All right this one might be a little short, but in this one hence the name of the chapter Tyler and Lisa are getting married in this one. If you read the last one, you'll remember Tyler proposed, Lisa accepted and now they're gonna be a real couple. Keep in mind though I don't really know how weddings work and all, so I'm just gonna do my best here. Hope you enjoy it.
In Arendelle Norway, several weeks after Tyler had proposed to Lisa, things were looking different for Arendelle. Throughout the streets, there were construction machines and other equipment everywhere, setting up power lines, installing new more modern-day technology into the houses and buildings.
And though it was soon to be a big change for the kingdom, today was an even bigger day for Tyler, for today was his wedding day.
In a dressing room in the castle, Tyler was standing in front of a big set of mirrors where he had his hair loose and flowing so that it was down all the way to his shoulders. He was getting fitted into his wedding tux, which consisted of a black jacket, pants and shoes, and underneath he wore a white long sleeved dress shirt and a black tie, which he was straightening.
Then there was a knock on the doors.
"Come in," Tyler said as the doors opened, and Eddie walked in.
Eddie wore a suit similar to Tyler's, except his jacket and pants were a navy-blue color, and he wore a black bowtie.
"Well, how do I look?" Tyler asked his friend.
"You look awesome. I've never seen you look better," Eddie replied.
"Thank you," Tyler responded and wiped away some sweat on his forehead.
"Nervous?" Eddie asked.
"No. I'm beyond nervous. I'm absolutely terrified here. I've been dating her since we were in middle school, and now I'm marrying her. It's not that I don't like it. Today's the happiest day of my life, in fact. But deep down, I'm just screaming inside, thinking to myself, 'Please let this be the right decision, and I hope I didn't rush in too quickly.'"
"You did what you felt was right, Tyler. You waited for the opportune moment, and it paid off. She said yes to marrying you, so that can only mean you did make the right choice."
Tyler took a deep breath and pulled a hair tie from his pocket. "You're right, Eddie. I can do this. This is the girl of my dreams and I know that I want to be with her for the rest of my life." He said braiding his hair into a ponytail.
"And thanks for making me your best man."
"There's no one else I'd rather have to be."
"So, who'd Lisa have as her maid of honor?"
"Elsa. She knew from the moment I proposed that just as I knew you'd be perfect as my best man, Elsa would be perfect for her maid of honor."
The doors of the dressing room then opened, and the castles head of servants Kai stepped in. "It's time, Mr. Wolfe. Are you ready?"
"I think so," Tyler responded. "Let's go."
Down in the ballroom, where the wedding was taking place, people all gathered around sitting and looking to the altar, where Tyler stood, along with Eddie and Kristoff by his side, as well as Elsa and Anna on the bride's side of the altar.
Anna wore a yellow dress with a bright cream-colored top, as well as a yellow ribbon in her hair, which she used to tie her hair up in a bun.
Elsa wore an all-green gown, with a purple flower in her hair, and wore her icy blue flip flops.
After a few minutes of waiting at the altar, the ballroom doors opened up and at the entrance stood Lisa, wearing a big completely white gown, that was lightly see-through so underneath she could be seen wearing a pair of white glittery wedge sandals. A white veil covered her face, and she held a bouquet of white roses.
At the sight of how beautiful she looked Tyler's stomach dropped and his heart began to beat rapidly. He panted slightly and wiped a few beads of sweat off his forehead once more.
At the pipe organ, Kai began to play the wedding march as Lisa began to walk towards the altar, all eyes on her and once at the alter she threw back her veil and smiled warmly at Tyler, which the groom returned, and they took hold of each other's hands.
The bishop, who stood at the center of the altar in front of the bride and groom opened his book and began the reception. "People of Arendelle, we are gathered here today to witness the holy matrimony of these two wonderful people."
As the bishop continued on with the reception, there were smiles from faces of everyone in the ballroom, some tears shed from several people, including Anna.
"The rings please," the bishop said down the altar, and everyone looked to the ring bearer, who was none other than Olaf.
The little snowman made his way up to the altar, carrying the pillow with the rings.
After bestowing the rings on each other, the bishop spoke once more. "Do you, Tyler, take Lisa to be your lawful wedded wife, to love and to have, for better or worse as long as you both shall live?"
"I do," Tyler said.
"Do you, Lisa, take Tyler to be your lawful wedded husband, to love and to have, for better or worse, as long as you both shall live?"
"I do," Lisa said.
"Do either the bride or groom have anything to say?"
"As a matter of fact, yes," Tyler said looking into his very soon to be wife's eyes. "Lisa, from the moment you and I first met back in middle school, I had such a great feeling about you. I know they say nothing is set in stone, but from the moment we met, you've changed my life so much and I'd always had the feeling we were meant for each other. And now, here we are getting married, and it's not what I expected. It's so much better. I can honestly say without a doubt, today is the happiest day of my life, second to none."
"Oh, Tyler," Lisa said sweetly. "I've loved you for so long, and something told me that you and I were perfect for each other, too. I've never known what it was to begin with, but maybe there are some answers we're better off not knowing. But I think it's because I have such great love for you in my heart. I always have, and I will always love you."
"If anyone has a reason why these two should not be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace," said the bishop.
The audience all looked in awe at the happy couple, no one saying a word.
"You may now kiss the bride."
No sooner after the bishop said, Tyler pulled Lisa towards him and kissed her, making everyone in the ballroom applaud for the newlyweds.
At the reception, Tyler and Lisa cut the wedding cake, which was 7 layers high.
Lisa picked up a piece on a plate, then held it in front of Tyler, but as he was about to take it, she playfully shoved it in his face, smearing cake and icing all over his face.
Lisa laughed slightly hysterically as Tyler wiped some off his face and shoved it in hers as payback making them both laugh.
Outside of the castle, a helicopter waited in the courtyard as the newlyweds walked to it.
Before climbing into the helicopter, Lisa turned her back to a group of women. "All right, ready?" she called out and then tossed her bouquet in the air. "Catch!"
Several women reached for it and when it came down, it was caught by none other than Elsa, who looked at it in surprise.
Eddie walked up next to her with a smile on his face.
Elsa returned the smile and she and Eddie embraced.
Tyler then swept the bride off her feet and carried her into the helicopter.
"Bye, guys!" Eddie waved along with Elsa and everyone else. "Have fun in Paris."
Tyler shot his closest friend a thumbs up with a big smile spread across his face and closed the doors to the helicopter, which then took to the skies.
Once they were gone, Elsa and Eddie walked back into the castle, and into the ballroom, where there were several hundred empty chairs and Elsa looked at the bride's bouquet. "I can't believe I actually caught it."
"Maybe it's a sign for your future. Maybe there's a good man in your life."
"Maybe," Elsa replied.
Eddie then got an idea. He pulled out his phone and opened a music app. He then used his ring to construct an external speaker device and plugged his phone into it, then it began to play You Raise Me Up.
"Is this Josh Groban?" Elsa asked.
Eddie nodded in response and held out his hand. "Care to dance?"
Elsa smiled and took Eddie's hand, and then the two began to waltz together, dancing to the music.
Later that night in their hotel in Paris, Tyler and Lisa both laid in bed in the dark, holding one another's hands.
"This is gonna be the best honeymoon of your life, Lisa. We're gonna make it one to remember."
"I can't wait to see what you have planned. Ooh I just love it when you surprise me."
"And I look forward to what our future holds," Tyler said reaching next to the nightstand and grabbing a folded piece of paper. "Thanks to Eddie and that gold he struck, we can make our dream a reality."
"I look forward to that, too. But for now, you come here and give me some loving," Lisa said pulling Tyler on top of her and the two began to make sweet love to one another.
But as they were doing that, something mysterious happened. As they were kissing, the darkness of the room was all of a sudden illuminated with pink light.
"What?" Lisa said confused as she and Tyler looked up to see a small pink hole floating above them.
And then a small object floated down towards Lisa.
"Lisa Pierce of Earth, you have tremendous love in your heart." Spoke a female voice as the object came in front of Lisa, and it was revealed to be a Star Sapphire ring.
"Huh? What's this?" Lisa said taking the ring as the light faded.
"It's a Star Sapphire power ring," Tyler said. "In other words, another Lantern color."
"So, now I have a ring like Elsa and Eddie?"
"Elsa told me that Anna received one, too."
Lisa looked at the ring in her hand with both shock and amazement.
All right then, that'll be it for this one. So, I hope you liked this chapter, especially the ending of it. Like I said, I'm not good at writing down things like weddings, so I hope I did okay with that part of the story. Anyhow, I'm thinking that next chapter, another character is gonna become a Lantern as well, and I'm not talking about Lisa, but someone else, of an entirely different color. Know who I refer to? If not, well you'll find out. Until next time please read, review and enjoy.
