucy wobbled, leaning back against Conner for a second. "Whoa, that hit was serious." She rubbed the side of her helmet.

"This guy is brutal," Conner noted, holding his blade in front of him and the downed Guardian.

A sonic scream had everyone holding their ears and sending the monster flying back. The beast sat up, snarling. "What's up?"

The Rangers regrouped around Kira, who had just arrived. "My ears," Conner complained, holding his hand to his helmet. He climbed to his feet before hauling Lucy to her feet.

Kira glanced at all four of them. "Sorry, guys, I should have given you a heads up on the ptera-scream."

"You think?" Crystal rubbed her helmet where her ears would be. "That hurt."

The monster pushed himself to his feet. "Excellent. More youth for me."

Kira snorted. "I don't think so."

Dino Thunder, Power Up!

Ptera Power, Yellow Ranger!

"Thundermax sabers!" The primary Rangers called out, brandishing their swords. They all jumped up, slicing down at the monster. He caught them, pushing them up and spinning around to strike them.

The sisters jumped over the downed Rangers, broadswords drawn, charging at the monster. Crystal swung high, and Lucy undercut. Both blades struck but weren't powerful enough to send him back. Instead, he punched both of the Guardians out of the way.

"Think you're up for singles match?" Kira asked, holding a tennis racket and balls in her hands. Her visor flashed yellow.

The monster stomped closer to her. "You're no match for me."

"We'll see about that." Kira threw the two balls in the air, jumping and slamming them toward the monster.

They hit their targets, lodging in the nose of the beast. "My nose!" He cried, sparking. He flew back by the force of the explosion.

Lucy hopped over the net. "Put 'em together, team!" She laughed, relinquishing her blade. She and Crystal stood behind the three. They formed the Z-rex blaster and destroyed the monster in a single blast. Her smile turned into a frown when she glanced at the now 50-foot monster towering over them.

"Whoa!" Kira breathed. She turned to her morpher. "Dr. O, this might be a good time for some heavy metal."

"You got it!" Dr. Oliver told them.

Rumbling and stomping resounded. Then, like the sun peeking over the hill, the mighty black and gold Brachiozord lumbered into view, roaring until he stopped in the middle of the road. Then, finally, the three compartments of the zord opened up, revealing the three primary-colored zords. The T-rex slid out of his compartment, roaring. The Pterazord flapped its wings and crowed before the neck of the brachiozord dipped down, and the Tricerazord lumbered from its top compartment.

The Carnozord and Kentazord roared from a distance, racing to meet the other zords. The two broke apart fast, forming the Eclipse Megazord quickly. But as soon as they were standing, the monster pounced. "Pomegranates away!" He fired round after round at the Megazord, sending them back. Finally, the Eclipse Megazord knocked the pomegranate out of the way, rushing to the monster. It pulled a blade free from the tail scabbard on the back, the blade missing the monster when it swung.

The monster pulled another pomegranate out, hitting the Eclipse Megazord square in the chest and sending them sprawling back. "Super suction!" He lifted his blaster arms, sending out blue lightning blasts before red lightning brought the Thundersaurus Megazord into the monster's grasp. "Now I've got you."

"Let's sink our teeth into this fight!" Conner announced, commanding the T-Rex so that it opened its jaw and bit the nose of the monster.

"Ah, not the nose!" He cried, stumbling back.

"Ptera-rang!" Kira called out. The Megazord grabbed the body of the pterazord and flung it at the monster, making him stumble back in a fit of sparks.

"Dino drill engaged!" Conner commanded. The t-rex tail began to spin rapidly. They charged at the monster, striking him in the stomach. He fell in a fit of sparks—a green blast scattered from the wreckage of the beast.

The sisters turned to each other, tapping their forearms before bumping their hips in celebration.

After the fight, back at Hayley's, Kira talked with Hayley, who had a drawing in her arms. In a yellow superhero suit, Kira rode the musical waves in the background. Kira beamed down at it. "Yeah, that's me." She smiled, taking in the design with Hayley. "Where did you get that?"

Hayley turned around, spotting Trent working. He wore an apron wrapped around his waist and a tray in his hands. "Where do you think?" She asked, watching Trent pass by her to get drinks on the counter.

Kira walked over to Trent while Hayley moved to hang it up. "That's what you were drawing?"

Trent awkwardly rubbed his hands. "Yeah." He breathed, smiling at her. "I wouldn't let Hayley put it up, but you know how insistent she can be."

Kira shrugged. "No, it's great." She glanced at the now-hung piece of art. "But how come you drew me as a superhero?"

Trent tilted his head in thought. He shrugged. "Because you're brave. Getting up on stage, playing stuff from your heart. Not conforming to some image." He shrugged again, huffing a breath. "Besides, superheroes are all I know how to draw."

"Thanks, it's really sweet." Kira smiled, moving away and over to the stage.

Lucy caught her arm. "You two have it so bad for each other."

"I do not." Kira protested.

"Really?" Lucy quirked an eyebrow. "I watched him get super flustered when you asked, and you were essentially, nearly drooling over him when he explained why." She leaned closer to the Yellow Ranger. "I might not have the best relationship track record, but I know it when I see it."

"What are you, the crazy lady?" Kira asked, laughing and leaning on the bar. "But what about you and Conner? You two seem comfortable around each other. I saw the hug he gave you a couple of weeks ago."

Lucy nodded. "Every team's probably got one." She tapped the center of her forehead. "I've already got a psychopath in my head. And my friendship with Conner is just that, a friendship." She grinned, extending her closed fist. "Go rock their socks off."

Kira knocked her fist against Lucy's, laughing at her friend's antics. "I will." She climbed on stage and found Lucy traveling through the crowd to see Dr. Oliver, Ethan, and Conner standing at the front. The boys smiled at the Silver Ranger, shifting around to have her stand between Ethan and Conner.

Kira smiled into the microphone. "I wrote this with a friend of mine a long time ago. I hope you like it." She began to strum the acoustic guitar she had. "Best friends; they come and go depending on your highs and your lows. My best friend decided not to be there when I needed her the most. I thought you'd be there for me, then why did you lie to be using me to get what you want? Then I couldn't believe it happened; I couldn't understand."

Everyone started to cheer when Kylie walked up behind Kira, tapping her shoulder and smiling. She grabbed the other microphone. The two sang together, swaying the crowd with the song's beat. Lucy bumped Conner's arm, laughing when he leaned on her shoulder, smiling down at her. The two shared a laugh, continuing to sway to the music of their teammate, Lucy resting her head on Conner's shoulder.

When the music died down, the group began cheering again. Kylie leaned over and embraced Kira in a hug. The Yellow Ranger found her best friend for a third time, who winked at her and cheered with the boys.
