Chapter Thirty One:

The fact that the Grangers accepted Hermione's status as a Demon-Ship was quite the relief for not only the hexagon eyed girl in question but also her fellow Devils. And once the discussion regarding plans for the upcoming summer, which included not only Hermione's training schedule to (in the words of Shalltear) whip her into shape as a Devil, but also a few other events before the Devils had to take their leave and head to the Underworld.

When the members of Enuma's Peerage arrived in the Underworld, more specifically the Gremory Castle, one of the first sights they were greeted to was the sight of Aura and Mare bursting through the door of the room the group had appeared in and all but collapsing on a couch and in an armchair respectively, looking completely exhausted. Considering that the two had been put through not only a crash course on reading and writing, but also what amounts to training from hell, it made sense that they'd be tired. Something that Hermione noticed was a pair of items in the twins possession that they definitely didn't have last time she saw them. In the case of Mare, the item was a staff made of wood that had a kind of C-shaped head, which he had been using for support in order to not fall over from exhaustion. Aura's item on the other hand was what appeared to be a black cleaver-like sword with a handle shaped like a pistol that had a ribbon attached to it. While the Demon-Ship wasn't really sure, it felt that she knew of another weapon with a similar description, a weapon that was definitely fictional and probably extremely difficult to wield effectively in real life. But here she was looking at an nigh-exact (and probably fully functional) replica of the weapon belonging to one of the characters from a rather popular animated web series produced in America where just about every single weapon in the show was also a gun.

By the time the twins noticed that they weren't alone in the room, they greeted their King and fellow Peerage members before excusing themselves for dinner and hitting the hay. After having dinner with the rest of the Gremorys, the three girls were off to bed with Enuma and Hermione sharing Enuma's room, which had more than a few figurines, statues and model kits from not only various series and video games but also the real world. Ranging from what appeared to be anthropomorphic depictions of various spaceships and mech-suits from various anime, to various statues of what Hermione guessed were monsters from video games. When the hexagon eyed girl absentmindedly commented that she wasn't expecting her King to have such a hobby, the only response she got from Enuma before the redhead went to sleep was a request to not touch anything and that she blamed Rias for her hobby of figurine, statue and model collecting (albeit in a rather fond manner).
