Chapter 3: Explaining bullying and lying to Adrien.

(Author's notes: In the ending of this chapter, there'll be a special bonus scene depicting, well, whether or not Adrien chooses to put his impromptu lessons on bullying and lying being dangerous and what cowards and bystanders suffer in terms of consequences for not standing up to bullies and liars. BUT there's a surprise second bonus scene after the first one about the same subject. Care to take a guess on what that is?

Enjoy chapter 3: Explaining bullying and lying to Adrien.)

(Some time later, Chloe's POV...)

I was in a good mood today.

And there's one reason in particular why I'm in a good mood.

Once everything was in a slow and steady time of peace and a calm before the storm, I went with Marinette to visit Adrien, after having just asked my dad, my butler, Marinette's parents, and Emilie and Gabriel for permission to introduce Marinette to Adrien.

At the present time, I was still Adrien's sole friend because Gabriel's paranoia wouldn't allow him to make rational decisions like allowing Adrien to go to public school no matter how many times he and his mother ask or try to convince Gabriel to see the benefits.

Part of the list of reasons why I wanted to see Adrien and introduce him to Marinette is because, not only could Marinette and I double-team in teaching Adrien all about the different types of bullying, but also to make sure to set in motion Marinette and Adrien's future romantic relationship happening in the future after Hawk Moth's trial. As well as to make sure that Adrien remembers for the future that lying does in fact cause harm, and that the more a liar is allowed to continue their actions unexposed and unpunished, even if Gabriel chose not to become a magical emotion-abusing terrorist, the more the lies will get out of control to the point where the liar in question would actually lie about being in a relationship with Adrien in the future or potentially make up some big lie concerning Gabriel and Emilie Agreste. Aside from knowing Emilie by being associated with her in different ways in the production of Dad's film, Solitude.

Yeah, I ain't gonna lie; that one lie was more than enough for some of Adrien's counterparts in different fanfictions back on my Earth to know for once and for all that lies are indeed harmful.

But another reason why Marinette and I were visiting Adrien was so that we can get a legalized, authentic document signed by both Gabriel and Emilie before Emilie goes comatose and before Gabriel becomes too controlling before and after he becomes Hawk Moth.

Adrien saw me entering through the door to his bedroom and he shouts in joy, "Clo!"

Adrien hugs me as I reply, "Hey there, Adri-honey."

I vehemently refused to call him Adrikins even if I was held at gunpoint and sword-point at the same time.

That would only serve as another reminder of Canon Chloe.

But all the same, I had to come up with a nickname for Adrien that both of us would accept, simply because of the fact that I don't want to deal with him being whiny and pouty over not having a nickname after coming up with one for me.

Adrien remarks, "I've missed you, Chloe! It's been a long time!"

I stated, "That it has, Adrien."

Adrien then asks me while gesturing to Marinette, "And who's this?"

I answered, "This is my first best friend, Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Her parents own the best bakery in the city."

Marinette and Adrien shook hands as Adrien remarks, "It's nice to meet one of Chloe's friends."

Marinette replies sweetly and politely before saying, "And it's nice to meet you, Adrien. I hope the three of us can be best friends on all sides."

Adrien's eyes widened in delight, shock, and slight confusion at that remark.

Adrien looks at me, and I clarified, "What your parents didn't tell you is that, in any environment, no matter how old you are, no matter if you're in school or being homeschooled, there's nothing wrong with having one or more best friends as long as you're each very careful not to let each other down and as long as you're capable of being there for one another in your darkest days howsoever you can be."

Adrien practically melted as he hugged me again.

I know Adrien was touch-starved, but I didn't think it was this severe for now.

I looked at Marinette, and we mentally communicated what we were thinking about.

It would only be a matter of time before Adrien being touch-starved would start getting worse in the future after Emilie's "death." But that's something we'll have to push aside for now.

As we entered Adrien's room, Adrien asks me somewhat excitedly and somewhat mournfully, "So, Chloe, how was your first days at your current school? Dad is still not letting me go, even with Mom asking."

I answered, "First off, I'm sorry to hear that your dad is still refusing to enroll you into public school. But you gotta understand, your father's as paranoid as Batman himself, and because your father had plenty of bad experiences at Francoise Dupont High School when he was a teenager, let's just say his paranoia combined with his somewhat irrational fears and his somewhat easy to control anger issues won't allow him to see that some of the same things that happened to him won't happen to you if you're careful. Along with the fact that those very same issues are currently rendering him unable to listen to reason. I get that he's looking out for you, but sometimes he goes to extremes without considering how you feel about it. And trust me, that isn't a good quality to have if you're gonna be a parent in your own right in the far future."

Adrien seemed to mull this over before saying, "I see. Well, all the same, Chloe, I really wanted to start school with you. You're so fortunate! You get to make friends and play on your own time, and oh! There's so many things about school that I want to experience."

Marinette cautions, "I know it's not my place to say it, but you better be more careful of what you ask for in terms of what to experience at school, Adrien. Because Chloe for the most part partially got more than she bargained for."

Adrien asks us in confusion, "What do you guys mean?"

I answered with a question of my own, "Before we get to that, what would you like to know first?"

Adrien perks up as he questions, "Did you make any new friends aside from Marinette?"

I answered as I explained, "Yes, only one friend. Her name is Sabrina Raincomprix. I was informed that she was the daughter of Roger Raincomprix, and that he's a police officer. Anyway, I met Sabrina when I saved her from some bullies."

Adrien queries excitedly, "Really?! Like a superhero?!"

I answered again, but somewhat firmly as I explained one of the major differences between fiction and reality in no uncertain words and terms, "No. You see, if you were implying that I fought the bullies, you'd be wrong because fighting is strictly prohibited at schools. You see, superheroes in real life and in fiction only battle supervillains and criminals while trying to avoid millions of euros or dollars in property damage as long as they bring the bad guys to jail alive and with minor injuries specifically if the villains and criminals aren't invulnerable or clad in metal armor. Besides, even if someone is a school bully, you can't just go threatening to beat them up; that's assault. And here in Paris, people spend a maximum of 6 months to 10 years in prison for assault."

Adrien looked horrified at that before he composed himself.

I continued, "And for another answer to your question, I only saved Sabrina from those bullies by doing the responsible thing and helping her out."

Adrien frowns as he asks us, "Why would people bully each other?"

Marinette counter-asks, "Would you like the long explanation first or the short explanation first?"

Adrien answers, "Short explanation first, and we'll go from there."

I explained, "Okay. Long story short, bullies exist due to many factors between themselves and their victims, including among others confidence denial, wanting to impress emotionally abusive relatives, low self-esteem, wanting to be seen as tough, being born in families that use physical discipline – also known as practicing physical child abuse, showing signs of mental disorders like depression or ADHD which happens to be a mental disorder that prevents a human brain's ability to learn new things by slowing down the mental developments more than normal, moral disengagement, and generally being unfamiliar with the basics in lessons on the differences between right and wrong."

Marinette adds, "And what Chloe and myself have learned over the years is that you should never, under any circumstances, sit on the sidelines and do nothing like a coward would do. That can especially alienate you, otherwise known as separate you from your peers or cause you to have non-stop arguments with your peers over the differences between right and wrong when doing nothing about bullies, as they can and will choose not to affiliate themselves with you anymore because they feel betrayed. And trust me, that's not a good thing at all."

Adrien replies in a determined tone before inquiring, "Okay! How do you tell when someone is being bullied? How many types of bullying are there? And how can I help the victims?"

Marinette and I took turns explaining as we said one after the other a couple of times, "It's always gonna be difficult to find out if someone is being bullied, Adrien. Sometimes, aside from the obvious signs like bruises and cuts from physical bullying, it's not gonna be easy to know who's being bullied or how they're being bullied. The signs you have to look out for include unexplainable injuries, lost or destroyed clothing, books, electronics, or jewelry, frequent headaches, frequent stomach aches, frequently feeling sick, frequently faking illness, changes in eating habits, difficulty in sleeping, frequent nightmares, declining school grades, loss of interest in schoolwork, not wanting to go to school, sudden loss of friends, frequent avoidance in social situations, feelings of helplessness, decreased self-esteem, hypervigilance, paranoia, anxiety, depression, and self-destructive behaviors like running away from home, hurting themselves, or talking about committing suicide." "But sometimes, people are really good liars when it comes to hiding all of the evidence. If the victims look sad or depressed, for one notable example, then you must keep a close eye on them and find out if someone approaches them. If they don't get approached, it's not just because they weren't being bullied, but it's also because some kids choose not to intervene because they're scared of retaliation for telling on the bullies. On the other hand, if the victim does get approached and they start looking broken down while the person who approached them walks away unscathed and satisfied, then the victim was indeed being bullied." "There are generally 6 categories, or types, of bullying. And they are as follows: physical bullying, verbal bullying, relational aggression, cyberbullying, sexual bullying, and prejudicial bullying. Physical bullying is when the bully uses physical violence on their victim such as hitting, kicking, scratching them hard enough to draw blood, and so forth." "Verbal bullying is when the bully says different kinds of hurtful, mean, and generally untrue things to make their victims feel miserable about themselves." "Relational aggression is when the bully socially isolates their victims by telling lies about them and thereby turning their friends against them." "Cyberbullying is when the bully sends the victim hurtful and/or scary messages online." "Sexual bullying is when the bully uses the victims' gender or sexual orientation as a way to harm them physically, or emotionally." "And lastly, prejudicial bullying is when the bully generally tries to obtain power over their victims by doing hurtful or embarrassing things that target their victim's race, gender, religious belief, sexuality, physical disability, mental disability, intelligence level, diet, exercise habits, grades, and so forth."

I then concluded, "In order to help someone who's being bullied, you can step in and stop them, but I would recommend you be on guard because if bullying is being stopped by you in person, the bully will try to fight you to the death. If you can't stop the bullying more than once, you can report it to a responsible adult who can bring the matter to the teachers, the principal, and the bully's parents. If you see bullying happening before your very eyes, record it and hand it in as evidence. Get a responsible adult only if you need help. But there's only one way to know for certain if the adult you're asking for help from is responsible enough to do their jobs."

Adrien asks, "And what's that?"

Marinette answers, "The only way to know for certain is if the adult reaches out to the teachers, the principal, the bully's parents, and/or the school board of education. However, if the adult chooses not to do anything at all, that means that they're not doing their jobs because they're incompetent educators who are allowing the bullies to continue their actions unexposed and unpunished in order to avoid getting served with lawsuits or any other form of retaliation that can come from bullies. And the reason why incompetent educators would enable bullies in such a category is because the bullies are rich and their parents can easily use their lawyers and their expert ability to lie in order to ruin the reputations and lives of the educators in question if the matter was ever brought into the local courthouse."

Adrien looked horrified at the explanation that bully-enabling practically exists in our fair city's schools.

Adrien then questions, "Wait. You guys mentioned that bullies tell lies to socially isolate their victims. What does that mean aside from what you told me?"

I answered, "It means that lies can hurt people by either creating trust issues, taking a toll on friendships, taking a toll on your sleeping schedule, triggering an increase in your heart rate, increasing your blood pressure, increasing your levels of stress hormones, making you feel isolated, making you anxious, wearing you out emotionally, and/or ensuring that the liar would face legal consequences for lying. In essence, aside from what I just said, lies are harmful in general. And another way lies are harmful is if the liar is making fake reports on incidents that often didn't exist, denying or refusing to admit something happened, and creating an illusion of something that didn't exist or didn't happen whatsoever. Such as, for a few examples, lying about having a song written by your favorite musician without meeting the age requirement or asking for permission, lying about what kind of pets that musician used to have before adopting their current and most frequently seen pets, lying about knowing a celebrity who has long since died, and of course, lying about them being bullied by someone you know or by you yourself when neither of that actually happened whatsoever."

Marinette's inner Mikaela knew I was referring to Lila in the future lying about Jagged Stone writing a song about herself and another three of her most famous lies, one of them being from an old Miraculous Ladybug fanfiction collection on Archive Of Our Own, but it was the best set of examples I can give Adrien without overwhelming him with too much information and while making sure not to accidentally spill the beans about our origins or the future.

Marinette then adds, "And as you should know by now thanks to your father, which I know is partially unlikely, taking the high road with lies drives away tabloids, but on school grounds and in office workplaces in real life, the same rules don't apply."

Adrien asks, "So, Marinette, you're basically saying that the difference between taking the high road with tabloids and taking the high road with a compulsive liar is that lies are actually more harmful than my father describes them as?"

Marinette answers, "Under normal circumstances and outside of business dealings with famous people such as fashion designers the equivalent of your father and Chloe's mother, quite so."

Adrien nodded, and we could both see that he had been recording our discussion and writing down everything we told him about.

Granted, it was unexpected, but seeing as how Marinette and I are capable of reading minds like a federal agent or a psychiatrist, we easily found out for ourselves that Adrien intends to put his lessons into practice in the future.

Oh, thank you, God. Thank you, Tikki, and thank you, Plagg.

Then, I asked Adrien, "Oh, Adrien, did I get to tell you about the new law I helped Dad make?"

Adrien excitedly replies as he asks me, "No way! You made a law?!"

I answered as I explained, "Of course I did. What did you think I was doing all this time? It's an Anti-Bullying Law, called the Chloe and Sabrina Act. It was named in my honor and in Sabrina's honor since it was because of her that I came up with the law and since it was because of me that the law was made and passed into law by my dad. Hopefully, this law will decrease the amount of bullies here in Paris. And if not, then woe betide any who would be foolish enough to mess with me or anyone I'm close with."

Adrien shivered at my tone.

I tell ya, I don't know what I'm gonna do with this kid.

Then, we talked about my days in class and Marinette's days in class as well as her days in learning how to bake in her parents' bakery. As well as the shenanigans, accidents, and so forth that we respectively encountered and/or witnessed our classmates getting into.

To say the least, I can easily see the first signs that Marinette and Adrien were starting to develop their feelings for each other.

But Mikaela mentally communicated to me that she was cursed with Canon Marinette's feelings/one twelfth of Canon Marinette's obsession with Adrien somehow.

I knew that this wasn't good, but nevertheless, Mikaela was in full control of Marinette's body, mind, and soul, and thanks to this, Marinette will be making better choices in the future.

And of course, we played Adrien's new video game in turns of pairs, even though I would only say to Marinette that I hated video games since Adrien would be all pouty and whiny about why I hate video games.

When it was almost time for Jean, Sabine, and Tom to pick us up, Marinette and I met up with Gabriel and Emilie.

Emilie asks me and Marinette, "Hello, my dears. What did you both want to talk to us about?"

I took out the document as I answered, "Can you sign this paper? And before you do so, you should know that this is indeed a legalized document and it's been approved by my dad and his lawyers."

Gabriel is handed the paper and he asks me and Marinette as he begins reading it, "What is it, Ms. Bourgeois and Ms. Dupain-Cheng?"

Marinette answers for me, "It basically says that, if in the event there aren't any urgently important photoshoots, gala attendances, or emergencies, Chloe can bring Adrien to the hotel for playtime, and if in the event Adrien wants to see me for playtime, he can come over to my parents' bakery, and if in the event something happens at either the bakery or the hotel that warrants the both of us being out of our rooms for any reason, we can come over to the mansion for playtime. Chloe made this, and me and my parents helped improve on some things she might've missed since we respectively realized that we won't be able to spend time with Adrien due to our respective schedules for school, weekends, and family get-togethers. Chloe and I had a feeling we would need this document so that we won't end up separated from Adrien."

We both profusely thanked God, Tikki, and Plagg that Marinette and I were adorable 8 year old girls and we for once thanked Thomas Astruc's universal rule of the adults in this cartoon universe's mainstream timelines and that rule involves the adults not taking kids seriously, because both Gabriel and Emilie signed the document with no further questions and without complaint.

But then, Gabriel asks us out of the blue while using our first names, much to our collective complete surprise, "Chloe, Marinette, can I trust the both of you to always be there for me, for Emilie, for Adrien, and for our respective families if anything happens to us?"

Marinette and I answered one after the other, "Yes, Mr. Agreste." "I vow to uphold this kind of promise, even if it costs me my reputation, my future, and my life."

Gabriel and Emilie chuckled at my response in particular, having heard similar vows before during their childhoods.

Then, out of the blue again, Gabriel carefully hugged the both of us, catching even Emilie by surprise.

As we hugged him back, the both of us could tell that Gabriel was thankful for having new friends like me and Marinette to watch over Adrien, if Gabriel's posture and heart rate was anything to go by.

After we thanked each other, Marinette and I waved goodbye to the Agreste family as we were picked up by Jean, Tom, and Sabine.

We entered the car, with the document safely in Sabine's steady hands as she and Tom read it.

Marinette and I planned to have this copied for her to use, and we planned to have the 2 copies laminated, framed, and placed somewhere in our homes where only Marinette and I could find them if needed: Marinette in the same place where she stored the Miracle Box in season 4 – pitifully so and without anything about the hiding place being booby-trapped, I might add – and me having my copy being put in a safe in my room.

These will be our metaphorical keys to get Adrien out of the house when Gabriel takes up his Hawk Moth identity and potentially help mature him much faster than normal long enough for us to confer with Master Fu on how we can revive Emilie from her coma and expose Lila Rossi's lies much sooner than in chronological order if in the event we're unable to put Gabriel, Nathalie, and Lila behind bars on the 2015 Heroes' Day with and without managing to take back the Peacock Miraculous and the first Miraculous spellbook without arousing suspicions or incurring Gabriel's wrath when he Akumatizes himself into The Collector. Along with helping Adrien mature much faster to prepare him for the harsh world around him and educate him about how harsh parts of the world really are. Real life outside of Miraculous Ladybug excluded and included at the same time.

Either way, the years to Hawk Moth's advent were winding down, and we still need to be prepared.

This is one war we absolutely cannot afford to lose.

Our best hope would be to rendezvous with our friends and get ourselves trained long enough to be worthy of the Miraculouses that Master Fu and Unity Harbinger were preparing for us and for every kind of associates except for Amelie Graham de Vanily and Felix Fathom.

All we have to do is find our friends, rendezvous with Master Fu, get past the security questions, and get ourselves ready.

To quote/improvise on what Cole MacGrath said at the ending of the first inFAMOUS 2 cutscene but in my version since this is Miraculous Ladybug and not inFAMOUS 2, "We need those Miraculouses. Hawk Moth is coming. And we will be ready."

(One month and nearly five and a third weeks later, Chloe's POV...)

I was once again in a really good mood today. And you want to know why? Okay.

The moment that everything was finished, I took up leadership of the school's Anti-Bullying program with Sabrina as my second-in-command.

It was flawlessly easy to do what needed to be done, particularly because of the fact that the adults in the school – the ones on my list of parties responsible for the bullying going on unexposed and unpunished – were rapid to submit to my command. But boy, oh boy, they sure did have remorse-inducing Oh Crap moments by the time I was through with my first purification of the school staff.

It took a week at most to form a team in my campaign, including some of my new friends who shared many of the same positive traits that Marinette and I shared but none of the negative traits any of us had, and a month had passed since we finished documenting and recording in every manner possible the things we saw and heard, all while making sure to thoroughly dig through security camera footage logs to accumulate piles of evidence.

It took nearly another 2 weeks and a third to have everything ready for the School Board's thorough evaluation, but we got what we wanted at the end of the day.

In the short time skip of 4 days, I got the principal replaced, four bullies expelled, six bullies suspended, three bullies in detention until they graduate, nine bullies arrested, five teachers fired, 7 teachers indefinitely suspended without pay until further notice, 3 teachers suspended and required to take anti-bullying classes to keep their jobs, 4 teachers suspended and required to take anti-bullying seminars to get their final paychecks before they're fired and before they get their teaching licenses revoked, 2 teachers arrested, and two minor bullies on strict surveillance.

That's the basic details.

But after all of that, the people in charge – the school board – decided to give the rest of the bullies warnings about what will happen if they relapsed or decided to ignore their warnings.

After my clear sweep of the elementary school, the establishment had its ratings skyrocket, and we were hailed as the first school to successfully enact the Chloe and Sabrina Act.

Pretty soon, it was all over the news.

I especially got interviewed alongside Sabrina, my dad, and Officer Raincomprix, and they credited me for the idea of the act.

I actually had to explain that it was not for my sake, but for Sabrina's sake and for the sake of any future Wi Paris School 9 students who might encounter leftovers from the school's clear sweep. As well as the fact that I had hoped the Chloe and Sabrina Act would be more than enough to purge every Parisian school of unrepentant, rampant bullies and incompetent educators alike.

And surprisingly, or perhaps not, Audrey called me and praised me in her own way that she was starting to develop now that she was slowly turning a new leaf.

Sabrina overheard us and she asked me, "Did your mother just... praise you?"

I answered, "Yes, she did. Believe me, I'm just as surprised as you are."

I now have to wait until I meet Felix, and I also have to wait until Emilie's funeral and Colt Fathom's funeral before Marinette, the others, and myself can make our play for the Miraculouses.

Slow but steady wins the race.

And for once in my new life, I can afford to wait another 6 to 7 years before we can receive our Miraculouses from Marinette and Master Fu.

I just hope Master Fu isn't as horrible as the original cartoon and many fanfictions on my Earth written by authors who hated him to an extreme because of his actions portrayed him as. Because if that is indeed the case, then we will have to play the longer manipulation game to ensure that Marinette and Adrien would be trained as Co-Guardians of the Miracle Box and to make sure that Master Fu would lose his memories long enough for us to find a way to restore them so he can face the full penalty of the Guardians' laws of punishment for his actions in the past and in the soon to come future war with Hawk Moth. Regardless of whether or not we manage to have Gabriel, Nathalie, and Lila arrested on the 2015 Heroes' Day after defeating the Scarlet Army, returning Scarlet Moth to normal, and catching and filming Catalyst in the act of attempting to access Gabriel's safe behind Emilie's portrait to find the Peacock Miraculous. Regardless of whether or not any of our allies will approve. And regardless of whether or not the Order of the Guardians' strict adherence to their traditions is wrong or their rules are archaic and cruel.

Ough.

But all the same, we do indeed have to put Hawk Moth, Mayura, and Future Hawk Moth in prison on Heroes' Day in order to prevent their more serious and more dastardly crimes from seasons 3-12 from happening in this timeline.

And if Master Fu refuses to follow the new status quo of our universe, woe betide him and any of his associates who would be stupid enough to try to interfere with our missions and prevent any of our primary plans and our contingency plans from being executed.

Nevertheless, if Master Fu does turn out to be much wiser and much more accepting of his role in this timeline, well, let's just say we would have to hope for the best and ensure that we use our wishing power to not only make Master Fu younger, muscular, and taller, but also to make sure that we use our wishing power to fully educate ourselves in every subject that the Order of the Guardians have educated themselves in for the past 5,008 years before the year 1844 changed everything in its minor prologue stages.

Anyway, I sat in my bed watching as one of my Dad's workers gave me a mani/pedi.

By golly, I used to take care of my own hands and feet by myself on my Earth, but under the circumstances, I think I can afford to let someone else massage my feet and paint my fingernails and toenails a specific color after filing them. Even if the foot massages tickled a bit.

Well anyway, I had already written down my logs in my journals and typing backups into my computers. But I had also taken the liberty of adding all sorts of security measures in them so that no one else can access my journal logs and other kinds of logs under any circumstances. Even if Hawk Moth used an Akuma that can imitate everything about anyone, just like the Skrulls from Marvel Comics. Including memories.

Now, I'm not exactly like Rorschach from Watchmen in terms of obsessively writing/typing everything about my day to day life, origins, powers, other aliases, etc. every day, but I do feel the need to regularly update my journal and logs whenever I get the chance and whenever I feel like it.

And I'm not necessarily as emotionless and paranoid as Rorschach, but the extra security measures I invented are a clear sign that I couldn't take any chances just in case crap hits the fan and we are unprepared.

Rest assured, however, I am taking the necessary precautions just in case I'm not here and an intruder working for Hawk Moth and any of his associates manages to break in while looking for me as myself or as Queen Bee and they get the brilliant idea of searching for any paper or digital records of everything about me to use as blackmail, as part of a hostage negotiation, and so forth.

But in any case, I'm also keeping a close eye on my Dad's worker just in case she does anything inappropriate that only mentally challenged children would do if they were on specific levels of the autism spectrum disorder as observed all over the world ever since the year 2000.

And wouldn't you know it, but the worker didn't even stare lustfully at my newly beautiful feet after she was done; she just said a few token words and left.

I can honestly say that I have never felt such relief in all my years of both lives; adult men, teenage boys, and even adult women – mentally challenged or otherwise – with foot fetishes when it comes to other women and even teenage girls can be especially difficult to handle, depending on how severe their common sense is stunted and depending on the severity of how bad their mental health is with and without autism.

Anyway, best that I don't dwell on it any longer than necessary; particularly because of the fact that such a subject was never thankfully touched upon in Miraculous Ladybug whatsoever.

Thank God.

But either way, now that my red nail polish on my fingernails and my toenails has dried after maybe 5 or 9 minutes, I can confidently say that I have never felt more ready for next Monday when school starts again for the week.

After waiting another 4 minutes for the nail polish to fully dry even more, I went into my bathroom to brush my teeth twice and comb my hair.

Honestly, I've never felt more attractive to any potential boyfriends in my future.

I finished brushing my teeth, went to bed at the decent hour that was still going on, and my personal dreamland opened its heart to me within 15 minutes of me being sound asleep.

The End.

(Bonus: Adrien finally puts his lessons into practice in the future. Third person POV...)

In one section of the Francoise Dupont courtyard, Adrien sees a transgender student being bullied and teased harshly and relentlessly just because of their gender defect.

Adrien then sees the bully taking out a switchblade pocket knife threateningly.

Adrien then turns on his invulnerability clothes and runs towards the bully, managing to punch him out and disarm him, but not all before he has it all recorded.

Adrien asks the victim, "Hey, are you all right?"

The transgender girl replies shakily, "Y-yes. Yes. Thank you so much."

Adrien nods before saying, "You should get yourself home. Notify your parents or other guardians. I'll notify the teachers, the principal, the school board, and the police immediately."

In no time, the bully who was identified as Marmyon Bruyère was expelled, arrested for threatening offences, and sentenced to 3 years imprisonment with a 450,000 euro fine.

Adrien was hailed as a hero, and he was given a special honor 2 months later on graduation day.

To say the least, his mother Emilie, his aunt Amelie, and his cousin Felix were all proud of him. And so was Marinette, Chloe, and the other graduates and the other members of the French Miraculous Superhero Team.

(Second bonus scene: Adrien puts his lessons about liars and harpies similar and similarly different to Lila Rossi into practice. April 24th, 2016, third person POV...)

Adrien walks into the courtyard of Francoise Dupont with a cheerful look on his face.

Just then, he hears students whispering about some new transfer student who was described as, and they are quoted, "Worse than Lila Rossi or whatever the heckle her real name is."

Adrien spots the harpy in question, a Russian 14 year old girl with greyish-black hair, ocean green eyes, and a seemingly expensive school outfit, standing at the top of the walkways.

The harpy sees Adrien and smiles while approaching him.

The girl reaches out, presumably to grab his arm, but he screams, "STRANGER DANGER!"

In no time that day, the girl identified as Agafa Abakumov was in detention for the rest of the school year and was nicknamed "Lila Rossi Wannabe Number 2."

And because Gabriel Agreste, Nathalie Sancoeur, Lila Rossi, Tomoe Tsurugi, and all of their allies were still in prison across the world in their native homelands, nobody was going to help Agafa get her revenge.

The End.

(Author's notes: In the next chapter, Chloe and Marinette will meet Felix, and they will all attend Emilie and Colt's funerals for the sakes of Gabriel, Adrien, and many others. BUT will Gabriel allow Adrien to attend his uncle's funeral, or will Gabriel refuse to let it happen like in all of the other mainstream and not-so-mainstream Quantic Universe timelines?

Also, just so you know, I intend to post some of my future stories on Archive Of Our Own under a different name at some point in the near future. But don't worry; my stories and work on fanfiction dot net aren't going anywhere.

Lastly, what do you think about the first 21 chapters of this story that I've made so far? Do you like some of them? Do you think some of them are overkill? Call it my need-to-know.

Find out in chapter 4: Attending 2 Important Family Funerals.)
