Regina and Emma both were sleeping soundly, Regina on the couch, while Emma slept in her room with the baby. Emma knew something was wrong when she heard her phone go off at three in the morning. It worried her when she answered to find her dad panicking. "Your mother- something is wrong. She left. There's a note. Emma, something terrible happened. She's not here. Where could she be?"

"Calm down, dad."

"No! Something is wrong! Emma, your mother is in trouble!"

"What's going on, dad?"

"I don't know. All I know is she has a note saying that we can't help her and we have to let her go."

Emma ran as fast as she could down the stairs still on the phone with her father. She panicked just as he was. "Oh my- she's going back to the house!"

"Why?" Charming asked on the verge of tears.

"To end it all. We got to find her before it's too late!" She hung up the call suddenly as she woke Regina.

Henry came rushing down stairs, alarmed by all the ruckus. He asked Emma. "Mom?"

"Go back up stairs and watch Hope for us." Before Henry could reply she heard his mother get hostile. "Now!" Henry nodded, running up toward Hope's crib in Regina's room.

"Emma, what the hell is going on?" Regina asked getting up, yawning from sleep.

"Mary Margaret, she's going to hurt herself. She's back at the house."

Regina was now alert. "You mean-" She couldn't finish before Emma shook her head and grabbed her hand, both disappearing in smoke.

The two arrived back at Jefferson's mansion. It was like they were in another world. The place brought back so many unwanted memories. They felt their anxiety and stress sky rocket as they looked around to see the blood stains in the carpet and by the dining room table. The two gulped in remembrance of their past experiences. Then, the two went their separate ways to search for Snow White. "Mom!" Emma screamed as she raced through the main floor.

Regina frantically ran up to the second floor, continuing to look for Mary Margaret. She found her in her room on the bed, holding the same knife in her hand that she got cut by a hundred times before. Tears streamed down her face as she threw the knife up to her own throat. Regina raised her hand up, ushering her to put the knife down. "You don't want to do this, Mary Margaret."

"I have to do it. I can't have Charming see me like this anymore. I wonder what death is, what death feels like. Is it still this empty black hole? Would death be better than this? Would death be better than living in the shame, guilt, sadness? It's like I'm in an endless void of nothing. I feel so-"

"Empty, numb, unable to see the light, wondering if life will ever get better. I know, Mary Margaret. I've been there every single day but you have to fight it. We have to at least try to move on." Regina exclaimed.

"I don't know how. I can't move on even with Charming by my side. I feel so lost. Tell Charming I love him more than anything. Take care of my babies." She told her as she took a deep breath and slit her neck hard. Blood oozed out, splattering across her neck onto the floor.

"No! Snow! No! No!" Regina screamed in tears as she rushed toward her. She peered at her in complete shock as in a second, her friend's life faded.

"Mom!" Regina heard Emma running up the stairs to see her own mother there, lifeless. Emma wept deeply as she saw her dead body laying on the bed with Regina holding her, blood seeping through the woman's clothes.

"It's too late, Emma. She's gone."

Emma cried loudly as she saw her mother. She moved her own hand across Snow's neck to heal the wound. "It worked with you. I can heal her. I can fix this." Emma cried as she tried healing the wound but it only brought her crying desperately as she noticed she still was lifeless. "I don't understand! How could she have done this?"

Regina closed her eyes, letting the tears fall as she heard Charming rush through the door.

The two looked over to see David at the doorway. They noticed tears pouring down his face as he saw the blood on the bed sheets and the dead body of his wife. He ran to Mary Margaret's body in panic. He held her body as he wept in agony. "Why? Why? Why?"

For a while no one replied until Regina finally did. "She felt as if there was no way out of her misery; the misery we had for the past year."

"She could have gotten help! We could have helped her!" He held her, rocking her body in his arms.

"Oh, mom." Emma wailed, hugging her father as tears streamed down both of their cheeks.

Snow White was gone. Their wive, mother, and friend was gone.

Day 365:

Snow White panicked as she heard a gun shot from outside her room. What's happening? Who got hurt? Was it Regina? Jefferson? It wouldn't be Emma, would it?

Mary Margaret ran to her bedroom door to open it but found Jefferson there. He opened the door with a knife in hand, ready to use it. Her eyes widened as she saw a gun shot wound to his rib cage. "Emma'a gone. She should be back soon. When she returns though, she won't have a mother alive."

In that moment, she realized Emma must have shot him. "What happened?"

"What does it look like? She shot me, stole the baby and left. Now she'll pay for her actions!" The man brutally took the dagger, ready to slice it against her skin. Mary Margaret fought for a good while. If he didn't have the knife, he would have easily been too weak, and she would have won the fight. The issue was he did have the knife and each time, Snow tried hurting him, he would only cause her more pain. The slashes grew and finally he was getting too weak to fight any longer so he plunged the knife into her side, almost directly where his gun wound was located.

She gasped through the pain as blood poured out of her body. She slowly felt her mind drift off into unconscious. She knew this had to be her last moment alive.
