Chapter 8: Graduation Part 1.

At the academy:

The shinobi hopefuls lined up one after another to begin the graduation ceremony. All 36 potential candidates would be weeded down to just 18 in total, for 6 different shinobi teams. All Naruto could do in this situation was try his best in the aspects of the ceremony he knew he could be great at while accounting for any type of potential sabotage being thrown his way. He looked around at his friends before looking back at the instructor with a determined look in his eyes. No matter what, Naruto Uzumaki would crush these exams.

He sat down at his assigned desk, right in between Sasuke and Ino. Looking to his left and right, he could tell that the two of them were ready for whatever they had thrown at them, no matter what the potential outcome could be. They would give it their all and leave nothing back. Naruto inwardly smiled, having full confidence that his friends would be joining him post graduation.

Once the papers got handed out, Naruto could feel the pressure mounting inside of him. Looking over the questions, he felt that they were a lot harder than what he was given in terms of the tests during the academy. However, at least this time, it didn't feel like someone was trying deliberately to make him fail, which is one thing he thanked for happening. Looking over the questions, he was confident he'd be able to score at least 70% on the test, barely over the required grade of 65% to pass, and he could also probably bullshit his way to an 80% somehow.

Naruto began writing down the answers to the questions he knew for sure, getting around 5 out of the 20 questions finished in under a minute. He needed at least 9 more points to secure a pass on this part of the exam, but the questions following started to get a lot harder than before.

"Question 6: How many shinobi did the 4th hokage end up fighting at once in the 3rd great shinobi war?" Naruto said to himself. Looking at the options of 50, 250, 500, and 1000, he couldn't quite remember exactly how many shinobi his father had fought at once, but he did remember his mom telling him many stories about his father's skills as a shinobi where he once took out more ninjas than anyone in the 3rd war ever did. Putting his guess at 500 shinobis at once, he moved onto the next question.

"Question 7: What are the names of the two people considered the founding fathers of Konoha?" Naruto had to recall that information from Kurama. He remembered one of them was the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju, otherwise known as the god of shinobi, but the other one completely evaded him. Was it Tobirama Senju? Hashirama's brother and the man who would eventually become the second hokage? Was it Madara Uchiha? The only other person strong enough to match Hashirama's abilities and the other man responsible for ending the warring states era of shinobi history, but would later become known as the biggest traitor in the history of the shinobi world? Or was it someone else entirely? These were all questions Naruto had before he just decided to leave the question blank and move onto the next one.

One by one, the academy students began handing in their tests to Iruka. Sakura and Sasuke were the first ones out. Makes sense since they were the two smartest in the class by far. As Sakura left, she blew a kiss to Naruto before skipping out of the exam hall and making her way to the field for the weapon-throwing test. Sasuke on the other hand just threw up an L over his head to signify that Naruto would forever remain a loser when it came to him. Naruto stuck his tongue out in return before going back to his test and writing down whatever he could.

Before long, Naruto himself was done with the written test and made his way outside to see his friends. Sakura and Ino, without care for how they looked, immediately jumped on Naruto to give him the biggest hug they could, excited that he would be joining them for the second part of the exam.

"NARUTO-KUN!" The two kunoichi hopefuls yelled before smothering him with hugs. "How was the written test?"

"Ugh… get off me… can't… breathe…" Naruto struggled as Sakura and Ino crushed him in their bear hug.

"Sorry Naruto-kun, we just got really excited that you passed with us!" The two said simultaneously.

"Yeah right, more like you just wanted to jump his dick the second he got out of there. I gotta know, are the two of you just perpetually down bad for the most average person anyone could ever meet?" Kiba playfully jabbed at the girls.

Sakura and Ino turned around and gave Kiba their iconic death glares, one that would even make Sasuke shudder in slight fear before Naruto patted them on their shoulder to get the two to finally calm down.

"You two can relax, but yeah the test was pretty okay. I don't think I did too bad on it, hoping that I can get at least a 70% so that I can get some leeway on the other parts of the test." Naruto flashed his smile, making Sakura and Ino almost pass out from blood loss, adding even more fuel for Kiba's teasing, which he made sure to take full advantage of, leaving the girls even more embarrassed than before.

As soon as the rest of the class made their way out of the exam hall, Naruto and his friends made their way to the ranges where they would be throwing their kunai and shuriken. Even though, according to Sasuke, they were essentially useless weapons for any competent ninja that can only work if someone was able to modify them like Lord 4th was able to do with his Flying Raijin, the school kept insisting on teaching it regardless of its lack of practical uses for the skilled.

"Alright class, welcome to the second part of the graduation exam, where you'll be tasked to hit at least 6/10 shuriken and at least 6/10 kunai for a passing grade in this section." The teacher running the test explained. Luckily for Naruto, this specific teacher did not bear a grudge against him for being the jinchuriki of the 9-tails, so he could count on him receiving a fair examination for this one. Naruto let out a sigh of relief.

"First up, Shino Aburame." The teacher called as Shino made his way to the marked circle, calming himself before hitting 7/10 shuriken and 8/10 kunai.

"Alright Mr. Aburame, your final score is 7.5/10. Make your way back to the sidelines and can I have Choji Akimichi up next?" Choji, like always, was surprised to hear his name called as he continued to wolf down his bag of chips like it was his last lifeline. When he was done, he nervously made his way to the center of the circle and performed his concentration ritual. At the end, he opened his eyes and concentrated on the targets, nothing else in mind.

He would end up hitting 6/10 for the shuriken and 7/10 for the kunai, barely passing by the slimmest of margins. He breathed a sigh of relief before making his way back to the outside of the circle.

"Very good Mr. Akimichi, now next up is Inomaru Baki." The teacher called out one of the civilian-born students.

After the stretch of mediocre to absolute garbage that was the civilian-born students' hilarious attempts at hitting kunai and shuriken on a piece of wood. Naruto and Sasuke continued to laugh at the pure incompetency on display.

"Yo Naruto, you want to make a bet?" Sasuke whispered to his pseudo-brother.

"Sure shithead, what's up?" Naruto quipped back.

"The one who gets a lower score on the Kunai and Shuriken test has to do whatever the winner wants for the next 2 months. Get ready to become my bitch, Naruto." Sasuke chirped.

"Big words from the guy who has never beaten me in the Kunai and Shuriken throwing contest back home." Naruto responded.

"Maybe this is my lucky day, maybe you'll choke in the worst way possible. You never know what can happen, that's why we're always told to celebrate every victory as they come, because the next day, you might become Naruto." Sasuke responded, knowing full well what he meant by "Naruto" in that context.

Kiba, who was listening in on the conversation, decided now was the best time to do a little bit of instigating. "Yo Naruto, you gonna let this man talk to you like that? You're gonna let him disrespect you like that?"

Turning to Kiba, Naruto responded. "Nah, I'll show this bastard what it really means to lose against Naruto, because if you lose to the so-called loser, what does that make you?"

"An anomaly." Sasuke quipped back before Iruka slapped both of them upside the head.

"For fucks sakes, I can't have one day without the two of you becoming absolute children. You're about to become shinobi, I suggest you start acting like one or else your first mission will also be your last."

Naruto and Sasuke turned around rubbing their heads. "Sorry Iruka Sensei." They both said as they turned back around and watched the rest of the exam.

"Next up, Sakura Haruno, please come up to the circle and grab your weapons." Sakura flashed a wink at Naruto before making her way to the inner circle and getting into her stance. Luckily, she spent all of Tuesday working on her throwing accuracy so she was hoping for a satisfactory result.

"YOU GOT THIS SAKURA!" Naruto yelled out, causing Sakura to slightly lose her concentration, but she just looked back at the blonde and smiled. Re-positioning herself, Sakura grabbed hold of the first shuriken and flung it at the target, hitting the bullseye. She continued to do this for all of her kunai and shuriken to end up with a final score of 9/10 on the shuriken and 8/10 for the kunai, giving her the best score out of everyone so far at 8.5/10.

Sakura frolicked back to the outside and jumped all over Naruto.

"Naruto-kun, did you see me? Did you see how amazing I was? If you didn't watch me, I'll slap you." Sakura said, going from sweet to threatening in 2 seconds.

"Relax Sakura, I watched you, you did amazing out there." Naruto reassured her.

"Good." Sakura planted a playful kiss on his left cheek, causing Naruto to get all flustered.

"Uh… starts speaking gibberish."

"Oh great going Sakura, you broke Naruto. What a drag." Shikamaru said while shaking his head.

"Can it, Shikamaru, before I reveal your secret to your mom." Sakura threatened, which immediately made Shikamaru shut up.

The rest of the exam went on pretty quickly, with Hinata, Kiba, and Shikamaru being the only other ones so far to receive passing scores on the throwing test. Hinata received a score of 7/10, Kiba placed at 6/10, and Shikamaru did the minimum effort needed to pass at a 6/10 as well. Before long, it was now Sasuke's turn.

"Next up, we have Sasuke Uchiha. Please come up to the center of the circle and aim for the target." The instructor said.

Sasuke flashed a wink in Naruto's direction as he went up to the circle, looking to stake his spot as the top student in the class. Grabbing his shuriken and kunai, he got in position before his concentration was ruined by the horde of fangirls yelling out his name.

"YOU GOT THIS SASUKE-KUN! PLEASE HAVE MY BABIES SASUKE-KUN! I WILL DO WHATEVER YOU WANT SASUKE-KUNNNNNNN!" The fangirls yelled, causing the boys and the clan heirs to internally facepalm at the sheer stupidity of them.

Sasuke meanwhile, just looked annoyed. Shooting one of them a death glare, he was finally able to get them to calm down and re-focus himself onto the task at hand. In the end, he was able to hit 9/10 shuriken and 10/10 kunai to give him the highest score so far, at 9.5/10.

The fangirls erupted once more into fits of screams, declarations of love, and wet panties, screaming out at the top of their lungs and giving everyone else here ear damage: "OMG THAT WAS SO COOL SASUKE-KUN! PLEASE GO OUT WITH ME, I AM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT JUST PLEASE CHOOSE ME TO BE YOUR WIFE!"

Naruto, sick of all these girls acting this way, finally snapped at them.

"What the fuck is wrong with you all? You really think acting like a bunch of broken trumpets is what's going to win Sasuke's attention? Dear god you're more delusional than when fuckin Kiba thought he would be able to take on the entire class at once! If you REALLY want to win Sasuke's heart, I suggest all of you stop focusing your entire lives on putting on makeup and changing your bodies to give the ideal body type, because I can say for sure, NO GUY WANTS A GIRL LIKE YOU BITCHES!" Naruto yelled out the last part of the sentence to make sure his words reached the cores of all the fangirls in the audience. Even the guys turned their heads and started cheering Naruto on for finally speaking some truth to those annoying banshees.

"SHUT UP YOU ASSHOLE, STOP TRYING TO GET IN THE WAY OF ME AND SASUKE-KUN! NO WONDER WHY EVERYONE TREATS YOU LIKE THE PLAGUE, YOU DEMON SPAWN!" One of the girls screamed, causing Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Ino, and Shikamaru to stop in their tracks and shift their attention towards her.

"Can I kill her?" Sasuke asked Naruto, to which Naruto raised his hand to stop Sasuke from making a terrible mistake.

"Hey bitch, what's your name?" Naruto asked in a cold and threatening manner.

The girl who just screamed right now could only cower in fear when Naruto approached her. "A-Ami Mitarashi." She said.

"Alright, Ami, I will only say this shit once, so listen the fuck up." Naruto got up and close to Ami to make sure his words reached to the core.

"I don't care if you make fun of me, your insults mean nothing to me for that matter. Call me demon all you want, I don't care. But the second you start insulting my mother, the one who saved all of your pathetic souls from said 'demon', I have zero fucks to give, you're dead. Take this as a warning. Insult me all you want, I don't care. But the minute you start insulting the people I love, I will personally see to it that your pathetic fangirl ass is placed 6 feet under. Do you understand?" Naruto said in the most threatening tone possible.

Before the attack on him, Naruto likely would have been more forgiving to people insulting him and would do whatever he could to try and change their minds. Now however, he did not care. He saw anyone who was against him and his family as his enemy and he had no problems taking care of the people who ever dared to talk bad about his family and loved ones.

Naruto continued to glare at Ami, making the purple-headed kunoichi hopeful keep cowering in fear, before Ino tapped him on the shoulder.

.

"Uh Naruto-kun, it's your turn now." Ino reminded him.

Naruto made his way to the inner circle and grabbed the shuriken and kunai from the instructor. He focused himself before hurling the first shuriken and hitting the center of the first target. He continued to line up his shuriken and kunai with the targets, ending up with a total score of 10/10 on the shuriken and 8/10 on the kunai, scoring a final score of 9/10. Just short of Sasuke's 9.5/10 score.

Naruto sulked his head and made his way back to the outside of the circle and put his hands over his face in shame. He now was obligated to do whatever the Uchiha wanted for the next 2 months, and he couldn't do anything about it.

"Good job Naruto, final score of 9/10. Finally, Ino Yamanaka. Make your way to the center of the circle." The instructor stated.

As Ino made her way to the center, Sasuke took the opportunity to rub his victory in Naruto's face.

"So Naruto, looks like I won our little bet. What should I have my new bitch do first? Oh I know, how about you hang out with my fangirls for the rest of the exam? That way I can finally get some peace and quiet from all their yelling and screaming of 'SaSuKe-KuN' right next to my ears. And while you're at it, maybe try to rizz up a few of them so that I have to deal with fewer of them every day from now on, please?" Sasuke smirked as he prodded Naruto along.

Naruto just looked up in defeat. He knew he lost and now his dignity was slowly about to be stripped away from him. But for now, all he could focus on was Ino's performance. He turned to face the center and saw as Ino blew away the competition, hitting all 10 of the shuriken and the kunai together, for the final score of 10/10, the only perfect score in the competition.

"Congratulations Ino, you did amazing out there. I'm so proud of you." Naruto said as Ino beamed in joy.

"Thank you Naruto-kun! I made sure to do my best because you were watching." Ino said.

Sasuke meanwhile, although congratulating his friend for having a good performance, felt a little uneasy. All this time, he believed that he was the strongest in the class and that only Naruto posed a slight challenge for him. As such, seeing someone he dismissed as being a weaker prospect than him shine brighter than he did, rubbed him the wrong way a little. However, he controlled his emotions and congratulated Ino on her performance.

After the conclusion of the kunai and shuriken test, the shinobi hopefuls made their way to the third ring, the one vs one taijutsu fights.

At the Taijutsu fight ring

As the graduates entered the area for the 1v1 fights, they noticed a little pyramid with their names on it, signaling the tournament style of the fights.

Before the fights, Mizuki called everyone's attention. "Ahem, before the fights begin, we need to establish a few rules. First of all, you are strictly forbidden from using any form of ninjutsu in this exam. That means no clan jutsus, no clone jutsus, no nothing. If you are caught using a ninjutsu technique before the fight ends, you are disqualified from the fight. Secondly, the fights will be locked to a time limit of 5 minutes. This is so that the exam can run faster and more smoothly. Finally, if your opponent pushes you out of the circle or a proctor calls the fight, the fight is over, no ifs, ands, or buts about it."

Naruto and Sasuke looked at each other with a smirk in their eyes. They were placed on opposite sides of the bracket, meaning they wouldn't be facing each other until the finals. In the first few rounds, Naruto and Sasuke both faced heavily inferior competition in the form of the civilian students, all of which they defeated with relative ease.

During the meantime, Naruto was forced to "entertain" Sasuke's horde of fangirls, a daunting task for the blonde as those same fangirls were the ones who hated his presence the most outside of the teachers at the academy. The worst part was, he couldn't ask for help from others and he had to do this alone. This was essentially hell as Naruto tried to tune out the screeches of the banshees, but to no avail. If they weren't screaming or moaning about Sasuke, they were bitching about something else, if not outright insulting Naruto just for existing. Luckily for Naruto, the matches before his provided a little bit of relief as he was usually able to laugh at the pathetic fights shown by the majority of the civilian shinobi hopefuls.

The first true challenge came in the quarterfinals when Naruto was set to face off against Choji Akimichi.

"Naruto Uzumaki and Choji Akimichi, please make your way to the center." Mizuki called out.

Naruto and Choji stood on opposite edges of the ring and performed the courteous bow to one another before getting into their fighting stances. Thanks to his training that he received from his mother, Jiraiya, and Obito, Naruto adopted a more defensive stance while Choji chose to go more offensive.

"FIGHT" Mizuki yelled as Choji started the first move by attacking Naruto.

Naruto anticipated the movement that Choji was about to make and quickly reacted to dodge. It was his whole strategy during the first few matches as well, to force his opponent to beat themself. All Naruto would do is dodge attacks and when the time was right, when the opponent was weak enough, he would go in for the kill.

Unfortunately, Choji was not like the other people he fought. His fight stamina, despite his weight, was one of the highest in the class. He could nearly take Naruto to the brink with Naruto just dodging his attacks.

Goddamnit how can this fatass fight so well? All I see when I look at him is his face stuffed full of chips. Motherfucker's going to have diabetes by the time he becomes a jonin. Naruto thought. He knew he was unhealthy with the amount of ramen he eats, but this level of eating junk was just insanity. Yet, he still had the physical abilities rivaling anyone in the top of the class. Naruto was beginning to feel jealous of his overweight friend.

No, I can't get jealous and let my emotions win. I promised Sasuke I'd face him in the finals and I better get there or else I won't hear the fucking end of it. Gotta remain composed. Naruto thought as he gathered himself. Gotta get on the attack and wear him down faster.

For the first time in the sparring tournament, Naruto put together a string of attacks, mainly aiming for the soft spots on Choji's body to tire him out. Unfortunately for him, Choji was just too fast for him to keep up at his normal speed.

"Come on Naruto, I thought you were faster than that!" Choji taunted as he kept dodging Naruto's attacks.

Naruto was getting restless now. The fight which he anticipated to take about 2 minutes max was already nearing its 4 minute mark. He knew he had a time limit of 5 minutes to force a victory or else both of them were out. It was time to go all out.

Naruto started to move a lot quicker than before, channeling his chakra into his movements at a much more efficient pace. He was determined to take Choji out of the competition as fast as he could. Because of this, he adopted a stance never seen since the days of Minato.

Iruka and Mizuki were visibly shocked at the turn of events. They were fortunate enough to be able to see the fabled Minato Namikaze in person and this little blonde-haired brat was emulating his every move, almost like there was a little Minato inside Naruto's head telling him what to do.

He looks exactly like Minato-sensei, how have I not noticed this before? The resemblance is uncanny! Iruka thought. Could it be that he's…? No, it's impossible. It can't be true, not like this…. I have to do some digging into this.

Naruto continued his assault on Choji as he landed the final blow to the young Akimichi, clinching the win and sending Naruto to the semifinals against Shikamaru Nara.

In the semifinals, Sasuke would end up destroying Shino in quite impressive fashion as he used his signature Uchiha taijutsu style to catch Shino off guard and clinch the win. With Naruto's on the other hand, Shikamaru just decided to quit, leaving the blonde irritated beyond all logic and reason.

"YO SHIKAMARU! DO YOU HAVE NO SHAME?! COME HERE AND FIGHT ME IF YOU'RE NOT A COWARD!" Naruto yelled.

"I'm not a coward, I just think it's a waste of energy to fight someone who I know I'm going to lose to, so I'd rather not try and fight them." Shikamaru said nonchalantly. "Plus, none of this actually matters anyways, I know I'm going to graduate regardless, so I choose not to waste my energy in something where the outcome is futile."

While the majority of the class understood and accepted Shikamaru's reasoning, Naruto still decided to run his mouth at the lazy prodigy.

"You know what I see here? A coward. Someone who only takes the easy way out. Do you think your parents will-"

SLAP

Sakura, having enough of Naruto being braindead and trying to instigate a fight, smacked Naruto HARD upside the head.

"NARUTO! SHUT UP BEFORE YOU END UP FIGHTING SOMEONE AND WASTING EVEN MORE ENERGY! STOP GOING AROUND AND LOOKING TO FIGHT EVERYONE AND JUST TAKE THE GODDAMN WIN! Dear god, you can be so dumb sometimes." Sakura shook her head at her love.

Naruto stood up a little disoriented. "Really Sakura-chan, why did you have to hit me so hard?" He whimpered.

"Oh quit being a baby Naruto, it wasn't even that hard. Plus, maybe this hit will give your brain a reset before you start trying to pick fights with people who couldn't care less. Stop trying to fight everyone and just take your goddamn win when it comes to you." Sakura shamed Naruto.

Naruto hung his head down and walked back to the outside of the circle, feeling the laughs of his classmates, yet he chose to ignore them and walked right up to Sasuke, Sakura, and Ino.

"You really need to learn how to take what's given to you, idiot." Sasuke chided the blonde.

"Oh like you're not eager to kick that lazy man's ass one day." Naruto retorted.

Sakura and Ino then walked up behind both of them and slapped them upside the head. "Both of you cut it out before you destroy everything like you always do when you fight."

Naruto and Sasuke rubbed their heads and turned back to face the girls.

"Naruto, can you tell your fangirls to not hit us for meaningless shit?" Sasuke chided.

"Awwwww, someone scared of being hit by a girl?" Naruto mocked back.

"Those aren't girls, those two are men disguised in a girl's body." Sasuke responded back.

Sakura and Ino put on their 'scary but innocent' faces and looked back at Sasuke. "I'm sorry, we didn't quite get that. What was it that you said again? Something about how we aren't girls and we're men disguised in a girl's body?"

"S-Sorry Sakura, Ino, I gravely misspoke and I won't say it again!" Sasuke cowered in fear of the 2 girls, his sentence causing them to drop their devil look and bring back their innocent smiles.

"Good."

Mizuki sensei spoke up, drawing the attention of everyone in the area. "For the final matchup, Naruto Uzudemon vs Sasuke Uchiha. Would man and fox please make their way to the circle and get ready for the final fight."

"Yo kit, you finna let that man call you Uzudemon? You finna let that slide?" Kurama egged Naruto on.

"Allow it Kurama, he's just a weak little pussy who doesn't understand the difference between a knife and a knife rack." Naruto snapped back as he hopped into the ring. "Don't hold back against me, bastard."

"It would be highly disrespectful for a man to go full power against a weak little child, but as you wish Naruto. See if your flawed training methods can compare to the might of the Last Uchiha." Sasuke responded in kind to Naruto's trash talk.

"FIGHT!" Mizuki stated, and Naruto charged at Sasuke, who activated his sharingan right away.

Naruto and Sasuke traded blows for what seemed like an eternity, neither being able to get a leg up on the other. Naruto used his almost inhuman speed to dodge Sasuke's attacks while Sasuke used his sharingan to predict the movements Naruto made before he was able to make them, leading to a near stalemate battle after the first five minutes.

"Mizuki sensei, the two have been going at it for 5 minutes already, shouldn't we call this a stalemate?" Ino asked worryingly.

Come on Sasuke, show the demon why you're the rookie of the year, not him. Mizuki thought. "Let them continue, I think a fight like this deserves to be played out to the end. I know I made a five minute time limit for the fights, but there aren't any fights after this one, so just let it happen." Mizuki told Ino.

Ino accepted Mizuki's explanation and retreated back to where she stood. She looked over at her best friend and saw her cheering for Naruto louder than anyone. A pang of jealousy ran into Ino's heart as she saw Sakura cheering loudly for their favorite blonde knucklehead. She always thought Naruto was cute, and if Sakura didn't fall in love with him, Ino would love to make him her husband, but for now all she could do was sit back and admire him from a distance. The last thing she wanted was to ruin the friendships she built with both Naruto and Sakura.

Kick his ass Naruto, show them why you deserve to be recognized as the rookie of the year. Ino thought.

Naruto and Sasuke kept trading blows with one another, before both of them connected on one blow that sent them both flying.

"Good hit Uzumaki, looks like you're not all bark." Sasuke taunted. "But you'll never be able to sneak up on me. I know every move you make before you even make it."

"Oh really? You think you're going to be champion Susgay? Well you might be even more delusional now than when you thought you could beat Iruka Sensei in a fight. Now I may be a colossal dumbass, but I don't even think I'd be able to beat a chunin in a fight." Naruto taunted back. Unfortunately for him, this lit a fire under Sasuke and he began charging at Naruto with even more speed than before.

The two continued throwing hands at one another for the next 15 minutes, before Naruto finally got Sasuke in a position where he drew his kunai and held it against a defeated Sasuke's neck.

However, just then, a kunai was placed right at Naruto's neck.

"Winner, Sasuke Uchiha." Mizuki called out.

Everyone was shocked and confused at the outcome. Naruto had Sasuke by the ropes, but Sasuke managed to pull out the win.

And that does it for this chapter, the first part of the graduation ceremony. I'm sorry I haven't been able to update the story in the past 2 months, my life has become really hectic with studying for the mcat, which I'll be writing on August 5th. As a result, I will need some time before I can post the next chapter of the story.

In the meantime, I'll post a poll regarding the options for the harems. There will be two options in the poll, one for keeping the harem members strictly Naruto characters and the other for expanding the universe and introducing other characters into the Naruto verse. I know I said I'd include other girls, but I've been really thinking about it lately and I came to the conclusion to leave it up to you guys on what direction I should go in for the harems.

So let me know what you think of this and as always, any review helps for me. I'll try to get the next update out earlier, but I cannot promise as I have many other commitments in my life that I need to attend to, and hopefully this story doesn't die out.

Till next time.

Peace
