Arizona wanted little trouble, and ran passed anyone she could. She wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Anyone who dared follow would have to face Argonaut, who swiftly punched anyone who came after them. Anyone he didn't punch was taken care of by his sword.

They came across a room filled with loads of cargo, probably from the trade route the Drifter mentioned, but there was one especially stunning piece in the middle of the room. It was huge, almost like an egg with small arms that stuck out from the top, and intricately painted with orange and black, and on the front was a picture of a spider painted in the traditional style of the Eliksni alphabet, even if the rest of the picture didn't appear to fit the traditional House styles. It looked oddly like a spider. Cutting into the middle of the symbol was a window.

"You've got to be kidding." Argonaut shook his head and walked up to the pod.

"What? Do you know this House?"

"Wouldn't call it a House, but I know who this belongs to." He knocked on the glass.

"Who's there?" A booming voice called from inside. "Drifter? Is that you?"

Drifter's voice came from Ghost, "I'm there in spirit, boss. I…finessed these Guardians into doing the actual rescuing."

Eyes appeared in the window and peered out. Argonaut waved cheerily, but Arizona kept herself from waving, watching the eyes wearily instead.

"You let them see me like this? We'll have words once I'm out of here."

"About that…first, let's discuss our hazard pay." Drifter said.

"What?" There was banging from inside that made her jump. Argonaut's arm came in front of her, as if the thing inside could harm her.

"We had a deal!" The voice yelled. "I will not be leveraged by an amateur extortionist!"

"Sure thing, boss," the Drifter sounded all too pleased. "We'll just ship you back to the Tangled Shore. Queen Mara's got a handsome bounty on your ugly mug. Could be quite the payday."

The two were quiet for a few moments. "Tell you what: House Salvation commandeered my old Ketch. If you can fight your way there, it's yours. My associates will join you along the way. Give them a lift and we'll call it even."

The Drifter chuckled, "Hear that, hero? We got ourselves a new ride! Just gotta break it out of impound."

"I have a feeling I know where it'll be too." Argonaut moved first, and Arizona lagged behind.

"Wait, how do you know a Baron of a House?"

Argonaut laughed, "He's not exactly a Baron either. And it's not exactly a House."

She sighed, "Fine. Then what is it?"

"Like a…mafia…a loosely organized gang, anyway. The boss, The Spider is what they call him, I…kinda sorta used to work for him for a brief period of time. Got him whatever he needed, and took care of anybody who caused trouble for him at the Tangled Shore." He shrugged. "That was in my early days, before I found the Vanguard, though. It's not something I'm proud of so I don't talk about it."

The next room they came upon had a door that faced the Ziggurat and the Pyramid, and on the balcony was a hollow mound of ice, as if it were a shell that used to hold something. There was a screeching of the Eliksni language from a balcony and he jumped down between the outside and them.

Argonaut yelled, "Of course this room is guarded! When do we ever get a break?" The Eliksni fired directly at him, and his body fell with a thud.

"Unbelievable." Arizona felt the ice in her heart and a grenade appeared in her hand. Before the next shot could hit her she threw the grenade on the ground and formed a huge ice wall that shattered as the bullets hit it, and the shattered pieces flew past her, cutting at her arms and legs and her new helmet. Some of the shattering pieces stopped by her to form standing ice shards that glowed a bright navy blue, but there was no time to allow her fascination with the objects. Arizona threw another grenade in front of Juggernaut as she appeared to raise her Guardian.

"Let the cold in." A voice pleaded.

Arizona took out her shotgun and fired at the Baron-sized Eliksni. He shot back and she had to hide behind pillars.

"Embrace the Darkness. Embrace the cold." The voice continued.

"Fine," Arizona dared to peek around the pillar, and seeing Argonaut regaining his balance she took a deep breath. "Just like summoning the Light." She told herself, extending out her hand. What should she expect?

With Arc energy the lightening comes from her hands.

With Voice energy the bomb can come from her or it can come from her hands or she can warp long distances.

With Solar energy there was always a sword to either cause havoc or to cause healing.

Her hands clasped around something cold. She's never felt so cold and yet she also wasn't shivering. She floated from the ground and the ground beneath her froze. She thrust the object in her hand forward and from the tip of it came a ball of bright navy blue that froze the Eliksni in place. She thrust it forward again as it took aim and froze the gun in his hand.

Argonaut took this time to run at him with a massive sword-no doubt something new he got from Banshee-and stabbed him in the middle of his chest. The Eliksni cried out, and fell forward.

"Well done." The voice said as she was lowered to the ground.

Argonaut laughed, embracing her in his huge arms. "That was amazing! You're a natural!"

"Yeah," Arizona said awkwardly. "Looks like there's a nice view of the Pyramids here."

Argonaut sighed and set her down. "Unfortunately that's not the only view you can see from here." He walked toward the hollow ice mound. Juggernaut appeared beside him. "Drifter, we got an issue. Eramis isn't frozen here anymore."
