For this chapter, many shows, in particular to anime shows; will be changed in the loud house universe. The Sleepover Part 2: Cosplay Lovers II
It would be a rainy day in Royal Woods. The rain is soothing, and sometimes a blessing in disguise. About five in the morning, Luna and Sam carefully walk downstairs as they didn't want to wake up anyone. They had to leave for two days of concerts in Great Lakes City. As they leave, they smiled and saw Lincoln and Ronnie Anne asleep together. Luna and Sam pulled out their cell phones; and took the picture of the two lovebirds. Even Sam couldn't help gush as she couldn't be happier for Lincoln. "Man I wished I could stay one more day." She whispered, but Luna would chime in silently. "I know. But they will be alright." Sam nods, as they would leave the house. As they would leave with Chunk, their roadie, and their Moon Goat band mates Mazzy and Sully; Luna would show them a picture of his brother with his girlfriend. At least it will be something to chat about; while on the road to the city.
When it was around 8:30am, Lincoln woke up and saw the living room; he couldn't believe he fell out on the couch. But when he glanced over at Ronnie Anne asleep; he realized that they both fell out. As he would get off the couch, his arm was grabbed by her; as she woke up with a smile on her face. "Morning Lincoln." He blushed, but would reply in kind. "Morning Ronnie Anne." Both chuckle as they realized they were not in the attic. He would break the ice and asked her. "What happened to us?" She laughed as she would ruffle up his hair gently. "I don't know lame-o, but let's hurry to the bathroom. I know how long the line is." She replied as he would follow suit.
Just as they would get upstairs, they saw his sisters with big smiles on their faces. Both thought to themselves as they saw this happy group of girls. "Dang It!" Lori smiled, as she would hand them their toothbrushes. "Sorry, but when Luna texted me what happened; I couldn't believe it. So I checked the attic to make sure; and...it was so cute to see the two together!" Lincoln wanted to gag, but noticed someone missing. "Say Lori, where's Luan?" Lori would reply "Out with Benny for the Comic-Con showcase qualifier. (She chuckled) At least a relief for all of us from her pranks. (He nods, but had to chuckle a bit himself; which was a rarity for Lori to see.) What's so funny Lincoln? (She heard the bathroom door close and somehow Ronnie Anne slipped past the sisters to get to the bathroom first. That pissed off Lori as she was usually the first one.) Hey! I invented that trick years ago!" Ronnie Anne was brushing her teeth as she couldn't help but do a little dance as she kept on brushing.
As the girls screamed, Lincoln would be in his room, as he turned to the fourth wall. "Well, at least Ronnie Anne knows that in this house, getting to the bathroom in first; means hot water and pure bliss. But anyway, the Comic-Con showcase qualifier; allows teams of two to compete by recreating scenes from their favorite tv shows and movies. In this case, Benny and Luan would recreate a scene from Assassination Prep 101. I know they are a shoo in for a trip to California for Comic-Con. It's always fun to watch everyone recreate their favorite characters from television and movies. (He could hear his sisters cheer as Ronnie Anne is out of the bathroom.) Oh well, better wait in line; and get teased like forever."
[] Two hours later (10:30am) []
Everyone was doing their own individual things. Not much to do outside, considering the rain. Except for Lana who was waiting for the ground to get super muddy; so she could have herself a mud fest. LJ or Lynn Jr., was tossing crumbled up pieces of paper in the trash; when she received a text from her friend Dexter. "Say LJ, can you come over? It's an emergency." She was surprised by the text, but knew it would be important. She approached her parents to ask for permission. "Mom, dad, can I head out to see my friend? Looks like (she turned her head to make sure no one else is listening.) he is in need of some help." Mom and dad nods, as they assume it was a physical thing. "Don't forget to wear your rain jacket sweetie." Mom told her. "And remember to call us, as soon as you arrive." Dad would chime in as well. LJ nods as she would rush to get her rain jacket and umbrella.
Lori caught LJ rushing out, as she would ask the obvious. "Where are you going in such a rush? It's still pouring out there." LJ sighed and had to tell her older sister. "Bit of an emergency Lori. My friend needs me to whip my friend into shape." Lori nods, but is willing to offer her a ride. "You sure you don't need a ride LJ?" She smiled but shook her head no. "No thanks sis, it's not too far from here. It's about two blocks from here." Lori nods as she would remind her the obvious. "Alright, be careful out there and call us when you arrive." LJ nods and heads out the door. Lori was curious and had to ask mom and dad the question. "Say mom where is LJ headed?" Rita would answer her daughter. "Out to see her friend for I guess roller derby exercises." Lori nods and heads out. Rita now realized that what LJ said was 'he' but chuckled as she thought to herself. "LJ meant she, has to be. (She laughed at herself) She doesn't have a boyfriend..." She scratched her head thinking that possibility.
About five minutes later, considering LJ was jogging; arrives at Dexter's house. She would ring the doorbell and the door would open. She smiled as she saw him in a red T-shirt with a yellow star in the center, blue jeans, and wearing salmon-pink flip-flops. She couldn't help but chuckle as she would ask him the obvious. "What are you wearing Dexter?" He smiled as he would pull out his big pink sword. "I'm Van Galaxy! Welcome to the Beach Side Manor! My jewel warriors will be back shortly." She blinked as she would enter the house. As she took off her raincoat and hangs it on the hook with her umbrella; she was curious to know about the emergency. "Say Dex, what is the emergency that you needed?"
He would take her upstairs to his room and he would tell her. "LJ, I need you to perform with me for the Comic Con Qualifier." She laughed as she thought he was joking. "You serious? That's the emergency Dex?" He shook his head as he would explain. "It's completely last minute LJ. Me and my older sister Jenny; were going to perform a comedy act. But my younger sis Alex had the sniffles and Jenny took her to the doctor." LJ realized that, but still this is just crazy to be his replacement. "Look, I'm sorry for what happened Dex. But out of all people, why me?" She was interested in figuring out his reason. "Well (He blushed for a moment) we could perform a romantic dance scene." LJ hit the breaks and even she thought this was insane. "Uh no no no. Look our 'date' was to get our friends off our back. But this is just not up my alley."
He nods but would show her the person in question. "Not even if your character loves sports and is also a talented pianist?" He would show her a picture of Haroux in her racing gear; from his Manga Galaxy Moon S2. LJ saw that and couldn't believe what she was seeing. "So who is he?" Dexter smiled as he explained "Well for one, 'her' name is Haroux, an outer warrior in the Galaxy Moon series. A true athletic personality; but can be passionate at times. Especially with her lover Hirua."
LJ saw more and her eyes widened as she saw Haroux, as a race car driver, fencer, swords woman, and a pianist. "Whoa, she did all of that? And still have time to save the world?" Dexter saw that look of curiosity and had to admit it was cute. "Yes, but she's more of taking care of the problem; disregarding saving lives and all." LJ had to admit, the character looks like her. But had to ask him one question. "So Dexter, of all the people to ask, why me?" As she waited for his answer, she would call her parents that she made it safe and sound.
Dexter would pull out something from his closet; an Ace Savvy movie poster, with the full deck; to which made LJ gasp. "Well for one, I wanted to meet the 'Strong Suit' face to face. And this was prior to our date; (he blushed) I do have to say, I have a crush on you." She saw the poster and couldn't believe she forgot that she did cosplay for her brother. She looked at Dex and was trying so hard to fight what was so obvious. "Look, I'm impressed that you feel that way about me. But why me? Out of all the girls in school, why little ol me?"
Dexter blushed as he looked at LJ. He took a deep breath and smiled, before answering. "Maybe I'm a sucker for the athletic type. But when I look at you; I see a beautiful girl. And yes I mean that!" LJ was surprised by that, as she usually fall for the athletic types. But lately, she realized that the athletic boys are falling short. Sure Dexter was not in the realm of being athletic; but he as more intangible qualities, that would make up for everything else. She would hug him for a moment before smiling. "Alright, I'll give this a shot. Although it still feels weird to play someone else." He smiled but threw in a jab or two. "When you put on your uniform; aren't you being someone else?" LJ smirked at that comeback; but threw one herself. "No way! I'm always like that when I play sports." He nods but asked one more question. "Okay, outside of the sports and your hall monitoring job; are you really the same person?" She chuckled as she punched his shoulder gently. "I am who I am. Besides, you should visit my house sometime. My sisters will tell you that I tend to be a bit competitive."
He laughed as he couldn't believe what he heard to be true. "Oh man, your brother was right about you. But how did you get into cosplay as the Strong Suit?" She smiled as she would explained. "Well Lincoln wanted to be Ace Savvy's kings of the con; and thought that with us as a team, he could be picked. (She chuckled) I guess we kinda stole the thunder and he got desperate." He smiled and knew that feeling. "Well, I can relate to Lincoln. Nearly won a trip to Comic Con in a trivia challenge. But goofed on the last question and to say disappointed would be an understatement."
She laughed as it sees this day won't be as bad at all. But had one lingering question about the performance. "So how much makeup will you doll me up with?" He would take her to the guest room; which has been transformed into a makeup studio. She gasped as this room was similar to the one from Hollywood. However to him, this was an normal room for him and his sisters. "Well not as much makeup; but at least you won't be caked up!" She couldn't help but look at the room and wonder if she was in heaven. "Please tell me you stole this room from Hollywood?" He chuckled and would reply. "No, my sis is a professional cosplayer, voice actress and screen actress. So she made this room to prep and to get tips on character development."
LJ saw the room and thought this was a dream. She chuckled and had to tell Dexter. "Never ever show Lola this room. (She grinned) Otherwise, you and your sisters will never get this room back." He laughed and chimed in. "Uh I have no plans on showing or giving her a makeover ever in this room. She scares the heck out of me." LJ nods and pats his back gently. "Yea, hence why she only trusts Lincoln for pageants." He heard that and couldn't believe it. "How good is he in giving makeovers?" She blinked as she wasn't the expert on that topic. "You'll have to ask Lola herself on that one. Makeup is as they say a foreign language to me.
(But then it dawned on her, that he said they would be a couple. In particular of Haroux and Hirua. At this point she had to ask.) Dex, so if I'm going to be Haroux..." Dex chimed in "Yes, and I'm going to be Hirua, Guardian Neptune and your lover!" She chuckled, but had to ask the obvious. "How? I mean how can you pull off a transformation from a boy to a girl." He knew that would be of an lingering question; but glad to answer. "Well for starters, not my first time cosplaying as a female character." LJ blinked as she was curious about that statement. "Uh Dexter, no offense, but do you go drag all the time?"
He laughed as he had been asked time after time. But gladly would explain. "No, in our family for some odd reason, we inherit our mother's eyes. So you can see when I put on the costume, it will make sense why." As he would get the makeup together; LJ saw a folder and opens it. She gasped at the recent headshots; and thought it was girls he was chatting with. "Uh Dexter, who are they? Are they your girlfriend's?" She didn't want to get played, hence her asking. He saw the photos and smiled, before replying. "Well, those girls... are me. (He chuckled, seeing her stunned reaction.) Yea, I did say that once I put on the costume, you'll be quite surprised." LJ did several double takes and still is in disbelief. "No way! But you look...and how..." He would gladly show her the recent cosplay photos. "Well the first is Riv from Titans Might. (He had the long black hair, pale skin, and a red jewel on the forehand.) The second is Maxaline, the Vampire Queen from Exploring Time. (He had the pale blue/gray skin paint, vampire fangs, the long black hair, and the signature red axe guitar.)" LJ smiled, but noticed that axe, and had to ask. "Is that a real axe Dex?" He shook his head no and chimes in. "No, would have been a while to explain at the airport. But the real one is in the secret vault that house our collectables. (He would show her an picture of the autographed axe guitar.) The voice actors who play Maxaline the vampire queen; and Maxawell the Vampire King signed the guitar. It made my day winning that contest." LJ smirked as she whispered in his ear. "Can Luna borrow it for like one day?" She chuckled as she saw him pout. "Not a chance! I've seen her play a few gigs. And that axe is not leaving the vault!" LJ nods and punches his shoulder gently. "Alright, alright. Let's see the last one then." Dexter composed himself before showing one more photo.
"The last one is..." LJ gasped as she knew the character quite well. "Is that Luntora, the Monarch Queen, from Astra and the Evil Adventures?" Dexter nods and chimes in "Oh yea, that was a challenge; considering my baby sis wanted to be Astra. She begged for one of us to be Luntora. And I decided to be the good bro and pull this off." She saw the details, and it was spot on. But still, this was full commitment. She was curious to know if he knew her fully. "Can you speak like Luntora?" He grinned as he spoke in an female British accent. "Well young Astra, you really want for us Mewnni and monsters to co-exist? (she chuckled) You do have your mother's moxie, I'll give you that."
She was blown away by the performance. Even she couldn't help but be impressed by that. "How can you speak like a girl? Did you take classes with Luan?" He chuckled and shook his head no. But would gladly explain how. "It's falsetto LJ. Usually for singing. But for actors and actresses, a way to increase your potential. (LJ was confused and wanted him to hurry along.) Under falsetto, if you're a male, you can talk and sing like a female. But it won't be a natural soprano. Likewise if you're a female, you can talk and sing like a male. Yet you won't be a proper alto. "She nods as apparently his cosplay world is alot harder than expected. "Okay, I assume you have costumes for us?" He nods as he would get everything set up for their showcase.
[] The Loud House - 1 Hour Later []
Lincoln would be in his room with Ronnie Anne; as he would look at the latest performers from the showcase. He gasped as he would see two people performing. "No way! Mr. Bolhofner and Ms. Bernardo are performing!" Ronnie Anne saw them and couldn't believe it for herself. "Say what is the age limit for the showcase? This seems unfair." Lincoln would chime in "There are no age limits, but (He chuckled) if Luan saw this, I'm sure she would be just as surprised as we are." Ronnie Anne blinked as she was curious. "How so Lincoln?" Lincoln would answer "Well, Ms. Bernardo is Luan's drama teacher." Ronnie Anne laughed as that was interesting. But had to compose herself as she would be looking at the screen. "Say, what are they performing?" Lincoln would see them on an airport; while he would see an helicopter to boot. "Its Mecha Cops Gig 1. It's an anime about cybernetic cops fighting crime in the year 2030." Ronnie Anne nods, but Lisa overheard her brother and would chime in. "Elder brother, cybernetic cops in 2030? There isn't enough research available to make a compatible one. At least one that won't go berserk." Lincoln chuckled as he would hug his baby sister. "Lisa, it's an anime. Much like back in the day of the 1960s cartoon, The Stensons; where everyone thought flying cars would be available in 10 years; Right now it's just pure fantasy." Lisa huffed, but would watch the screen; along with her brother and his girlfriend.
[] At the Airport (Abandoned) []
It would be the scene from Mecha Cops Gig 1, where Bata (Mr. Bolhofner) and Mocono (Ms. Bernardo) would try to escape from the military; that wanted to end their Secret 9 Operations. As they would board the plane, Mocono stopped, before looking at Bata one last time. "You know after this, there's no looking back for us." She spoke without moving her lips and eyes. Bata nods and chimes in "Major, don't worry!" As they would continue towards boarding the plane. Just as he would start to walk; he noticed a red dot on Mocono's head. Before he could say one word, Mocono turned around and her head was shot clean off her shoulders. She fell off the stairs, as she lies there lifeless and bleeding out. A soldier in a white mask with three black dots, in the shape of a triangle; checks on the target and makes the confirmation. "Target destroyed!" Bata was ambushed by these soldiers; struggling to get to his friend/commander. "Let me go! (As he saw her lifeless body, he was shoved into the unmarked jeep.) Mocono, MOCONO!"
[] At Benny's House []
Benny and Luan, in their outfits were in disbelief by what they just saw. "Was that Ms. Bernardo acting or was it real?" Luan blinked as she tried to wrap her head around the scene. "Sorry, I don't know what reference they were portraying; but that is dedication to pull off a death scene like that." Benny nods as he would hug her. "Don't worry, we have this in the bag." She smiled, before tickling him. "Don't worry, we'll knock em dead out there!" He laughed as he couldn't escape her tickles.
[] The Loud House - 1 minute later []
Lisa gasped as she couldn't believe what she just watched. "So this is all pretend, to replay a murder?" Lincoln shook his head no and explained. "Lisa, its a showcase piece. They are recreating scenes from tv and movies. In this case, this scene had us thinking the entire Secret 9 Operations was done for. But it was all a rouse to expose the truth; and capture the real villains involved." Lisa nods, but Ronnie Anne had to chime in. "So Lincoln, any more performances?" He would look at the showcase site, before smiling. "Two more acts and I know Luan is up next. We'll find out which three acts will head to Comic-Con."
[] Dexter's House - 5 Minutes later []
Both Dexter and LJ would finish getting dressed for their showcase piece. Dexter would emerge in a light blue dress with blue trimming. Along with a white bow around the waist. While LJ would be in a light green tuxedo with a blue trim on the waist and the end of the trim by the buttons. In addition, she is wearing a white dress shirt; along with a pink corsage on her left shoulder. LJ looked at him and couldn't help but blush. "Dexter, (She was at a loss for words for that moment; before composing herself.) I'm sorry, just..." He came over and hugs her gently. "It's ok LJ, I'm nervous too." He smiled, but blushed as well. At least the two are into character about each other.
[] The Loud House -5 Minutes later []
Ronnie Anne, Lincoln, and the rest of his family would be in the living room; as they would get to watch Benny and Luan's performance. Lori was curious to know what her sister was performing. "So Lincoln, what is Luan and Benny going to perform?" He would put the screen at maximum, before answering his sister. "Who knows Lori. But knowing Luan, probably something funny." She nods as she would see on the screen, a backyard full of kids in army gear; and what looks like Luan in an yellow octopus. "What the heck is that!" Lincoln knew what the scene was and had to admit this was something Luan wouldn't do. "It's a scene from Assassination Prep 101. (He sighed) This is the part where the kids will kill their teacher, Sensei-Kiri." Lori gasped as she couldn't believe that; and had to ask. "Why would kids go out and kill a teacher? That right there is barbaric and just plain wrong!" Rita would chime in as well. "I had an axe to grind with my teachers once upon a time. But you don't see me killing a teacher in front of my other students!" Ronnie Anne would put her two cents into the conversation. "Lincoln, are you sure this is alright? I mean your mom and sister have a point. Why would kids go out to kill a teacher that wants to help them."
Lincoln would have to explain the anime to all of them. "For one, Assassination Prep 101 is an anime about school kids, who are trained to be assassins. The reason is that they have to kill their teacher within one year; or the teacher will destroy the world." Everyone gasped at that concept, but still Lori had to ask. "But why kill the teacher? Why can't the adults just get off their butts and take care of the situation themselves!" He sighed but had to chime in. "I agree, but the real villain involved in all of this chaos is society itself. Plus an evil crazed principal that pretty much didn't care about the students; other than to bring them down into the same mundane cycle. (Lori gasped as she realized this series was more complex than she thought.) The teacher, an alien who pretty much would wipe out all of us in one shot; became a mentor to the kids. Taught them life skills essential for the real world. Was a friend to them, where most didn't have much to offer in terms of friendship. (He would wipe a tear from what he was about to say.) As much as the teacher would love to be there and stay with the kids; this was for the best. He wanted the kids to kill them, because he believed in all of them."
Everyone nearly teared up from the explanation of the anime. Lori would hug Lincoln as she just wanted to comfort him. "I'm sorry. (She sniffled) I guess this is the part where the 'villain' in this case sacrifice himself for all of humanity?" He nods as this scene is a tear jerker. Arguably one of the top 5 saddest anime deaths of all time.
[] Benny's House - Backyard []
As the students were all around the teacher; Benny in his blue 'girlish' hair was on top of Luan; who was in a black academic dress, a small black squarish mortarboard cap with a yellow tassel, and a large black tie with a yellow crescent-shaped moon on it. {Assassination Classroom Wiki} Luan would speak as this would be the last words 'he'll' be saying to the class. "I'm so happy...to be killed by you all. From one traveler to another...a yell-for all of life!" Nogoto (Benny) would be struggling, as his hands were shaking; while holding onto the dagger designed to kill his teacher. He thought to himself, weighing in on the situation. "This is it. I have to kill him." As he was struggling and about to cry; he felt a tentacle touch his cheek, and Sensei-Kiri (Luan) would speak to him. "Don't kill me feeling like that. Calm yourself. Smile. (As Nogoto looked back at all of the activities he had with his teacher; he started to cry as his other classmates would feel his pain. A moment later, he wiped his tears and had a smile on his face.) Yes-goodbye." Nogoto thought to himself as he looked at his teacher. "I couldn't say more than the bare minimum. Gratitude, parting regrets-I put all of my emotions into my blade. As though pouring into my soul, as though thanking him with all my being, I offered my knife. (As he lunged the knife into Sensei-Kiri, bubbles start to come out from the body. It was a suit Luan was wearing, designed to have this effect. As Kiri's body started to glow, Nogoto would finish his thought.) At the end, it felt like he was saying, 'Congratulations on your Graduation.' " As the music 'Song of Departure ~ 3rd Year Picture Class' played, the classmates would cry as they see their teacher fade into nothingness.
[] The Loud House - 2 Minutes after the piece []
To say everyone was crying was an understatement. Lori in particular couldn't help but be happy about the performance. "I never thought I would feel sad and happy at the same time. But, what happened to the kids?" Lincoln would gladly answer "Well, after getting paid for killing their teacher; they all handed together to remodel the school; and now live productive lives. The lessons they learned from their teacher proved valuable." Lori smiled, but Lucy had a question that was lingering. "Where's LJ? I thought she would be back by now." Lori would answer her sister "Probably working out like a frenzy. She'll be back shortly looking for a protein shake." Lucy nods, but had a feeling LJ had other plans.
[] Dexter's House - 5 Minutes later []
Dexter would finish setting up the drone, as it will be used to stream the performance. He smiled as he looked at LJ with a blush. "You ready for this?" LJ smiled as she was nervous. But It's nothing new for her, especially when she is preparing for a game. "Sure Dex, but...the waltz. I've never danced before and I don't know if..." He nods and would hold her hands gently. "Don't worry, (he chuckled) I can't dance to save my life. But it will be fun, no matter what." She nods, but had to ask "Can we learn at least the basics before we start?" He nods, as he would turn on the music from his phone; and the two would practice their waltz. As they practiced, LJ felt at ease with the dance. Not so much for her dancing, but rather how comfortable she was with him. "Why do I feel warm and fuzzy with him? Do I truly like him? He's like my brother, yet he's sweet and just fun to be around with." She thought to herself, as she kept with the dancing.
[] The Loud House - 2 Minutes later []
Everyone was about to see the last performance of the showcase. Leni looked at the name and was a bit confused. "Say Lincoln, who is Lynnter?" He looked at the screen and couldn't believe it either. "Uh I think LJ is performing next." Everyone said 'WHAT!' as they looked at the screen and it was no question about the name. Rita was clearly stunned, considering LJ earlier said she was helping a friend. "When did LJ started performing? Did she ask Luan for help?" Lincoln had to calm his mom, before she goes off the deep end. "Mom, I'm sure LJ knows what she's doing. Besides, I think its great for her to do something outside of her comfort zone." Rita nods, but still she would wonder why would she be performing like this of all days.
They would get situated as they would see by the balcony, a young blue haired woman (Dexter) playing the violin. Her playing was interrupted, when she heard the footsteps of her lover. "You know this may be our last time here on this world. The Great Silence is coming and were running out of time." LJ, playing Haroux smirked, as she would approach Hirua. "I know, that's why it's the perfect time to enjoy this moment. I know that it was our destiny to stop the Great Silence; But what if were wrong? What if we can't stop the silence?" Hirua smiled as she would rub Haroux's cheeks gently. "I guess you have been reading my thoughts lately. (She giggled) But I hold no regrets for what we have done." Haroux would look into Hirua's eyes deeply as she offered her hand. "Shall we dance, one more time? Dance like no one is there?" Hirua smiled as she accepted her hand. "But of course." As the two hold hands, the music would play, and it's 'Elegant Dynasty' from Gin the Xtreme Hunter.
[] Benny's House []
Luan and Benny were in complete shock by the piece so far. Clearly because it was LJ that was performing and from their expressions it was good so far. Luan still rubbing her eyes in disbelief. "When did my sister learn how to dance and act like a pro?" Benny would chime in "Probably from her partner Luan. I'll say this, if they finish well, they might have a chance of joining us." Luan nods as she thought to herself "I hope you're right Benny. Would be nice to have some family competition in California.

Much like Benny and Luan, everyone was surprised by how well LJ is performing. But many were confused by the piece and Lincoln had to explain. "Well, I'll give LJ credit, this is right up her alley." Lori shrugged as she wanted answers. "Lincoln, spill it, what is the piece about?" He sighed and would explain "Well this is a Guardian Moon piece; and it's about the two lovers of Hirua and Haroux. Outer Guardians who are trying to stop the Great Silence from wiping out mankind. They are not exactly on board with the 'team' dynamic. They rather do their own thing, despite risking everything to complete the mission. In this case, this was the last day before they head to the Academy to confront the leader of the Sorceress." Lori blinked as she realized something. "Wait, Hirua and Haroux are girls right? (Lincoln nods) So they are a lesbian couple?" He nods and chimes in "One of the first lesbian couples in animation; and that was back a long time ago. Though many thought Haroux was a guy and that's why it wasn't as big then; until the popularity in America." Lori nods but Lucy would chime in on the music. "This music is both sad and bittersweet; almost like an ode to the end of days. It fills you up of various emotions, as if you truly are one with the other." Everyone gasped at Lucy's words, knowing Lucy can be a downer. But this was scary emotional. Rita calmly asked her son for the song. "Lincoln?"
He nods as he could recognize the music. "Nice choice for them, they're playing 'Elegant Dynasty' from Gin the Xtreme Hunter. It's arguably one of the best tracks for a waltz. Even though it's not a Guardian Moon song; clearly this fits well for them." Ronnie Anne was starting to enjoy the music and couldn't believe what she would be saying. "Say Lincoln, after this can we try a waltz with this song?" He blushed, considering that was not what he expected. Plus seeing Lori's grin was too much to bare. "Sure Ronnie Anne, although I've never waltz before." Ronnie Anne laughed as she would punch his shoulder gently. "Just kidding Lincoln, but I'm glad you didn't say no." She smiled as they would continue to watch LJ dance.
As they music would continue, they would see LJ and Dexter continue to dance as if they were dancing for years. Their eyes were locked on each other; like lovers dancing in the night. Lucy gasped as she was at awe by her sister's performance. "Now that's true passion out there. No duo can perform with the desire like they do. I just never saw this out of my sister before; I wonder how long had she hid this from us?" That was a good question, but no-one would answer. They would just continue to watch. When the song was almost over, LJ and Dexter kept with the waltz; but they would dance their way to the outdoor balcony. Even in the rain, the dancing was on point and when the song was over; all they could see were the two smiling. Almost ready to kiss, as the screen fade to dark.
Everyone cheered as they couldn't be happier for LJ; even Lucy who shed a tear of happiness, to which her father saw. "Hurry get the camera, Lucy is crying for joy!" Lucy chuckled as that act never gets old. Ronnie Anne in particular couldn't believe what she saw and had to ask. "So, did we all just saw what just happened? I know LJ couldn't have done something like that." Lincoln nods, but had to wipe a tear himself. "We did and I have to say I hope she makes it to Comic-Con!" Everyone nods, hoping for the best results.
[] Dexter's House - 1 Minute Later []
After the performance, Dexter and LJ looked at each other in the rain for a moment; before heading back inside. Neither said anything; but LJ would break the silence with a chuckle. "Sorry, just never thought we would be dancing all the way to the upstairs balcony." He nods and would chime in. "My sisters will flip when they see this. (He laughed) They know I couldn't dance to save my life." She nods and chimes in. "Well that makes the two of us." Both laugh, before heading inside their changing rooms to remove their wet outfits; and back to their regular clothes. A moment after they changed their clothing; they would be in Dexter's room, hearing the announcements of the winners. "Well that was one showcase to remember. We do have the names of our three lucky winners; that will head to San Diego Comic Con for the Showcase Challenge. (Both Dex and LJ had their fingers crossed as they await the results.)

At Benny's house, He and Luan smiled as they were relieved to hear their names. But Luan wasn't cheering and he would chime in. "Don't worry Luan, I'm sure they would make the cut. Luan nods and replies "I hope so too. Even I'm on puns and needles for them." She laughed, as well as Benny. At least that broke the tension a bit.)

Lincoln couldn't believe who won and chimed in. "Ms. Bernardo and Mr. Bolhofner won!? Whoa, didn't see that duo coming." Lori was shaking the laptop as she, like the rest of the family wanted to hear LJ's name. "Come on, say her name!" Rita held Lori's hands as she didn't want the laptop to end up as a casualty. "Lori, shaking your brothers laptop won't help. Although if they don't say my baby's name..." To say the family is on edge is an understatement.)
"Okay, our last winners to head to Comic Con is: Team Lynnter for Guardian Moon! We thank all of the performers who pulled out all the stops for our Midwest Showcase. See you all next year!"
[] Benny's House - a second later []
Both Benny and Luan were excited to see LJ and Dexter make the cut. Luan is in tears as she hugged Benny! "My sister won won won!" He would hug back as he had an idea. "Let's head to your house right now before she comes in." Luan smiled and nods. "Good idea! (She laughed) I can't wait for drama class. I'm sure our drama teacher will be 'friendly.' " Benny laughed and poked her belly. "Remember she is our competition now." She laughed from the pokes, but nods. "I know, I know! Just hard to believe they made it too."
[] Loud House - A moment later []
There were cheering going around, as now they have at least two members going to Comic Con. Rita was in tears, but was confused by the name. "Uh why did they call the last team Lynnter?" Lincoln would chime in "Well mom, it's called a shippen. Basically mashing up two names, to make up an compatible union. So in this case Lynn Jr and Dexter makes Lynnter. Basically this trend is primarily for anime shows." Lynn Sr. would chime in. "Well not so fast sport, combining names have been at place since the 1930s. Primarily in Hollywood for the big actors and actresses. And it was easier for the newspaper writers to fit two names; and make it easier for the public to remember. Like BobCat, Bobby Wise and Catherine Smith."
Lola sighed as this was just too boring. "Who cares! I want to see LJ and her new boyfriend!" Ronnie Anne would chime in. "Say Lincoln, did you know about the two? You know LJ and Dexter?" Lincoln shook his head no. "This is new to me. I thought she would go for the athletic type." Everyone nods, but will be quite interesting when she arrives.
[] Dexter's house - two minutes later []
LJ was over the moon as she couldn't believe that she and Dex are heading to Comic Con. She saw him unresponsive and was concerned. She would look over to see if he was okay. "Dexter, are you okay?" He smiled as he was just wiping happy tears. "Sorry about that. Just in disbelief that we made it. Had to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. (That brief moment was replaced by a scream; when LJ pinched him.) OW! You know a simple tickle is better." He pouted playfully as LJ was laughing; and hugging him. "Sorry about that. I thought you would be running laps all over the house." She couldn't help herself blushing; something she never done before. He composed himself a moment later; and just as he was going to say something to her; he heard the honking of the car. "Oh boy..." He knew who it was and knew it was going to be crazy. LJ blinked as she was wondering the same thing. "Who would be making such a ruckus?" Dexter chuckled as he chimed in. "Oh you'll find out shortly."
They would come downstairs, only to have Dexter mobbed by his two sisters: Jenny and Alex. To say they were happy would put it mildly. "Congratulations! You finally made the big show!" Jenny, the older sister with light blue hair, a pink bow on her hair, and wearing red glasses; was hugging her brother with her wet yellow raincoat. Dexter couldn't believe his sister, but had to ask. "I have to ask, how did you know?" Before Jenny would ask, Alex his younger sister with blonde hair, a blue bow on her hair, and wearing a pink raincoat would chime in. "We saw your performance after the doctor's visit. You and your girlfriend were awesome!" LJ heard girlfriend and had to pump the breaks a bit. "Hi there. We're not boyfriend and girlfriend. I was there because he needed help." That part was true. But she was not going to admit she likes him. Jenny and Alex giggled as it was just precious. But Jenny had to compose herself and introduce herself. "Before we tease our brother some more, I'm Jenny Smith. Actress, voice actress, and professional cosplayer."
LJ heard the name, but gasped as she did a double take. "Wait, the Jenny Smith, the voice actress of Luntora, the Monarch Queen?" Jenny smiled as she couldn't believe she has a fan. "Aw my Dexy has a super fan girlfriend. (Both Dex and LJ said at about the same time: "SHE IS NOT MY GIRLFRIEND. HE IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND!") Alright alright, before I tease my brother to oblivion; LJ, how about I take you home." LJ looked outside and it was starting to rain heavily now. No way she can jog her way home in this mess. "Thank you Jenny." Dexter saw her nervous and chimed in. "I'll escort you back to your house LJ."
Alex giggled but had to leave them alone for a brief moment. Jenny smiled as she would get back to the car. "Alright you two, hurry up and get in." LJ and Dex would get their stuff; while a very happy Alex would get back in the car. Dexter sighed as he knew this would be ongoing. "Ready to go LJ?" She nods, and they would grab their umbrellas and head to the car. Just as Jenny would make the trip to the LJs house; Benny and Luan would arrive to be mobbed by Luan's siblings. "Thanks you guys, but we wanted to congratulate LJ as well." Luan smiled as Benny would chime in. "It's just incredible that your family has another performer; heading to California." Everyone nods as they would just wait for LJ to come home.
Five minutes later, the car would arrive at LJs house; and LJ smiled as she was glad to be back. But she was struggling emotionally as she looked at Dexter, before getting out of the car. "Well, thanks for the ride...see you later Dex." He looked at her, before heading out of the car as well. He looked at LJ and had to ask. "LJ are you okay?" She looked at him; while holding onto her umbrella. "Yea, but...you know." He looked at her confused and asked "Know what?" LJ looked at him and would speak her peace. "You know the thing that two people do at the end of a great day." She knew what she meant; but had a hard time saying it. He knew what she meant as he came closer to her. "You mean the thing that couples do after a date?" She blushed as she couldn't believe his boldness. "Not that thing! The thing that... (Before she could finish, she felt a kiss on the lips by Dexter. She blushed as she never thought she would be kissed by anyone like that. She regained her senses before looking at him.) Did you just kiss me?" He nods and would kiss her again. Only this time for a bit longer. She leaned into the kiss, as it just felt nice. Little did they knew Jenny and Alex were cheering from the car. And everyone from the Loud House was ecstatic for the now happy couple.
LJ was in a daze as she couldn't believe what just happened. Dexter smiled, but would wave to her and gets in the car. As he took a deep breath; he would see his sisters with big grins; he sighed as he knew this would be a long day back home. "Alright, how long before you tease me royally?" Alex giggled, but Jenny would pat his head gently. "Not today bro. But you know tomorrow we will have a long talk." He gulped as it was going to be a long Sunday indeed. LJ was still outside, as Lincoln would snap her out of it. "Hey sis, time to get in, it's pouring out there." She looked around and saw that Dexter was gone. But she would head inside the house; still a bundle of emotions all over her first kiss.
Once inside, LJ was mobbed by her happy family. She didn't know what to expect, but finally gathered herself and spoke. "Sorry, just a lot that happened today. Even I can't believe what happened today." Lori with the biggest grin on her face wanted answers. "Alright LJ, spill it. How long were you and Dexter a couple?" Before she could speak, Lincoln blew a whistle. Apparently he had other plans; besides gathering juicy gossip. "Sorry Lori, remember the two date sleepover rule." Lori growled as she never heard of such nonsense. "Lincoln, how could you know such a rule; if we out vote you every time?" The other loud sisters, minus LJ say "YEAH!" Lincoln smirked and pulled out a paper. Apparently minutes from a sisters meeting two months ago. "Well, I suggested that in case I bring my date over; while you have yours for a sleepover; you won't gather information on the date until the first date is over." Lori checked the paper and gasped. "He's right and Lisa takes notes like a court stenographer."
Ronnie Anne chuckled but asked Lincoln. "Did you plan that for us one day?" He blushed and nods. "Yes, but (he laughed at himself) didn't expect for us to be the first date sleepover." Ronnie Anne nods, and Lori would pat LJ's shoulders gently. "Alright, you get your freedom from date questions until Monday. (LJ breathed a sigh of relief and thanked her brother. "I owe you big time Lincoln.") However, in the notes one stipulation: Mom and Dad, being the parental units (clearly Lisa's writing), get to ask one question. (She glared at mom and dad) Please don't blow it!" Lynn Sr. gulped as this was a lot of pressure. "Just one question before Monday?" Rita would chime in "Relax hun, I'm sure we can come up with the right questions. Besides we have time on our hands." She put on an confident face; yet to ask one question about her daughter's new love is rough.
Just as everyone would get settled, the doorbell would chime. "Who could it be now?" Lincoln asked, before noticing the mail van and opens the door. "Package for a Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Loud." The mailman made the announcement; and immediately Lincoln saw big grins from his sisters looking on. He sighed as he would sign the package. "Thank you for the package! (He told the mailman, before looking at the package.) Who would send me and Ronnie Anne a package?" For one, he didn't order anything. And second, why addressed as Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Loud. Ronnie Anne saw the return address and chuckled. "Uh Lincoln, do you know a Victoria Lopez?" He glanced over at a very happy Lori and somehow he knew who it was. "I believe it's the actress from that movie; we were forced to watch." Ronnie Anne nods, but chuckled as now she realized from the name. "Oh yea, that's my brother's favorite actress. (She laughed) Were in trouble lame-o."
He gulped before opening the package. "Looks like a purple laptop. It says to open me. (Looks like it would be a pre recorded message. But as Lincoln would open the laptop; it wasn't a pre recording. But rather a web chat call. It shows a nice bedroom, mainly the master bedroom. And everyone could hear voices.) Hello, is anyone there?" He blinked, before seeing someone in a light blue shirt with a pink 'Alola Kitten' on the front. Pure white hair with pink cat ears; and a purple skirt. She saw the people on the other side of the screen and smiled. "Konnichiwa! Looks like my package came in right on time!" Lincoln gasped, but before he could speak; Ronnie Anne would chime in. "Hi, are you Victoria Lopez from the Painter and the Skater?" She nods as she giggled. "I am Victoria Lopez, and (she giggled) it's nice to finally meet you two!" Ronnie Anne smiled, but had to ask her the obvious. "Did my brother set up this meeting? Not that I mind, but you know." Victoria giggled and nods. "Well for starters, when I saw the two of you trending as us; I had to find out. But you (In reference to Ronnie Anne), I knew you from somewhere and checked my fanbase. And my hunch was right; you're the little sister of my biggest fan Bobby Santiago." Ronnie Anne couldn't believe it. But then again she knew her brother loved to share his family on his social media page.
Ronnie Anne smiled and was curious about the meeting. "So why did you send the package anyway?" Victoria smiled, but was surprised and tickled by a certain lover. "Hey!" She laughed as the lover, in his black shirt; with the white skull and crossbones on the shirt. "Hola señorita. (He would kiss her cheeks gently.) I hope I didn't ruin the surprise mi amor." Lincoln and Ronnie Anne laughed as they couldn't believe this was happening. Victoria smirked as she would caress his cheeks; before introducing her lover. "Well Lincoln and Ronnie Anne, this is my lover, Esteban Lopez... (she giggled) and I'll leave it at that." Ronnie Anne giggled as she probably guessed the last name is longer. "I take it the last name wouldn't fit a piece of paper?" Victoria nods and chimes in. "Ruiz Consuela Pablo Hector Luiz the second. And trust me, just saying it took 2 weeks to remember." She giggled, as Lori would chime in. "Not as bad as my boyfriend's name: Roberto Alejandro Martinez-Millan Luis Santiago, Jr."
Victoria gasped as she breathes a sigh of relief. "I think Mr. and Mrs. Loud was the best bet." Lori giggled as she knew this was the icing on the cake. Especially when she gets to tell Bobby what happened. Lincoln would ask the eventual question. "Miss Victoria, why did you sent us the package?" Victoria smiled as she would make the announcement. "Well for starters, I hope you like California? Because you and Ronnie Anne will be heading to Comic-Con as panelists!" Lincoln was in complete shock, as Ronnie Anne was curious about this gig. "Uh a panelist? What do we have to do out there?" Benny would chime in on the conversation. "Well basically as a panelist, you pretty much just answer questions from your fans. (He chuckled as he was going to continue.) But given your popularity, most likely the questions will be about your love life."
Lincoln and Ronnie Anne had the same thought. "Dang it! Babe and Bobby Boo-boo Bear will never hear the end of it!" Esteban saw their faces and had to put them at ease. "Don't worry, it's not so bad. Besides, we'll be there to take most of the questions." They nod, as Lincoln smiled and took the offer. "We'll accept the offer. (He chuckled) I know me and Ronnie Anne will never live it down. But why not live it up!" Victoria smiled as she was happy to hear that. "Don't worry, I'll mail out the VIP passes; and passes for the rest of your families." Lola heard that and hugged her brother. "Lincoln, you're now my favorite sibling!" Victoria giggled as she knew that feeling. "Trust me Lincoln, I have like...13 in-laws, so trust me I couldn't let you suffer with them asking you and Ronnie to take them to Cali." Lincoln smiled and thanked her. But saw two comics and gasped. "Is that two 1st editions of Vampires of Melancholia?" Victoria smiled and had to chime in. "Well I thought you were a vampire fan, so I had to give you my copies of VoM. It was my only one where I did the artwork; but it was fun to 'argue' creative control with the other artists." She chuckled as that comic bombed big time. Lucy rushed over and hugged her brother and she had a big smile on her face. "Thank you big brother! The Morticians Club will love this!" Lincoln blinked as thankfully Lucy took one of the comics.
Ronnie Anne chuckled, but noticed another laptop; and a skateboard. She gasped as she saw the signature of Carlos X. She just had to ask him about the skateboard. "Esteban, do you know Carlos X?" Esteban nods as he saw the smile on her face. "Of course, he was my hero back in the day. To see a Latino skateboard like a true professional was awe inspiring! And I want you Ronnie Anne to have this lucky skateboard and the laptop. I'm sure one day you'll meet Carlos X." Ronnie Anne smiled, but had to chime in. "Well, I have met Carlos X (Esteban smiled) In fact, he's my uncle." Esteban gasped as he couldn't believe it. "You lie! Your uncle is legendary Carlos X?" Ronnie Anne smiled and nods "Yep, in fact how about you get to talk to him." Esteban grinned like a Cheshire and couldn't wait for this moment. Once Ronnie Anne set up a conference call, her uncle would answer the call. "Hola Ronnie Anne, what's going on? (Carlos noticed the conference and couldn't believe his luck.) Esteban! Is that you?" Esteban smiled as he would see his hero. "Carlos X! Oh my goodness! Long time no see! What are you up to?" Carlos smiled as he knew Esteban well. "Well teaching for one. (He saw Victoria and had to bring Frida over) Hello Victoria, keeping Esteban out of trouble?" Victoria smiled and blushed, before answering. "Yes Carlos. Just inviting your niece over for a California trip."
Ronnie Anne would wave to them as she would let the four have their conversation. Lori immediately hugged Ronnie Anne and Lincoln. "My big stars! Tonight I'll order pizza for everyone heading to California!" Everyone cheered as it seemed to beat out Goulash night.
[] 6pm - Dining Room []
Everyone, including Benny would have their slices of pizza. It was a big day considering that Lincoln, Luan, and LJ are heading to Comic-Con. But the entire family is heading to California as well to experience Comic-Con. Otherwise a great day indeed. Lynn Sr. was enjoying his pizza, but took a deep breath and asked LJ a question. "LJ sweetie, uh (He was nervous as he had only one date question before Monday.) Does your boyfriend love makeup?" Lori facepalmed her face as she couldn't believe dad blew that one chance. LJ laughed as she would answer her dad. "It's just a costume dad. Plus his family have their mom's eyes. So it's easy for him to play female characters." Lori thought to herself as she looked at mom. "Come on mom, you know we want to grill LJ royally!" Rita smiled as she wanted to ask LJ herself. "So, I never knew you could dance like that. How long did he teach you?" Lori gasped as she wanted to kill her parents for blowing it. LJ smiled as she was so relieved about this. "To be honest, first time dancing the waltz. (She chuckled) I have to admit it was fun to do something new."
Lori glared at her parents as she raised her hand. "Emergency Sister's Meeting! All in favor of removing Lincoln's double date amendment! (The sisters, Ronnie Anne, and Benny said I!) All oppose?" She glared at Lincoln as she knew he had no shot. Lincoln asked Benny for the obvious. "Benny, why you vote to say yes?" Benny would reply "Sorry Lincoln (He chuckled) I have to date Luan, hint hint." Lincoln sighed as he knew this was like every sister's meeting...Getting out voted in an unanimous majority. Lori smiled as she would make it official. "At last, we can now officially grill LJ right..." Lisa would hold off on the celebration. "Sorry eldest sibling, as much as we would love to do the obvious; we had to honor the last request of the now deleted amendment. In other words, we still can't grill LJ until Monday." Lori screamed as she was just in disbelief "This is not fair! Lincoln, you're going to get it on Monday!" Lincoln sighed as he felt his back patted by Ronnie Anne. "Oh this will be fun!"
[] 7:30pm []
LJ was in the kitchen; she was talking to Dexter on her cellphone. She was listening to some music in the background; and had to ask him. "Say Dex, what's that music?" He heard her and turned down the volume on the television. "Sorry LJ, it's 'The Real Old Memory' from 'Space Bounty Diaries' ". She heard that and was intrigued. "Space Bounty Diaries? What is that a teen drama?" He chuckled as he would reply. "Believe it or not, a classic 90s anime about bounty hunters in space. The main plot is about a guy seeking revenge; against his best friend who forced his girlfriend to kill him."
She heard the plot and had to admit, it was interesting; Especially with the music. "Look, you know I'm not going down that rabbit hole and... (She heard him chuckle and got mad.) Come on, I'm not like you." He would compose himself and would apologize. "Sorry, but you sound like many who say they wouldn't watch. But would end up chatting with me about it, 3 days later. (She heard that and had to admit, he was right. She chuckled and couldn't believe what she was doing. He heard her chuckling and had to ask.) You okay LJ?"
She nods and answers "Sorry, just can't believe that we're dating. It feels like I'm dating my brother." Dexter laughed as he could probably tell who she was referring to. "You mean Lincoln? (LJ replied "Yeah") He's alright. But man, I gotta ask him to design some costumes some day; His art work is divine, even for my standards. I have him in my art class, and man...I'm jealous." LJ knew Lincoln can draw; but this was different. "How so Dexter? And who or what did he design?" Dexter smiled and chuckled, before answering. "Well I can't say right now. But you'll be surprised when he's finished." She nods and hears Lincoln coming and had to wrap up the call. "Hate to cut this short, but I don't want my sisters to hunch on my shoulders; catch my drift." He chuckled and knew what she meant. "Alright, I'll see you later." She replied in kind and hangs up the phone.
Just as she put her cell phone in her pocket, she saw Lincoln and gasped. "Hey Stinkloin, trying to act like Lucy?" Lincoln chuckled as he knew LJ's threats were hollow. "No, was going to get some drinks before bed. Didn't mean to walk in on your conversation." She sighed as she would gently punch his shoulder. But she was glad to see her brother; as she wanted some advice. "Say Lincoln, is love hard?" That surprised him, considering she asked him before her sisters. But he would gladly answer her sister. "Well I wouldn't say it's easy either; but I would say is to go with the motion and hope for the best. (He chuckled as he had an inkling of why she asked.) How are you and Dexter doing?"
She smiled and couldn't believe what she was going to say. "We're doing alright, although it's still weird that me and him are official. I mean, what would the school think of us?" Lincoln smiled as he would gently punch LJ's shoulder. "It won't be as bad for you. Besides you're the hall monitor remember and star athlete. (She nods at that) Besides, I'll be royally mocked for being a girly girl cosplayer artist." She laughed as she forgot he's more famous for 'cosplaying' a female actress. She shook her head, before hugging him gently. "Don't worry, it won't be so bad. Besides, were going to California for Comic-Con. So a few teases won't hurt. (He nods but LJ saw Ronnie Anne and had to 'shoo' her away for a moment. At least she had to ask the obvious question to her brother.) Say Lincoln, did you like Ronnie Anne from the start?"
Lincoln chuckled, as he probably guessed that they found out about his chat with Sam. He bit the bullet and told his sister. "To be honest, I liked her from the start. I know that she didn't look like the typical girls in school. (He didn't know that Ronnie Anne didn't leave the area. She hid to listen in on Lincoln.) But what I saw in her is a passionate girl. Her love of cooking, skateboarding, (LJ couldn't believe this. Her brother is gushing about a girl; and at times was blushing. She knew he'll never let it down. But why not have this moment to herself.) And, despite the pranks, I know that she's a sweet girl." He wanted to say more, but to say he's a bit tongue tied is an understatement.
LJ smirked as she wanted to know more. But chuckled as Ronnie Anne sneaked up to snuggle up to Lincoln. "Awww, so you don't mind dating a non girly girl lame-o." Lincoln blushed as this was just fuel for LJ. But he took it in stride and had to chime in. "Well tomboy is the term; and I'm not the only one that's dating one." LJ chuckled as she couldn't help herself. "Well don't get used to me and Ronnie Anne painting ourselves in makeup." Ronnie Anne high fives LJ as she agreed. "Amen sister! (She noticed a note on the fridge and it says: Fruit Punch Ronnie Anne.) Say Lincoln, who made fruit punch for me?" He would head to the fridge and had to find out himself. "I think mom... (As he opened the fridge door; he got 'punched' in the kisser with a boxing glove that looked like an apple. The sound of Luan laughing and with a message: Hope you like the Fruit Punch, get it! Hahaha!) Ow...!"
Both LJ and Ronnie Anne laughed, as they couldn't believe Lincoln got another pranking from Luan. Luan rushed over and fumed, seeing her brother take another pranking for his girlfriend. "This is ridiculous! How can anyone be immune to my pranks!" Ronnie Anne smirked as she couldn't believe what she would do and say. "What can I say, I have a great boyfriend." She kissed him on the lips gently; to which he blushed for one. And two, got gasps from LJ and Luan. Luan smirked as she wanted to race upstairs to tell her sisters. However LJ would whisper in her ear what happened earlier with Lincoln; and both would head upstairs. Lincoln knew he won't sleep after this. But looked at Ronnie Anne and smiled. "Hope you're ready for more hours of my sisters teasing." She punched his shoulder and laughed. "Of course, but first let's get some drinks." He nods as they would get some drinks, before heading back upstairs.
[] Lincoln's Room - 9:15pm []
Lincoln and Ronnie Anne were in his room; and to say they were teased royally by Lincoln's sisters earlier, is an understatement. But LJ would check up to see how they are doing. "Say guys, sorry about the tease fest. At least it's the last night before the trip back to the city tomorrow." Lincoln nods, used to his sisters teasing. Ronnie Anne chuckled as she would get up off the bed to hug LJ. "Not so bad right now. My family (she laughed) is another story; I doubt my abuela will let me out of the house without details." LJ nods, as she won't be in the clear on Monday. But she would ask her brother something. "Say Lincoln, do you have any Guardian Moon stuff? I need to bone up on my character."
He blinked as he heard Guardian Moon; but would look under the bed and pulls out a trunk. He opens it and both LJ and Ronnie Anne gasped at the Japanese manga he has. Plus there is a red folder marked 'secret'. "Well I have the full set from seasons 1 to 7. Which seasons are you interested in sis?" LJ scratched her head and forgot the season. But remembers the character name. "Uh a female character named Haroux." Lincoln smiled as he would give her the season 4 manga set. "Oh she's an interesting one indeed. (He smiled as he punched her shoulder gently.) She reminds me a lot of you."
LJ pouted, but grabbed the folder and took a peek. She couldn't believe what she saw. "Is that me Lincoln?" He nods as LJ saw a drawing of herself as Haroux. "I've been making drawings for Guardian Moon for a long time; and nearly have everything finished. (He chuckled) The fact that I'm heading to Comic-Con; I could finally show my work to the creator herself. Although finding characters for my friends and family, not so easy." LJ was impressed and gently punched his shoulder. "Dexter was right, he is jealous about your artwork." Lincoln gasped but Ronnie Anne would chime in, as she saw herself as Guardian Mars.
"Uh lame-o, why me as her?" Ronnie Anne had to admit she did look quite nice as a fighter. He took a deep breath and would answer. "When I saw you, you remind me of Reika. So that was when I decided to do a picture of you." She nods, but would whisper in her ear. "Not a fan of pumps, but I'll let it slide." She smirked, seeing him blush, before LJ would take the manga and folder. "Don't worry Lincoln, I'll bring the folder back." She had to share his artwork with her sisters. Lincoln shook his head as he knew he won't have a good night sleep; or any at this rate.
[] 10pm - LJ and Lucy's Room []
While most of the family slept, LJ was still up admiring Lincoln's work. Something unusual of her; as she usually would sleep early for her morning workouts. Lucy, to whom rarely sleeps normally, noticed her sister and smiled. "So admiring Lincoln's handiwork? I have to admit, I do like that he made me both the hero and villain at the same time." LJ smiled and pouted, before answer her goth sister. "Yea, miss Guardian Saturn and Mistress Ain. But you as Hikaru, that's a stretch." Lucy chuckled as she would ask her sis a question. "About that waltz? Was it your first time dancing to it?" LJ blinked as she would nod. "Yea, why?" Lucy took a deep breath and reply. "Never thought I would see the fire and passion in your eyes. And trust me, I saw true chemistry out there. And don't worry; we won't be as merciless come Monday." Lucy had a wicked grin as LJ noticed and realized Lincoln was on point with the drawings. "Did he draw this? (Even Lucy peeked over and was impressed.) Dexter was right about Lincoln."

[] Okay, sorry for the long layoff. Too much to say without question. Plus story hopping left and right. Plus life doesn't give you enough to...oh just venting lol.
[] (Spoiler) Now with Dexter and Lynn Jr., this couple is from the episode: Singled Out. This is when Lynn Jr. felt like a third wheel; when her teammates all have dates. So Lynn Jr. sets up tests of physical pain to find a date. The only one to survive is Dexter. Of course the two had nothing in common; except for telling off the Dairy Land cow; who kept ease dropping on their conversation. I was hoping this couple would blossom in the new season. []
[] Any who, I do have some Easter Eggs to shell out from this story. Now again had to twist the names in the Loud Universe; since they don't use real names/shows on the cartoon.
