June 1st, 2034 - 05:45:00, World War 3 Memorial Park, Raleigh, North Carolina, a man wearing a dark blue hoodie underneath a black paramedic fleece jacket, a pair of Coyote Brown chino pants, a black single strap backpack and a pair of gray sneakers walks along the statue of a masked operator in the middle of the park. Then he sits on the bench in front of it and takes out his notebook to complete his sketch of the Delta Force insignia, with the first page of the notepad saying: Property of Logan Walker (voiced and played by Charlie Hunnam).

Logan Walker
Raleigh, NC, United States of America
--
Logan: Introductions... introductions. Good mornin', operator. Been a while. I'm sorry I couldn't bring my mom here today. Age has finally caught up with her. You know, judging from the way you look, I think you're spec ops or black ops. With that, I've always wondered why USSOCOM or any of those three-lettered agencies chose to put up a statue of you. Like the one in Dallas and the one in Virginia Beach, in their own World War 3 Memorials. All having no full names, no descriptions and no dates. Just one word on the pedestal. Could be your callsigns or something. Strange pattern. I guess, even when operators like you prefer to be super hush-hush, you must've heard of Sergeant Major Avery Johnson's words from Halo 2. "Folks need heroes, Chief. To give 'em hope." And honestly, I could really use a lot of hope right now.
Logan then pulls two folders out of his bag, marked by the name of his mother: Danielle Walker, Esq. They contain news clippings and printed pictures regarding the state of the America and the rest of the world.
While he goes over them, the events that took place in 2025 all the way to the present can be summarized. It turns out the exposure of the S.D.C. and Cordis Die was not taken well by the United Nations and the entire world altogether.
Because they were counting on the United States to fail and collapse. As they believe the Americans were the source of the world's problems and humanity would be better off without them.
Logan looks at the collected newspaper pages*
Logan: Hmm, it's obvious the U.N. is not on our side throughout the entire time. Just wondering when will everyone else see it.
Ever since America won The Second Cold War, a new threat has risen to finish what General Tian Zhao and Raul Menendez had started: The Latin American Federation. And they have escalated into a superpower with the U.N.'s sanction and blessing.
This is proven by their crimes against humanity toward Americans living in South America and Central America falling on deaf ears, despite calls made by the U.S. for an emergency summit about the matter. Which forced America to respond and work the crisis alone.
Logan flips through the photographs*
Logan: Nasty pieces of shit. Punishing us for our imperialist origins and nature, they said. Clearly, they don't know anything about us Americans.
Regardless, they resolved the situation by assassinating the founder of the Latin American Federation, General Diego Almagro of Venezuela, back in July 8th, 2027. Almost immediately following this is the Federation and the United States negotiating a cease-fire and a peace treaty called: The Truce Of The Americas.
But knowing the Latin American Federation can just replace General Diego Almagro if they are willing to continue their campaign against them, America has started the Orbital Defense Initiative, also known as the ODIN, a year later. A program that creates the United States Space Force and converts half of the U.S. Military's satellites into space-based superweapons.
Designed to drop Kinetic Ballistic Rods using gravity, which can create citywide chaos without the use of radioactive material. Even though Logan enjoys the sight of America's military might reaching new heights, he shares the same concerns his mother has about the enemy somehow managing to turn it against the U.S., especially since real-life space combat is still at its infancy.
For seven years, the entire world has been quiet but expecting the silence to be broken by an actual war at any time. However, some hopeful nations, which include the superpowers except for the Latin American Federation, start to believe that the United States of America has the better idea of sustaining peace, despite the negative, overwhelming politics.
Logan: "They say if you want to glimpse the future, just look behind you." Deckard Shaw. Furious 7. Ah movies, one of my best, most favorite medicines. Especially when things in life get hard. Mom thinks she's gonna pass anytime now, and Dad is already planning a funeral for her after the D-Day Memorial. While David and I are excited to serve in the Army, I hope neither of us have to die so soon. A full-scale war is quite difficult, even for spec ops. I love doing good for others, my country and my life as much as the next good person. Can't think of a better way to do it, since fighting is what I love to do and what I do best. The way Dad is building up my brother, it's obvious that Hesh is going to become one great operator someday, surpassing him in every way. What about me? Sure, it's nice to always have his back. Be at his side. And I don't wanna stop all of a sudden for selfish reasons. But I also want to be my own person. I don't want to be stuck as the lesser Walker, or David's unremarkable little brother. God, I still hear my classmates' harsh words about me, like being called "Hesh Walker Lite". *sighs* Dad seems to be okay with it though. Yet, I'm not. I want to be Logan Walker, a great special operations soldier of America, by America, for America. I want to be my best version in my own way. And I am going be my best version. For me. For my future. And subsequently, for those I care about. I just hope David and Dad won't take it the wrong way. More importantly, I hope and pray that Mom will finally meet you in heaven. If her stories are true, then I can see why she looks up to you. Heh, still hate it when a vacation ends. *salutes* Until next time, Frost.
06:03:04, the sunlight reveals the word on the pedestal: Frost. Then, it shows the statue being the anonymous Delta Force Master Sergeant himself in his combat uniform with his LVOA-C and RSASS.
The 15 year old Logan heads for his mother's silver 2023 Ford Escape to get breakfast before driving back home to San Diego, California. Where he will see his father and 18 years of age older brother, who has recently graduated U.S. Army Basic Training.
09:57:15, Latin American Federation Space Station, Atacama Desert, Chile, Colonel Maxim Novikov escorts a general of the Federation Army, an admiral of the Federation Navy, and an American defector turned colonel of the Federation Special Operations Phantoms to the base's war room. Where Mother Wolf will be waiting to give them an idea on how to restart their anti-American campaign.
Novikov: This is us, sir, ma'am, Colonel.
Mother Wolf: Colonel Gabriel Rorke, General and Admiral Almagro, welcome back.
Adm. Almagro: Busy schedule, but I do not mind seeing you, General Alexandra Makarov.
Gen. Almagro: Still, busy schedule. So please make this quick.
Mother Wolf: The world has gone quiet, too quiet. And it seems the nations have started expecting peace more than war. They have begun to calm down. If we are going to reignite their anti-American sentiments, we have to restart our war effort with a bang. Lucky for you, I know where to start. We know those petty countries, even the superpowers, depend on the great energy-producing desert known as The Middle East. To keep them from having second thoughts and speculating about peace, we should nuke it. Entirely. Every single vital piece of that ocean of sands and rocks. Burning all of the oil beneath it. The act will cripple their power stations, inflate their economy and show their people that the Latin American Federation is the next biggest catalyst of civilization since Nazi Germany.
Colonel Rorke: *whistles* I love this plan already.
Gen. Almagro: So, you are suggesting that we use our nuclear arsenal to bring most of the Earth's population down to the Third World? Tempting, but costly.
Adm. Almagro: But worth it. We do want the world to remain on our side. If not through good will, then through fear.
Colonel Rorke: Fear mongering tactics with nuclear weapons instead of some explosive plastic sticks. Sounds real interesting yet simple. Actual terrorist work for a change from the usual spec ops shit. If the Phantoms are tasked for this, we'll be ready.
Gen. Almagro: (Spanish) I cannot believe you actually trust your Russian best friend, Leonor.
Adm. Almagro: (Spanish) I can say the same for you and your American boyfriend, Aurelio.
Gen. Almagro: Eh, fuck you, little sis.
Adm. Almagro: Aww, love you too, older brother dearest for only four minutes.
All: *laughing*
Adm. Almagro: Okay, I agree with this plan. My naval aviators will be on standby for any and all contingencies.
Gen. Almagro: I agree as well. High stakes, high rewards. My troops and airmen will be in position as well.
Mother Wolf: Phantoms?
Almagro Twins: Phantoms. *nods* In six hours.
Mother Wolf: (English) Very well. (Russian) Novikov, go with Rorke and the Phantoms to deliver our portable nukes.
Novikov: (Russian) Yes, Mother Wolf.
Colonel Rorke: Alright. Looks like it's you and me on this one, brother.
Novikov: Precisely, brother.
Adm. Almagro: Though it is a brilliant plan. I wonder, where did this come from, Alexandra?
Mother Wolf: Well, you know my story. How the West took everything away from me, and the world just fucking watched. This plan comes from my desire to respond in kind.
Mother Wolf then opens photos of a particularly interesting person on the holographic computer.
Mother Wolf: This man, Vladimir, is known to me as childhood companion, partner in crime, the closest friend, the love of my life, dearest husband, and most importantly... my everything. So now, I am taking theirs.
Gen. Almagro: And I thought we lost everything.
Adm. Almagro: It must be hard to be so lonely in this world. Yet you still helped us with so much. Our special training, our billion dollar budget.
Gen. Almagro: Everything we have is because of you.
Adm. Almagro: Which is why, in this one, we will succeed.
Gen. Almagro: You have our personal guarantees.
Mother Wolf: *nods* Thank you Aurelio, Leonor.
15:30:55, 500 Federation soldiers covertly plant portable nuclear bombs in places all over The Middle East, with Rorke and Novikov personally leading the main effort, all while being covered and transported by 500 more Federation pilots. The locations have been carefully picked so that the oil underneath will ignite in chain reactions and burn the entire region to the ground.
29 minutes later, one minute until zero time, the Latin American Federation forces are in Antonov An-12s above India's airspace, waiting for the fireworks show.
Colonel Rorke: Here we go, boys! Time to enjoy our handiwork!
watch beeps*
nuclear explosions*
plane shakes*
Federation: *laughs* Whooooo! *cheers*
Novikov: Oh my God. It is beautiful. Like your Fourth of July eh, Gabe?
Colonel Rorke: Way better than the small dick energy Fourth of July, Max!
Rorke and Novikov fist-bump*
While the world is more than shocked, Mother Wolf, General Aurelio and Admiral Leonor are more than pleased.

Gen. Almagro: I will be expecting to wake up to their lovely panic in the news tomorrow.
Adm. Almagro: (Spanish) This is for you, Papa.
Gen. Almagro: (Spanish) This is for you, Papa.
Mother Wolf: This is for you, Vladimir, Diego, Raul. *smiles* Time for Phase 2.
