All right here's the newest one. As I said at the end of the last chapter in this one Eddie, with the help of Tyler and Lisa will show Elsa more how things are in the 21st century, than from what she's used to in Arendelle. I got a review that she, Eddie and the others should spend a day playing. I wasn't all too sure about having some play time for a day, but a day without any threats from the Red or Yellow Lanterns doesn't sound bad. Plus more towards the end, things will change for both Arendelle, and for Eddie too. Curious as how? Let's find out.

The following day, it was early morning in Chicago. The skies were pink with the rising sun and slowly turning blue.

At his apartment, Elsa and Eddie were still asleep with one another. The comforter was just under both of their chests around the waistline. Eddie had his head laying on Elsa's chest and she'd had her right arm wrapped around him, with her hand on the side of his head.

Both of them then began to awake almost instantly rubbed their eyes, and then both looked to one another.

"Good morning, beautiful," Eddie said to the snow queen.

Elsa blushed slightly. "Good morning."

They threw the bed covers off of themselves and got out of the bed.

Eddie stretched his arms out above his head. "Ahh. What a great night's sleep. You sleep okay?"

"I did. Guess everything we went through yesterday really tuckered me out, so it was easy to fall asleep. You've got a very comfortable bed."

"Yeah. I do, don't I? So, you hungry?" Eddie asked.

"After last night's battle, I'm starved." Elsa replied.

"Perfect. Just wait'll you taste my omelets."

Elsa picked up her heels from the floor and she and Eddie both left his bedroom.

In the kitchen, Eddie cracked 6 eggs into a big mixing bowl, and then using a whisk he beat them all together, until they were all liquified. Afterwards he mixed in cheddar cheese, black pepper and leafy green spinach.

After mixing it all together, Eddie poured the egg mixture into a hot frying pan.

"Those omelets you're making smell really good," Elsa said from the living room while sitting on the couch.

"Yeah. Some people say I have a knack for making foods taste good."

Elsa got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen. While standing next to the counter behind Eddie she noticed a drawer was slightly open. "What's all this in here?"

"Oh, that's just a junk drawer. I keep things like matches, magazines and other things in there."

Elsa opened up the drawer and looked at something in wonder. "Uh, Eddie. What is this exactly?" Elsa asked pulling out an orange ring.

Eddie turned around to see what Elsa had. "That. Well, see the thing is I ended up coming home with that by mistake."

"What do you mean?"

"Remember how when you called me to Arendelle after Anna received a Star Sapphire ring, and I told you I'd discovered the home of the Orange Lanterns."

"Uh-huh."

"Well, there's more to the story than just that. When I'd found the place where the Orange Lanterns kept their power battery, there was only one of them left, because he'd told me the entire Corps wiped each other out for possession of the orange battery, and he attacked me because he thought I was there to steal his precious power battery."

"You weren't going to steal from him, were you?"

"Of course not. But he wouldn't listen to me because he was so greedy, and he lashed out on me. So knowing I had no other choice if I wanted to live, I fought back. While he and I were fighting, we were in this big room, and there were these big piles of orange rings everywhere, and he'd knocked me into one of them. It wasn't until I got home later that day did I find that ring in my pocket. So I realized that it must have fallen into my pocket when he knocked my into that pile of rings."

"Some Lantern Corps they were. Turning on each other for power." Elsa said.

"That's exactly what I was thinking. Not a very civilized Corps, considering the soldiers are so greedy they fight each other instead of real enemies."

Eddie then took the frying pan off the stove and put the 6 egg omelet onto a big serving plate. He then turned to his coffee maker and picked up two mugs. "You drink coffee?"

"It's what keeps me going in the morning," Elsa replied.

"That makes two of us," Eddie said filling both mugs with coffee and adding cream and sugar.

He placed them both on the rounded kitchen table, then turned back to the omelet and used a knife to cut it in half. After it was cut equally, Eddie put it on two smaller plates and brought them to the table as well, where he and Elsa sat at opposite ends.

Elsa picker up her fork, cut off a small piece of her omelet and popped it into her mouth. "Delicious." She said once she had swallowed.

"I knew you'd like it." Eddie replied eating his.

The two sat at the kitchen table in silence, both enjoying their breakfast until after about 15 minutes when they'd downed it all.

"You were right, Eddie. That was a really good omelet."

"Told you I have a knack for cooking good foods," Eddie said and then chugged the rest of his coffee. "Tell you what. Why don't you go ahead and take a shower, and I'll clean up around here."

"What exactly is a shower?" Elsa asked.

Eddie guided Elsa into the bathroom where he showed her his stand in shower.

"This is a shower. You just turn this handle here to get the water going. Red is hot, blue is cold. And this metal bar right here, is where you can keep your towel," Eddie said gesturing to the handle on the shower door where he put a white bath towel on.

Eddie then walked out of the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

Elsa then walked over to the shower, where she started to remove her icy blue dress, put it on the counter of the sink sitting right next to it and stepped into the shower.

She pulled the handle in between the red and blue setting, making the water that came out to be nice and warm. The snow queen took her braid out and let her hair loose, then stepped into the shower, which she found to be both soothing and relaxing.

After about 10 minutes in the shower Elsa turned off the water and stepped out, throwing her towel over her body. After taking a few minutes to dry off, Elsa put her clothes back on and then re braided her hair.

She then walked out of the bathroom to see Eddie on the couch watching TV.

"How'd you enjoy it?" Eddie asked.

"Oh, very much. I might just put a few of those in the castle back at Arendelle."

"So you're really thinking of making some changes to Arendelle, are you?"

"I am. But first, I'd like to see more of the differences between Arendelle and all these other towns."

"Really? Well, in that case, how about today you and I have an outing. We'll go out and I'll show you what things are like in the 21st century."

"Oh, you mean like a date?"

"A date? It never crossed my mind, but if that's how you want to put it, then yes. In fact, I'll call Tyler and see if he and Lisa want to join us and we can double date. Plus they can also help you see things from the 21st century and such."

"I'd like that very much."

"I'll go take a shower, then we'll head out this afternoon." Eddie said and made his way into his bedroom for a new change of clothes.

Later that day, the two couples had met up at an outlet mall downtown.

Tyler had been wearing a red t-shirt with a dragon on the front of it, his dark brown leather jacket, along with a pair of navy blue jeans and his black combat boots.

Lisa had on a dark blue top, with black silk pants and a pair of zebra print flats.

"An outlet mall?" Elsa said curiously.

"You'll like this place. An outlet mall is a big area of shops and other places," Lisa responded. "In fact, Elsa, I think I might know something you'll just love."

"Well, then what are we waiting for. Let's go," Eddie said and they made their way through the doors of the mall.

Author's note: "Now I'm gonna do the best I can with this, but I'm not really sure what it is women like to do when they have like girl time and such, so I'm just gonna roll with my ideas here and hope you like it."

Lisa had taken Elsa to a beauty salon in the mall where she signed them both up for a pedicure.

The two women had made their way to the chairs of the salon and sat down.

"What exactly is a pedicure?" Elsa asked as they sat down.

"It's just a little treatment for your feet. They'll give us a trim on our toenails, and give them a good painting. You'll like it, trust me."

Shortly after they sat down, the treatments began with Elsa and Lisa dipping their feet into warm water. Afterwards the specialists got to work on giving them foot massages and filing down the two women's toenails.

Once all that was done, the specialists had them choose the colors of nail polish.

"Nail polish?" Elsa said confused.

"It's her first time doing something like this," Lisa said to the specialists. "You just pick a color, and they'll paint your toenails with it."

"Paint them?"

"Lots of women do it. You'll like it once it's done. I'll have this color," Lisa said selecting a color of dark purple.

"Well, okay," Elsa said and then she selected a color of sapphire blue.

After a little while longer of being in their, Elsa and Lisa both had their toenails painted and once dried, they left the salon and regrouped with Eddie and Tyler who were sitting on a bench right outside.

"So, how'd it go?" Eddie asked as Elsa took a seat next to him.

Elsa then removed her heel from her right foot, showing Eddie her now sapphire blue painted toenails. "Lisa was right. My toenails do look very pretty painted."

"I'll say," Eddie replied.

"So where to next?" Tyler asked.

"How about we do some shoe shopping?" Lisa suggested.

"I'm game," Eddie replied.

The two young couples made their way to a nearby shoe store, which had shoes of all kinds.

Lisa had found a pair of glittery wedge sandals, which she took an instant liking to.

"How do they look?" Lisa asked Tyler.

"You look great, babe. Especially with the extra height."

Elsewhere on the other side of the store, Eddie found himself a pair of Nikes that were black with white soles on the bottom, with a white logo on the sides.

"Now these I like," Eddie said trying them on. "Ah, nice and comfy too. You find anything?" He asked Elsa.

Elsa was looking at several pairs of flip flops. "These look comfortable." Elsa responded looking to Eddie. "But I don't really like any of the colors. But I think I may just have another idea."

"Really? What?" Eddie asked.

Elsa looked around to make sure no one was looking and then she stepped out of her icy heels. After doing so, the snow queen shot a flurry of snow down at her feet, and the snow materialized into a pair of icy blue flip flops with white straps. She took a seat on a nearby bench and held up her left foot, where she dangled the shoe.

"I might just wear these from now on. Those heels are always giving me blisters on my pinky toes," Elsa said.

"You'll find flip flops to be very comfy." Eddie responded.

Over the next couple of hours, the two young couples roamed through the mall, visiting several clothing shops, as well as a music and movie store where Eddie was showing Elsa one of the music players, and had played various songs like Forever Young: Rod Stewart, Your Song: Elton John and others that Elsa had taken a good liking to.

A while later, the two couples had left the mall, Lisa was carrying several bags from different stores, while Eddie had just one bag from the shoe store.

"So what'd you think of all this?" Eddie asked Elsa.

"I enjoyed it very much. I think it's official; I'm definitely making some new changes to Arendelle."

"You think the people will adapt to it?" Tyler asked.

"Might take a while, but I believe they'll learn to love it like I do."

"I certainly look forward to seeing it. Now who's hungry?" Eddie asked.

"It's been several hours since breakfast, so yeah I'd like to try something new."

"Good. Then I've got just the place for you."

The four people had made their way to a pizza parlor nearby the mall.

Inside, Elsa and Lisa found a table near the window, while Eddie and Tyler ordered the food.

"This has certainly been a day of enjoyment," Elsa said once Eddie and Tyler sat down next to their dates.

"You certainly don't know much of the 21st century though do you, Elsa?" Lisa asked.

"No. In Arendelle we don't have anywhere near as much of this more civilized technology as this place does. I lived my whole life in a town that has cultures from centuries ago, when beyond all that there's so much more, and so much is different."

"Guess it's a good thing you received that Green Lantern ring then," Eddie said. "Otherwise you might have lived the rest of your life not knowing about all this."

"Yeah. I think you're right, Eddie."

And then one of the waiters had brought their pizza, which was half pepperoni, half jalapeno, sausage and black olive.

"What is pizza exactly?" Elsa asked.

"It's circular baked dough topped with tomato sauce, cheese and other various toppings," Eddie replied. "Pepperoni for instance." He gestured to the pepperoni half and took a slice of the jalapeno half.

"No silverware?" Elsa asked.

"Nope. It's finger food. You eat it with your hands," Eddie replied.

Elsa then took a whiff of their steaming lunch. "It smells really good." Elsa said pulling off a slice of pepperoni and then she ate a small bite. "Mmm. So delicious." The snow queen moaned with pleasure.

"Yeah. Pepperoni is good, but to me pizza with jalapenos is a lot better. I just love spicy foods," Eddie said.

"Can't handle jalapenos," Tyler said taking a slice as well and pulling off the jalapenos. "They make my stomach cramp up like crazy, and you don't wanna know what happens when they're digested."

"Some people just can't handle spicy foods," Lisa responded taking a slice of the jalapeno pizza as well.

A little later after lunch, the four left the pizza parlor with full bellies from a satisfying meal.

"All right, then. What's next?" Tyler asked.

"I was actually hoping you could show me what Arendelle is like. Since you and Anna put an offer on the table, I'd like to take it," Lisa suggested.

"I think that'd be good," Elsa replied. "You showed me your hometown here, so now I'll show you mine."

"Let's try and get somewhere no one can see though," Eddie said and they started to look for an area.

They'd all made their way into an alleyway nearby, from there Elsa and Eddie both took their power rings from their pockets and put them on.

Blue and green light surrounded both their bodies, turning Eddie's clothes into his Blue Lantern suit, and Elsa's dress became sparkling green, with her new flip flops glowing green like energy constructs.

"Still debating wearing that new ring, Tyler?" Eddie asked.

"Yeah. I'm still not sure yet if I still want to have that power I desired before, or if I'm ready to just have a normal life again."

"Well, keep thinking about it and I think you'll know the right choice. Ready, then?"

"Ready when you both are," Lisa replied.

Eddie aimed his ring at Lisa, creating a sphere around her to carry her along, and then Elsa followed suit and did the same with Tyler.

Both Elsa and Eddie took to the skies, carrying their friends with them and made their way to Arendelle.

In the town of Arendelle, the 4 had arrived at the docks and Lisa looked on in amazement at the kingdom.

"Oh, so amazing," Lisa said in awe at the sight of it all.

"It is, isn't it?" Elsa replied as she and Eddie morphed back into their original clothes.

"I was pretty amazed when I first saw it, too," Eddie said. "Despite the lack of technology, I was amazed at the sight of everything; All these old time citizens, the town, all that."

"So, what say we start at the castle?" Elsa said.

"Lead the way," Lisa responded.

They all made their way through the town, which Lisa had snapped various pictures of the buildings and stands with her phone.

Once at the castle, they were greeted at the front gates by Anna and Kristoff.

"Oh, Elsa. You're back." Anna said happily. "And I see you brought some company."

"We did. For the past few hours Eddie and the other two have been showing me around their hometown, which was surprisingly fun. So I figured I'd return the favor and show them more of Arendelle."

"Well, then, you're both gonna love it. There's so much to see," Anna said to Lisa and Tyler. "Even though you actually did see a little bit of it before." Anna said to Tyler. "You know when you were, well I don't really know how I should put it."

"When I tried to kill Elsa and Eddie, I know," Tyler replied. "Anyhow, I guess I did see a little bit of this kingdom of yours, but I'm still curious as to what else there is to see."

"Shall we then?" Elsa said to them and they all made their way through the castle, showing Lisa and Tyler everything there was.

Out in the gardens, there were hundreds of plants and flowers planted all over, and Lisa walked all around admiring the beauty of it all.

"This garden of yours is so beautiful. I think this is my favorite part of the castle so far," Lisa said walking up to a rose bush, that was planted with red, pink and white roses. "Roses are my favorite."

"They are beautiful, aren't they?" Anna said walking behind her. "I've always loved these gardens of ours. For 13 years I would come out and sit in here for hours admiring the beauty of it. Had to pass the time somehow, just wondering when the gates would open again."

"13 years?"

"I guess that's another thing I haven't yet told you," Elsa chimed in. "When Anna and I were both little, we were playing in the ballroom, because she loved to see my use my powers. I would make it snow in the whole room, and we'd play almost every night. But one night, when Anna and I were playing in the ballroom, I accidentally struck her in the head with my powers. To fix my mistake, my parents had to take her to the trolls who live up in the North Mountain, and the elder of them, he had to remove Anna's memories just to make sure she'd be safe. Afterwards, our parents had decided until I could learn to control my powers, we'd lock the castle gates, and keep me hidden from everyone, even Anna. I spent 13 years in my room, trying to learn to control them, but for all those years, my fear got the best of me and I just couldn't find the answer."

"So, do you still have problems with your powers then?" Lisa asked.

"No. Not anymore. Over a year ago, my powers were revealed to the entire kingdom and I'd set off an eternal winter. But during the aftermath of it all, I finally got the answer: Love. Love was the answer to everything. And I believe that's why I was chosen to become a Green Lantern, because I'd overcame all my fears, and the ring seemed to like it."

"That's all really interesting. What about you, Eddie?" Lisa asked. "Why do you think your ring chose you?"

"Well, I think it's because before I got this ring, my life wasn't exactly something to celebrate. I was recently unemployed from my job as the janitor of the junior high school, and I'd had no luck finding something new in life. My life was just so dull and boring, nothing ever going the way I wanted it to. So I began wishing for a change in life; Something new. Hoping things would get better for me one day. And thanks to the Blue Lanterns I got my wish."

"Wow. That really is amazing. But there's something I'm curious about, Eddie. Being a Blue Lantern, might've made your outside life better, but what about when you try living a normal life?" Lisa asked again.

"Well, that's just it. The same thing can't be said for my normal life. Because of all the missions I've been taking, I haven't had time to look for work, and the money I have stashed away in the bank, it's running low. Since getting this power ring, I've had to take a loan out from the bank every month, and it's barely enough to make the payment to the rent on my apartment. If I don't figure out something soon, I'll be homeless."

"Why don't you come stay with us?" Elsa asked. "We have plenty of room, and you could be a great help to all the servants and everyone. Especially with your amazing cooking."

"I appreciate that, Elsa. I really do. But as much as I enjoy the visits I always pay you guys here, I don't think I could make this my permanent residence."

"Really? Why?"

"This place, as amazing as it is; It may be home to you, but to be living in a foreign country just wouldn't feel the same. I belong in America. So I really appreciate you trying to help, Elsa. But I just couldn't."

"Had to try, right?" Elsa replied.

"I might have a suggestion, Eddie," Kristoff stepped forward.

"What?"

"So here's the thing. My family, are a group of trolls, who adopted me when I was only a little boy. And the thing is, they've lived here in Arendelle far longer than anyone. Even long before people settled here and made this place a kingdom. They've been here so long, that they've got lots of stories to tell of things they've seen, and they've told me about a lot of it. One of those stories, was that several years before people started coming to Arendelle, and making their homes here, a group of ruthless pirates shipwrecked here, hoarding mounds of gold and jewels across this land. They wanted to keep their valuable treasure hidden safely, so somewhere deep in the mountains, they buried their treasure in a cave somewhere. People have heard the legends and searched far and wide for it, but it's never been found."

"Well, have they any clue where it might be?" Eddie asked.

"The trolls believe it might be buried somewhere far down north of their home."

"Could you show me where?"

Kristoff's mouth curled into a small smile in response.

Shortly after his story, Elsa and Eddie, with Kristoff guiding them, flew through the skies, looking all that was below; The forests of trees and bushes all turned fall colors everywhere, and in sight a distance away, the mountains of Arendelle could be seen. On the top of the highest mountain it was covered in snow, and Elsa's ice palace could be seen in clear sight.

"I assume that's the ice palace you made that you told me about before?" Eddie asked.

"Yep. Amazing isn't it?"

"It's magnificent. Might ask you to show me around there sometime."

"Anytime you want to, just say the word and I'll gladly show you the whole thing."

"It should be right over this way," Kristoff said to them and he descended with Elsa and Eddie following him.

Once on the ground floor, the trio landed in an area where there were both mountains and a forest area.

"Gotta love the beauty of nature," Eddie said admiring the autumn color all around. "Autumn has always been my favorite of the seasons."

"Yeah, it is pretty, isn't it?" Elsa replied.

The trio began to walk through the woods, looking for a cave of sorts in sight.

"Are you sure this is the place, Kristoff?" Eddie asked.

"Well, the trolls said this happened like hundreds of years ago, so it seems the forces of nature have overtaken this area of the mountain. If there are any caves up here, they could be anywhere."

"But to search this area, it's gonna take hours. That is if there's even a cave around here-" Eddie got cut off when he fell somewhere.

Elsa and Kristoff looked and saw where Eddie had fallen, which was a deep pit.

"You okay?" Kristoff asked.

"I think so," Eddie replied sitting up and looked over his body and found a hole in the sleeve of his jacket." Agh! But I ripped my damn jacket." He then stood up and looked to see a small opening on the side wall. "Looks like this pit has a hidden path. Shall we see where it goes?"

"Don't see why not, but we'll never fit through that small hole."

Eddie then used his ring to construct a giant drill and drilled deeper into the hole, until it was big enough. "We can now."

The human Blue Lantern used his ring as a flashlight and began following the path, and Elsa and Kristoff jumped down the hole and followed close behind.

"Seems this is a cave, that must've gotten sealed up by nature over the years," Kristoff realized.

The trio turned a corner and then they saw a light up ahead, past another turn.

They all looked at each other in surprise and continued to follow the path down.

Another minute or two of following down, and the trio came across a sight that mystified them all.

Right in sight, they were in a big underground cave, and the grounds were covered with mountains of gold and jewels.

"Well, what do you know? The stories are true," Kristoff said in surprise.

"Just a handful of it, would set a person for life," Eddie said.

"What if we helped some of the homeless people in the kingdom by giving them some?" Elsa suggested.

"Not a bad idea," Eddie said and then he constructed two big treasure chests with his ring. "We load up these chests. One for me, the other for the townspeople."

"Then, let's get shoveling," Kristoff said and constructed a shovel.

Elsa and Eddie did the same and started shoveling the gold and jewels into the chests.

A while later, back at the kingdom, Anna was still giving Lisa and Tyler a tour of the castle, and had just finished outside on the castle grounds.

"Well, this certainly has been an experience. Thank you for the tour, Anna," Lisa thanked.

"You're welcome. Always glad to give a tour around my home to strangers. And Elsa said we were gonna make some changes to the kingdom, make it more like it is back where you're from, and I'm excited about that. I just know the town is gonna love it."

Tyler looked up to the skies and saw Elsa, Eddie and Kristoff return, with Eddie carrying the chests on a platform construct.

"So, did you find it?" Tyler asked once they reached the ground floor.

Eddie put the treasure chests on the ground and opened one up. "Does this answer your question?" He said revealing the gold and jewels inside.

Everybody looked at it in awe.

"You brought two chests full of treasure?" Anna said curiously.

"This one's for the townspeople, so they can have homes, and don't have to be living out on the streets," Elsa replied.

"Aww, that's sweet," Anna said happily. "What about you?" She asked Eddie. "Thanks to this, you're gold rich now."

"I think the first thing I'm gonna do is try and find a real house. I've always wanted to live in a house of my own. And I've got enough gold and jewels here to completely pay it off."

"Can't wait to see what it'll look like," Tyler said. "Would you mind if I took a cut of this, to help pay off a few debts?"

"Don't see why not. I'll even give you half if you want it."

"Nah. Just a small share of it will do," Tyler replied. "After all, I've got a well paying job so I got plenty of money aside."

"This really has been a fine day, hasn't it?" Eddie said to the others.

"It has," Elsa replied. "You showed me more of how things are in modern day times, Arendelle will soon be somewhat like it, and you struck a fortune in gold."

"Been an amazing day," Tyler said. "And there's one more thing I'd like to do."

"Really? What's that?" Elsa asked.

Tyler turned to his girlfriend. "Lisa, there's something I've been wanting to ask you for sometime now, and just couldn't bring myself to do it."

"Ask me anything, Tyler." Lisa replied.

"Lisa, babe, you and I have been together for quite a while now, and we've had a good thing going. I've been pondering this one for a while, and I've realized there's no doubt in my mind, that you're the one I wanna be with for the rest of my life." Tyler then got down onto his left knee and reached into his jacket pocket. "Lisa Rosewood Pierce, will you marry me?" He pulled out the engagement ring and held it in front of her.

Lisa slightly gasped and she got down to Tyler's level, her face turning bright red and tears streaming down her face. "Oh, Tyler. Yes." She nodded while smiling ad tears of joy continued to fall from her eyes. "Yes, I will."

Lisa held her left hand out and Tyler slipped the ring onto her ring finger and the two embraced in a tight hug, while the others all applauded.

And that's it for this one, how'd you like all this? Tyler finally popped the question like he's been wanting to, Eddie will soon have a new house, instead of that old apartment, and Elsa now knows more of the 21st century. Next chapter I'll try and do their wedding, best I can, and Eddie will be in his new house. As for what happens after all that, even I'm not sure. Gotta think about what'll happen after all this. Until then, please read review and enjoy.
