Chapter 8: Ultraman 80 and Aino Minako

Minako is with Rei, they were at the shrine.

"Reiko, What miracle do you had last week?" Minako asked, sipping her tea.

"Minako. I was sleeping soundly in my bed, but I noticed I was at a dark place, Nehelenia's copies had revived." Rei explained.

"Nehelenia? What? Isn't Usagi finished her job already? We redeemed her, How can she be still alive?" Minako wondered.

"I met a figure, who claimed himself as Leo."

"Leo?"

"It's a person's name, but I remembered he said he is not a human."

"Not a human means…"

"Kind of an alien?"

"He is from another place, Minako chan. It's like the starlights, but what he said to me is he has brothers."

"Brothers… It's not like only Yaten, Taiki and Seiya, right?"

"I didn't ask him about that. Minako chan."

"But he did mention which race he is from, right?"

"He said he is Ultraman, and what I saw him, he is using his nunchucks and defeat the copies."

"Ultraman?"

"His face was not a human, Minako, unlike the starlights, their faces are made of metal."

"Metal?" Minako jumped up.

"What's the sudden reaction, Minako?"

"When you mentioned the person is made of metal, it reminds us in the past, that one of the Youma's face was metal. This doesn't make sense to me, how does Leo even know you?"

Rei then stood up and patted Minako's shoulder.

"Just listen to me, Minako chan. Calm down, it's alright. Leo said he has a King that offered himself as a partner to me."

"Partner? That's good! You have your partner, Reiko! I told you a miracle would happen!"

"He also comforted me when I'm crying, Minako."

"Are you alright, Reiko?"

"I was scared, Minako, haven't I told you? Nehelenia's copies are attacking me, and I was injured."

"I forgot, sorry."

"Minako chan, what about you?"

"Reiko, from what you said, about Leo's King said he had offered the Sailor Senshi partners, so I assume he had offered a partner to me, right?"

"I think yes, I will ask Leo if I meet him."

"He said he met King Endymion before."

"Endymion met his King?"

"Yes, that's right."

"Since Leo is now my partner, I'm sure your partner would come to you."

"Thanks, Reiko."

Minako and Rei then smiled to each other and stared up the sky.

A week later, Minako prepared to go out as she put on her shoes.

"Minako, where are you going?" Artemis asked.

"I'm going out for a walk."

"Take me with you, Minako."

Minako and Artemis went outside for a walk, they looked every pedestrians, some were taking their children to the school, some were on a hurry to work.

"Minako, How's the chat with Rei?"

"Rei said she met a person called Ultraman Leo. He saved her from a nightmare."

"Ultraman, Leo?"

"Rei mentioned him, what's wrong?"

"You said, he saved her, right?"

"Yes. Artemis."

"I would like to meet the Ultraman, that you mentioned."

"Really, Artemis?"

"Because he saved Rei, there has to be a reason on why he knows her."

"If only I could meet him, I would ask the reason, Artemis."

A few yards away, Minako glanced a crowd of kindergarteners outside from the school entrance. She was wondering why the kids are so happy.

"Minako, what's wrong?"

"I been to this kindergarten and helped a kid a few years ago, I think now she is graduated."

When Minako looked at the entrance, she noticed something weird, she saw a human with yellow eyes, his face was made of metal, and his mouth is rectangle. With a red fin on his head, and the back of the head is also red, his body was full with most parts cover with silver, only a few parts with red, he also has a color timer on his chest, with a diamond near to his stomach.

"Kids, are you all surprised to see the figure here?" One of the teachers asked.

"Yes!"

"Say hello to the kids!"

"Hello, everyone, how are you doing?" The figure said.

"Happy!"

"Please introduce yourself to the kids."

The figure introduced to the kids, as all the kids spread aside.

"My name is Ultraman 80, I came here for a visit to earth. Because today my King had give me a holiday for me to visit Earth."

"Ultraman, 80?" Minako whispered, she is hiding behind a tree near the entrance.

"What are we going to do today?" One of the students asked.

"Why don't we learn some picture matching, kids?" The teacher asked. "Let teacher 80 teach you kids!"

"Hooray!" "Teacher 80 is teaching us!" "I'm so happy!" The whole class shouted in delight.

"That's Ultraman 80….." Artemis said as he peeked out of the bag.

"If what he said is Ultraman, then last week, on what Rei said. Leo is in league with 80, same race is called Ultraman."

"You got a point, Minako. But aren't we going for a walk? How come it turns into an investigation?"

"Artemis, I have to make sure this 80 whether is attacking them. He may launch an attack to them like last time."

An hour later, Nothing happened. 80 is having a good time with the kids, they laughed a lot and some even played with 80. Minako glanced the whole scene, as she remembered the last time when she was in the kindergarten, she saved the school bus and the kids inside. She noticed 80 is treating them kindly without any intention of harming them.

After a while, 80 waved to the students and bid farewell to them, took a few photos as the teacher called them to sleep. The teacher then closed the door and let the kids sleep peacefully.

"80, you are really a big fan of my class."

"They love to watch my series every Saturday, I was so excited to see that happening."

"I was surprised also, when I was teaching them, some were saying about Ultraman 80,and this is your appearance."

" If I have time, then maybe I will visit you again."

"Take care, 80!" The teacher waved and got back to the kindergarten and continue her duty.

Once 80 head out of the entrance, He turned his head to a tree, and he saw something yellow.

"Come on out, whoever you are!" 80 shouted.

Minako then got out of the bush, as he saw 80 stands in front of her.

"Are you 80?" Minako asked.

"Yes, I am. I'm Ultraman 80, what are you doing here?"

"I'm just curious on what is going on, seeing a lot of people surrounding you." Minako said, stuffing Artemis back to her bag.

"I was just here to give the kids a surprise, you thought I'm a villain or something?"

"Really, your face is far different from normal humans!"

"That's how our race looks like. We're Ultras."

"Sounds interesting."

"Don't worry, Minako chan. I bring no harm to you."

Minako is surprised on what 80 said, he said her name out loud.

"I wonder why you know my name?"

"Do you know who is Leo, right?

"Rei said to me that she met Leo in the nightmare, is that him?"

"Yep, And in the Land of Light, King offered me you as your partner. And I heard from him, you helped a kid, you were like a teacher."

"Teacher? Not really, 80. I'm just here to help a kid from the bullies."

"But I am a teacher in the Land of Light, Minako. Probably is because he thinks you and I have the same ability."

"Minako, is that 80?" Artemis asked.

80 stared at the bag. And Artemis leaped out.

"What are you doing, Artemis?"

"That's Artemis?"

"Sorry for not introducing myself, my name is Artemis, husband of Luna."

"Pleased to meet you."

"Shall we go now?"

The normal walk of Minako had turned into a walk with a unique person.

"So, Minako. I wonder how you met Artemis?"

"I met him a long time ago, Is when I first transformed to Sailor V."

"Sailor V is…"

"My former counterpart, I used to fight crime."

"But how do you become Sailor Venus afterwards?"

"When I meet Usagi in the game arcade, I revealed my true self that I was Minako, 80 san." Minako replied. "Thus, I transformed to Sailor Venus, since she already know I'm Sailor V, I think it's no use to hide my identity."

"I look after Minako every time, we have a good relationship together." Artemis said.

"You two really are close."

"80, how come you can teach kids that well?"

"I was a teacher in the Land Of Light, I have a lot of experience."

"Maybe you could teach me math in the future, 80."

"Anytime, Minako. I'm an expert."

"Thanks, 80 san."

After they got home, She saw Rei and Leo are learning martial arts in the backyard.

"Reiko, is that…."

"Minako chan, this is Ultraman Leo, the one that I mentioned before." Rei said as she introduced him.

"Oh, Hello, Leo san." Minako said as she waved.

"80, who is she?" Leo asked.

"Leo, this is Minako, Also known as Sailor Venus."

"Minako, I remember. King told me about you."

"Nice to meet you, Leo san."

"What are you doing at this time, Rei?" 80 asked.

"Just doing martial arts with Leo san. We just got started."

"She said she wanted to learn martial arts. So I came here to help."

"I'll leave the rest for you two, Leo , Reiko. Let's get upstairs, 80 san."

"Now, Rei. Put more force to your legs!" Leo ordered.

80 and Minako were sitting at Minako's bedroom.

"Say, 80 san. I wonder would you stay along with Leo san after that?"

"Why?"

"Because I was hoping I could spend more time with Reiko, I haven't spend much time with her in the past few days."

"I see. Sure, Minako chan."

"Why do you like Rei so much?"

"She is actually my friend, I care about her so much. How about you, Isn't Leo your friend?"

"He is also my friend, except we don't talk too much."

"You should find Leo san and speak more, 80."

"Yep, Minako chan." 80 said as he wrapped his arm to her shoulder.

"80, I'm not used to men touching me, especially your face was made of metal."

"Sorry, Minako."

"It's alright, I'm not mad or something."

"Keep this pose is alright, Minako?"

"Sure, 80 san."

A few minutes later, Leo and Rei had already finished their training. Rei used her towel and wiped some of the sweat on her head.

"Rei, is the training hard for you?" Leo asked.

"It's not that hard, Leo san. It's worth it."

"Then tomorrow, we can try a little bit harder, Rei chan."

"Sure, Leo san."

"Can you call 80 and Minako down?"

"Sure. 80!, Minako!, come down here for a second!"

Minako was asleep on 80's shoulder.

"Minako, Minako!" 80 said as he pats her cheek softly.

"80, what's the matter?"

"Rei chan is calling us."

"Ok."

80 and Minako got off stairs as they met Rei and Leo.

"How was your chat with 80, Minako chan?"

"It's alright, Reiko. I didn't know that he was a teacher in the past."

"I taught a lot of people in the Land of light."

"I'm struggling in Math, Reiko. I hope Ami is her and teach me."

"Don't worry, Minako. I'm a teacher, and I have a lot of knowledge, I can help you out." 80 said.

"Then I would continue the training for Rei tomorrow." Leo said.

"So, I think it's decided right? I'm with 80 san, and Reiko with Leo san."

"Yep, that's decided, Rei chan." 80 said.

Artemis also came here.

"If you guys are here, why don't we take a photo together?" He asked.

"Artemis, you've scared me!" Minako said.

"Sorry, Minako."

"Artemis right?" Leo said,

"Yes, and you are?"

"Ultraman Leo."

"Oh, you are the same race like 80, right?"

"Yes, Artemis."

"That's good."

"Let's take a photo, shall we?"

Ultraman Leo and 80 put their shoulders around Rei and Minako. The camera is counting down.

"Consider it as a vow for Minako and Rei, 80."

"Yeah." 80 nodded.

"Don't forget about me!" Artemis leaped up to Leo's shoulder.

"You too, Artemis."

"3,2,1, cheese!"

They took a nice photo.

"Good job guys." Artemis said.

"There is a funny show would air on TV soon, mind joining with us, Leo san?" Rei said.

"No problem, Rei chan." Leo replied.

"I like this photo. I would like to stick it on my room. Wait for me." Minako said as she got upstairs.

Minako then sticks the photo on the wall as a memory for meeting Ultraman 80 and Leo. She is sure those two people would be with her and Rei forever.

"Minako! Aren't you going to watch TV with us? " 80 asked.

"Coming!"

Minako's house was filled with harmony and bustling with noise, all of them were having a good time.
