Hi, I'm back. Sorry I'm late I hit a major writer's block. I owe a major special thanks to angelofdarkness097 for the very helpful review. Just to let him or anyone to know. When everyone left the school, the gang instantly went to the hospital. The nurse took Melody into the back to allow the doctor to tend to her. Tea was pacing a little bit, so when the doctor comes out Tea instant stopped.

"Well, how is she?" Tea immediately asked. The doctored smiled at her.

"She is just fine. Mr. Lucsei called us while we were tending to Melody, and informed us that she was in your custody," as the doctor was talking a nurse came out and whispered something to the doctor then just left, "the nurse just informed that Melody is in the nursery. She will be in there until tomorrow afternoon if that's ok?"

"Yes that is perfectly fine. Thank you Doctor..?" Tea slowly died off. The doctor slightly jumped when he realized that he never gave a name.

"James. Doctor James Nathan." Tea nodded and went to the nursery window. The doctor turned to Kyler and Eli.

"I didn't want to say anything while she was here, but Mr. Lucsei is on video chat about Melody." Kyler looked at Eli.

"We will take it. Tea is started to getting attached to Melody, so if Mr. Lucsei says something to upset her we don't want a scene here." and with that Eli, Kyler, and the doctor went into the back.

When Kyler and Eli went into the back with the doctor; everyone went and did their own things. Akiza and Luna went the nursery window with Tea to talk; Joey, Tristan, Jack, and Crow were watching the girls incase something were to happen until Joey and Tristan something from the vending machine;Yugi and Leo went to the cafeteria, and finally Atem, Yusei went to the gift shop to look around.

"So, you've grown attached to Melody in the few short hours that you had her." Akiza asked Tea while watching Melody sleeping through the window.

"Yeah well." Tea said not wanting to get into it.

"What about Atem?" Luna asked. The older girls looked at her in confusion, until suddenly it hit Tea hard.

"She's right. If Michelle doesn't want Melody, and I'm going to take her in what is Atem going to do? I don't want Atem to be forced into raising her if he doesn't want to raise kids right now!" Tea started to nervously play with her fingers and school uniform. Akiza gently grabbed Tea's shoulder and forced Tea to look at her.

"Tea, you didn't see the look Atem gave Melody when he held her. He loves her, and he loves you." Tea still gave a look of disbelief.

As the girls were talking the guys who were watching them were having a talk of their own.

"Soooo." Joey said trying to start a conversation. Tristan looked at the vending machine on the other side of the room.

"Do you guys want some snacks?" Crow and Jack shock their head 'no.' Joey and Tristan went to the vending machines to get some snacks.

"How come you didn't go with Yusei?" Jack asked Crow. Crow shrugged his shoulders.

"He wanted to talk to Atem alone."

"Why?"

"I don't know."

Joey and Tristan went to the vending machine for some snacks. Joey went first, and when snack got stuck Joey punch the machine in a certain rhythm. When he did the snack fell and he pulled it out. Tristan did the same thing as Joey, but when the snack got stuck and he did the same thing as Joey the machine didn't get give the snack. Tristan went to Joey and Joey went and did the same rhythm to the vending machine.

"Look Mr. Lucsei, if your wife doesn't want Melody and you can't divorce her so there's not much you can do." Kyler said trying to shed some light on Eli's reasoning.

"It's not like I don't want my daughter, but-"

"There is no but. Your wife doesn't Melody, and knowing that Tea had named Melody isn't helping. Our old laws state that you can't divorce you spouse under non-life threatening situations, so since there is nothing you can really do I suggest that all you can do is allow this to happen and do a open adoption with Tea." Eli snapped at Mr. Lucsei.

"If we are doing the old laws a female alone can't adopt a child as you well know. Who is going to be the father if I can't be her father?" Mr. Lucsei snapped back at Eli with a bitter tone of voice.

"I have noticed that Atem has taken a shine to Melody," Kyler said and managed to shut down Mr. Lucsei before he had a chance to interrupt, "and they are dating Edward, so I'm sure that wouldn't hesitate to agree to take her in as well."

Mr. Lucsei gave out a major sigh. Anyone can tell that this entire situation is upsetting him.

"Fine I'll talk to my wife."

"And we'll talk to Atem and Tea," Kyler said, "I'm sure that Tea will allow an open adoption, so you can be in your daughter's life."

"I'm sure she will, and I'll be grateful for it every single day." and with that Mr. Lucsei shut the computer off. Kyler placed his hands over his eyes and let out a groan.

After arriving at the gift shop, Atem was looking for something for Melody as a gift. Yusei was also looking for something for the twins to help them sleep. Leo has been having nightmares about Sayer taking Luna and Akiza from them, and Akiza mentioned that Luna was dreaming about Sayer invading the Spirit World. When he found a stuffed pink dragon for Luna, and a stuffed robot for Leo. When he paid for it, and went back to Atem, who debating on a stuffed lion and a pink ballerina.

"So, what are going to do?"

"I thinking about getting the stuffed lion since Tea and I like lions, and I'm still trying to find something for Melody."

"No, I mean the whole thing in general." Atem looked at Yusei.

"If Tea is going down the adoption, then I'm going to help. My dad's been persisting me for months in this life to date Tea, and have kids with her."

"Then you need to tell her that you want to be involved if this is going to happen."

"Yes your right." as Atem started to search in the back of the pile of toys and found Silent Magician plushe in the back. He took them and paid for them. As they were walking through the halls Yugi and Leo caught up with them. When they reached the nursery window they passed Joey and Tristan trying to fight for a candy bar, and Yugi went to break up the fight. Everyone went to watch the fight, and to gave Atem and Tea some privacy.

"You okay?" Tea asked. Atem nodded and pulled the lion out.

"I...um.. picked this out for you, and grabbed a silent magician for Melody." Tea held the lion close to her.

"Thank you. So-"

"If this adoption thing is going to happen I'm going to be there to help you. I promise." Atem said pulling her close to him. Tea let out a huge sigh and wrapped her arms around him, as she breathed in his scent.

"IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE YOU IDIOT!" they heard a voice go off. When they looked it was Crow trying to restrain Joey, but Joey broke free and jumped Tristan. Tristan quickly pinned Joey.

"TAKE THAT YOU CREEPY UNDERDOG!" and when Tea and Atem walked over Joey was on his stomach with Tristan on his back trying to pull Joey's leg to him.

"FAT! FAT! FATTY! FAT! FAT!" Joey yelled as Tea stood over them.

"What are you doing?" Tea asked in a 'I'm-tired-and-I-don't-want-to-deal-with-this-right-now.' Joey stood up so fast that Tristan was flipped off his back. (1)

"Who us? Oh we were doing nothing." Eli and Kyler came over and laughed when Joey tried to play it off.

"Why don't we go home and you two can continue this in our gym?" Kyler asked, and that everyone started to head for the exit except for Tea and Atem. Kyler quickly noticed and went to them.

"Hey, she's going to be fine. We'll be back tomorrow afternoon." Kyler started to guide them out of the building.

When everyone left, a shadowy figure walked into the nursery and saw Melody sleeping. The man picked up the baby very gently so he didn't disturbed her. As he left he removed his hood, smiled, and walked out.

'Let's see how they can handle this. Soon you WILL be back in my arms my dear Akiza.'
