Coffee Shop

07.18 PM

In the middle of a rainstorm, an old man wearing trench coat is headed to a local coffee shop. He enters the diner and found only the old waitress in there. He sits on to his seat, preparing an order, "Welcome, what can I get for you?" She pulls out her notebook, preparing to write an order.

"What kind of food do you have in this shop?" He asked the lady while he pulls off his hat, reveal to be Max Tennyson.

"Oh, just some special. We weren't able to get those usual foods since the rainstorm."

"All right, I'll take the special. Oh, and some coffee." She writes it down and nods. She went to the kitchen, grabbing the special that's covered by a metal lid.

"Hope you like to eat." She opens the lid, reveal to be a small purple creature with a singular eye. As it was about to jumps towards Max, he slapped it away from him. Then the waitress grabs Max by the neck, attempting to pull him down. "You think… you can stop us?"

Max smirk at the question, "Oh, I know I will." He pulls of her face, reveal to be a DNAlien in disguise. He pushes it down, crashing the DNAlien onto the table. As the small creature attempt to grab Max again, he was crushed by Max with a coffee pitcher.

After crushing it, he went to the exit. As he's about to leave, he begins to feel worry about Ben. 'Ben, wherever you are, I hope you're okay.' Max went to the door while puts on his ID Mask, turning him invisible.

Bellwood, Car Wash

06.52 PM

At a local Car Wash, Ben and Julie meet up with Kevin. It was started getting midnight as the sun started setting down, "Come on, Kevin! You gotta help us on this one!"

"Uh, no. Or let me put it in another way, no!" Kevin says before he started wiping his car off.

"Come on, Kevin. He's mine and Lucy's cousin also. He was supposed to be home from college three days ago." Ben said.

"And you want me to waste my time driving my car looking for your cousin?" Kevin asked.

"I know how it sounds. The police said to wait. I'm sure he's fine, but we just don't know where he is."

"Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale. He's a college student." They were surprised that Kevin managed to answer that.

"How did you-?" But Julie gets interrupted.

"I already figure things out before you guys got here. And before you ask, he's in the town called Santa Mira." Kevin looked at Gwen, who was waiting for his answer. "Come on, let's go get him before your parents grounded you guys." They went to Kevin's car, heading towards where the cousin is located.

Road

07.12 PM

As Kevin drive his car to the location, it started to raining. Gwen was happy that Kevin helps them, "Thanks for doing this for us."

"Don't mention it. So, what's your brother looks like, Gwen?"

"I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you. Ken is…" Then Kevin started chuckling on Gwen's brother name.

"Kevin, are you serious?" Julie couldn't believe that his laughing at the name.

"What?! Ken is a funny name. Gwen and Ken Tennyson? What's your folks' names? Sven and Jen? I'm talking to you, Ben." Ben facepalmed, not bother responding to that question. "Though I'm confused why Lucy isn't with us."

"She was busy. I think it has something to do with the Mummy that we help escape." Ben said, explaining things to Kevin.

"Guess being Plumber isn't so fun after all." Kevin continue drove his car, entering a town that's far from Bellwood call Santa Mira.

Santa Mira

07.23 PM

In Santa Mira, it was raining veraciously. "Seems to be having a storm here." They noticed it's raining here.

"Guys, don't you think this town is… odd?" Julie asked.

"How odd?"

"Why isn't there a single person here?" They begin to noticed the town is empty and the inside of the building is bright.

"Maybe they're staying in because of the rain. Come on, we better find Ken quickly." Ben suggested as Kevin drove pass a local coffee shop.

'Good thing Lucy wasn't here.' Gwen said in her thought. Then Gwen noticed a red truck that's familiar, but ignored it for now.

"Couldn't agree more." Kevin drove his car to the direction where Ken was last located. They arrived at an auto shop, where it seems to be close.

"Be careful, everyone. We don't know who will be here." Ship use his own body to cover Julie's head by taking a from of a hoodie.

"Thanks, Ship."

[Ship!] Ship responded happily.

Ben took look inside one of the garages and saw something, "Looks like someone had been here before." They took a look and saw a rusty old car.

"I think that's Ken's car. I recognized it anywhere." Gwen said.

"That's Ken's car? That thing makes the Rust Bucket look like a Ferrari!" Kevin gave his taste, not impressed by the looks of the car.

Gwen saw the doors had been locked up, "Looks like they've already locked up for the night." But Kevin breaks the door down, "Kevin!"

"Don't worry, if Ken is so cool, he'll be happy to pay for that." Kevin gave his remark. They went in, looking at the car in closer inspection. Gwen took a look at the car, hoping there's a clue should where his brother is located.

She opened the engine with her strength. Kevin looked at the engine, not impressed by it. "Ah, dirty laundry for mom to wash. This guy's really a class act." Kevin noticed something in his car. He took it out and it was a strange tech, "An Alien Tech, huh?"

"This is odd. He doesn't know about Alien Tech, right?" Julie asked.

"No, he didn't. Something off about this." Gwen then noticed something by the engine. It was a yellow slime that's causes her suspicious. She went on to touch it and felt familiarity to it, "This is familiar."

"Hold on, let me check." Ben use his Omnitrix to scan the slime. After some scanning, it found a match.

[Match found. 100% DNAliens.]

"Knew it." While Gwen and Kevin weren't surprised by the analysis, Julie was the only one that is confused about the DNAliens.

"Can someone explain who are the DNAliens?" Julie asked.

"DNAliens are hybrid entities created by the Highbreed. We've run into them before and they are involve with grandpa's mission." Kevin explained.

"Hey…" They turned to the voice and saw two mechanics by the door, "Which one of you broke down our doors?"

"Where's my brother? What have you done to him?" The mechanic smile at Gwen's question.

"He's in a safe place. Aren't you overreacting, lady?"

"But you're humans right?" Ben asked.

"Why would you ask that? Of course we're humans."

"Then what's your name?" Kevin asked.

"The name's Billy."

"Wrong, it's Sham." Ben points to his clothes, where the name tag is located. The mechanics looked at each other, knowing the jigs up. "You're DNAliens, right?"

"Guess you've heard of us." The thunder rumbles outside, causing a glitch to their masks, revealing their true selves for a short moment. "Big guy, deal with him." He nods, walking towards them.

Kevin smirk, seeing he's not tough. "Bring it on, tough guy." His upper body blow high than his lower body. Both shoots out yellow slime from their mouths. Ben and Julie managed to dodge it in time, while Kevin and Gwen got stuck by it.

They pull of their ID Masks, revealing their true face. Ben turn on his Omnitrix, selecting an alien. Julie nods to Ship, letting him turning into a battlesuit. Julie shoots energy blast at the DNAliens. They dodge the blast but one of them got hit by a second one.

Ben selects the alien and pressed it, "Ghostfreak!" Ghostfreak quickly punch the first one away, and float besides Julie. Gwen used her eyes to remove the slime from her body. Ghostfreak punches a DNAlien and used his tentacles to throw him into the wall. Gwen got out of the slime and stared at the DNAlien. Seeing that his outnumbered, he tries running away but was run into Kevin (who already absorbed a matter of a steel) and knocked out. Kevin gave him smirk at his misery.

Ghostfreak looked at the DNAlien, seeing him out cold. "Looks like he won't be waking up anytime soon."

[What should we do now? They could be more of them in the town.] Julie asked.

"Let's go back to that coffee shop. I think I just saw a red truck that might have been belong to the Highbreed." Gwen suggested.

"Sounds like a plan." Kevin said. Ghostfreak press his Omnitrix, turning him back into Ben and Ship gets off of Julie.

Santa Mira, Coffee Shop

07.27 PM

They went to the local coffee shop and saw the truck. Ben went look at it, recognizing it. "Yup, this is definitely the same one from the Highbreed." He opens the truck, revealing a DNAlien handcuffed and stuffed by a cloth. Ben pulls the cloth off and recognized it, "Hey, this is from grandpa's favorite shirt."

Gwen confront the DNAlien and grabs him with a magic beam, "Tell us who tied you up, now!"

The DNAlien got scared by her voice, "M-Max Tennyson! He wanted to find some kid that we keep here!"

"Where is he?"

"I don't know! He cuffed me and left me here!" The DNAlien answered, but was gripped harder by Gwen. "AHHH!" The other flinched by her tactic of interrogating.

"Not him, he can take care of himself." Her eyes started to glow with rage, "The kid. Where is my brother?"

She ease the grip, letting him breathe and answer. "T-The… The Hatchery." After answering it, Gwen knocks him out with her fist. She turned around and saw her friends were silent about this.

"What?"

"N-Nothing. Let's just go before more DNAliens show up." Ben close the truck before they went to the Hatchery.

Santa Mira, The Hatchery

07.31 PM

Kevin drove his car to the Hatchery, where it was a factory. Kevin stopped his car, seeing the fence is blocking the way. "We need a way in."

"I think there's already one." Julie points to a hole in a fence.

"Grandpa must be inside." Ben said, thinking grandpa might be ahead of them.

"Then let's go. Your grandpa might have reach him already." They got out of the car and went into the hole. As they pass the fence, they hide behind a wall. Ben noticed the weather tower that the Highbreed used at the cornfield.

"We should be careful of coming in. Anyone on that tower could spot us." Gwen said.

"Let's use that." Ben points to the waterway with green water. Kevin looked at the water, feeling disgusted.

"You got to be kidding me. Who'd be crazy enough to swim in that?" Kevin muttered. Ship covered Julie's body, turning himself into a scuba suit. Gwen and Kevin stared at Julie, while Ben focus on the water.

Inside the Hatchery, Max pops out of the green water. He noticed a DNAlien on the catwalk, where he was surprised to see him. DNAlien run to the buttons, but was grabbed by Max. He punches the DNAlien and pulls out the Null Void Projector. He shoots at DNAlien, sending him to the Null Void.

Max went inside, while trying to avoid getting caught. He hides behind a box and saw two DNAliens guarding a door. He whistle, getting their attention. The DNAliens check the noise, but was meet by Max's punches. After knocking both out, he sends both of them to the Null Void. He went to the door and saw it was locked. He pulls out his Plumber Badge, hacking the lock.

The door unlocked, and Max went in. In the dark room, he saw a DNAlien on the floor. He rushed in and push the table away. The DNAlien turn around, reveal to be Ken but only half DNAlien. "K-Ken, are you all right?"

"G-Grandpa, is that you?" He weakly asked.

"Yeah, it's me. You're safe now." He reaches out his hand and Ken grabs on. Both give out a hug, before Max suddenly shock a taser. Max drops to floor, confused why Ken shocks him.

Ken smirk at Max, seeing him weak. "Sorry, old man. I'm not your grandson, but you might want to listen to me." Ken(?) cockily said, smirking at Max as he's knocked out.

Meanwhile, the Alien Force pops out of the water. Kevin yuck by the water, "This is disgusting." Gwen agree with him, disgusted by the water.

Suddenly, Gwen was pulled underwater, "Gwen!" Julie went underwater, helping her friend. Ben and Kevin saw something coming out and it was a small purple creature. And there was purple light. More creatures shoot out of the water, Gwen and Julie pops out of the water too.

"Gwen, you're all right?"

"I'm fine. Whatever that was, it was trying to pull me in." Kevin gritted his teeth, feeling a useless on saving her.

[And there's more of them in underwater.] Julie tells them.

"There's more?" Julie nods in response.

"We better stay away from them." Ben suggest and they nodded, agreeing with the plan. Four of them dive down, heading inside the Hatchery. They saw small eggs, and tries to get far as they continue heading in. One of them saw the Alien Force swim by and decide to follow them.

They pop out of the water, getting to breathe the air. Kevin felt something on his arm. He looked at it and saw it was the small alien, "Buzz off." He punches away, landing it on a catwalk. A DNAlien saw the small one on the catwalk. He looked at the water and saw the Alien Force there. The other DNAliens begin to noticed them as well.

"Aw man!" Ben pulls out his Omnitrix, changing himself into Big Chill.

On the other section of the Hatchery, Max was taken by two DNAliens into another room. Once he enters the doors, he saw the Highbreed General there, "Ah, Max Tennyson! The semi-retire Plumber and the grandfather of the wielder of the Omnitrix."

"The Highbreed. What did you do to my grandson?!" Max demands him.

"We… change him into one of ours. We never expected one of your grandsons on our hands."

"So, you took that opportunity to bring me here."

"That's correct. You leaked our invasion for TOO LONG! And soon, you will join with your grandson!" He took out a white box, revealing the small alien inside. Both DNAliens grab Max, holding him in place.

Max gritted his teeth by the force, "You will never win. Ben will stop you."

"He will not. He's far too naïve and nuisance to comprehended on our race. And once we finish him off, the Omnitrix will belong to the Highbreed!"

Meanwhile, the DNAliens were getting pushed back by the Alien Force. Big Chill freeze them with his ice breath, Gwen shoots them with magic, Kevin punches them after absorbing the matter of the floor, and Julie attacks the Highbreed with the help of Ship.

After Gwen shoots the one on the catwalk, she noticed a DNAlien that's on the ground. She took a look and saw Ken, but different. "Brother?"

"G-Gwen, is it you?" The others saw Ken, almost turning into a DNAlien.

[What happened to you?]

"I-I don't know! T-T-Those things put… this on my head, turning me into one of THEM!" He charged at Kevin, but was punched by Kevin. Gwen grabs him with her magic.

"We better remove it!" Kevin went to Ken, trying to pull it off. Gwen saw Ken getting hurt.

"Kevin, stop! You're hurting him!"

"Then what am I supposed to do? We're running out of time." Suddenly, Big Chill noticed his Omnitrix is beeping. It scanned Ken, reading his genetics.

[Severe genetic damage detected.] Big Chill could hear the Omnitrix speaking.

"Genetic damage? Is there a way to repair him?" He asked.

[Affirmative, should we attempt to repair the damage?] The Omnitrix responded.

"Fixing Ken? Obviously, let's do it." He turns back into Ben before grabbing onto Ken. The Omnitrix begins to glow.

"What are you doing?" Gwen asked.

"I'll let you know as soon as I figure out!" The tentacles went to grab onto Ben's head as the Omnitrix doing something.

Unknown Time

Inside the Omnitrix, Ben saw a giant mutated version of Ken. He went to touch the parts that are similar to the DNAliens. Suddenly, multiple tentacles comes out and grabs Ben, covering his entire body.

Santa Mira, The Hatchery

08.03 PM

Ben opened his eyes and saw the small alien in his hand. He was relief that it was only nightmare.

Gwen undo the binding, letting Ken go. "Brother, are you all right?" Gwen asked.

"I-I'm fine, Gwen. Just a little headache." Ken felt a pain in his head. Ben throws the small alien away.

[Did you know what happened?] Julie asked.

Ken thought back what happened, "I was heading back home, when my car suddenly started breaking down. I went to a nearby town call Santa Mira and I was unconscious. I don't know how long was I out, but I was in a cold dark room with only… them entering. But when they give me whatever that was, my mind's become a blur. Grandpa… he's in trouble."

Gwen gripped her hands, feeling anger towards the Highbreed. Ben took a noticed of this, "Gwen, calm down."

"Calm down?! They were trying to turn my brother into a DNAlien!"

"I know, I know. But do you think this is what grandpa wants, revenge?" Gwen thought about it, realizing that grandpa wanted her a better life.

"Y-You're right, I better calm down." Gwen calms herself down.

"Once you're done, we better get going. Grandpa might need our help." Ben turned to Ken, "Stick with us. It's better than being chased by the DNAliens." Ken nods before he follows the Alien Force.

They walked upstairs, trying to find Max. They enter the room, and saw Max there. "Grandpa Max!" Ben and Gwen went to Max, freeing him.

"Well done, both of you." Max proud for Gwen and Ben. He noticed Ken, Kevin, and Julie. "I'm glad you're all right, Ken."

Ken nods in response, "Thank you for helping them, Kevin." Kevin smile, feeling proud on what he did.

Julie walks up to him, giving out a handshake, [You're Max Tennyson, right? Please to meet you.]

"Please to meet you too." He accepts her handshake, "I wish we had time, but we don't have time for introductions right now." Max tells them to looked at the window and saw many DNAliens preparing their trucks, "It's only a matter of time before they will transport their supplies to their bases."

"Then we need stop them. Let's go, grandpa." But Ben noticed that Max stops him.

"Sorry, Ben. But I have to stay here. The commander could be back any moment."

"But-"

"Go! I'll be fine." Ben turns to Julie, and she gives him a nod.

"All right, we'll go. But you better be all right."

"I'll try promise that." Max said. They left the room, heading towards where their supplying the trucks. Max gives out a gloom face, feeling the time they will be together.

Outside, the DNAliens almost finishing supplying the trucks, until Gwen exploded the truck from the bottom. They turned to their backs and saw the Alien Force. They growled and shoots the slime from their bodies. Gwen went above with her magic and Ben jumps off, transforming into Heatblast.

"Heatblast!" Heatblast creates a fireball size of a bowling ball and shoots it at the truck. The fireball managed to destroy three trucks in one shot. He levitates the ground, floating himself off the ground and continue firing the fireballs.

Ship turn a part of the armor into a cannon, letting Julie shoots the trucks. She saw more DNAliens coming, [Ship, fire the missiles!]

[Ship!] Ship fire the missiles from the shoulders, sending the DNAliens away. Julie charged in, shooting the DNAliens.

Ken grabs a crowbar, smashing the eggs in the truck. He continue smashing until Kevin stops him, "Hold on." He absorb the matter before returning it. Kevin went to the DNAliens, punching them away. Kevin grabs one of them, and threw on top of them.

Gwen went to the remaining ones, angered by the DNAliens. "You kidnapped my brother, turned him into a monster, captured my grandfather...!" Her eyes started to glow pink, as her angered begin increasing. "I... have... HAD IT!" She shoots lightning the truck, blowing all of them.

Heatblast and Julie watches Gwen destroying the remaining trucks. After destroying the last one, Gwen started calming down and landed on the ground. Suddenly, there was a bright flash by the window, "Was that-?"

"Grandpa!" Heatblast pressed the Omnitrix, turning himself into Ghostfreak. He immediately went flies up and float through the window.

[Ben!] They quickly went back inside, heading back to the room.

At the room, Ghostfreak tries looking for grandpa Max. As he continue looking, he saw the reproduction of the eggs. "Can't leave this be." As he prepared to bring out the claws, he heard something loud. He saw Max battling the Highbreed General. The general grabs him, pin him to the wall. "Leave him alone!"

Ghostfreak scratches the general's head, damaging his eyes. "Augh!" The Highbreed tries slapped him, but Ghostfreak managed to phase through of his attack in time. He tries punching his head, but got punched in the stomach.

He was sent flying, automatically turning back into Ben, "Ben!" The others arrived, helping Ben getting back up.

The Highbreed stares down on them, "So, the Alien Force. The ones that causes us so much trouble!"

"Whatever you're putting it, it's over! We destroy your supplies and you're outnumbered!" Ben declared.

"Are you sure? Think again!" He points to the window, revealing an army of DNAliens waiting outside. "Thanks to this town, we were able to turn all citizens into our army as well as more of our soldiers from other bases! And we have enough Xenocites to assist us! There's nothing you can do anything about it!"

"Not if I have anything to say about it!" Max calls out. He pulls out the Null Void projector from his bag.

"A Null Void warp projector. You think you can imprison us all?!"

"No. But without the focusing lens, this thing will do a pretty good imitation of a hand grenade." He pulls of the lens, causing some spark to the trigger. "I figured it would take out half a mile."

"You wouldn't dare! You would be destroyed, along your offspring." The Highbreed tells him.

Max didn't answer as he continue stared at the Highbreed, "Gwen, throw an energy field around you and your boys and... be a good girl." He looks at Gwen with a smile.

Ben started to realized what he is doing, "Grandpa Max, no please!" He was about to stop him but was stopped by Julie.

"Sorry Ben, it's the only way to make sure they can't do to the rest of the world and what they did to Ken. You'll have to take it from here. I know you can do it! I believe in you... in all of you." He gives him a wink, telling him a goodbye.

"GRANDPA! NOOOOO!" Ben yells, trying to convince him to stop using it. Max pressed the button, and everything went to explode. Gwen covers everyone with an energy dome, blocking the explosion. The result of the blast was massive, it managed to level an entire town.

The smoke clears, leaving the Alien Force left standing as the town was decimated. Gwen pulls down her energy dome, seeing everything is gone… even Max Tennyson. Ben drops to the floor, saddened by this. Ship jumps off of Julie, taking her out the armor.

"That was… pretty hardcore." Kevin couldn't help but believe that Max was gone like that. Julie and Ship went to Ben, comforting him.

"Hey, he save the whole world." Gwen tells him. Ben wipes of the tears that's coming out his eyes.

"Yeah, he did. For now, but I don't think those things are giving up anytime soon!" Ben said.

"What are you saying?" Gwen asked.

"I'm saying that it's up for someone to protect this planet. And like it or not... I think it's up to us." Ben said, as he gripped his hand. He turns to Ken, "Could you… keep this event as a secret?"

"I will. Seeing grandpa save my life, I can't let my parents brought into this like I did." They appreciated that Ken let this moment to be a secret.

Santa Mira

07.01 AM

As the sun begin to rise, the townsfolks begin looking at the wreckage. One townsfolks pulls of the sign, seeing a Xenocite lying on the ground. He grabs it, putting it where the other Xenocites are containing. As he continue, he heard footsteps.

They turned to the sound and saw the mysterious watcher walking towards them, "How much damage did Ben Tennyson cause?"

"About 2/3 of our Xenocites. We would resume our plans much slower than we anticipated." He nods on the answer. The disguise townfolk couldn't help but asked, "Why didn't you intervene them? If you knew where they would be headed?"

"I would've, but he told me not to. He says that if I intervene, I would've caught in the blast from the Null Void Grenade." Then thunder rumble, getting their attention. "Was that you're doing, or nature?" He asked.

"The nature. We need to move out before anyone else sees us." The sound of the thunder, glitches the townsfolks appearance, revealing their DNAliens.

One townsfolk stared at the mysterious watcher, "Tell me, something. Why did you have a identical face to Ben Tennyson?"

"That…" Then thunder rumbles again, "is something only he could answer." The DNAlien to frown at the vague answer as thunder rumbles again.
